This thesis is entitled Application of Islamic Business Ethics at the Zhuraida Sewing House in Berembang Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad according to M. Syafi'i Antonio and the indicators of Islamic business ethics are shiddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathanah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented Islamic business ethics as exemplified by the Prophet and its characteristics, namely shiddiq (being honest) which is reflected in not doubling the price of the product, recognizing the weaknesses and strengths of the product. The nature of fathanah (intelligent) is reflected in the spiritual condition of owners and employees who continue to prioritize spirituality towards Allah SWT. and the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented promotions through brochures and social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. However, there are still several obstacles that prevent the Prophet's qualities from being implemented, namely the nature of trustworthiness (keeping promises) which is caused by a lack of workers in the production department because the Zhuraida Sewing House is still neglecting its responsibilities in terms of taking time to complete the product. Then the tabligh (communicative) nature, namely online services, is not running well due to the lack of employees in the service admin section.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in the coastal communities of the Bajo tribe in Kab. Bombana. (2) The Influence of Trust on Purchase Interest in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. (3) The Influence of Brand Image on Trust in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. And (4) The Effect of Trust Mediation on Brand Image and Purchase Interest at the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the entire Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 140 respondents using the sampling technique used in this research using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Analysis of Moments of Structures (AMOS) with Normality testing, outliers and testing the Goodness of fit index (GFI) structural model with AMOS 24.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Image variable on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.041. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.014. The Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Trust, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.000. And the Trust variable mediates brand image on positive buying interest but is not significant as shown by the P-Value value of 0.138.

This research is based on customer loyalty, which is an important factor in retaining guests or customers. Based on good customer experience and brand trust, of course, customer loyalty will increase in guest or customer satisfaction in a company or hotel. However, from this, there are findings in this research conducted on guests at Truntum Hotel Padang, namely that there are still some guests who are not loyal and provide unfavourable comments on their experience staying at Truntum Hotel Padang. Therefore, the goal of this study is to analyse the impact of customer experience and brand trust on guest customer loyalty at Truntum Hotel Padang. The sample size in this research is 365 people with the criteria that guests who have stayed more than twice and are more than 21 years old at Hotel Truntum Padang. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analyse with SPSS version 23.00. The research results indicate that customer experience and brand trust partially and significantly influence the customer loyalty of Truntum Padang Hotel guests.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, consumer trust on usage decisions with customer satisfaction as a moderation for online transportation services, in this case Go Car. The population in this study are all customers who have used Go Car online transportation services. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling or accidental sampling so that there were 95 respondents. This study uses statistical tools, namely SmartPLS and Microsoft Excel as tabulation data processing. The results showed that during a pandemic, people chose to stay at home, and would only travel in very important conditions. So that consumer trust is one of the factors that can influence the decision to use Go Car online transportation services

This research aims to determine the influence of trust and punctuality on purchasing decisions on the Grab application. This research is of associative type. The population used was all consumers using the Grab application (study of consumers in Bima City) who had purchased products on the Grab application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, namely validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination test, T test and F test. The results of this research conclude that Trust (X1) has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Timeliness (X2) has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. This research is motivated by several problems that the writer found at SMA Negeri 1 Canduang in scouting activities. Where in scouting activities there are still students who are not responsible, whereas in scouting the attitudes and actions of responsibility are clearly stated in the ninth Dasa Darma of scouting namely that scouts are responsible and trustworthy, but there are still students who follow scouts who do not carry out their responsibilities this study aims to find out the methods used by coaches in strengthening the attitude of responsibility of students, and what forms of attitude of responsibility are habituated in scouting. This type of research is field research of field research. The results of the study show that scout coaches use advice, prais, attention, reward and punishment methods in strengthening the attitude of responsibility of students who are still lacking.

Socio-economic relations are everything related to economic actions in meeting community needs such as clothing, food and shelter. In meeting economic needs, a person no longer looks at differences in ethnicity, race or religion. Kijang Island Village is the capital of Reteh District with land used as a coconut plantation by coconut farmers. The phenomenon that occurs is that farmers prioritize selling their harvest to tokeh in Kijang Island Village. This cannot be separated from the influence of a tokeh who is highly trusted by the community so that coconut farmers are very dependent on selling their harvest to the tokeh. The aim of this research is to find out about the socio-economic relations between farmers and coconut tokeh in Pulau Kijang Village, Reteh District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, as well as to find out the cooperative relationship between farmers and coconut tokeh in Pulau Kijang Village, Reteh District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. . In this study the method used was qualitative by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the socio-economic relationship between farmers and coconut tokeh occurs because they have the same relationship goals, namely the goal of needing each other's help in buying and selling and receivables and tokeh needs farmers to become regular customers.

This research aims to identify and explain the role of leadership in improving employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. This research uses a special method that aims to explain specific phenomena in depth and data collection techniques are carried out by observation or observation so that researchers immediately go into the field to obtain data that can really be trusted. The results of the study show that the role of leadership has a major influence in increasing employee discipline. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence religious commitment and Islamic product attributes have on customer trust in using the services of a case study sharia financial institution at Bank Sumut, Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub Branch. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

The anti-corruption attitude of legislative candidates in the context of overcoming corruption in Indonesia is an interesting thing to observe and study, Indonesia has stipulated MPR RI Decree Number XI / MPR / 1998 concerning the administration of a State that is Clean and Free of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, it turns out that the provisions that have been determined do not become a reference for legislative members so that corruption cases are still rampant within the legislative body. Normative legal research or library research, with a statute approach, conceptual approach, comparative approach, historical approach. The nature of the research used in this research is descriptive-prescriptive, the author uses content analysis. The results of this study are anti-corruption attitudes for legislative candidates with the MPR decree, the Election Law should pay more attention to former corruption convicts who can run as legislative candidates, apart from contradicting the MPR decree, the decision in the Election Law can eliminate public trust in state administrators.

Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. It is recommended to the hospital management to pay more attention to the job satisfaction of nurses by creating a safe and comfortable work environment, including a clean room, good air circulation, adequate lighting facilities, and adequate health support equipment according to the needs of implementing nursing actions.

Rachmadany Dea, 1961201032, Effects of Brand Trust, Fintech Convenience, and Risk on Purchase Decisions Using the Paylater Payment (Case Study in Gading Village Rt. 10 Rw. 07 Kota Surabaya). This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, fintech convenience, and risk variables on purchasing decisions using paylater payment feature in a case study in Gading Village, Rt. 10, Rw. 07 City of Surabaya. The sample in this study is 62. The variables of this study are brand trust, convenience, and risk. The model in this study uses multiple linear analysis, namely the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing which consists of the T test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Brand trust partially influences purchasing decisions. 2) Ease partially has no effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Partial risk has no effect on purchasing decisions.

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

This study has a formulation of the problem regarding how to apply Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions in traditional markets Sungai Bengkal Market and how to apply Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions in traditional markets in Sungai Bengkal Village based on the principles of Rasulullah Saw. This study uses qualitative methods, the type of data used in this study is primary data and data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation so that the results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics has been going quite well. It is proven by the way traders carry out buying and selling transactions following the principles of Rasulullah SAW such as being honest, trustworthy, precise in weighing, not hoarding goods, not doing al-ghab/tadlis and mutual benefit. Most of them have implemented it even though they don't know that it is included in Islamic business ethics. This is caused by a lack of knowledge about Islamic business ethics and some of the traders also only have elementary and high school graduates.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous effect of accessibility, effectiveness, promotion, and trust on passengers' decisions in choosing the Kamandaka Train. The population in this study were Kamandaka train passengers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on Passenger Decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -2.766+ 0.357.X1 + 0.322.X2 + 0.181.X3 + 0.352.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions (tcount 4.155 > ttable 1.98498), effectiveness on passenger decisions (tcount 3.258 > ttable 1.98498), promotion of passenger decisions (tcount 2.036 > ttable 1.98498 ), Trust in Passenger Decisions (tcount 4.750 > ttable 1.98498) As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Passenger Decisions, is explained by the independent variables, namely Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust. The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the research.

This study aims to analyze financial accountability and utilization of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds at Lazismu Medan City. This study uses qualitative research using primary data and secondary data approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. To motivate muzakki to pay ZIS through the Zakat Management Organization (OP Z), it is necessary to increase the credibility of OPZ by applying accountability values, namely trustworthiness, professionalism and transparency. The results of the study show that financial accountability in the Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh Muhammadiyah Institutions in Medan City has been proven to have implemented PSAK 109 as the accounting standard used. Aspects of presenting ZIS at Lazismu are implemented by preparing financial reports consisting of statements of financial position, cash flow reports, reports on changes in funds, reports on changes in assets under management and notes to financial statements (CALK). Financial reports on the management of ZIS are published once a year. Apart from that, Lazismu also performs regular monthly reporting. And Utilization and ZIS at Lazsimu Medan City experienced an increase in distribution in 2021 more ZIS funds were distributed and programs were implemented compared to 2020. This shows that more mustahiq receive benefits from zakat, infaq and shadqah funds.

The problem of the level of consumer trust and satisfaction is important in the trade business. However, not all products that have been and have not been regulated have adequate after-sales service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of after-sales service, product quality and product warranty on customer satisfaction. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 consumers from a population of 180 consumers and are active consumers of PT Karya Bahari Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique is by accidental sampling. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression and comparative analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Ver. 21, This study obtained the results that the quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a positive effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction. Through data processing, researchers can provide input or advice to companies, namely companies are expected to be able to maintain product quality that has been rated well by customers and pay more attention to after-purchase services to create satisfaction which ultimately impacts on customer loyalty.

This research aims to examine the effect of brand trust, product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Nescafe coffee in Ambon City, with a sample of 124 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method, using the research method is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis and processing using the SPSS application. The results showed: (1) Brand Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
