Women's leadership at the village level is increasingly a concern, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, where patriarchal cultures often limit women's roles. This study aims to analyze the roles and challenges of women in village leadership in Gunung Raya District, Kerinci Regency. The theories used include gender equality theory, feminism, transformational leadership, and dual role theory. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that women village heads have a significant role in decision-making and community empowerment, but they are faced with the challenges of patriarchal culture, resistance from the apparatus, and the pressure of dual roles. In conclusion, despite the challenges, women village heads are able to overcome these barriers with inclusive leadership strategies and increased social capital, strengthening their capacity as effective leaders. Support from the government and the community is urgently needed to encourage women's involvement in local politics.

This study investigates the influence of digital transformation on the growth and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in emerging economies. Using a mixed-method approach, the research explores how digital tools improve operational efficiency, market access, and customer engagement. Findings highlight that while digital adoption increases profitability, challenges such as technological gaps and regulatory barriers persist. The study offers practical recommendations for policymakers and business owners to enhance digital readiness.

Concern for sustainable development, but human rights are considered the most important issues that concern the world, and our dear country has witnessed many transformations in all fields and at different levels in the country, especially those that have a large majority in human rights, and we all know that Iraq has witnessed many challenges. After the events of 2003 until now, because the human being is the subject of the right and the rights, and the international community and the international and local organizations all insist on the activation, investigation and development of this right and the human rights.   Where we have not seen any mechanism of operational and investigative mechanisms, I must focus on the effects of the activation and non-activation of this right, and from this point of view, pay attention to the statement of what is meant by sustainable development and developments, and do not forget the role of the United Nations in promoting the cycle of sustainable development, with the basic statement Legal and comprehensive human rights, stating the position of the Iraqi legislator for the year 2005.

This research aims to optimize multimodal gender literacy skills through an innovative approach in digital learning transformation. This research was conducted in high schools involving students from various gender backgrounds. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through multimodal literacy skills tests, classroom observations, and interviews with students and teachers. The results of the study show that innovative approaches in digital learning transformation significantly improve students' multimodal literacy skills. In addition, this approach also helps reduce the gender gap in multimodal literacy, by providing equal opportunities for male and female students to thrive. From the results of the study obtained from women's data, 65% of female respondents showed a high preference for activities involving text and images, while 70% of male respondents preferred activities involving audio and video. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that using an innovative approach can optimize multimodal gender literacy skills.

Changes in the social behavior of the Kuta Traditional Village community are becoming increasingly significant along with the impact of the ongoing modernization era. Kuta Traditional Village, a community rich in traditions and cultural values, is experiencing transformation in various aspects of their daily lives. This study explores how modernization affects the social behavior patterns of the Kuta Traditional Village community, from traditions to their social interactions. Through an in-depth qualitative approach, the results of this research describe the dynamics of social change occurring in this traditional village and seek an understanding of how they adapt to the ever-evolving modern era.

The transformational leadership style with the relational relationship model used will foster trust in followers which is capital for the growth and development of sharing knowledge. The results of research from Lowe et.al in 1996 on 39 transformational leadership studies conducted in various countries showed that transformational leadership was effective. This research aims to find the concept of cultivating transformational leadership in Islamic Education Institutions. Research result; 1) The cultivation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions can be carried out based on centralized policies with a structured coercive approach either through official policies, guidebooks for heads of educational institutions or simply appeals supported by the practice of transformational leadership behavior by leaders above as a model; 2) The cultivation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions can also be done using an awareness approach where every leader of an educational institution at every level is enlightened regarding the concept and practice of transformational leadership along with its advantages and disadvantages so that they are made aware of implementing transformational leadership; 3) In the context of educational institutions that adhere to a semi-centralized system such as in Indonesia with a pragmatic character possessed by the majority of madrasah and department heads, the first approach is more effective in cultivating transformational leadership throughout existing Islamic educational institutions.

The Srikandi group is a group of women who have concerns about the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO). Therefore, the Kita Institute packages TPPO as a strengthening of the women's economy, namely by empowering the women of the Srikandi Group through training in making various chili sauces. This study aims to describe the implementation process, success, supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects including Kita Institute managers, Srikandi Group Managers, and Srikandi Group Members. The data validity technique uses source triangulation with data analysis technique using data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research that have been carried out show that 1) The process of implementing women's empowerment in the Srikandi Group consists of three stages. The first stage is awareness through socialization and motivation. Then, the ability transformation stage is to increase knowledge and skills in making various chili sauces. The last stage is capacity improvement, where the women of the Srikandi group have been able to produce various chili sauces independently. 2) Women's empowerment of the Srikandi group succeeded in producing a variety of quality chili sauce with a durability of two months and increasing income 3) Supporting factors for empowerment are the availability of human resources, natural resources, infrastructure, high motivation of participants, female participation, and work partners. Meanwhile, the factors that inhibit empowerment are difficulties in adjusting the time and lack of confidence of Srikandi group women to start their own business.

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. This article concludes that personnel management transformation is a strategic step that must be taken by Islamic educational institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of the current world of education. . This paper examined the role of social media on mental health amidst the acceleration of digital transformation. The increasing engagement of young people in social media platforms has raised major concerns regarding its impact on psychological well-being. This study investigates that there is a strong correspondence of social media consumption and the emergence of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety and social isolation among adolescents. Data shows a significant increase in screen/mobile time among Indonesian adolescents, with average daily use exceeding global recommendations and correlating with high incidence of mental health disorders. This study utilized a comprehensive review of the existing literature, as well as engaging multiple academic sources to assess the cumulative impact of the digital Effect. Key findings suggest that excessive interaction with digital platforms potentially increases risk of cyberbullying, body image problems, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal tendencies and substance consumption. Another finding, that exposure to sexual content or pornographic sites on the internet, is a predictor of increased sexual activity and premarital sex. This is an important concern, highlighting the adverse impact of prolonged digital effects on adolescents' mental resilience and life satisfaction. This research underscores the urgent need for strategic interventions and policy frameworks to mitigate the negative effects of social media on mental health holistically.

Digital  transformation  has  become  an  inevitability  in  various  sectors,  including  accounting.  This  article  explores  how  digital  transformation  is  affecting  management  information  systems  (MIS)  in  the  accounting  field.  Case  studies  of  several  companies  that  successfully  implemented  digital  technology  in  their  accounting  practices  in  2020  are  explained  to  provide  practical  insights.  Additionally,  effective  implementation  strategies  to  facilitate  these  changes  are  reviewed.  The  study  results  show  that  digital  transformation  can  increase  efficiency,  accuracy  and  transparency,  but  also  requires  a  good  strategic  approach  to  overcome  challenges  that  may  arise.

This study discusses the structural transformation of the industrial sector in Indonesia, which has undergone significant changes in the past two decades. This transformation is characterized by a decline in employment in primary sectors such as agriculture, and an increase in secondary and tertiary sectors, such as manufacturing and trade. This study aims to analyze the impact of structural transformation in industry on employment, the influence of structural transformation in industry, and the role of government in industrial transformation. The research method involves secondary data analysis from various sources and case studies. The results show that government intervention, improvement of labor skills, collaboration between sectors, and strict environmental protection are the keys to successful sustainable industrial transformation. The implications of this research lead to more integrated and sustainable policy recommendations to support optimal structural transformation.

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly changed the business landscape, especially in the use of digital applications. During the pandemic period, digital applications have become the main means for individuals and organizations to stay connected, transact and carry out various activities. However, the pandemic has also exposed several weaknesses in digital application infrastructure and services, such as reduced performance and weaknesses in data security. In facing these challenges, inter-organizational collaboration becomes increasingly important. Such collaboration can help in establishing new industry standards and increase user confidence. On the other hand, innovation in digital application services is also key in meeting user needs after the pandemic. The impact of post-pandemic organizational changes also affects application usage patterns and demand for digital services. This research uses a quantitative survey method by collecting data through questionnaires to understand user attitudes and perceptions towards post-pandemic digital application services.

This research was carried out with a literature review study to find out findings regarding the development of Business Process Management (BPM) and its implementation in business and various fields in the era of increasingly rapid digitalization and globalization. This research was conducted to complement and expand literature sources regarding BPM from previous research. The method used is a study literature review of 30 internationally indexed articles from Google Scholar from 2020-2024. The results of the literature review study analysis explain BPM as a foundation for business processes in various fields, especially digital transformation and digital innovation. BPM also contributes to BCT, CBP, quality management, IT, AI, IoT, PPM, ABPMS and others. However, it does not have a significant effect on measuring financial risk in company performance so that it contributes to the literature and development of this topic for researchers and practitioners in the future.

A green economy to achieve sustainable development provides technological innovation and stock market profits in a sustainable social and environmental economy. To accelerate the transition to an environmentally friendly economy, companies need to understand the impact of implementing environmentally friendly policies and activities on the economy. Results show that green economic growth policies produce future aggregate stock market returns are lower, consistent with the perceived reduction in risk argument by investors. As this research increases our understanding of how the transition to a more sustainable green economy can impact the aggregate profitability of financial markets, implementing a green economy is important to implement appropriate measures to support it sensitively without incurring large costs that adversely impact the health of the economy. Increasing the driving force of technological innovation is the need to comply with environmentally friendly transformation in the economy and realize high-quality economic growth in technological innovation that does not provide support for green economic growth, but over time the impact of technological innovation on economic growth will change to positive. This shows that increasing the ability of technological innovation to encourage environmentally friendly economic efficiency.

The development of digital technology has changed the educational landscape, including Christian religious education. In the current digital era, students are required to continue to be connected to technology so that it becomes a new approach in Christian religious education. Therefore, this is important to accommodate students' spiritual transformation. This research aims to explore the challenges and opportunities in integrating Christian religious education with digital technology, as well as presenting new approaches that can be used by educators. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature studies. The results of this research will examine new approach methods in learning Christian religious education which include the use of mobile applications, online learning platforms, and the use of multimedia content that is relevant to the context of students' lives. Thus, with this approach, it is hoped that students can be more involved, connected, and inspired in the Christian religious learning experience, resulting in a deeper and more sustainable spiritual transformation in this digital era.

5G (5th Generation) networks are a major breakthrough in the world of wireless communication technology that offers much faster data transfer rates, very low latency, and greater capacity compared to previous generations. The development of 5G networks brings both challenges and opportunities for enterprises in improving their operations. The main challenges include large infrastructure investments, limited frequency spectrum, data security and privacy, and compatibility and interoperability with existing technologies. On the other hand, the opportunities offered by 5G networks include better connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT), real-time communication with low latency, real-time analysis of big data, virtual and augmented reality applications, and the development of innovative new services and business models. To capitalise on these opportunities, companies need to invest in 5G technology, develop the right digital strategy, pay attention to data security and privacy aspects, and collaborate with relevant parties. By facing the challenges and properly utilising the opportunities of 5G networks, companies can achieve a competitive advantage and drive sustainable business growth in this increasingly digital era. This research adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to investigate and analyze literature relevant to corporate business transformation.

This transformation, much like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, does not happen overnight. It requires time, patience, and proper guidance, much like the mentorship of a wise teacher, to help individuals reach their full potential. In the recesses of the Palestine-Israel conflict which continues to metamorphose, the Intifada movement has become a symbol of resistance to occupation and oppression which curbs the aspirations of the Palestinian people. However, in this era of increasingly connected globalization, the dynamics of this movement are experiencing a significant transformation, which challenges traditional paradigms and brings new challenges that affect both parties. With major challenges such as perceived injustice and political instability, resolving this conflict has the potential to reduce extremism and increase stability in the Middle East, so this study will explore how the Palestinian Intifada influenced conflict resolution efforts with the aim of understanding the essence of the Intifada movement which is often seen as a form of extremism and radicalization, and this study will also explore the transformation of the Palestinian Intifada into a global phenomenon, considering its impact on conflict dynamics and practical approaches to achieving sustainable and stable peace in the region.
