This study aims to analyze the Critical Success Factors (CSF) in implementing the Village Information System (SID) in Muaro Pijoan Village, as part of the broader e-government initiative at the village level. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SID has not been fully optimized due to several key challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate technological infrastructure, insufficient funding, and low community participation. Among these, the most influential factors for the success of SID are the capacity of human resources and the level of support from the local government. The study highlights the importance of improving government policies, enhancing the skills and competencies of human resources, and ensuring that specific budgets are allocated to sustain SID management. Furthermore, the findings suggest that improving the involvement of the community in the SID process is crucial for fostering transparency, accountability, and better governance at the village level. This research provides valuable insights into the necessary steps to improve the implementation of SID and contributes to the understanding of e-government success factors in rural areas.

The phenomenonoccurring in various universities shows an increase in cases of academic fraud, such as cheating, plagiarism, research data manipulation, and misuse of technology in the learning process. This behavior not only undermines academic integrity, but also has the potential tocreate a mindset of cheating that carries over into the workplace. Integrityis a fundamental value that forms the moral foundation of every aspect oflife, both in education and in the workplace. In the context of higher education, students are expected not only to excel academically,but also to possess honesty, responsibility, and strong professional ethics.Accountants are future professionals who will be directly involved inthe management and financial reporting of organizations. This profession demandsa very high level of honesty and integrity, because the accuracy andreliability of financial reports form the basis for business and public decision-making. However, in practice, there are many cases of accounting fraud, such as budget mark-ups, financial statement manipulation, creative accounting, and data misstatement, which occur due to weak values of integrity and moral responsibilityamong individuals. If dishonest behavior has already been established during college—for example, in the form of cheating, manipulating assignment data, or falsifying lab reports—then the risk of bringing similar habits into the workplace will be even higher. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how psychological well-being (PWB) influences employee performance through a Systematic Literature Review approach. By analyzing a range of relevant and open-access studies, this review synthesizes key findings to identify patterns that explain the relationship between psychological well-being and work outcomes. The analysis reveals that PWB is a crucial internal factor shaping productive, stable, and consistent employee behavior. Individuals with higher levels of psychological well-being tend to demonstrate stronger motivation, higher discipline, and better adaptability when facing pressure or organizational changes. Beyond its direct influence, PWB also acts as a connecting variable between other determinants such as job satisfaction, work-life balance, and organizational support and improved performance. Overall, the review highlights that psychological well-being is not merely a personal condition but a strategic resource that significantly contributes to long term organizational productivity. Therefore, enhancing employee well-being should be integrated into human resource management practices as both a preventive measure and a long term capacity building strategy.

Moral : Jurnal kajian Pendidikan Islam 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

This study was motivated by the need for madrasahs to adapt to technological developments, particularly in document management, which was previously done manually. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of administration in digital archive management at MTsN 3 Jember, identify the obstacles that arose, and explain the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that administration played an important role as the main manager of digital documents through the use of applications such as SIMPEG, TTE, and SAKTI, as well as the use of cloud-based storage to maintain the security and ease of access to archives. The obstacles faced include the limited digital capabilities of employees, technical disruptions to applications, and suboptimal technological infrastructure. However, various efforts have been made, including performing regular backups, improving the organization of digital documents, and enhancing staff capabilities through independent learning. This study confirms that the success of digital archive management requires synergy between human resource readiness, technological support, and managerial policies that support the transformation of madrasah administration.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan perencanaan karier karyawan di PT. Wang Bintan Konsultan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi belum optimalnya sistem manajemen kinerja, penilaian yang masih subjektif, kurangnya indikator kerja yang jelas, sistem insentif yang belum efektif, rendahnya motivasi dan disiplin kerja, serta lemahnya kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja perlu diperkuat dengan indikator terukur (KPI) dan Balanced Scorecard, sementara kompensasi harus dikaitkan langsung dengan pencapaian kerja (performance-based system). Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menanamkan budaya disiplin, memberikan pelatihan rutin, serta membangun kolaborasi tim yang kuat. Strategi penguatan human capital yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembinaan, penghargaan, dan komunikasi dua arah terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi.

In recent decades, the concept of healing has developed rapidly, no longer limited to the medical and psychological fields, but also includes spiritual and religious aspects. In the Islamic view, the Qur'an contains the concept of healing through the term syifa', which means healing or medicine for illnesses, both physical and spiritual. This study aims to formulate an understanding of healing in the perspective of the Qur'an by studying verses containing the word syifa', such as QS. Yunus: 57, An-Nahl: 69, and Ash-Syu'ara: 80. The method used is qualitative research based on literature studies by examining various classical and modern interpretations to understand the meaning, context, and values ​​contained therein. The results of the study show that although healing and syifa' are both related to the healing process, they have different foundations. Healing emphasizes more on psychological processes and human experiences, while syifa' is rooted in the teachings of monotheism and describes God as al-Shāfī. The Healer. In the Qur'an, healing does not only mean freedom from physical illness, but also includes inner peace and spiritual closeness to God. Classical interpretations focus more on moral and spiritual aspects, while contemporary interpretations develop these concepts into psychospiritual healing concepts relevant to modern life.

Pancasila, as the foundational ideology of Indonesia, plays a fundamental role in shaping a democratic system and ensuring the protection of human rights based on justice. From Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s perspective, Pancasila is not merely a normative ideology but serves as a political and legal paradigm that integrates the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice into the practice of governance. According to Yusril, Indonesian democracy cannot be equated with Western liberalism, which emphasizes individual freedom; rather, it is a constitutional democracy grounded in the moral and spiritual foundations of Pancasila. The values of Pancasila position human rights in a balanced relationship between rights and responsibilities, as well as between individual and collective interests of the nation. Thus, democracy and human rights, in Yusril’s view, are integralistic—citizens’ freedoms are directed toward realizing social j  ustice and order in national life. This article aims to examine Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s thoughts on the relationship between Pancasila, democracy, and human rights, and their relevance within the context of Indonesia’s contemporary constitutional system.

Education plays a very important role in shaping morality, character, and self-esteem. Through Delors (1996), UNESCO outlines four pillars of modern education: learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, and learning to live together, which support human development. These principles have long been integrated into the Islamic educational tradition through the concept of Kaffah  Islam, which encourages faith, knowledge, and charity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevance and integration of UNESCO's educational principles from the perspective of Kaffah  and to analyze their implementation during the colonial era. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, the research findings show philosophical and practical agreement between the two paradigms. Islamic education during the colonial era not only served as a means of teaching religious knowledge but also as a means of fostering moral character, social solidarity, and a sense of responsibility in the face of a discriminatory education system. Thus, the integration of UNESCO and Kaffah  Islam shows that Islamic education had adopted the concept of holistic education before the formation of modern UNESCO. To support civilized independent education, it is important to contextualize these values in order to strengthen national education that balances knowledge, skills, spirituality, and social solidarity.

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of human life, including marriage practices. The implementation of marriage contracts conducted through online media such as video calls or digital conferencing platforms has emerged as a modern phenomenon. This development has sparked legal debates in Islam regarding its validity, particularly concerning the fulfillment of essential conditions and pillars of marriage, such as ittihād al-majlis (unity of the session) and the sighat ijab qabul (offer and acceptance). The purpose of this article is to examine the validity of virtual mge contracts from the perspective of the four major schools of Islamic jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali). This study employs a qualitative research methodology using a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that the Shafi'i School does not permit virtual marriage contracts due to the absence of physical unity in place. In contrast, the Hanafi, Maliki, and Hanbali Schools allow virtual marriage contracts, emphasizing unity in time and clarity in the sighat. Therefore, according to several schools of Islamic jurisprudence, virtual marriage contracts may be considered valid as long as the required conditions of marriage are fulfilled, including the presence of witnesses and the clarity of the ijab qabul.

This qualitative literature review examines the dysfunctional costs that emerge within Management Control Systems (MCS), a critical organizational mechanism designed to align employee behavior with strategic objectives. Although prior studies have extensively explored the benefits of control systems, discussions on the unintended and often hidden costs remain fragmented. This article aims to synthesize theoretical insights and conceptual debates surrounding four major categories of dysfunctional costs: behavioral displacement, game-playing, operating delays, and negative attitudes. Using a traditional literature review approach, the study integrates foundational theories including agency theory, behavioral control theory, and goal-setting theory with contemporary conceptual findings to identify key behavioral mechanisms that trigger dysfunctional outcomes. The review reveals that overly rigid controls, inappropriate performance targets, and misaligned incentives frequently prompt short-termism, budget slack, manipulation, bureaucratic delays, and psychological strain among employees. These dysfunctional costs can surpass direct control costs and reduce organizational adaptability and long-term performance. The study highlights the need for context-sensitive control design, balanced use of results and action controls, and enhanced attention to behavioral responses when implementing MCS. The implications underscore that effective control is achieved not through tighter rules alone but through thoughtful alignment between control mechanisms, human behavior, and organizational context.

The meaning of gratitude according to the perspective of the Qur'an and its relationship to modern human life which is influenced by technological advances, materialistic lifestyles, and social pressures. In the view of the Qur'an, gratitude is not merely expressed through words, but involves the awareness of the heart, verbal words, and real actions as a form of recognition of the blessings given by Allah SWT. Gratitude also functions as a reflection of faith that combines spiritual, moral, and social elements. In the context of modern life, the meaning of gratitude has shifted due to consumptive lifestyles and the culture of seeking recognition on social media, which has an impact on decreasing feelings of satisfaction and inner peace. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method through a review of the verses of the Qur'an, tafsir books, and various relevant academic literature. The results of the study show that the teachings of gratitude in the Qur'an play an important role in maintaining spiritual, emotional, and spiritual balance in the midst of modern life. The application of an attitude of gratitude has been proven to improve mental health, strengthen social relationships, and reduce materialistic tendencies. Furthermore, the value of gratitude can serve as a moral guideline for Generation Alpha, enabling them to balance technological advancement with spiritual life. Overall, the teachings of gratitude in the Quran remain universally relevant, not only as a religious obligation but also as a spiritual and social necessity that can bring happiness, serenity, and meaning to life amidst the dynamics of the digital age.

Axiology is a branch of philosophy that examines values ​​in human life, such as goodness, truth, beauty, and the benefits of knowledge. In the context of Islamic education, axiology plays a crucial role in determining the direction and goals of education, namely, to develop individuals who are balanced intellectually, morally, and spiritually, known as insan kamil (the perfect human being). Values ​​in axiology are divided into two primary sources: divine values ​​derived from God's revelation and His attributes, and human values ​​derived from human experience and civilization. These two types of values ​​serve as the foundation for developing a comprehensive Islamic education. The axiology of Islamic education emphasizes not only the attainment of knowledge but also the formation of character and morals in students. Teachers and educational institutions act as agents of values, instilling ethics, aesthetics, and socio-political awareness based on Islamic teachings. By integrating these values, Islamic education aims to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also possesses noble morals and is capable of making a positive contribution to society and global civilization. Axiology, therefore, serves as a crucial foundation for realizing a meaningful and humanity-oriented education.

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia faces challenges in attracting customers, especially younger generations who are more familiar with digital technology. Digital marketing has become an important strategy for reaching a wider market segment through social media, websites, and mobile applications. This study uses a literature review method to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing in increasing customer interest in Islamic banking. The results of the study show that educational, interactive, and transparent digital marketing can increase customer awareness, trust, and emotional attachment to Islamic products. The factors for the success of this strategy include content quality, ease of access to digital services, content segmentation according to customer profiles, and multichannel communication integration. However, the effectiveness of digital marketing is still limited by the scarcity of educational content, human resource capacity, and the level of digital literacy among the public. This study concludes that optimizing creative, personalized, and educational digital marketing strategies is key for Islamic banking to increase customer interest and loyalty.

This study discusses the design and development of an automatic safety system for a wood cutting machine using Arduino Uno, a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor, and a servo motor as the main components. The system is designed to automatically stop the movement of the wood cutting machine when human motion is detected around the cutting area, thereby minimizing the risk of work-related accidents. The research method includes hardware design, microcontroller programming, and system response testing using two types of test objects: the human body and a wooden block. The results show that the system operates according to the programmed logic. When the PIR sensor detects human motion, the servo motor stops and the red LED lights up as a danger indicator. In contrast, when no human motion is detected, the servo motor continues to move normally and the green LED remains on as a safe indicator. The system’s average response time is 0.6 seconds, indicating a fast and accurate performance. Therefore, the designed system is considered effective and can serve as a prototype of a simple safety tool to enhance operator safety in wood cutting machines.

This study examines the implementation of social rehabilitation program policies for people with physical disabilities at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Social Rehabilitation Bina Laras Pasuruan under the East Java Provincial Social Service. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, this research analyses four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This qualitative descriptive study employed interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation has been running reasonably well, with clear communication channels established between program implementers and beneficiaries. However, several challenges persist, including limited human resources, particularly professional social workers and medical rehabilitation specialists, as well as budget constraints affecting service quality. The disposition of implementers shows a positive attitude toward policy goals, though the bureaucratic structure requires improvement in coordination mechanisms. The study concludes that while the social rehabilitation program has improved the quality of life for persons with disabilities, optimising policy implementation requires addressing resource limitations, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and enhancing community participation in rehabilitation efforts

. Industrial Internship (KPI) is a form of student learning that emphasizes the direct application of knowledge in the workplace. This study aims to describe the procedures for employee competency development at PPSDM Migas Cepu as an effort to improve organizational performance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that competency development at PPSDM Migas is carried out systematically through three main stages: identifying and planning development needs, implementing training programs, and evaluating outcomes using the CIPP, Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick-Philips models. Training activities include courses, workshops, on-the-job training, and certification programs. Evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management and supervisor involvement in maximizing competency development outcomes. The results of this internship can serve as a reference for designing training programs in similar institutions.

This article aims to analyze and compare the education systems in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia through a literature study approach. This study highlights similarities and differences in educational objectives, curriculum structure, education management, and the types and levels of education applied in the two countries. In addition, this article reviews the history of the development of education in Saudi Arabia, especially the central role of Islamic education in shaping national education orientation and policy. The analysis shows that Saudi Arabia has an education system that is heavily influenced by religious values and Islamic law, while Indonesia develops an education system based on Pancasila with a more pluralistic approach. However, both countries face similar challenges, such as improving the quality of teachers, equitable access to education, modernizing the curriculum, and adapting to technological developments and globalization. The findings of this study confirm that despite fundamental differences in educational ideologies and approaches, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia share a common commitment to improving the quality of human resources through strengthening the national education system. This article is expected to serve as a reference for comparative research on education in Muslim-majority countries.

The 17+8 demands voiced by the public reflect the accumulation of disillusionment with various government policies and violations committed, especially by the House of Representatives (DPR). Policies that are considered unfair and detrimental to the public trigger a strong push to carry out reforms that are more democratic and oriented towards the interests of the people. Various factors such as human rights violations, lack of transparency and accountability, economic inequality, and polemics related to official allowances are the main triggers for the birth of these demands. The demands of 17+8 not only contain burdens or criticisms, but also contain short-term and long-term goals that can be the basis for improving governance. This momentum should be seen as a strategic opportunity to strengthen democracy, improve state-citizen relations, and restore public trust. If these demands are taken seriously, the government has the potential to reduce the legitimacy crisis and improve the quality of public services. On the contrary, ignoring such demands can deepen public distrust and worsen political stability. Thus, the demands of 17+8 are an important signal for the need for structural change and a real commitment to realizing a fairer, more transparent, and responsive government.

This study analyses the challenges of digitalising registration services at Primary Healthcare Facilities (Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama, FKTP) in East Java, including limitations in human resources, technological infrastructure, and public digital literacy, all of which affect the satisfaction of National Health Insurance (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, JKN) patients. Utilising the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology with the PRISMA approach, the study reviews literature from 2024–2025 sourced from databases such as Google Scholar, using keywords related to digitalisation, FKTP, and patient satisfaction. The analysis is based on the ADO (Antecedent, Decision, Outcome) framework. The findings identify three key factors: (1) Antecedents (human resource competence, infrastructure, digital literacy); (2) Decisions (human resource training, facility modernisation, public outreach); and (3) Outcomes (increased patient satisfaction through time efficiency and ease of access). The study emphasises the need to strengthen human resources, provide adequate infrastructure, and educate the public to ensure the sustainability of digital healthcare services at FKTPs in East Java.

This study examines innovative strategies to strengthen institutional and technological aspects of implementing the e-market retribution system to enhance transparency and accountability in Blitar Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, utilising in-depth interviews with key informants from the Department of Trade, market managers, traders, and stakeholders, along with secondary data from official documents. The theoretical framework integrates New Public Management, Technology Acceptance Model, and Good Governance principles. Findings reveal that e-market retribution implementation faces both opportunities and challenges in institutional strengthening and technology adoption. Innovative strategies developed include: institutional restructuring through clear role division; capacity-building programs for human resources; technological integration through QRIS digital payment systems; stakeholder engagement through participatory approaches; and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure accountability. The study concludes that successful implementation requires a comprehensive approach combining institutional strengthening, technological readiness, and stakeholder collaboration. This research contributes to the literature on digital transformation in local government revenue management and provides practical recommendations for regions implementing similar innovations
