Digital transformation and e-commerce have changed consumer behavior in purchasing products. This research aims to analyze the role of Affiliate Marketing and Live Streaming on purchasing decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method, which focuses on analyzing the role of Affiliate Marketing and Live Streaming in product purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This research takes an analytical approach based on a literature review, analyzing the role of affiliate marketing and live streaming in influencing product purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The results of this research show that affiliate marketing plays a role in purchasing decisions, as well as live streaming has a role in shopee purchasing decisions because according to the results of analysis from several sources and journals, both have an influence on purchasing decisions.

This study discusses the scope of innovation diffusion in education in Indonesia. In essence, education plays a fairly essential role in shaping the quality of human resources that are able to face the challenges of the times. Along with global changes marked by technological developments and economic transformation, demands on the education system continue to increase. The researcher uses a Qualitative Literature Review which is carried out by the researcher reading and observing various written reference sources related to the scope of innovation in education in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that overall, the process of innovation diffusion in education involves various complex stages and requires support from all parties involved in the education system. Diffusion of educational innovation in general can be concluded as a very complex process and is influenced by various specific factors, both internally and externally in the educational environment.

The phenomenon of digital transformation in MSMEs can be observed from several aspects, including: resource challenges during digital transformation because transformation, like any change, requires resources. Another phenomenon is organizational barriers: such as limited digital literacy, resistance to change, lack of skilled labor, limited capital, infrastructure, and technological barriers due to lack of knowledge. Apart from that, the lack of managerial support, a limited digital ecosystem, as well as concerns about data security and trust in technology are also obstacles. The technique for analyzing data in this research uses a literature review study. The research results show that there are multiple opportunities and attention for MSMEs, where there is a special need for MSMEs to carry out digital transformation in order to increase business competitiveness and expand market share. With digital transformation, the processes and operations of product downstreaming from producers to consumers will increase, speed of service, better trust, secure data exchange platforms, but also an opportunity for digital transformation to increase competitive advantage and expand market reach, increase operational efficiency. because it reduces time and costs for business activities, and increases market access.

Voluntary actions of employees who contribute beyond their required roles are categorized as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB demonstrated by employees can drive the effectiveness of a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on OCB mediated by trust in leaders at LPD Desa Adat Jimbaran. This study used a sample of 40 employees. The method used in this study was a survey method with questionnaire techniques and interviews with inferential path analysis statistical analysis tools. The results showed that transformational leadership had no significant effect on OCB. Trust in leaders had a positive and significant effect on OCB. Transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on trust in leaders. Trust in leaders fully mediated the effect of transformational leadership on OCB. The implications of this study are to prove social exchange theory and its relationship to research variables. This study also offers the benefits of transformational leadership and trust in leaders on OCB.

The era of Industry 5.0 marks a paradigm shift in the global business landscape, integrating advanced technologies with human-centric values to create more agile and responsive organizations. This study explores the application of Management Control Systems (MCS) in the digital era, focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The research method involved conducting an interactive webinar via the Zoom platform, including material presentations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions. Evaluation was carried out through participant feedback to improve the quality of future activities. The findings reveal that implementing digital technologies in MCS enhances operational efficiency, flexibility, and organizational competitiveness. However, challenges such as workplace culture resistance and cybersecurity risks remain significant obstacles. Proposed solutions include continuous training and interdisciplinary collaboration to support sustainable digital transformation. With the right strategic approach, organizations can leverage the opportunities of the Industry 5.0 era to achieve sustainability and innovation.

Globalization has induced substantial changes across multiple facets of life in Indonesia, encompassing social, economic, and cultural dimensions. This study seeks to examine the effects of globalization on social inequality and poverty in Indonesia. The results demonstrate that globalization generates significant opportunities via access to global markets, foreign capital, and cutting-edge technologies. Nonetheless, these advantages are not uniformly allocated, leading to increasing societal inequalities. Communities possessing access to education, technology, and economic resources are more adept at leveraging globalization, but marginalized groups, such as the rural impoverished, often fall behind. Transformations in economic frameworks, urban development, and the impact of global culture intensify regional and socioeconomic disparities. While globalization can alleviate poverty via economic expansion, its advantages frequently favor particular demographics, therefore exacerbating the disparity between the affluent and the impoverished. This study underscores the significance of inclusive and equitable measures to alleviate the adverse effects of globalization. The government must improve access to education, technology, and economic opportunities for marginalized people while bolstering regional development to promote equality. Effective management of globalization can facilitate sustainable development and mitigate social inequality in Indonesia. Without sufficient action, globalization threatens to intensify inequalities and poverty within society.

This article examines the application of the Christian faith by focusing on the development of the fruits of the Spirit as recorded in Galatians 5:22-23. Through an analysis of the biblical text, this article explains how the Fruits of the Spirit are not just the ultimate goal but a continuous transformation and this article discusses the spiritual growth that is realized through the development of the Fruits of the Spirit. Explain how the Fruits of the Spirit are in the context of a society where there are many conflicts that are very influential in the growth of our spiritual faith. The development of the Fruits of the Spirit significantly contributes to the formation of a healthy and adaptive Christian character. Campus autonomy in Indonesia provides good hope, but there are also many basic problems that disturb the hearts of the people, Especially those related to financial allocation. This study aims to examine the impact of campus autonomy on the implementation of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) at the State Islamic University of Jakarta, community absorption of UKT, and its adaptation process. The research methodology will involve an in-depth analysis of campus autonomy policies and UKT implementation using naturalistic qualitative methods focused on a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, namely university leaders, lecturers, students, and related stakeholders (n = 19). The data obtained are analyzed thematically. The results of the study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between campus autonomy and UKT policies, community absorption, and its adaptation process to higher education accessibility and student experience. Data analysis will include stakeholder perceptions, changes in administrative policies and practices, and the social and economic impacts of UKT implementation. This study will summarize the main findings and their implications for the implementation of higher education management at UIN Jakarta. This research explains important implications for improving the effectiveness of campus autonomy implementation and UKT policies and provides guidance for decision-making at the institutional and government levels.

Lifestyle trends across generations have an impact on da'wah strategies. The approach with the stand-up comedy method or humor on the YouTube platform is the most up to date alternative. This phenomenon is directly proportional to the high prevalence of YouTube users in Indonesia. So this descriptive research aims to analyze the sentiment of public response to religious content delivered through stand up comedy. The data source for this research is a YouTube video uploaded by Dzawin Nur with the topic “Kuliah Antum - Ustad Kembali #2.1”. Sentiment analysis uses web scraping techniques from YouTube Comment Extractor and PredictEsay based on Natural Language Processing (NPL). From the 1.006 randomly analyzed comments, 300 comments showed positive sentiment reaching 99.6%. Meanwhile, neutral and negative sentiments are only 0.2% each. Da'wah through stand up comedy is effective as a da'wah strategy in a form that is more relevant to the transformation of social dynamics.

Language is basically a system of sound symbols that humans use to communicate , so the aim of teaching Indonesian is to help people better express their thoughts and feelings using good and correct language so that they can communicate well and correctly . This research is one of many theoretical studies of language , one of which is phonology . The researchers used qualitatively literature review method by collect literature , journals , articles , etc. Phonology is a subdiscipline of linguistics that investigate the sounds of language and the processes of their formation and transformation . The study of phonology includes the study of the sounds of language as a whole and their functions . “The science of phonology ” and “ the science of sound ” actually come from the Greek words “ phone ,” meaning “ sound ,” and “ logos ,” meaning “ science .” General phonology studies language sounds and phonemes . Phonology specifically studies only the sounds in one language . Phonological awareness is very important in language learning to improve reading ability . Language abilities is often associated with speaking abilities or speaking skills . The view of the " lay public " that speaking abilities is the most important skills is wrong because of a child's success depends on the speed of his speaking . The role of the principal is very significant in efforts to improve the quality of the institution he leads. In order to achieve this goal, the principal must carry out the role and function appropriately according to the needs. This study aims to identify the contribution of the principal in improving the quality of Islamic education. The method used is library research, which focuses on collecting, analyzing, and compiling information from various literature sources in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic being studied. The principal must have a high fighting spirit as an agent of change in an effort to improve the quality of education managed, the principal strives to achieve the predetermined quality standards. This effort can be realized through various strategic steps, such as making the right decisions, SWOT analysis, compiling quality improvement programs, implementing transparency, involving school residents and the community, effective budget management, and transformation towards a quality-conscious culture. Education itself is a process that aims to optimally develop all the abilities possessed by each student so that they can be used as capital to face various lives in the future.

This study explores the integration of mathematical and English language skills in the education of Generation Alpha, particularly in the context of Society 5.0. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research analyzes existing literature to examine the role of these skills in shaping the future educational landscape. The findings suggest that both mathematical and English language skills are crucial for preparing students for the challenges of a technology-driven society. However, challenges such as gaps in educational resources and the digital divide persist. Opportunities arise from leveraging technology to enhance both subjects simultaneously, and project-based learning methods have shown promise. Furthermore, these skills are increasingly vital in the context of Society 5.0, where digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and technological advancement are central. This paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating mathematical and English language skills to ensure that Generation Alpha is adequately prepared for future societal needs.

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of the International Class Program (ICP) coordinator in fostering a productive academic culture at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hasan Jufri Lebak Sangkapura Gresik. Specifically, this study explores the leadership role of ICP coordinators, the challenges they face, and the impact of this leadership on student academic achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, and data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. Key informants include principals, vice principals, ICP coordinators, teachers, and students. Data analysis uses thematic methods to identify the main patterns and themes. The study’s findings show that ICP coordinators actively facilitate teacher collaboration, create a supportive learning environment, and conduct regular evaluations to improve teaching methods. The coordinator also organizes an additional mentoring program that enhances students’ understanding of the international curriculum, resulting in a 3.6% increase in students' final exam scores over the past two years. The main challenges in implementing ICP include limited technological resources and the need for teacher training in delivering the international curriculum. This study concludes that the transformational leadership of ICP coordinators is crucial in shaping an academic culture that supports student achievement. This research provides practical insights for educational institutions in optimizing the role of special program coordinators to build a productive academic culture.

Agricultural companies play an important role in the Indonesian economy in utilizing agricultural land, which can be seen from the increase in data from the Department of Agriculture each year. Agricultural companies have assets in the form of animals or living plants that undergo biological transformation in their management activities. These assets in the form of animals and living plants are referred to as biological assets. Disclosure of information on biological assets has been regulated in PSAK 241 Agriculture, of course, has an impact on the presentation of financial statements of agricultural companies in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of biological asset intensity, growth, and ownership concentration on biological asset disclosure. This study is a quantitative study with hypothesis testing. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 27 agricultural companies selected using purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that biological asset intensity, growth, and ownership concentration do not affect biological asset disclosure.

This study aims to explore the concept of habituation in Islamic education as an effective strategy for shaping the character of elementary school students. Through a library research approach, this study analyzes relevant principles of Islamic education and their application in the context of modern education. The findings reveal that habituation based on Islamic values, such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and tolerance, significantly impacts character development in students. Consistently implemented habituation methods, through exemplary practices and daily routines, have proven effective in internalizing these values. Innovations in habituation, such as the integration of digital technology, Qur'anic literacy, and flagship tahfidzul Qur'an programs, strengthen the implementation of character education in elementary schools. However, challenges such as limited resources, parental involvement, and technological adaptation require strategic solutions, including teacher training and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This study emphasizes that habituation in Islamic education is not only relevant but also adaptable to the needs of modern education, making it a transformational strategy for shaping a generation with noble character, knowledge, and integrity.
