Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.  

The purpose of this investigation was to determine if a correlation exists between e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality in relation to traveloka user e-satisfaction. The methodology employed was quantitative and involved collecting survey data from 100 users of the traveloka app and website. Statistical analysis was performed utilizing SPSS V.24 software. The research utilized various tests including validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results demonstrate that e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality positively and significantly impact e-satisfaction. Notably, e-trust has a partially but significantly positive impact on e-satisfaction. Additionally, the quality of e-service and price variables significantly positively affect e-satisfaction, as well as web quality,  which is another significant factor that positively influences e-satisfaction.

An investigation into the building is carried out to determine the suitability and safety of the building and the strength of the structure. The investigations to be carried out include field and laboratory investigations. This is done to determine the feasibility and safety of existing structures. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this investigation can provide recommendations regarding repair or strengthening methods if necessary, referring to the requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings SNI 2847:2019 and Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 2847:2019. From the results of structural testing using UPV and Hammer Test, it was found that the structural system is an open frame consisting of plates, beams and columns using concrete material, while the joists use steel plinths. The reinforcing steel used uses plain iron U40 as flexible reinforcement with shear reinforcement with U24. The quality of concrete obtained respectively for column f'c 25 MPa, beam f'c 22 MPa and floor slab f'c 22 MPa. Based on the results of the floor leveling survey to record the potential for building subsidence or floor sagging using a water level, it was concluded that there was no slope found in the building as a whole. The deflection that occurs is local and relatively flat. To meet the requirements, strengthening was carried out by increasing the dimensions of the columns and beams, adding plates to the steel profiles on the flange and web.

Purpose - In this era, technological advances cannot be separated from human life, one of which is the employee recruitment process carried out by companies. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the influence of technology on the employee recruitment process. With advances in technology, the recruitment process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. Design/methodology/approach-By using data analysis methods from various journals, books, articles and literature, the recruitment process is carried out quite in length, starting from distributing job vacancies, collecting files, selecting and making decisions to hire employees who suit the company's needs, especially now that there is a credit score policy. Of course, if done manually it will take a long time, and archiving data cannot be done efficiently. For this reason, technological advances must be utilized optimally to facilitate the employee recruitment process. Findings-The findings from the literature that have been reviewed are that technology has a positive and quite large influence on the employee recruitment process. and the existence of a credit score policy in the employee recruitment process. Practical implications - With a credit score policy and using the web to manage the employee recruitment process, the company will easily recruit employees and manage prospective employee data and analyze credit score data so that the company can easily obtain quality human resources according to the company's needs.

Websites have an important role in academic management and enhance the reputation of a company or institution. Website service quality is an important factor in education. On university web ranking sites such as webometrics, Indonesia's ranking is relatively low, including universities in Central Java which are ranked in the 1000's. Therefore, this study aims to find the causative factors and analyze the current quality of academic websites. The Webqual 4.0 method was used in this study to evaluate the quality of websites based on indicators of usability, reliability, novelty and user satisfaction. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is also used to determine indicators that need to be repaired, updated, and maintained based on user perceptions and expectations. This research involved 144 respondents, namely students and staff at STIKOM Yos Sudarso. The results of the study show several indicators that need to be improved on the STIKOM Yos Sudarso website, especially in terms of appearance and quality of information such as novelty and clarity of content. Recommendations from this study include improving the appearance by developing designs and simplifying features. In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of information by updating information in a timely, accurate and regular manner. Interaction with users also needs to be improved by adding a live chat feature and improving all indicators to build a good website reputation

At the point when the students are assessed, they are demanded to work to publish scientific writing. This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

The current era is growing Live streaming which includes audio and video data. This research method collects data through the results of measuring Video Streaming latency (delay time) on variations of Local Area Network and Web-based computer networks. Based on the analysis of measurement results, the latency value (delay time) of Video Streaming on Local Area Network-based devices using Quality of Service (QoS) obtained a value of 8.58 ms and is smaller (optimal) compared to Web-based networks. Inventory Information System is an information technology-based system that aims to assist organizations or institutions in managing and monitoring inventory more efficiently and provides an overview of the inventory information system, the main focus of its development, and the expected benefits of implementing this system. Using a manual system for each product written with a book, of course, is not efficient can result in  inventory data easily lost and damaged, easy to occur errors or data loss.  To overcome the occurrence of these problems is there is a web-based inventory information system application to solve the occurrence of errors that are often found in the world of work. Based on the results obtained This research can overcome the problem of data loss, data errors, with the help of this information system can help solve problems that often occur. This information system is made according to the needs of the White Elephant University efficiently and accurately.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. This study obtained data through questionnaires. The population in this study were users of shopee e- commerce sites in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with criteria for men and women aged 17 to 36 years in Gunung Pati Semarang District who had used and shop online at Shopee E-Commerce. Sample total was 100 respondents.
