The Application of Justice Collaborator in the crime of premeditated murder is still considered unclear, this is based on the provisions in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as SEMA Number 4 of 2011 which explains that a witness to a perpetrator who is a worker can appear in a confrontation at certain or special types of cases. These pros and cons reappear because a Justice Collaborator has the right to obtain leniency as a form of legal protection for perpetrator witnesses, even though the perpetrator is an important person in the case yet he is not an intellectual actor. Research shows several regulations governing Justice Collaborators, but they are not yet rigid and have finally expanded their meaning in their application. The provisions regarding the implementation of Justice Collaborator are considered to have an important existence in the criminal system.    

The aim of this research is to describe the mathematical representation abilities of class X,this research is a qualitative descriptive type research. The subjects in this research were class XII students at SMAN. 2 Kerinci for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 24 students. The focus of this research is the ability to visual representation, symbolic representation and verbal representation. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive where tests and documentation are the data collection techniques used. The conclusion of this research is that mathematical representation skills are very important for students to master in determining the right strategy to solve a mathematical problem. Mathematical problems in everyday life, visual, verbal and symbolic representation skills are used, because everyday life problems need to be represented in the form of symbols or images in order to make it easier to solve and face problems.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of structured and unstructured midterm exams (daily tests) in two different schools. The selection of the right evaluation method is a determining factor in assessing learning outcomes. The selection of the right evaluation method plays a crucial role in assessing learning outcomes. In the face of the complexity of unstructured evaluation, it is important to understand how educational institutions can develop and implement effective evaluation strategies. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type (Case Study) with a research focus in two different institutions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that structured midterm exams and unstructured midterm exams have their own advantages and disadvantages. Structured midterm exams can provide more accurate and accountable test results. However, structured midterm exams can make it difficult for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. On the other hand, unstructured midterm exams can encourage students' enthusiasm and diligence. However, unstructured midterm exams can make students stressed and anxious because they do not know when the midterm exam will be held.

Inclusive education is a process of responding to the diverse needs of all students. Various efforts can be made through changes and modifications in content, approaches, structures and strategies that can accommodate the needs of all students according to their age group. Implementing inclusive education requires schools to make adjustments in terms of curriculum, educational infrastructure and learning systems that are tailored to the individual needs of students, including assessing learning outcomes and determining grade promotion. The diversity of characteristics of students in inclusive schools certainly opens up opportunities for a very varied learning outcomes assessment system in determining grade promotion. The assessment system for learning outcomes for children with special needs has so far been the same as for other students. The assessment system commonly used in determining grade promotion for students in inclusive schools is based on the achievement of mental skills.

This research aims to produce Android-based mobile learning learning media on sequence and arithmetic series material for class VIII SMPN 07 Putussibau. This research uses the ADDIE development design model, which consists of five main stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 07 Putussibau. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and tests in the form of essay questions. The results of the research showed that the validity of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very valid, the practicality of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very practical, and the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the sequence and series material. arithmetic is categorized as effective.

Economic growth is one of the benchmarks for the success of development or increasing welfare in the government of a region in the economic sector as measured by the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). It has time series data that often fluctuates so that the appropriate method is nonparametric regression. This study also aims to determine the most influential factors for economic growth in North Sumatra in 2019-2021 using the MARS model, using secondary data published by BPS for 2019-2021. The MARS model is obtained by obtaining a combination of BF, MI, and MO values that have a minimum Generalized Cross Validation (GCV) value. The results of this study indicate that the best MARS model is a combination of BF=28, MI=1, and MO=1 with a GCV value of 8.42E+06. Therefore there are five of the seven variables that have a significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra, namely population (X_7 ) with an interest rate of 100%, domestic investment (X_5) of 76.86%, local revenue (X_1) of 31.14%, allocated funds special (X_3) of 28.89%, general allocation funds (X_2) of 23.14%.

This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.

The development of technology is currently increasingly rapidly providing convenience and benefits for humans, one example of technology that provides entertainment benefits is online games. However, online game addiction is one of several forms of addiction caused by technological developments, one of which is the internet or better known as internet addictive disorder. The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyzing online game addiction experienced by students IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. 2) Analyze the learning achievements experienced by IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon students. 3) Analyzing the influence of online games on the learning achievement of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Ciebon students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique applied in the research was interviewing 5 students and distributing questionnaires which were filled in by 15 students. The results of this study show 1) Most respondents (50%) had difficulty stopping playing online games, while 33.3% admitted that they had fairly good control but still felt interested in continuing to play. 2) Effective learning can help pupils and students to achieve learning goals. 3) It can be concluded that 37.5% stated that they do not like playing online games, because they have a very bad effect on learning. In the same percentage, 37.5% stated that they did not agree with online games, but did not provide clear reasons. It can be concluded that the research shows that the majority of respondents have difficulty stopping playing online games, while effective learning can help achieve learning goals, and around 37.5% of respondents stated that they do not like or disagree with online games because they have a bad effect on learning, although some of them they didn't give a clear reason.

The aim of this research is to provide innovation related to learning media for crew members with an independent curriculum adaptation model for Indonesian language subjects, especially learning media for children with visual impairments or who are blind. The method used in this research is a literature review study or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results that were appropriate and needed were 3 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research were that a suitable learning media for improving the reading skills of blind students was found to be using audio media in the form of voice recordings.

The Purpose of Research on Seba baduy conducted by STKIP Sheikh Manshur students in Lebak Regency, aims to get to know more closely the Baduy community in preserving their culture in Seba baduy activities. The research method used is descriptive with a functional approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The result of this research illustrates that Seba Baduy activity is the culmination of a ritual event conducted once a year which is intended to express gratitude to God and the government for the welfare of the Baduy community that has been produced in a period of one year. In addition, Seba Baduy activity has a ritual ceremony, this ceremony is a proof of customary recognition and aims to stay in touch between Kanekes community and the government both in the regency and province, namely to the regent and governor officials who informally become the leaders of Baduy community. The best time and date for the ceremony is chosen, especially after the harvest. The seba ceremony is a series of religious or belief systems of the Sunda Wiwitan religion adopted by the Kanekes community, so this ceremony must be carried out because it is an ancestral heirloom that must continue to be maintained and preserved which is passed on continuously to its children and grandchildren in a firm and binding manner. Mahārah kitābah is a skill in Arabic that requires skills and abilities to express ideas or all the contents of the mind in writing. In mahārah kitābah there are various problems in writing letters, including how to write Hijāiyah letters. This study aims to map students who are proficient in writing Hijāiyah letters and students who are less proficient in writing Hijāiyah letters, and find out what factors influence this. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Data obtained through data were analyzed using 3 stages; Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of observations on 55 children of MIS UMMI Lubuk Pakam, as many as 53 children with a percentage of 96.3% in very good criteria. In the excellent criteria, it shows that children can write single Hijāiyah letters from ا to ي. A total of 2 children with a percentage of 3.6% in the moderate criteria. In the sufficient criteria, it shows that children can write single Hijāiyah letters but the Hijāiyah letters are incomplete according to the specified number.

This study aims to find the function of Gordang sambilan in the wedding ceremony of the people of Tongah Village, Rao District, East Pasaman Regency.  This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and cellphones. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that in Tongah Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency, there is a form of traditional art that has developed until now which is named after its supporting community as Gordang Sambilan music. The people of Tongah Village use Gordang Sambilan music for horja Godang traditional ceremonies as a function of emotional expression, entertainment function, communication function, physical reaction function, aesthetic pleasure function, symbolic representation function. Gordang sambilan music in Tongah Village can be enjoyed and used by all groups both in terms of age and in terms of social status.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning physics courses in universities. This research is a literature study by taking references from several journals and library sources with a narrative presentation to see the effectiveness of online learning in universities. As educators, lecturers utilize various learning media and digital applications which are expected to be integrated into the student learning experience and still  refer  to  learning  outcomes  in  the  semester learning  plan  (RPS).  Physics is a compulsory subject.  Online learning in physics courses at universities is indeed quit good, but has obstacles to understanding the physics material taught  by lecturers, including the learning provided is more dominant in theory and practicum activities are not optimally implemented.  So that the effectiveness of online learning of physics courses in universities can be categorized as quite effective because the results are not optimal.

The Freedom to Learn Program has various innovative programs in the education development. The old educational model is now transformed into a more flexible, explorative, and borderless. Thus, the readiness of the teacher is very important. The Mover Teacher Program is a challenge where teachers are required to be more creative and adaptive to change. However, this concept has not been fully understood by teachers outside Java Island. Therefore, the training of Mover Teachers needs to be carried out in SMP N 2 Barru South Sulawesi. This activity is carried out via online with expert as the initial stage and offline, mentoring as the final stage. With these two methods are expected to get more effective results to increase the capacity of teacher resources in Barru. The output of this dedication is that teachers can think innovatively and be ready to become mover teacher to success independent learning program.

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control variables on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. This research applies a quantitative approach using primary data with a non-probability sampling method using purposive techniques sampling.. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 undergraduate students of the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. The test results show that financial knowledge towards personal financial management behavior shows a calculated t value = -4.683 and a sig probability value of 0,000. The financial attitude variable towards personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 8.956 and a sig probability value of 0,000. And the locus of control variable on personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 3.180 and a sig probability value of 0,003. The results of this research partially show that the variables financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a significant influence on personal financial management behavior.

This research was conducted with the following aims: 1) to find out what kind of communication strategy for building a business network is carried out by Mango Elixirs, 2) to find out how effective the collaboration efforts made by Mango Elixirs are to strengthen business networks, and 3) to find out the communication strategy and collaboration can develop a new mango elixirs business.
