The shift in global paradigm and threat perspective has led to a wide variety of possible risks and uncertainties. This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

Indonesia is a country that has projections in 2020 of e-commerce market growth that will continue to grow to reach US $ 20 billion. Therefore, the number of e-commerce sites that have sprung up in Indonesia with the aim of finding as many customers as possible. Blibli.com and JD.ID are examples of many e-commerce in the Indonesian market. E-commerce is one of the creative industries that is approved with the main weapons that rely on creativity and the support they have to utilize more resources. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of hedonic value, utilitarian value and store atmosphere on impulse buying. The population in this study were consumers in Kendari City who had shopped and visited Minnisou Lippo Plaza Kendari. The population in this study is infinite which means unlimited. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 respondents (based on the Lemeshow formula). Data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that hedonic shopping value has a positive effect on impulse buying, utilitarian value does not have a positive effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has a positive effect on impulse buying, and hedonic shopping value, utilitarian value and store atmosphere together positively influence positive impulse buying. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the forensic accounting and audit investigations in detecting fraud procurement of goods and services. The rise of fraud cases in Indonesia, one of which is fraud related to public needs, namely the procurement of goods and services. This is reminiscent of the real threat of fraud in the form of corruption in the procurement of goods and services that can cause poor quality of goods / services produced so that they cannot serve the public interest effectively and efficiently. In this context, the community is the most disadvantaged party. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 34 auditor respondents in the field of Investigation of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan DKI Jakarta. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique, using SmartPLS software testing tool version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the application of forensic accounting and investigative audits have a significant effect in detecting fraud procurement of goods / services.

The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

Additional criminal threats added on top of the main criminal sanctions aim to prevent military members from committing violations. The aim of this research shows that to maintain discipline, the application of additional punishment must remain based on the principles of law and justice. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that this additional penalty is expected to provide a stronger incentive for military members to comply with established ethics and regulations, maintain military integrity and efficiency, and improve the public's image and trust in military institutions.

Increasing competition in business competition, especially in companies engaged in the trading sector, requires every business actor to be quick and responsive in handling or responding to the condition of his sales, this is intended so that the company's sales results continue to increase And one of the main keys in sales is the inventory of goods, inventory goods or inventory are goods that can usually be found in closed warehouses, fields, open warehouses, or other storage places, either in the form of raw materials for semi-finished goods, goods for operational purposes, or goods for the needs of a project. By managing goods properly, it will certainly make it easier to find and get information for available goods. And to manage this information, a computer-based inventory information system is needed, which is expected to increase sales volume. The information system created will assist companies in finding or processing data on available goods, processing the entry and exit of goods, as well as knowing information on suppliers

Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.  

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 < = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 < = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows β2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline.  Keywords: work discipline,  Employee performance, Work environment

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

The growth of financial technology is filled by digital wallet competition in the industry, one of the most known digital payment in Indonesia is OVO. Even so, the obstacles that OVO has can make users switch to another mobile payment provider. This research aims to analyze the impact on continuance usage intention by customers’ trust, and examine factors that influence trust in terms of gender moderation, the theories developed in this study are Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust Building Framework. The method used to process data in this study are SEM and PLS. The findings of this research state that continuance usage intention is positively influenced by trust. Trust is significantly influenced by reputation, followed by customization, security, and mobility.

Peran media pembelajaran ditengah pandemi Covid-19 sangat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran meski dari rumah. Hypersay adalah salah satu contoh media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Media tersebut dapat memberikan presentasi interaktif dengan menggunakan file powerpoint biasa dan mengubahnya menjadi sesi langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat menggunakan hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi di tengah pandemi; 2) mendeskripsikan peran hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi pembelajaran di tengah pandemi; dan 3) menganalisis dampak penggunaan hypersay dalam pembelajaran di tengah pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini dengan berbagai sumber dan perpanjangan waktu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan metode komparasi konstanta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek agar mahasiswa tidak terbebani dan dapat memahami materi pembelajaran secara maksimal; 2) Hypersay  berperan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran secara online. Salah satunya adalah membantu dosen untuk menyampaikan live presentasi dan memberikan penilaian kepada mahasiswa; 3) Penggunaan hypersay berdampak positif bagi pembelajaran online, karena memiliki banyak fitur yang mendukung.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah; 1. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran komparatif yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif pada mata kuliah Anatomi Tumbuhan ditinjau dari kemampuan analisis mahasiswa. 2. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian eksperimental. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa semester II regular program studi pendidikan Biologi FKIP Univet Bantara Sukoharjo angkatan 2017/2018 sebanyak 12 orang.Waktu penelitian mulai bulan April sampai Juli 2018. Hasil belajar (kemampuan Analisis) yang diukur adalah hasil pre test dan pos-tes setelah selesai proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kolaboratif yang berbasis komparatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan test dan analisis data dengan Uji Mann Whetney. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa;  1. Model pembelajaran Komparasi yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif pada mata kuliah Anatomi Tumbuhan sangat efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa 2.  Model pembelajaran Komparasi yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan  kolaboratif  pada  mata  kuliah  Anatomi Tumbuhan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar (kemampuan analisis) mahasiswa secara signifikan dari rata-rata 63,08 menjadi 85,77

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in ASEAN, but in Islamic banking Indonesia is still lagging behind Malaysia. This study compares the financial performance of Islamic banking in both countries with the CAMEL method. There are five aspects to the CAMEL approach, namely Capital Adequacy (CAR), Asset Quality (NPF), Management Quality (NPM), Earnings (ROA, BOPO), and Liquidity (FDR). The analytical tool used is a different t-test to find out whether there is a difference or not between the financial performance of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia. From the results of data analysis with the Independent t-test three variables namely (NPF, NPM, BOPO) showed significant differences, while the variables (CAR, ROA, and FDR) there were no significant differences between Indonesian and Malaysian banks.

Talang Gantung Adventure is engaged in learning services outside the classroom or open air which is usually called outbound. In carrying out operational activities there are always financial transactions. However, in Talang Gantung Adventure, financial management still uses manual recording, which is recording in a ledger. Financial reports to the owner of the Talang Hang Adventure are performed using Microsoft Excel. Manual Financial Management results in vulnerability in storing financial data and is difficult to find data so that it has not been effective and has difficulties in preparing financial reports. Based on this research the authors designed and made a financial management accounting information system website application Talang Gantung Adventure. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the recording of financial transactions, facilitate the search for data and be safer in storing Talang Gantung Adventure data storage, and to produce financial reports that are easily reported to the owner of Talang Gantung Adventure wherever and whenever.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

In the first quarter of 2017, retail in Indonesia recorded a growth of 2.5%, while in 2018 the growth was only in the range of 1% -1.5%. The cause of the slow growth is the change in the consumption pattern of the people and it will continue at the beginning of 2018. In addition, the decreasing productivity of the community at the lower middle level. As a retailer, Anterah store also faces the same thing, so anticipating a decline in sales requires an analysis of the best-selling products and how to find out the relationship between the products purchased by consumers. The association relationship between these products will be used as the basis for product arrangement, so that the frequency of products that consumers often buy can be arranged closely together so that consumers do not have to look for them longer. Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

The purpose of this study is to implement the digitization of accounting through the adoption of financial management accounting information systems. Accounting digitalization is needed for automated financial transaction management and results in a fast, accurate, and transparent reporting system. The approach used in building financial management accounting information systems is the accrual basis method, the research method used is the method of research and development (R&D) with a prototype system development model. The results of this study indicate that the digitalization of accounting by implementing financial management information systems at As shifa clinics shows that the information system can work as expected and is able to meet needs. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness of the old system compared to the new system it can be concluded that the performance of financial management in the As Shifa clinic using the new system is more effective than using the old system.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented.
