The aim of this research is to find out how the role of e-commerce increases opportunities for MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature study as the main data source. We carried out the data collection process by searching literature with the keyword "The role of e-commerce in Indonesian MSMEs." on the Google Scholar platform. The results show that e-commerce has made a significant contribution to the MSME players themselves. The role of e-commerce has also increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, which at that time became the main solution for MSMEs to survive amidst the crisis caused by restrictions on physical activity. With e-commerce integrated with social media, MSMEs can still operate and maintain income because they are able to adapt to changes in market behavior. However, this research also identified several main challenges, one of which is the low interest in reading which causes a lack of digital literacy among MSME players. Therefore, technology training, digital infrastructure development, and policies that support the empowerment of MSMEs in the digital era are needed. By conducting this research, of course there is hope that strategic steps can be formulated to maximize the potential of e-commerce, not only in expanding market access on a global scale, but also being able to increase the global competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Fire is one of the incidents that disturbs homeowners because of the fire that will drain property and can claim lives when there is a lack of anticipation and minimal ignorance of the incident, such as when a fire occurs there is no early warning to the homeowner, this is also a cause of fire. The cause of the fire can be caused by a gas leak, electrical short circuit or caused by the community itself. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to create a safety system technology to be applied to the home kitchen, namely the design of an early detection system for fires based on the Internet Of Things (IoT) using ESP8266 which is useful for monitoring kitchen conditions and will automatically send a notification of the kitchen condition if the sensor reads an incident. The Hardware Design uses several tools consisting of ESP8266, Arduino R3. Jumper Cables, Fire Sensors, MQ-2 Gas Sensors, Mini Fans, Mini Water Pumps, Relays, Buzzers. and for the software design using Arduino IDE for system programming and Blynk as an application to display notifications. The designed system will be tested using black box testing which is used to determine whether the designed system will meet the specified parameters or not, and the results of the design state that the system is in accordance with the parameters used.

Changes in the health insurance system in Indonesia continue to evolve, one of which is implementing the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy as a replacement for the BPJS Health class system based on Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 59 of 2024. This policy is designed to unify healthcare classes to reduce disparities in healthcare access and quality in Indonesia. However, its implementation is faced with key challenges, including hospital infrastructure readiness, limited human resources, and criticism from various parties, including patients and healthcare providers. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to review various policy documents, relevant literature, and legal and social perspectives related to policy implementation. The results show that although KRIS has the potential to reduce disparities in access to health services, its implementation requires more attention to the readiness of health facilities, strengthening management systems, and budget adjustments to support optimal operations. Furthermore, this policy requires the active involvement of the community and health workers in the evaluation and decision-making process so that the policy is more responsive to the real needs in the field. The theoretical approaches used, such as public policy theory and progressive law, highlight the importance of cooperation between the government, healthcare providers, and communities to ensure effective and equitable implementation of KRIS. This research suggests improving hospital infrastructure, continuous training for health workers, and strengthening a transparent monitoring system to ensure the success of this policy. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the formulation of health policies that are more inclusive and sustainable and can serve as a reference in efforts to realize a more equitable and fair health service system for all Indonesians.

The rapid advancement of knowledge and information technology has reshaped the perspectives and lifestyles of Indonesian citizens, particularly through innovations like Artificial Intelligence (AI), which automates various tasks and simplifies human activities. However, the misuse of AI has become a critical issue in 2023, especially in spreading sophisticated fake information. To address this, Law No. 1 of 2024, amending Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, is expected to combat AI software misuse effectively. This study investigates the legal implications of AI misuse, particularly concerning privacy and personal data security, and examines its interpretation under Articles 27 and 32 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law to enhance law enforcement and safeguard individual privacy rights. Using a normative legal research approach, the findings reveal that AI misuse, such as manipulating photos and videos, violates data protection laws, including the GDPR in the European Union and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Act. Such violations can lead to severe penalties, legal consequences, and reputational damage for companies. Recognized as a form of cybercrime, AI misuse is addressed under Article 35 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, which provides a specialized legal framework for handling such offenses comprehensively.

The pillars of marriage as a requirement for the validity of a marriage, include fundamental elements that must be present in the marriage contract process. The four major schools of thought in Islam, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hambali, have different views even though the basic principles of the pillars of marriage are generally different. This difference arises due to differences in the ijtihad method and the social context faced by each school of thought, although all are based on the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijma' (consensus of scholars) which have been widely accepted in Muslim society. This study focuses on a comparison of the pillars of marriage according to the four main schools of thought in Islam. The research method used is library research. Based on this study, the results obtained are that the pillars of marriageaccording to 4 schools of thought are: first, the Hanafiyah school consists of ijab and qabul. Second, the Malikiyyah school consists of the woman's guardian, dowry, the husband is not in ihram, the wife is not in ihram and is not in the 'iddah period, and shigat. This article examines marriage law as a form of uniformity and legal certainty. However, there are still differing views among Islamic scholars (fuqaha) regarding the position of witnesses in marriage. In light of this, the author is interested in discussing the role of marriage witnesses as one of the requirements for marriage according to the four fiqh schools of thought. This research employs a literature review method by collecting primary and secondary data from books, journals, and other legal regulations. The findings show that, according to the four fiqh schools, a marriage witness is an individual who clearly and certainly knows about the marriage event and is ready to provide evidence that can be held accountable if required by either party regarding the occurrence of the marriage. In the context of legal regulations, a marriage witness is recognized as one of the pillars of marriage, based on the view of the Shafi’i school. Two witnesses are the minimum requirement for marriage, and the purpose of having witnesses is to prevent the emergence of negative issues in society related to extramarital relationships. The presence of marriage witnesses also affirms the rights that arise after the marriage contract, such as the right to consultation, maintenance rights, and inheritance rights.
