The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of capital structure and liquidity on profitability at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk during the 2019-2023 period. A qualitative approach is used in this study. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. According to the results of the T test, it shows that the capital structure has a significant influence on profitability of 0.013 (α < 0.05) while liquidity has no significant effect of 0.5944 (α > 0.05). These findings confirm the importance of optimal capital structure management in encouraging company profitability. On the contrary, high liquidity has not been used productively to increase profits. This study recommends an in-depth evaluation of capital and liquidity management strategies to achieve better financial performance.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence about influence earnings management and financial performance on company value listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2019-2023 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 25 program. The independent variables in this research are earnings management and financial performance. And, the dependent variable in this research is company value. Using the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique sample, so that a population of 80 companies is obtained. In this research,24 non-financial state-owned companies were used as samples. For know the magnitude of the influence of earnings management and financial performance used regression analysis, correlation analysis F test and t test and coefficient analysis determination. The results of this study indicate that the variables are variable Earnings management does not have a significant effect on company value. meanwhile, financial performance significant positive effect on company value.

This article discusses various types of supervision in Islamic education, which aim to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Supervision in Islamic education focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on the development of students' character and spirituality. The types of supervision discussed include administrative supervision, pedagogical supervision, and spiritual supervision. By providing concrete examples of practices in Islamic schools, this article shows how each type of supervision can be applied effectively to achieve holistic educational goals.types of supervisors often found in the environment. The purpose of this research is to develop a data search system for thesis and internship reports at the Faculty of Engineering Library of Gajah Putih University Takengon (UGP). This search engine will be created and used to help students and library employees access thesis and internship report information. Analysis of user needs, system design, creation of effective search algorithms, and evaluation of system performance are all topics that will be discussed in this thesis. Interviews with potential users, satisfaction surveys, and historical data collection of library usage are the methods used. It is expected that the results of this research will help library users find and retrieve thesis and internship report data and improve the accessibility and availability of academic information at the UGP Faculty of Engineering. When search engine technology is used, it is expected that the time required for Information will increase productivity, improve efficiency, and support the academic development of students at UGP.

Effective student management is an important part of a quality education system. This research considers a holistic approach to student management that integrates academic aspects, character development, and talent development. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the holistic approach in enhancing academic achievement, positive character development, and student talent development. This research employs a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative data analysis from academic results and student surveys with qualitative data from in-depth interviews with educators and field observations. Research shows that a holistic approach to student management is positively correlated with improved academic performance, stronger character, and more targeted human resource development. This result highlights the importance of integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects into student management. The significance of this research underscores the need for a reformulation of educational policies that support the implementation of integrated student management at various levels of education.

Technological advancements have brought significant transformations across various fields, including the application of machine learning in recommendation and classification systems. Machine learning leverages data processing, utilizes algorithms, and efficiently identifies patterns to produce accurate recommendations and predictions. This study aims to review machine learning-based recommendation system approaches, analyze model performance, and compare the algorithms used. A literature review was conducted by examining journals published in the past five years, focusing on algorithm implementation. The findings indicate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm delivers the best performance, achieving an accuracy of up to 97%. This algorithm is particularly well-suited for processing small to medium-sized datasets with high efficiency. The research provides comprehensive insights into the performance and limitations of various algorithms, serving as a valuable guide for future developments in the field.

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This research uses quantitative data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at www.idx.co.id and the related company websites. The data collection technique used the documentation method, with 23 companies meeting the criteria for this study. The data analysis technique used in this research employs quantitative analysis techniques, specifically Multiple Linear Regression. (Multiple Linear Regression). The statistical program used in this research is SPSS 26.0 to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the variables Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive and significant impact on financial performance (ROA).

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

This research aims to analyze factors that relate to and influence the performance of employees at the regional secretariat of Nagan Raya district. The research was conducted in August and September 2018 with a sample size of 109 participants and 20 respondents to test the research instruments. The sample for this research was taken randomly (simple random sampling). Path analysis (part analysis), using the SPSS version 21 computer, was used to test the empirical hypothesis. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.382 or 38.2%, Teamwork (X2) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.380 or 38%, Job Satisfaction (X3 ) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.255 or 25.5%, Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.238 or 23.8%. Thus, Job Satisfaction is the most dominant variable that can increase the Job Satisfaction of Nagan Raya Regency regional secretariat employees.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in achieving company strategic goals, especially amidst the challenges of globalization and increasingly fierce competition. This journal discusses the importance of effective HR management in creating competitive advantages and improving organizational performance. With a focus on talent development, employee welfare, and good relationships between management and employees, this research shows that good HRM practices can increase employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty. In addition, this journal highlights the need for strategies that are aligned with business goals to ensure that every individual in the organization contributes optimally. Through analysis of various challenges faced by HR management, including work-life balance and global skills development, this journal provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of HR management. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for companies in formulating adaptive and innovative HR strategies, so that they can survive and develop in an era full of uncertainty.

The branch of economics called Islamic monetary policy discusses the nature, function, and impact of monetary policy in a country. Not only the supply and demand of money, this Islamic monetary emphasizes the principles of justice and brotherhood that pursue equality and create equitable distribution of wealth and income. The purpose of this research is to see how the transmission of Islamic monetary policy on the performance of MSMEs in Serang City. To stay competitive or even win the competition, an organization can evaluate its strategy in the face of an ever-changing market. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very flexible and resilient to the economy, but they have several limitations such as financial capabilities and human resources. To gain a competitive advantage, MSMEs must be able to determine the right strategy. This research uses a descriptive approach by using observation techniques and interviews with MSME actors in Serang City. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the sharia monetary policy applied to the performance of MSMEs in Serang City is very helpful for business actors by providing access to safe capital, effective money management training, and information technology-based marketing training.

The Srikandi application is an electronic-based management information system designed to support digital transformation in administration and archiving to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services, particularly within the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives (Setjen DPR RI). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Srikandi application, evaluate its impact on work efficiency and service quality, and identify the main challenges in its adoption. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The findings indicate that the Srikandi application has successfully improved administrative efficiency through features such as electronic signatures and real-time document tracking, as well as supporting the restructuring of organizational work processes. However, several key challenges remain, including slow system performance, low user competence, resistance to new technology, limited accessibility for the public, and data security risks. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing user competence through training, optimizing technological infrastructure, and strengthening data security policies. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other government institutions in adopting digital technologies to support more responsive and accountable public services.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on the performance of PKK cadres in the PKK Mobilization Team of Gogik Village, West Ungaran District. The participants in this study were active PKK cadres involved in organizational activities. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the independent variables—leadership style and organizational commitment—and the dependent variable—cadre performance. The findings indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the performance of PKK cadres. Additionally, organizational commitment plays a crucial role in improving cadre performance. These results suggest that effective leadership and strong cadre commitment contribute to enhancing overall organizational performance. Therefore, improving leadership quality and strengthening cadre commitment should be prioritized in organizational management to achieve more optimal PKK program objectives.

Wind Turbine Blades are one of the renewable energy sources that are the main solution to reduce excessive use of conventional fuels. Wind Turbine Blades absorb kinetic energy into mechanical energy which is then converted into electrical energy by the generator. This study uses the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) 1.2 horizontal axis wind turbine blade design with a taper type (having a wide base and a small tip). The initial wind turbine blade data was obtained rotating at a wind speed of 3.5 m/s with a voltage of 5.1 Volts. This blade design was carried out using maximum wind speed data of 9.5 m/s and minimum wind speed data of 3.6 m/s, then current and voltage data were obtained. The results of this study confirm that the design of this wind turbine blade affects the efficiency of converting wind energy into electricity. This taper type wind turbine blade is designed to produce optimal performance in a certain wind speed range.

This study aims to find out the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency in Handling Slum Settlements in Uneng City Subdistrict, Sikka Regency. The problems faced are limited basic infrastructure such as roads, clean water and inadequate sanitation. This is because this area has experienced a significant increase in population and this has not been balanced with the development of adequate basic infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative method and is analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency in Handling Slum Settlements in Uneng City Subdistrict is to coordinate aspects of the preparation and integration of policies, strategies, norms, standards, guidelines and criteria for the implementation of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Coordinating technical aspects of defense, licensing, design and technical feasibility as well as integration of Housing and Settlement Area (PKP) facilities and infrastructure, Coordinating institutional aspects, including coordinating, formulating policies, strengthening institutional capacity, as well as building partnerships with other parties including the community in the form of empowerment and cooperation as well as developing databases and information on housing and residential areas (PKP), Coordinating and developing a monitoring and evaluation system for PKP implementation, including performance measurement and PKP standard parameters.  

Village officials are government employees in the field of public services who have duties and obligations towards services to the community who work and support the Village Head in carrying out his duties. In the relationship between the government and the community, various concepts are known such as state administrative law which studies the actions in organizing a country, including in villages. Public services are very necessary in fulfilling the desires and needs of the community in the village government.This research was conducted using a normative legal research method. The data collection methods used by the author were interviews and literature studies. Interviews are data collection techniques conducted through face-to-face and direct question and answer between researchers and informants, while literature studies are data processing conducted by systematically analyzing written legal materials with a statutory approach and a case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the performance of village officials in Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Village has not fully implemented good public service performance in terms of understanding of duties and functions, innovation, work speed, work accuracy and work between employees to realize excellent service.

In the modern era, companies are assessed not only based on financial performance but also on how they manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts. ESG disclosure has become a key consideration for investors in evaluating corporate sustainability, particularly in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG disclosure on the profitability of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research employs a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach to analyze panel data. Data were obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies for the 2021-2023 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method based on ESG disclosure criteria and the availability of profitability data. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), as well as hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The findings reveal that, partially, the environmental, social, and governance disclosure variables do not have a significant effect on profitability (measured by Return on Assets/ROA). Simultaneously, these three variables also show no significant relationship with company profitability. The low coefficient of determination (R² = 0.018) indicates that profitability variance is predominantly influenced by factors outside of ESG disclosure.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, digital payment, and interest in using e-commerce on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Surakarta City. Financial literacy reflects the ability of business owners to manage finances effectively, while digital payment and e-commerce play a crucial role in supporting transactions and digital marketing. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 115 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that financial literacy, digital payment, and interest in using e-commerce have a significant positive effect on MSME income. These findings highlight the importance of improving financial literacy and adopting digital technology as strategies to enhance MSME performance and income. 

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the Internal Supervisory Apparatus of the Banyuwangi Regency Government in utilizing e-audit and to determine user expectations in utilizing e-audit in the internal supervision process in Banyuwangi Regency. This study is an exploratory study using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this study is the triangulation method, namely data collection through interviews while testing the validity of the data to parties related to the use of e-audit. Interviews were conducted on December 2, 3, 4 and 6, 2024, which showed that the effectiveness of APIP performance in utilizing e-audit was quite effective or obtained a value of 55 out of a maximum value of 100. So that four of the five components that are indicators of effectiveness assessment still need a lot of development to be able to meet the needs and expectations of users in achieving supervisory objectives, including the preparation of PKPT, implementation, reporting and monitoring of follow-up supervision results.

Managing incoming and outgoing letter archives is an important aspect in supporting administrative performance at the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau. This research aims to design a web-based administration system that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing mail archives. The methods used in this research include requirements analysis, system design, and prototype testing. The results of the analysis show that the mail management process is currently still carried out manually, which results in difficulties in searching and archiving data. By designing a web-based system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to input, search and manage mail archives in real-time. The resulting system prototype is equipped with features such as mail data management, reports and notifications, which are designed to increase data accessibility and security. Test results show that this system can function well and meet user needs. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau in improving administrative performance through better archive management.
