Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. But when the fish seed measured pretty much it will take a long time (not efficient) and cause incorrect measurement results (inaccurate). The accuracy of calculation of fingerlings is crucial trust between seller and buyer.During this time a sensor is used to detect the amount of fish seed is passed through a transparent hose using a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) and photodiode sensors as infra red light receiver. The level of accuracy of the sensor lies in the intensity of the light beam is received so that the sensor will be impaired if airya murky and there are air bubbles pass through the sensor so that the fish count error occurs. This research will be conducted design counters the number of fingerlings using infra red phototransistor sensor with a frequency of 20KHz to fish and then processed using the logic matrix. Results matrix logic into the data input to be processed by a microcontroller as the basis of results of calculation of the amount of fish.Development model studies using models of R & D (research and development) that produce a product in the form of the final product. Experiments were carried out using the type and length of catfish fingerlings with a length of 3 cm to 5 cm. Fish seed count tool has been tested to catfish farmers in the village Siwarak Ungaran City. The trial results calculators fish seeds have difference of 3% of the calculated results Manual or accuracy of calculation results have fish reaches 97%, then a counter of fish seed is acceptable to be used by catfish farmers.

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

The development of microcontroller technology that is rapidly making applications to be developed as a work in the field of technology that can help and facilitate human activities. Researchers see that current technological developments there are many uses of loadcell sensors to detect weight on objects. The number of factors that affect the weight difference between digital scales and scales very significant conventional. Therefore researchers analyzed the use of loadcell sensors for calculate solid and liquid objects and analyze the work system and the accuracy of the accuracy on the loadcell sensor in calculating the weight of solid objects and liquid objects.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

This can make competition tight, especially for business people, especially those that occur in digital printing companies owned by Abadi Digital Printing, Salatiga. Because this printing company is still a new company, it requires a lot of research on consumer purchasing patterns to increase sales and marketing strategies so as not to be rivaled by other printing that has been longer, the following analysis uses apriori algorithms with RapidMiner tools. By using a support value of 0,025 and confidence of 0,6, the results are that the items often purchased by consumers are standing banner with  x banner. From these results it can be used as a promotional event, deal packages, etc to increase consumer attractiveness.
