A qualitative research approach using a literature review was used, involving the collection and analysis of data from library sources relating to the research subject. In the literature review, the results of descriptive and qualitative research are summarized (summary) using qualitative methods. The widespread distribution of pornography is a problem that cannot be resolved through regulations. Various laws have been enacted to prevent the production of pornography, which has now been criminalized. The use and promotion of sex, partial or full nudity in scenes, sexually explicit gestures, and social activities of female characters usually fall under pornography. Pornography often depicts women, in particular, as highly degrading sexual objects. An immediate cessation of the distribution of pornographic content on social media and a focus on legal protection for victims of such behavior must be emphasized.

This study examines the strategies and implications of online learning for children with intellectual disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Children with special needs, including those with intellectual disabilities, require education tailored to their unique needs. This research uses a literature review method, prioritizing research articles published in the last 5 years to gather relevant data on distance learning and effective strategies for children with intellectual disabilities. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced a shift from face-to-face to online learning, posing significant challenges for children with intellectual disabilities who have difficulty with logical thinking and require direct interaction to understand material. Online learning offers advantages such as time flexibility and the use of technology, but also has drawbacks such as a lack of direct interaction, resulting in a limited understanding of the material. Parents play a crucial role in supporting children during online learning, but they face challenges such as limited knowledge and motivation from the child. This study found that parents often struggle to explain material to their children and maintain their learning motivation. To overcome these obstacles, recommended strategies include the use of simple language, repetitive explanations, and real-life examples. Online learning also brings children and parents closer, allowing parents to better understand their child's nature and create a closer relationship. In conclusion, support from family and teachers is essential to enhancing the effectiveness of online learning for children with intellectual disabilities, and adapting appropriate strategies can help overcome various challenges encountered during the online learning process during the pandemic.

The popular short video platform TikTok, has emerged as a major player in the global e-commerce landscape. This research aims to understand the role of TikTok in increasing global e-commerce through a literature study. The main aim of this research is to understand how Tik Tok can improve global e-commerce. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data was collected from a variety of sources, including scientific journals, news articles, and industry reports. Data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques. This research found that TikTok can increase global e-commerce through several mechanisms, including: Increasing brand awareness and consumer engagement. Driving impulse purchases and conversions Building community and customer loyalty and Facilitating influencer marketing and brand collaborations TikTok is a powerful tool that businesses can use to scale global e-commerce. Businesses looking to capitalize on TikTok must develop an effective strategy that leverages the power of the platform.

Background: Financial reports are considered important for the final accounting process which is a means of financial communication and accountability to stakeholders for decision making for the next period. This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of influence by producing articles to review the effect of profitability, audit complexity and audit quality on audit report lag. The research methodology used in this research is the literature review method, using qualitative research methods where the articles analyzed in this article are 21 article writings, consisting of 5 international and 16 national journals which have been selected according to the keywords analyzed and their searches using google scholar with quantitative and qualitative research designs. The review results Profitability affects Audit Report Lag. Companies that have a good level of profitability try to avoid delays in the audit process because these delays can be considered bad news and become public conversation. Audit Complexity affects Audit Report Lag, because companies with high operating complexity and more subsidiaries will tend to complete their audits longer. The effect of Audit Quality on Audit Report Lag, because the higher the quality of a company's KAP, the faster the audit report can be completed. Conclusion: Profitability, Audit Complexity and Audit Quality have a significant effect on Audit Report Lag. Audit Report Lag can have an unfavorable effect on future business because it can hinder decision making for the next period and affect other aspects.      

This research aims to identify and analyze how social media as a tool for selling graphic design services is then linked to the legal consequences for copyright objects as well as the legal protection given to copyright owners reviewed using Law Number 28 of 2014. This research is a research normative law with a statutory approach. The legal sources used consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The legal language analysis technique uses literature study, namely books, journals, articles related to the problem topic. The results of this research show that Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright has basically provided direct legal protection for graphic design creators for the graphic design work they upload to social media. In protecting their creations, graphic design creators can take legal action, both preventive and repressive.

In recent years, news about human trafficking both domestically and across countries has increasingly been broadcast in print and electronic media. The rise in crimes that occur is caused by various factors that encourage perpetrators to commit crimes. Human trafficking is a practice of modern slavery that degrades dignity and can threaten the survival of the general public. The target or targets of this trading practice are usually people who earn low income and have low education. It is important to know that this crime can be committed individually or collectively. It is said to be joint if it is carried out in the name of a business entity and in the interests of the corporation based on the work relationship and work environment of the corporation. Corporations as legal subjects for the criminal act of trafficking in persons are regulated in Article 13 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. The current obstacle is that the implementation or application of punitive sanctions against corporations is still not firm. This can be seen from the increasing number of cases where the perpetrator is a business entity or corporation. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method which examines legal materials such as books or articles that discuss human trafficking using secondary data for detailed analysis. qualitative. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause corporations to commit criminal acts of human trafficking in Indonesia and to find out how criminal sanctions are applied against corporations for criminal acts of human trafficking in Indonesia.

This research is carried out by means of a library study or literature review which is taken from various available sources such as data or documents published by the Bank of Indonesia, journals, books, articles, as well as other reading findings related to the research topic. The results of this study show that the development of Sharia banking in Indonesia by implementing a spin-off on the Sharia Business Unit owned by the Conventional General Bank has grown significantly, it is proven with several banks that have joined BUS, recorded in the performance report of the OJK that 14 banks have become Sharia General Bank using different schemes in the process.

This article discusses the implementation of Indonesian diplomacy in facing the trade war against the European Union (EU) using a self-help concept approach. By analyzing the concept of self-help in international relations and its application in diplomatic strategy, this research highlights how Indonesia applies cooperative diplomacy with regional partners and diplomacy to overcome the challenges posed by the European Union's palm oil discrimination.This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various primary sources of diplomatic documents related to the trade war involving the European Union. Apart from that, secondary data obtained from news, scientific articles and journals are relevant data sources.

Mathematics learning is one of the lessons with abstract concepts that require students to solve problems on math problems in everyday life. In learning mathematics, educators can utilize applications or technology today as learning media such as mathway. Mathway application not only provides answers but provides a discussion of math problems in great detail. This study uses a literature review method that aims to investigate the effectiveness of using the Mathway application in learning mathematics. There are 6 national articles from google scholar that are relevant to the use of Mathway application in learning mathematics. The results of this study prove that the use of Mathway application is effective in learning mathematics because it can help students or teachers in understanding math learning. Mathway application is also effective on students' motivation, numeracy literacy, and critical thinking skills in learning mathematics.

Along with the development of technology, application/software-based learning media is needed to help students understand mathematics material. This study aims to identify, review, and conclude related to the use of scratch application-based math learning media.  The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Using the Google Scholar database, articles were searched according to the topics studied in the 2019-2024 time span. The search was based on Garuda and Sinta 1-6. The results showed that the use of mathematics learning media based on scratch application optimizes students' problem solving and improves students' understanding of mathematics concepts, thus increasing their involvement and making learning more fun.

This research is qualitative research, where the type of research is library research with data collection techniques using documentation methods and online searches. Then, the data source was obtained from primary data derived from the Charismatic Leadership book: The Role, Thought & Life View of KH. Muntaha Wonosobo and secondary (thesis education books, articles, internet sites, and journals). The analysis techniques used are content analysis techniques, discourse analysis, and D&C (Devide and Conquer) analysis. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Charismatic Leadership book contains the struggle of KH. Muntaha al Hafidz developed Islamic education with several strategies, namely the integration of general knowledge and religion, the establishment of formal educational institutions, and teaching methods that are made modern and relevant to this day. Islamic educational thought KH. Muntaha al Hafidz is with educational innovations that combine formal and non-formal education to be in harmony between imtaq (faith and taqwa) and science and technology (science and technology). While the impact of KH's thinking. Muntaha al Hafidz is that economic status increases, people are aware of the importance of education, the birth of professional groups, and make Islamic education integrated.

Teachers are often seen as authoritarian figures who can intimidate students, as oppressors who only want to impose their will without considering students' needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study sourced from various journal articles, books and other references to facilitate understanding of the objects discussed. The focus of this research is whether teachers are bullies or teachers who are not bullies. Teachers have good character or good personality competence, respect other people, have a passion for teaching, nurturing, encouraging and motivating, and create a safe and positive learning environment to produce students who are useful to many people. Teachers are not oppressors. Teachers are not people who force or pressure students, but rather educators who are wise, encouraging, and a source of comfort and support for students' positive development. Interactions between teachers and students should be based on respect, understanding and good communication. So the profession shown by a teacher is that teachers are not oppressors.

This research analyzes the effect of parental guidance on the reading ability of children aged 5-6 years.  Based on a systematic review of twelve articles, it was found that parents' active involvement in reading activities had a significant impact on children's reading abilities.  Positive parenting patterns, such as democratic parenting, and the routine of reading together at home contribute greatly to the development of children's reading abilities.  This research is a Systematic Review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses method or commonly called PRISMA.  The research sample consisted of twelve articles published in the 2019-2024 period.  The results showed that children who received intensive guidance from parents showed significant improvements in reading ability compared to children who received minimal guidance.  Parents' education and economic factors also influence the effectiveness of the guidance provided.  This conclusion emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting early childhood reading development through positive and supportive interactions.

In this reserach, there is no population and sample involved, but rather using literature, such as thesis, articles, and books. The research used a qualitative approach with a correlation analysis method through literature studies using theses, articles, and books. Based on of several relevant journals, it can be said that learning strategies have an important role in maximizing student learning outcomes. In other words, the more effective the learning strategy applied, the more optimal the learning outcomes obtained.

he construction sector is a dynamic industry that produces projects in terms of infrastructure and buildings. This sector faces challenges, particularly in worker safety and health (K3) in every project. Statistics show that the increase in fatalities and permanent disability cases due to accidents at construction sites in Indonesia is among the highest compared to other industrial sectors. This study examines the key factors and challenges in meeting occupational safety and health (K3) standards to achieve quality infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review conducted through databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. After selection, 42 articles were used as sources for analysis in this study. The results indicate that technical aspects, both Internal Risks and Project Risks, are the most influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Meanwhile, External Non-Technical Risks are the least influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Risk control can be carried out through good working methods, the use of tools according to warning signs, the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clear explanations of accident risks and risk control methods by the contractor.

This research discusses office management in creating effective employee performance according to William H. Leffingwell. Office management is a series of activities to plan, manage, organize, direct, supervise the implementation of office work effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the expected goals. Office life will be well managed and run smoothly with all existing activities and programs, if the office applies management sciences to it. Management is needed, so that offices can be managed well, by making optimal use of existing infrastructure, organizing employees appropriately, arranging employee duties and responsibilities well, and evaluating the results of employee performance and the office's achievements. This research uses library research by collecting all data and information related to creating effective employee performance in office management through books and scientific articles that are relevant to the topic discussed.

Job analysis is one approach that can be used to improve teacher performance. Improving teacher performance is currently one of the main focuses in achieving optimal quality of education. Teachers are a key component in the learning process, and the quality of their performance has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to explain job analysis in improving teacher performance in schools by using literature review studies as a method of collecting data, analyzing, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. Data collection techniques involve collecting information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports and other documents by assessing procedures from the results of similar research that has been carried out by other people. The results of this research conclude that in job analysis, teachers must be placed in positions that are in accordance with their qualifications and skills. This allows teachers to use their abilities effectively and improve their performance. In addition, job analysis also helps in identifying the training and development needs of teachers, so that they can improve the quality of education provided.  

This article will discuss the concept of Independent Regulatory Agencies (IRAs) as an alternative to constitutional protection for c in Indonesia. State auxiliary agencies are state institutions that are formed and have authority based on other laws and regulations. In Indonesia, state auxiliary agencies are not regulated in a legal basis, so it is still unclear about their position in the constitution. Apart from that, there is still uncertainty regarding the independence of state auxiliary agencies which causes the authority of these state institutions to be limited. This study is a qualitative legal research. Data collection techniques using literature study. The type of data used is secondary data derived from data sources of laws and regulations, articles, and journals. The research method used is a normative juridical approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis specificatios. This research finds that state auxiliary agencies in Indonesia were formed on the basis of other laws or are said to be not state institutions that have the authority mandated by the 1945 Constitution. Unlike in the United States and Europe, state auxiliary agencies are legally guaranteed by laws and regulations and are even stated explicitly and limitively. Independence and self regulatory are two important elements in IRAs. This study recommends the concept of IRAs as an idea for improving the arrangement of state auxiliary agencies in Indonesia so as to create effective democratic state services. Some of the models that can be applied include; minimizing the authority of the DPR in selecting leaders of state auxiliary agencies, granting independent authority and affirming non-partisan provisions.

The aim of limestone mining activities is to obtain the main raw material, namely limestone, which can then be used as a construction raw material such as cement. This data collection method is to collect primary data obtained from identifying activity locations and secondary data obtained from Journal Reviews and other scientific articles and then compiling them into a narrative. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive impact, namely the recruitment of workers from the local area and a negative impact, namely a decrease in ambient air quality, a decrease in water quality, soil erosion, disruption of flora and fauna and plant vegetation.

This research aims to analyze the influence of family environment interactions on the social-emotional behavior of early childhood. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence family environment interactions have on the social-emotional behavior of early childhood. The method used is meta-analysis, by describing the results of analysis from various studies that have been published nationally in Indonesia, then calculating the effect size. The research sample consisted of ten articles published in accredited national journals in the 2017-2021 period. The instrument used is a coding sheet containing data and information on findings from each article. The results of the analysis show that the average correlation value between family environment interactions and early childhood social-emotional behavior is 0.71, which is included in the high category. These findings indicate that interactions in the family environment have a significant influence on the development of social-emotional behavior in early childhood, and play an important role in forming positive behavior in children.
