The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees.

The rapidly evolving landscape of cryptanalysis necessitates an urgent and detailed exploration of the high-degree non-linear functions that govern the relationships between plaintext, key, and encrypted text. Historically, the complexity of these functions has posed formidable challenges to cryptanalysis. However, the advent of deep learning, supported by advanced computational resources, has revolutionized the potential for analyzing encrypted data in its raw form. This is a crucial development, given that the core principle of cryptosystem design is to eliminate discernible patterns, thereby necessitating the analysis of unprocessed encrypted data. Despite its critical importance, the integration of machine learning, and specifically deep learning, into cryptanalysis has been relatively unexplored. Deep learning algorithms stand out from traditional machine learning approaches by directly processing raw data, thus eliminating the need for predefined feature selection or extraction. This research underscores the transformative role of neural networks in aiding cryptanalysts in pinpointing vulnerabilities in ciphers by training these networks with data that accentuates inherent weaknesses alongside corresponding encryption keys. Our study represents an investigation into the feasibility and effectiveness of employing machine learning, deep learning, and innovative random optimization techniques in cryptanalysis. Furthermore, it provides a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art advancements in this field over the past few years. The findings of this research are not only pivotal for the field of cryptanalysis but also hold significant implications for the broader realm of data security.

In creating a product innovation is needed, in order to differentiate the product from its competitors and what makes the product far superior to other similar products. A company is required to be more innovative in producing a product so that it can attract consumers' interest in buying the product. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method focuses on problems based on facts carried out by observation, interviews, and studying documents. document. Bogdan and Taylor in Moleong (2010:04) state that qualitative research is "a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior". This research shows that creativity in developing innovation is very important to continue in the face of competition. The creativity of business actors plays a key role in creating products that are attractive in design. Innovations based on modulation, size, packaging, design and complementary materials implemented by Dezato Brownies have had a positive impact on their sales. This is caused by an increase in the number of market segments. Through product innovation, the use of various innovation sources, and effective marketing strategies, Dezato Brownies has succeeded in adapting to market dynamics and increasing consumer buying interest. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of three feeding methods-manual, automatic, and sensor-based-on the growth and feed efficiency of White Snapper (Lates calcarifer). The research was conducted from April to July 2024 in fish farming ponds in North Nias. The research method used was a field experiment with a complete randomized design (CRD) which was analyzed using ANOVA test to compare the significant effects of each feeding method. The results showed that the sensor-based feeding method produced the highest average fish weight growth (3.85 g/day) with the best feed conversion efficiency (FCR) (1.25), significantly superior to the manual and automatic methods (p < 0.05). The sensor-based method proved to be more efficient in meeting fish feed requirements precisely, improving feed efficiency and reducing operational costs. Based on these results, the use of sensor-based technology in the feeding system is recommended as an innovative solution to improve the productivity and sustainability of White Snapper aquaculture.

The research proposes an innovative approach to identifying and positioning vehicle number plates using a combination of Maximally Stable Extremal Regions (MSER) and Harris Corner methods. The MSER method is used to detect stable regions on the vehicle number plate image. MSER has the ability to recognize areas that have significant contrast intensity, which often represents the characteristic of the number plate. After identifying the potential regions, the Harris Corner method was applied to determine the characteristic angles. The cross points on the number plate. The combination of these two methods allows for more accurate and reliable identification of the position of the number plate. In this study the author performs optimization by changing the preprocessing part and the part of the MSER method. In the preprosessing the author changes the morphological part of a filter, in the section of the method MSER adds input arguments such as ThresholdDelta, RegionAreaRange, and MaxAreaVariation. The results of this study are 99.27% accuracy, 82.73% precision and 83.14% recall. Previous studies were 98.85%, 67.61% and 79.66% recalls. Based on the results of these values, the study has successfully optimized previous studies.

In developing an independent curriculum in Indonesia, one of them cannot be separated from the role of philosophy of science, which in curriculum development is the spirit or foundation of education which must be evaluated, studied periodically, innovative and dynamic following changing times, such as the philosophical Ki Hajar Dewantara who stated that education is appropriate. the nature of nature and the nature of the times, meaning that education develops according to the times. Of course, all the changes and developments that occur in the educational curriculum cannot be separated from the results of several studies on how the implementation of this independent curriculum can overcome learning loss, the effects of the Covid pandemic plus the global challenges of change from era 4.0 to Society 5.0, which has the impact that today's generation needs. have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.
