In the midst of increasingly fierce modern market competition, traditional beverage products such as sarabba from Makassar began to enter the competitive market. This study aims to analyze the market penetration strategy of Makassar's Sarabba traditional beverage product in an effort to expand its reach and increase competitiveness in local and national markets. Sarabba, as a traditional spice-based drink, has high cultural value and economic potential but faces challenges in terms of marketing and adaptation to modern consumer tastes. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, through direct observation, interviews with business actors, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the market penetration strategy implemented includes product innovation in the form of ready-to-eat packaging, utilization of digital media for promotion, and collaboration with local MSMEs and creative industry players. A strong entrepreneurial sector plays a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only contributes to creating jobs, but also increases productivity and encourages innovation. Therefore, it is very strategic to foster interest in entrepreneurship, especially among students and the younger generation. There are several factors that influence interest in entrepreneurship among students, one of these factors is business capital and motivation. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of business capital and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at Island Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin University, Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 96 students using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The results of this research show that both variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship among students in the sharia economics study program. Simultaneously, the business capital and motivation variables have a significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest variable. The R Square value is 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that 56.1% of changes in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The Adjusted R Square value = 0.551 shows that after adjustment, this model still has good abilities in explaining the dependent variable. Apart from that, the R value = 0.749 shows a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The Islamic economic view of entrepreneurship is one of the noble recommendations for humans in working.

Digital transformation in the payment system in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially with the presence of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which facilitates digital transactions in various sectors. One of the most popular digital wallet platforms and widely used by students is GoPay. This study aims to analyze the influence of the perception of benefits and ease of use of QRIS on GoPay usage decisions, with user satisfaction as an intervening or mediation variable. The research was conducted on students from private universities in Malang City using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 73 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square, method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework as a theoretical foundation. The results of the analysis show that the ease of use of QRIS significantly affects students' decisions to use GoPay. This is indicated by a t-statistical value that exceeds the significance threshold of 1.96. However, the perception of benefits has not been shown to have a significant influence on usage decisions. In addition, the results of the mediation test showed that user satisfaction played a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between ease of use and GoPay usage decisions. In contrast, user satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between benefit perception and usage decisions. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing a simple and intuitive user interface and user experience. Digital payment app developers are advised to focus on improving the usability aspect in order to encourage loyalty and repeat decisions from young users. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on the adoption of digital technology and the behavior of younger generation users in the era of digital transformation.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bible study worship in shaping Christian character among Naposo Bulung (church youth) at HKI Resort Khusus Sidikalang Kota. Field observations revealed that many youth were not fully engaged in worship activities, often distracted by mobile phones, chatting during services, and showing a lack of appreciation for spiritual advice. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation and interviews with active participants of Bible study worship. The results show that Bible study worship significantly contributes to enhancing worship discipline, deepening theological understanding, and developing Christian values such as love, forgiveness, humility, and spiritual responsibility. Despite challenges such as busy schedules and digital distractions, a contextual approach to Bible study effectively addresses both the spiritual and social needs of Naposo Bulung. Therefore, Bible study worship proves to be an effective means of holistic character formation for the church's younger generation—spiritually, morally, and socially. This activity should continue to be developed and adapted to contemporary contexts so that the church can shape resilient young people in faith and Christian character.

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the development of culinary MSMEs in Central Java Province. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection conducted through interviews, observations, and secondary document review. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which allowed for the systematic processing and interpretation of the gathered data. The findings revealed that the key strengths of culinary MSMEs in Central Java include clear market segmentation, strategic locations, and product innovation. These strengths enable the businesses to reach targeted customers effectively and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market. However, the main weaknesses identified include limited utilization of digital technology and a lack of managerial development, which hinder their ability to scale and improve operational efficiency. The study also highlighted significant opportunities for growth, such as government support for MSMEs and the rapid development of digital technologies that can enhance marketing and operational processes. Despite these opportunities, the threats facing these businesses include intense competition from both local and global players, as well as a low level of interest in entrepreneurship among the younger generation, which limits the growth potential of new businesses. Based on the SWOT analysis, the study proposes a development strategy matrix that MSMEs and policymakers can use to address weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats. This strategy emphasizes the need for digital transformation, investment in managerial skills, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture to ensure the sustainable growth of culinary MSMEs in the region. The findings provide valuable insights for both business owners and policymakers to support the development of the culinary sector in Central Java

The crazy rich phenomenon as a form of modern materialism and hedonism has poisoned the lives of the young generation of Indonesia in the current millennial era. They have been eroded by worldly pleasures. Tempted by the glamorous and luxurious lifestyle of the crazy rich, they are willing to show off their wealth that is not actually theirs. The purpose of this study is to determine wealth in the Islamic perspective. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach are sourced from literature study data. Wealth should be used for social interests, such as through zakat, alms, and fair economic activities. Islam emphasizes the importance of using wealth responsibly to meet basic needs and improve people's welfare, without forgetting simplicity as the main principle. Wealth must be obtained and used in a halal way, not for things that are in vain or violate sharia, and support the values of justice and blessings.

The old model of leadership style has shifted to a new model that is currently relevant to be effectively applied to lead the generation that dominates the world of work today and is entering the most productive age, namely the millennial generation and generation Z. With the young generation in Indonesia growing so rapidly with characteristics, needs and expectations that are different from the previous generation, the leadership style applied must also adjust to the rhythm and pattern of the current young generation. This research is a type of qualitative research with a literature study method or literature review. The literature study approach used in this study: the first stage is to collect literature, make comparisons from various literature sources, conduct analysis and present interpretations of the results of the analysis. From this study, it was concluded that considerations and implementations in practicing a combination of transformational leadership styles and servant leadership can be the most effective leadership style adjusted to the analysis of needs, characteristics, expectations and results of leadership practices for the millennial and Z generations in an organizational environment.
