Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan cara manual dapat menimbulkan beberapa resiko seperti rusak dan hilangnya data nilai siswa. Sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa dikembangkan dengan tujuan mengurangi resiko rusak dan hilangnya data serta mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Sistem ini akan dibangun berbasis website menggunakan model pengembangan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall. Tahapan penelitian berupa analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan perawatan. Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem apakah sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan user. Hasil pengujian black box menyatakan sistem ini sudah layak di gunakan. Hasil pengujian UAT didapatkan 96,42% responden setuju sistem ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dan mengolah data nilai siswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data siswa dari data nilai dasar hingga menjadi nilai akhir siswa.

One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu or Posyandu are Post of Integrated Service. Posyandu were an effort to empower the community to support health development, especially in improving community health status through reducing infant mortality. Posyandu activities in Guwang Sukawati Gianyar village are one of the public health services. However, each banjar is still very minimal in terms of organizing the posyandu because the cadres do not really understand how the activities of the good posyandu. The purpose of this activity is to establish a Posyandu cadre of toddlers who are able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of a toddler posyandu. Method: Training was carried out through Community Empowering, involving 35 people who were trained as cadres. The training results are analyzed qualitatively (based on observations and results ofdiscussion). Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pretest and posttest, it was found that there was an increase in cadre knowledge, namely from 30% to 70%. Posyandu has been conducted in 7 Banjar in the Guwang Gianyar Village. Conclusion: The establishment of skilled and trained Posyandu toddlers and able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of toddlers posyandu

Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

Background: Prosocial behavior is one type of social-emotional development among preschoolers which can influence development at a later stage. Untreated social-emotional development can lead to aggressive, shy, timid, destructive behaviors, powerful behavior, violent behavior, negativism and selfishness. Objective to describe the prosocial behavior among preschoolers (5-6 years). Methods: This study used a descriptive design with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling: total sampling, namely 66 preschoolers (5-6 years old) at Maria Fatima Kindergarten, Jembrana, Bali. The data collection tool used here was a questionnaire in the form of a scale that was developed based on prosocial behavior indicators. Data analysis used univariate analysis in the form of categories. Results: The study results showed the characteristics of respondents namely male children of 48.5%, female children of 51.5%, five years old of 69.7%, six years old of 30.3%. The minimum score of prosocial behavior was 25 (low category) and the maximum score was 39 (moderate category). Conclusion: This study found that most of prosocial behavior of preschoolers (5-6 years old) was in the moderate category (74.2%). Further studies should be conducted regarding the factors that influence prosocial behavior.

Although this manufacture produces high quality products, but in the business process still there are several weaknesses, such as some of processes manually, systems still not integrated each other, overlapping position, etc. In this research, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) was chosen with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) which has eight phases with focus on the business architecture phase. The expected results of this research are to be proposed TOGAF model by aligning business strategy and IS/IT, also integrating all systems and stakeholders that support business activities to achieve business goals so it will more be optimal, effective and efficient in the operational.

The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

The purpose of this research is to explain the function of budget planning of project cost as a tool of cost control at company and form of control which will bedone by company management in reducing existence of deviation. The data was obtained directly from Purworejo's Neverland Development company. This research uses variance analysis method, data obtained in the form of budget plan and its realization as well as direct interview. Based on the result of the research, the difference between budget of project cost and its realization happened the advantageous difference in the calculation of three types of cost, namely direct material, direct labor and the difference of project overhead cost. This means that, the cost budget can be used as a cost control tool within the company. Cost budgeting can be made as a work guide or reference in the creation of a company project in evaluating the cost control that occurs in the company. With the budget will reduce unexpected expenses and other costs beyond the budget

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Europe is also wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. Unfortunately, many creative industry players do not understand the potential of this. Therefore, it is important to provide information about creative industry’s export potential to Europe. The method used in this program is through socialization and disccusion. The program has been held with participants in creative industries, located in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The socialization program was held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 located in Batik Laweyan Village. Through this program, it can be useful for: (1) creative industry players, to get an overview of the potential of the creative industry in the European market; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education.
