Soft Kopi adalah sebuah kedai kopi yang berlokasi di Kendal. Seperti kebanyakan kedai kopi lainnya, Soft kopi ini menyediakan berbagai macam seduhan kopi dan menu andalannya. Dalam aktivitas usahanya peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah dalam  pemasarannya. Hambatan yang dihadapi Kedai Kopi Soft Kopi dimasa pandemi adalah tingkat penjualan.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana  pengaruh karakteristik produk dan karakteristik pemasaran terhadap Impulse Buying  di kedai kopi  Soft Kopi Kendal. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian,menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk yang disajikan oleh kedai kopi Soft Kopi semuanya sudah baik, ini artinya kedai dapat memuaskan konsumen yang datang berkunjung, namun ada beberapa aspek yang membuat konsumen sedikit tidak puas untuk berkunjung ke kedai kopi. Saran yang dapat diberikan pada pemilik Soft Kopi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kembali  strategi pemasaran  yang lebih baik sehingga dapat menarik pelanggan baru untuk berkunjung ke Soft Kopi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen di  PT Data Citra Mandiri (iBox) Cabang Menteng Central. Kualitas produk   sangatlah   menentukan   loyalitas   konsumen   demi   menarik   konsumen   agar   terus menggunakan  produk  dari  smartphone  iphone.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian kuantitatif  pencarian data dengan menggunakan buku-buku referensi yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang sesuai dengan judul jurnal ini, dengan melakukan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada customer pengguna smartphone iphone yang membeli di PT Data Citra Mandiri (iBox) Cabang Menteng Central. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah customer di PT Data Citra Mandiri (iBox) Cabang menteng Central. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel kualitas produk smartphone iphone mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas  konsumen.  Sedangkan  dari  uji  koefisien  determinasi  menunjukan  kualitas  produk smartphone iphone memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen sebesar 75%.

Faktor – faktor yang mempengruhi produktivitas kerja driver Grab bike komunitas rumpun online Semarang yaitu komitmen organisasi dan system reward. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan bukti empiris yang menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja driver  Grab bike studi pada komunita srumpun online Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai kumulatif komitmen organisasi aadalah sebesar 89,29% yang bermasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai kumulatif system reward  adalah 76,83% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan nilai kumulatif produktivitas kerja adalah 83,94% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh koefisien korelasi ganda pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward terhadap produktifitas kerja driver Grab bike adalah sebesar 0,750. Hasil uji F sebesar 43,7 (> F tabel 3,13), yang menunjukkan  bahwa komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja driver Grab bike (studi pada komunitas rumpun online Semarang) secara parsial dan simultan.

Kemajuan teknologi berdampak pada kegiatan ekonomi. Internet adalah alat yang populer untuk digunakan dalam transaksi online. Masyarakat Indonesia memahami bahwa potensi internet sangat menguntungkan untuk dikembangkan. Namun, pemain lokal Indonesia gagal mengenali hal tersebut. Keengganan konsumen Indonesia untuk bertransaksi secara online menarik untuk disimak. Transaksi online membutuhkan kepercayaan konsumen karena transaksi online berbeda dengan transaksi offline. Kepercayaan dalam transaksi online berbeda dengan kepercayaan dalam transaksi offline. Objek utama kepercayaan dalam transaksi online adalah website, internet atau teknologi. Hubungan kepercayaan antara penjual dan konsumen tidak dapat dipisahkan dari karakteristik konsumen karena minat untuk mempercayai orang lain memerlukan dukungan motivasi dan keyakinan bahwa orang lain tidak merugikan atau menyesatkan dalam keadaan apapun. Kepercayaan konsumen adalah keputusan yang kompleks karena berkaitan dengan tuntutan sementara dari individu yang berbeda berdasarkan demografi mereka. Hasil uji t pada variabel (X1) adalah variabel karakteristik website yang memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,365 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Ini mendukung gagasan bahwa karakteristik situs web memiliki efek yang jelas. Karakteristik motivasi konsumen (X2) dalam pembelian online pada uji-t memiliki t-hitung sebesar 2,135 namun dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05 membuktikan bahwa karakteristik konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Demografi konsumen (X3) meliputi jenis kelamin, usia responden, latar belakang pendidikan, tingkat pengeluaran, dan minat uji-t. Semua item demografi menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung adalah 3,257 dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05 sehingga kepercayaan konsumen jelas terpengaruh.

Material cor semen dengan konstruksi tetap sifatnya dan memiliki bentuk yang sangat masif serta memberikan kesan visual yang sangat berat bahkan secara keseluruhan tidak memberikan karakteristik yang sesuai untuk dikonsumsi oleh anak-anak yang tampak di kawasan taman kota adalah spesifikasi yang terdapat pada bangku taman khusus untuk anak-anak di kota surabaya. Tak jarang, bangku yang diperuntukan untuk anak-anak justru banyak digunakan oleh orang dewasa. Alhasil, banyak bangku yang bisa dikatakan keluar dari tujuan dan sasaran awal pembuatannya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan yang didukung oleh beberapa data yang akan dianalisis untuk menilai dan memberikan beberapa paparan dari segi aspek konstruksi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Disusul dengan metode pendekatan estetis yaitu pendekatan khusus yang menekankan pada aspek seni rupa dan desain dalam kaitannya dengan daya tarik aspek estetika dengan memberikan kesimpulan yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam proses pembuatan bangku taman khususnya untuk anak-anak di masa depan, dan diharapkan mampu memberikan jawaban atas kesederhanaan bentuk dan kelemahan bahan yang terkandung dalam proses pembuatan kursi taman khusus untuk anak-anak secara efektif dan efisien yang berdampak pada biaya produksi.

Computer self-efficacy (CSE) and job satisfaction play an vital role in achieving education’s aims not only in general affairs but also in particular goals both in formal education institutions and teacher’s real life. This research intends to (1) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward computer self-efficacy of teachers in SMK NEGERI 1 MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI, (2) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward teacher’s job satisfaction of teachers in SMK NEGERI 1 MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI. It is highly hoped that the research could be a reference for the schools themselves and the stake holders to manage and improve the teachers. The population of this research is teachers in Wijaya Putra Senior High school and Wijaya Putra Vocational High School which is consisted 52 teachers. This research conducts census method with 46 questioners analyzed.  Computer self-efficacy data, Teacher’s  job satisfaction  data is gained through CSE dan MSQ questioners. While Big Five Behavior Model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) is obtained through the scoring Big Five Inventory (BFI). Those data is analyzed qualitatively with double regression technique  The findings show that the factors big five behavior model with dimension agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience effect partially while the dimension: extraversion and  neuroticism do not influence significantly towards CSE of the teachers. The factors big five behavior model has the impact significantly on CSE of the teachers in stimulate way. In teacher’s job satisfaction, all of the dimensions influence in stimulate way and partially.  It shows that dimension of neuroticism in big five behavior model is the dominant variable which affects the teachers’ Computer Self-Efficacy.

Now a days tourism and hospitality industry especially in Hotel is growing fast, the writer take an observation as hotel X in Surabaya. The writer want to know   influence of consument on education,  level of service and policy as a leader on occupancy of Hotel X in front office Dept. front office one of central Dept in hotel as Relationship  between guest and others Dept. Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff  must have an experience and  out standing skill because customer need good service expectation  is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational  well. It showed  by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude  that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy  Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of  good service to the guest.

Based on the experimental study about corncob conducted before, this village has managed to create a new breakthrough production of processed foods such as corn chips since 2003. The foods that use raw materials of corn is the only one in Probolinggo. Corn chips production as small industries is run by 7 women farmers starting in 2008. (Wahmuda, 2013). The problem of this industrial activity is unbalancing the marketing area with market demand that obstruct continues to increase. This causes decrease on the productivity of the industry. In addition corncob waste left over from a small industrial activities corn chips squashed every day as much as 60 kg. This would be a major obstacle when marketing targets to reach market demand. As a result of waste corn cobs will be more numerous and uncontrolled, even less the corn cob waste is only used as cooking fuel. This research includes experiments on corn cobs process is divided into several stages, namely the process of forming, heating, curing, mixing and merging material, as well as coloring. From the research-based experiments, it turns out corn cobs to have a variety of characteristics. The uniqueness and characteristics process of corncobs, can give some variant forms such as cubes, cylinders, triangles, and a chopped form. Of these forms can be created several patterns of merger between a very interesting form to be used as a hanging lamp shade products. In the manufacture of a hanging lampshade required supporting materials such as iron chandelier hook pipe diameter of 16 mm and an iron plate with a thickness of 3 mm. Innovation alternative these products will continue at the stage of the development process of product design by using corn cobs as raw material products with the hope to utilize more leverage on how to process forms such a way into a useful product in terms of people's needs, aesthetic value and become friendly products environment.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.

This research was conducted at PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Work productivity that has not reached the company's target because there are still shortcomings that occur to employees when viewed with data in the last 5 years, not all employees can achieve work productivity targets that have not reached the company's target because there are still shortages that occur when viewed with data in 5 years Finally, not all employees can reach the target. Compensation is still very low due to the bonuses made by companies that have not been maximal for employees who have worked optimally. Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Job Satisfaction influences the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination that value .10 means compensation and job satisfaction can explain employee work productivity by 31% and the remaining 69% (100-31) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: work motivation, career development, work environment and so on

Learning media applications are learning concepts that are carried out through electronic media networks in the form of mobile and non-mobile applications. The development of very advanced technology in the modern era and globalization allows various activities to be carried out quickly and efficiently. Technological developments have had a lot of influence on our way of life, one of which is in the field of education by using online or online learning media applications in learning activities in schools, colleges, courses and even online communities have started using concepts like this. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of learning media applications in geography subjects in education was during the covid-19 pandemic. As we all know, the losses due to the COVID-19 virus have had a huge impact on all sectors, including the education sector. To achieve this goal, this research will use a qualitative research approach. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Analysis of the data used in processing questionnaire data through google form by describing the results of the questionnaires distributed online.

Since the increase of Covid 19 cases, the government has affirmed the implementation of online learning for all students, including university students. Online learning is a learning process conducted in a network that utilizes the internet, without face-to-faceinteractions. In practice, online learning has many obstacles which affect the success of students in the courses. Creating a sense of place in online learning can be done by improving communication between lecturers and students: humanization of students, the socialization process related to online learning, the importance of the role of lecturers in online learning, the contribution of students in online learning, learning media, guidelines and learning targets. With a conducive learning atmosphere, optimizing the role of lecturers and student contributions, can meet the desired learning targets.Efforts are made to achieve effective communication. The success of learning depends on the lecturers and students, each of which has a role that cannot be ruled out. The role of technology has a significant effect on the online learning process, such as internet access, communication media, and learning media.In the end, this effective communication effort is expected to be able to encouragestudents to play a maximum role in online learning, especially in situations where face-to-face learning is not possible, such as during a pandemic.

Online Learning Innovation Based on Zoom Meeting Application is the policy selection taken at the Amaliah Elementary School of Bogor Regency. The Zoom Meeting application policy is used to support the implementation of effective learning in the pandemic period. The purpose of this study was to describe online learning based on Zoom Meeting at the Amaliah Elementary School as a school policy that chose the zoom meeting application as a learning media during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design—the respondents used by teachers in the Elementary School of Amaliah. Data collection procedures use interviews, observation, and documentation for data analysis using triangulation. The study results imposed that teachers, students, and parents' support very quickly received the selection of zoom meeting applications. Zoom meeting-based online learning implementation can be used on online learning planning aspects, methods and strategies, and online learning assessment. Although the school provides supporting facilities, there are still obstacles to online learning-based zoom meetings. Furthermore, both teachers need to develop technological capabilities in presenting the learning in the pandemic and the science of their knowledge about various models of appropriate learning used in online learning.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine students' learning difficulties in chemistry by using zoom in achieving cognitive, sociological and psychological aspects and to further examine the difficulties faced by students. Data collection using questionnaires and tests, then using the K-Means Cluster data analysis technique, with three clusters (groups) followed by crosstab and graph analysis, using SPSS IBM 22 and followed by the RASH model. the results obtained are that (a) cognitive aspects in the form of student thinking, followed by sociological aspects and psychological aspects related to students' internal factors (b) cognitive results are tested more deeply with the Expended Score Graph. The ICC is in accordance with the RASH Model, the difficult questions to work on are questions 10 and 13 are in the analysis (C4), the Outfit MNSQ value is between 0.5-0.15 and then from the Probability graph of Student Cognitive Ability is well distributed, thus the difficulty in the cognitive aspect lies in the questions presented. These results are very useful for identifying students' cognitive limitations in chemistry learning. Thus, from the results, it is explained that cognitive is the main difficulty, with the RASCH test it is known that the level of difficulty is at the analysis.

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

In 2019 PT.PELNI (Persero) with ships to and from Semarang experienced an increase in passengers. The need for companies to continue to innovate through aspects of the company in terms of comfort, service, and brand image to balance  the  costs or prices incurred  by  service  users.  One of the strategies carried out by PT PELNI (Persero) is to make a number of ship service adjustments amid the Covid-19 outbreak. One of them is preparing a policy to apply the portstay scheme in turn for all ships.This research uses data collection methods in the form of observations made directly in the field, literature study, and documentation and questionnaire methods.  In  this  study,  the  authors  used  qualitative  and  quantitative  data analysis, where the statistics found in the study were described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which were then represented in a description.It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regressions, it shows that the convenience variable (X1) has a positive effect on the attractiveness of service users, where the value of tcount 2.781> ttable 1.984. Service variable (X2) has a positive influence on the attractiveness of service users where the value of tcount is 3.328> t table is 1.984.  Variable Brand Image (X3) also has a positive influence on the attractiveness of service users has a tcount of 2.813> t table of 1.984.  Thus  the  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  there  is  a  positive  and significant influence between Comfort, Service and Brand Image on Service User Interest.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 41 banks, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 3 years (2017-2019). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test whose processing was carried out with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first, second and third hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value and financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.
