This research discusses the role of organizational communication in MPF Analog institutions in building relationships between other organizations with the aim of exploring the role that affects the success or failure of organizational communication in building relationships or relationships with other organizations. This research uses the literature review method (library research). The quotations in this paper are based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on organizational communication. This research provides insight into how organizational communication can be used as an effective tool for building relationships between organizations and identifies areas for improvement. It includes recommendations for improving communication strategies and the development of stronger inter-organizational interactions.

This academic study explores the issue of identity uncertainty and mistaken identities in William Shakespeare's well-known farce, "The Comedy of Errors," critically. The story, which centers on two pairs of identical twins who were split up at birth, presents a number of humorous and confusing situations that are sparked by misidentification. The research explores the relevance of misidentification, the function of irony in these situations, and the interpersonal tensions and relationships among characters through the use of text analysis and a qualitative technique. This research, which is grounded on Erikson's psychological developmental model and incorporates dramatic aspects, demonstrates the enduring influence of Shakespeare's unique language style in illustrating the complex nature of mistaken identity.

Social media has a very important role in social relations in the digital era like today. Social media in social relations refers to the use of social media platforms to interact and communicate with other people. Social media allows individuals to interact with people from various backgrounds and expand their social networks. Apart from that, social media can also influence individuals' behavior and communication patterns in their social relationships. The use of social media can have positive impacts such as facilitating interaction and expanding relationships, but it can also have negative impacts such as spreading misinformation and decreasing privacy. The positive and negative impacts of social media must be taken into account. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on social relationships in the digital era. The research method uses qualitative methods with a literature study type of research. The behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children causes children to experience problems concentrating in learning, because the disorders they experience cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, children experience difficulties when learning takes place and this has an impact on social relationships which influence their behavior when interacting with other people or their peers. So the researcher raised the problem in his research, namely the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children with special needs who experienced concentration problems in learning at the Raudhatul Athfal Al-Hidayah school. This research aims to determine developmental aspects of children's behavior and emotions as well as indicators related to hyperactivity and disturbances in concentration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children is all excessive behavior and actions seen when children express their emotions when they are happy, sad, angry, disappointed, anxious and afraid. Children's emotional development impacts children's behavior, such as being aggressive, running around, shouting, being rude, talking a lot, being nosy and endangering people around them. This can happen because there are many factors that underlie a child becoming a hyperactive child, namely genetics, slow development of the child's brain, parenting patterns, emotional intelligence and the influence of the surrounding environment.

Psychological well-being is something that is important in realizing the tasks of adolescent development. This research uses a qualitative method carried out with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenological research is a type of qualitative research that looks and hears more closely and in detail an individual's explanation and understanding of their experiences. The subjects in this study were 7 people. The results of this research show that the level of psychological well-being of TPQ teachers who are still teenagers is still relatively high. Furthermore, the aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, mastery of the environment, life goals and personal growth are also at a high level.

People with mental disorders (ODGJ) need special attention and support so they can live more independently and prosperously. Individual empowerment is an effective approach to provide support and assistance for ODGJ in improving their psychological well-being and improving the individual's quality of life. This research will explore how ODGJ are able to channel their potential through involvement in batik skills. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to obtain an overview of individual empowerment through batik skills in improving the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa Social Home 3. Based on the research results, empowering batik skills at PSBLHS3 has a positive impact on the psychological well-being of ODGJ by exploring potential , increase creativity, and form positive attitudes and improve the quality of social relationships. The program provides opportunities for autonomy, self-acceptance, and positive social interactions, thereby improving mental health and overall well-being. Thus, empowering batik skills has helped improve the psychological well-being of ODGJ at the Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Social Home. Batik skills are an effective means of providing support, empowerment and improving the quality of life for social assistance residents with mental disorders.

The state of insecurity is an emotional problem. Insecure feels tense, anxious, and experiences conflict along with various consequences. A person's motivation causes feelings of insecurity in studying English. Insecurity itself can appear in various aspects of life, for example in work, social relationships, and even physical appearance.. This feeling of insecurity can hinder emotional well-being and reduce a person's quality of life.. On average, women experience insecurity. , especially in Indonesia..There are several reasons why Indonesian women feel insecure (not confident)..One of the main factors is due to their physical shape. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of self-confidence on the learning motivation of class X female students at SMA MTA Surakarta. The method in this research uses a quantitative descriptive method to analyze data about what factors cause students' motivation and feelings of insecurity. The subjects in this research were female class X students at SMA MTA Surakarta. The results of this research are the lack of a strong and significant influence between Insecurity and learning motivation.

In addition, this research also tries to identify factors that may affect the level of Subjective Well-Being in the context of romantic relationships. Authentic happiness is happiness that describes the overall goal of positive psychology efforts which includes positive feelings (such as comfort) and positive activities that do not consist of negative emotions at all (such as absorption and involvement). Authentic happiness for honorary teachers is very important to achieve because it is an effort to create enthusiasm, a sense of joy, love for happiness, and prosperity in life. This research aims to determine the picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with interview and observation methods. This research was conducted on 7 informants. From the research conducted, it was found that a picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers was obtained in different ways. Most honorary teachers find their happiness by establishing positive relationships with the school environment and outside the school, accepting themselves in the past and present, and maintaining the habit of being grateful and remaining optimistic for the future.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to apply analysis of Sigmund Freud's theory, namely personality structure, namely Ideas, Ego, Super Ego to literary works. The work is based on the novel genre with the title El Verano by Pia Devina. This research uses a literary psychology approach with reading and analyzing analysis techniques. This research method is qualitative, based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results obtained show that the idea of ​​the character Afa has a strong id, seen from the many id impulses that appear in him, such as impulses to act aggressively, avoid responsibility, attack others, express emotions directly, and avoid fear. The ego of Afa's character is quite good, seen from his ability to control his id impulses, express his emotions naturally, make realistic decisions, understand other people's feelings, build relationships with other people, and achieve satisfaction. Super Ego The character Afa has a developed superego, which can be seen from his ability to feel various kinds of moral emotions, such as feelings of guilt, regret, shame, wanting to be a better person, wanting to forgive, wanting to be a strong person, and feelings of satisfaction.

In today's fiercely competitive digital business landscape, companies like Graha Office must leverage marketing funnels to enhance their sales strategies. This study delves into the implementation of funnel marketing strategies within Graha Office services, examining how funnel stages, market phases, clicks, impressions, and CTR correlate with product sales. The findings indicate a relationship between funnel stages and sales, although cautious interpretation of causality is warranted. This research establishes a foundation for the company's future actions using statistical methods, particularly via linear regression with an output of coefficient t count -2.179 < t table 2.119 (H2 accepted). However, it underscores our limitations in comprehending more intricate cause-and-effect relationships within the real world.

The most important thing in a short story is to reveal the author's events and ideas in such a way that the reader can understand and enjoy it. The short story "At the Pantura Crossing" by Tantri Pranash published on Kompas.com on December 11 2011 is a short story that represents social reality in the region Pantura (North Coast of Java). Precisely in the Patokbeusi area which is a prostitution area, which contains the dynamics of relationships between characters, social conflicts, and the values upheld in the film local community. The aim of this research is to analyze the content of Tantri Pranash's short story "In Pantura Intersection” using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, Literary works are seen as a reflection of social life and cannot be separated from consideration elements of fiction and social aspects in social life. This means studying literary sociology the relationship between literary works and people in society, as well as social processes. Method The research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. With using reading and note-taking techniques as data collection techniques. The science fiction novel "Only Human" by Sylvain Neuvel summarizes the journey of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in interacting with alien creatures on a mysterious planet. This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.

PT X is a company engaged in producing ships. PT In the research, a validity test was carried out to determine whether the questions given did not produce deviant (valid) data as measured by the Pearson correlation. Then, this research also carried out a reliability test to determine whether the measuring instrument remained consistent if the measurement was carried out twice or more using the Cronbach's Alpha (a) formula. From the research data, valid variables were obtained, including; Friendliness, Good communication, Willingness and readiness, Efforts to establish good relationships, Easy to contact, Cleanliness of the room, The room is not noisy, Quick service, Bright room light, Does not discriminate between subcontractors, Quick approval of offers, Fast issuance of contracts, Comfortable room, and Accuracy Employee. In this research, all variables were found to be valid, so the next step that must be taken is to carry out reliability calculations because the variables in the questionnaire are valid. From the results of reliability calculations, the Cronbach's Alpha value > significance level value is 0.770 > 0.6, so the instrument is said to be reliable. From the research obtained with IBM SPSS software, it is useful for carrying out validity and reliability tests in analyzing the level of subcontractor satisfaction with facilities and services in the Procurement Services Division of PT X's Supply Chain clearly and optimally.

This research aims to analyze the stages of development of the relationship between fathers and their children according to Jean Piaget's theory in the novel entitled My Father is Not a Liar by Tere Liye. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Analysis of the developmental stages of the relationship between father and son in the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar using a literary psychology approach. Development is a pattern of change that begins at conception and continues throughout a human's lifetime. Most development involves growth, although it also includes decline caused by the processes of aging and death. The analysis used is the theory of cognitive development by Jean Piaget. The problem of this research is how the character of children begins to understand the meaning and understanding of life. The results of the analysis of the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar can be concluded that there is strong emotional and intellectual development in the main character through the process of disclosure and understanding. through the process of disclosure and understanding, their relationship gradually improves and becomes more harmonious. This shows the importance of communication and understanding in building healthy family relationships
