Overview: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a significant health problem in Indonesia because it is at risk of increasing neonatal mortality and morbidity. Objective: This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with the incidence of LBW in newborns at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. Research Method: The method used is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 200 mothers and babies was obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected from medical records and analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. Research Results: showed that prematurity had a partial effect on LBW with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, and showed that if the incidence of prematurity increased by one percent, assuming the value of other variables remained constant, it would increase the incidence of LBW by 2.769 percent. Variables parity, maternal age, anemia, twin pregnancy, hydramnios, PEB, Placenta Previa, KPD, prematurity, fetal pregnancy simultaneously affected LBW. Conclusion: parity, maternal age, anemia, twin pregnancy, hydramnios, PEB, Placenta Previa, KPD, prematurity, fetal pregnancy simultaneously affect LBW.

This study aims to determine how price and service quality affect customer loyalty in buying books at Rumah Sita Sangatta Bookstore. This type of research is field research using a quantitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaire techniques to obtain research data, then observation techniques, then documentation techniques. The population in this study was 120 respondents and a sample of 30. Quota sampling technique was used by selecting respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and obtained the equation Y = 2.612 + 0.224 (X₁) + 0.348 (X₂), the results indicate that price and service quality (X₂) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). The results of the partial t-test showed that price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (t count 2.184> t table 2.051; sig. 0.036 <0.05). Service quality (X₂) has a positive and significant effect (t count 2.250 > t table 2.051; sig. 0.031 < 0.05). Simultaneous f test, both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (F count 16.152 > F table 3.34; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.485 indicates that 49% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by pricing and service quality, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables that the researcher did not examine.

This study aims to determine the effect of career planning on students' job readiness, using a case study of university students in Medan City. The background of this research is based on the low job readiness among students, often caused by the lack of structured career planning. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression, t-test, and determination test. The normality test results show that the data are normally distributed (sig. = 0.769 > 0.05). The heteroscedasticity test indicates no heteroscedasticity problem. Regression analysis results show that career planning has a significant effect on job readiness, with a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.250, indicating that 25% of job readiness is explained by career planning. It can be concluded that the better the career planning possessed by students, the higher their readiness to enter the job market. This study supports the importance of early career development for students.

This research aims to identify the influence of utilizing interactive learning multimedia on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the economics subject at SMA Negeri 4 Gorontalo. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The total sample consists of 60 students.The findings indicate that there is an influence of utilizing interactive learning multimedia on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the economics subject This is shown through data analysis using a paired sample t-test, which resulted in a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0 000. This value is far below the predetermined significance level of 005, indicating a significant difference between students' learning outcomes before and after utilizing interactive multimedia, as well as a significant difference between the experimental class (utilizing multimedia) and the control class (not utilizing multimedia). Therefore, the utilization of interactive learning multimedia not only provides variety in the teaching and learning process but also contributes meaningfully to improving students' conceptual understanding, material retention, and learning motivation.

This research aims to determine whether dice games have an impact on the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental research method. The research design used is a one-group pretest-posttest with data collection techniques including observation and tests. The subjects of this research are children aged 5-6 years with a sample size of 15 children. Based on the results of the t-test analysis (paired sample t-test), it was found that t count is greater than t table, that is 17.427 > 2.160 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the designed dice game media on children's fine motor skills and an increase in fine motor skills in early childhood.

This problem is motivated by the low understanding of students' mathematical concepts in Mathematics subjects at SDN 005 Laggini, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency City. One solution to overcome this problem is to use a learning modelIndex Card Match. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the Index Card Match strategy on students' mathematics learning activities in Class V of State Elementary School 005 Laggini, Bangkinang City. This research method is experimental research. The type of research used in this research is pre-test-post test group quasi-experimental design. This research involved fifth grade students at SDN 005 Laggini. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The total sample in this study was 63 people who were divided into two classes, namely 32 people from class V A as the experimental class and 31 people from class V B as the control class. The data collected in this study was analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the t-table value was 1.666 and the t-count value was 2.003, which shows that the t-count value was greater than the t table (2.003 > 1.674). Next, based on the independent sample t-test on the p-value or sig. (2-tailed) is 0.005. These results reject the null hypothesis (H0), and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So it can be concluded that the application of learning strategiesIndex Card Match in the experimental class it can influence learning activities better than the application of the lecture method in the control class.

Family economy is an important aspect in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. This study aims to determine the effect of education level and income on family economy. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a population of heads of families in Dusun Beringin Barat, Labuhan Ratu V, East Lampung. The sample consisted of 50 respondents, determined through the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique. The results of the t-test showed that education level did not have a significant effect on family economy (sig. 0.317> 0.05 and t count -1.011 <2.0106). On the other hand, income had a significant effect (sig. 0.000 <0.05 and t count 4.497> 2.0106). Simultaneously, education and income had an effect on family economy, as evidenced by the F test (F count 15.783> F table 3.190727).

The study aims to determine: 1) The influence of numerical intelligence and learning motivation together on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. 2) The influence of numerical intelligence on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. 3) The influence of learning motivation on the mathematical problem solving ability of class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur. The study was conducted using a survey method. The population was class XII TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukaluyu Cianjur with a sample size of 85 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The research instruments used were essay-based mathematical problem solving ability tests, multiple-choice numerical intelligence instruments, and Likert-scale learning motivation instruments. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis testing obtained the following conclusions: 1) There is a significant influence of numerical intelligence and learning motivation together on mathematical problem solving ability, this is evidenced by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable, which is 3.57 > 3.12. 2) There is a significant influence of numerical intelligence on mathematical problem solving ability, this is proven by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 5.7 > 2.00. 3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on mathematical problem solving ability, this is proven by Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 5.7 > 2.00. The results of this study are useful for improving the quality of learning and improving mathematical problem solving ability at the vocational high school level.

The main problem in this study is how the influence of picture word media in pursuing the ability of early pre-reading in group B children in Insan Cemerlang Kindergarten, Makassar City. This study aims to find out how the influence of picture word media in pursuing the ability of early pre-reading in group B children in Kindergarten Insan Cemerlang Makassar City. The type of research used was an experiment using a one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample used was 14 students of class B2 of Insan Cemerlang Kindergarten. The instrument used to collect the data was a pre-reading developmental check technique. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the IBM SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it showed a significant influence on children's initial pre-reading ability after being treated in the form of picture word media. The average pre-test score is 5.5 while the average post-test score increases to 13. Based on the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test data, the Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value of 0.01 indicates that the probability is below 0.05 (p<0.05). So Ho was rejected. Thus, the media of pictorial words has been proven to have a significant effect in overcoming the initial pre-reading ability of group B children at Insan Cemerlang Kindergarten in Makassar City. This research contributes to the development of effective learning methods to improve early pre-reading skills in early childhood

This study aims to test and find out the influence of the art of folding paper in improving fine motor skills in early childhood aged 5-6 years at Insan Cemerlang Kindergarten, Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study consisted of 17 children aged 5-6 years in the B1 group. The collection technique in this study uses test performance, observation, documentation and also instruments of children's checklist sheets with indicators of achievement of child development based on the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 17 of 2023. Data analysis was carried out a non-paramentric test with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study showed that the pre-test score was 12.7 and increased to the post-test score of 17.1 after being given the art of folding paper (origami). Based on the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value is 3,630 with the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) significance of 000, obtained from a probability below 0.05 or p < 0.05 then Ho is rejected. This is based on probability decision-making: if the probability (Asymp.Sig) < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and if the probability (Asymp.Sig) is > 0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. So we can conclude that it shows a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. Thus it shows that there is an influence of the art of folding paper in improving fine motor skills in early childhood in Insan Cemerlang Kindergarten in Makassar City.

E-WOM has become a source of information for consumers in shopping decisions. Meanwhile, store atmosphere is a critical aspect of the consumer shopping experience. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population of this study were guests staying at Fabriek Bloc. The research sample consisted of 204 consumers with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research were processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this research show that E-WOM is in the quite agree category, namely 2,63%. Furthermore, the store atmosphere variable is in the agree category, namely 2,71%, and purchasing decisions are in the quite agree category with a percentage of 2,72%. The influence of E-WOM (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) influences purchasing decisions (Y), with scores of 65.3% and 34.7% influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a calculated F value of 191.651 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the E-WOM and Store Atmosphere variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and a t value of 17,423 was obtained for the E-WON variable and a t value of 2,026 for the store atmosphere variable with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

This study aims to determine the difference in learning outcomes of computerized accounting subjects before and after the implementation of differentiated instruction. This study uses an experimental method in the form of one group pretest-posttest with a total sample of 36 students in grade 11 of the Accounting Department. The statistical test results show the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, hypothesis testing which states that there are differences in learning outcomes of computerized accounting subjects before and after the implementation of differentiated instruction is accepted in this study.

Low financial literacy is caused by several factors. Research related to financial literacy in the Management Study Program of the Islamic University of North Sumatra is still rarely conducted so it is necessary to discuss and analyze what factors can influence financial literacy in the study program. This study uses a descriptive research method with the research approach used by the author is quantitative research. This approach uses a quantitative approach because it uses numbers, starting from data collection, data interpretation, and presentation of results. Based on the significance value (Sig.) in the F test, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means that Age (X1), and Parental Education Level (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the Financial Literacy variable (Y). Based on the magnitude of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.902 or equal to 90.2%. This figure means that the variables Age (X1), and Parental Education Level (X2) simultaneously (together) influence the Financial Literacy variable (Y) by 90.2%. Management study program students are expected to be able to better understand Financial Literacy because this will be knowledge in the future and is also very important for the role of parents. The Adjusted R Square level reached 89.9% and the remaining 10.1% was influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that were not studied or significant

This research addresses skin abnormalities in acne-prone individuals by exploring the effectiveness of natural face masks as preventive care. Specifically, it analyzes the impact of a face mask made from guava leaves and rice flour, applied once every seven days over a two-month period. The study adopts a quasi-experimental approach using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, with participants selected from the 2020 cohort of Universitas Negeri Padang through purposive sampling. Data were collected via observation, documentation, and assessment sheets, and analyzed using Normality, Homogeneity, and Hypothesis Tests. The Normality Test results indicate that the data is normally distributed, as the significance (Sig.) values for all indicators—color (0.200), shape (0.082), volume (0.109), and amount (0.082)—are above the alpha value of 0.05. Similarly, the Homogeneity Test shows significance values greater than 0.05 for all indicators, confirming that the data is homogeneous. The Hypothesis Test, conducted using a T-test, reveals significant differences between the control and treatment groups, with p-values below 0.05 for all indicators: color (<0.001), shape (0.002), volume (0.003), and amount (0.008). These findings lead to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha), indicating a significant effect of the guava leaf and rice flour face mask treatment on acne-prone skin. In conclusion, the study confirms that the treatment group (X2) experienced significant improvements compared to the control group (X1).

Premature rupture of membranes is the breaking of the membranes before there are signs of labour. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes occurs in 10-12% of all pregnancies. In a term pregnancy, the incidence is 6-19%, while in preterm pregnancy it is 2-5%. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of education using booklet media on the knowledge of primigravida mothers regarding premature rupture of membranes in the working area of the Mubune Health Centre, West Likupang District. The research was conducted using the One Group Pre-test - Post-test Design research method. The sample of respondents was 24 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. Furthermore, the data that has been collected was processed by running the SPSS version 26 program to be analysed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test. The results showed that most of the primigravida mothers before being given education had poor knowledge. After being given education through booklet media, most respondents had good knowledge. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test test obtained the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha value (α) 0.05.

This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of parenting programs on the formation of high self-esteem in early childhood at TK IT Insan Mulia Wonosobo. Using an ex post facto quantitative approach, data were obtained from 60 parents of children aged 5–6 years through questionnaires and observations. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence of parenting programs on the formation of children's self-esteem (Sig. value = 0.036 <0.05) with a contribution of 7.4%. Although significant, the effect was still low, indicating that 92.6% of children's self-esteem was also influenced by other factors such as the social environment and personal experiences. This finding reinforces the importance of active parental involvement in parenting as school partners in supporting children's psychological development.

Learning media has an important role in supporting the achievement of maximum learning objectives. When viewed from the way students learn, we know that in one class students have different ways of learning, some learn quickly using audio, visual, and some see the form concretely. then this study aims to determine the effect of using wordwall learning media on student learning outcomes in IPAS class IV SD Negeri 10 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya. The method used in this research is experimental research method. The design used in this research is One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling technique (total sample) because the researcher used all members of the population as samples with a total of 17 respondents. Pre-Test and Post-Test are used to determine student learning outcomes in the form of questions with a form of content. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test test, the sig.2-tailed result is 0.001, this value is greater than 0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, when compared to the tcount value with the ttable, there is a tcount value of 16,000> 1,746 from the ttable value, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it is concluded that there is a positive effect of the use of wordwall learning media on student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects on the material of natural appearances and their utilization in class IV SD Negeri 10 Langkai Kota Palangka Raya.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and work facilities on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Langsa City. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a population of 156 employees. The sample determination in this study is a random sampling technique, and the calculation uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% (0.05), so that the number of respondents in this study is 112 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test for partial analysis, F test for simultaneous analysis, and the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²). So from the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 10.491 + 0.247X₁ + 0.275X₂ + 0.255X₃ is obtained. Thus, based on the t-test results, it shows that training has a significant value (t sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, compensation of 0.001 < 0.05, and work facilities of 0.012 < 0.05. This result indicates that training, compensation, and work facilities significantly affect employee performance at BPBD Langsa City. Furthermore, the F test results show a significant value (F sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, which explains that training, compensation, and work facilities simultaneously significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²) produces a value of 0.336, which indicates that the variables of training, compensation, and work facilities affect employee performance by 33.6%. The remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, such as occupational safety and health (OHS), work stress, work experience, competence, workload, job satisfaction, work culture, work discipline and external organisational factors.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parenting patterns on the independence of children in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub- district. The method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational research type. The population of this study was all children aged 5-6 years who lived in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub-district. The sample in this study was 20 children in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub-district with a random sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. After collecting the results of the questionnaire answers that had been distributed, the researcher processed the data using the SPSS Version 26 Program. The data analysis used was validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing. After the analysis test was carried out, the calculated t > t table (8.956 > 2.093) and sig< 0.005 were obtained. Because the calculated t > t table, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of parenting patterns on the independence of children in the Alang-Alang Lebar Sub-district Orphanage.
