Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. A teacher is an educator whose professionalism is really needed in education in order to improve the quality of education and Human Resources (HR). The professionalism of teachers has a huge impact on the results of the teaching provided in schools through technology and motivation which will later become the key to realizing students' dreams in the future. Therefore, it is better for every school to have professional teachers or teaching staff so that the world of education in Indonesia becomes more advanced and develops even better in the future. The aim of preparing this article is to discover the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in the learning process at school. The aim of preparing this article is to find the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in learning activities at school. This research uses a library study method. The research results show that teachers or professional teaching staff have a big influence on students' knowledge regarding technological progress and development and also the motivation provided has an impact on students' learning activities at school.

Social Exchange in Women's Dual Roles: A Case Study of Housework and Professional Career. This research investigates the dynamics of social exchange involved in women's dual roles, with a focus on the fulfillment of household work and professional career development. Social exchange theory is used as a framework to analyze how women manage their roles in an increasingly complex contemporary society. Through in-depth case studies, this research explores women's experiences in managing household responsibilities along with their efforts to achieve success in professional careers. The results of this study provide insight into the challenges and opportunities they face in carrying out their dual roles, as well as their impact on gender equality in society. The results of this research have important implications in efforts to increase gender equality and encourage more inclusive social change. This study also provides a basis for better policy thinking in supporting women in navigating their dual roles and achieving success in various aspects of their lives.

The aim of the research is to analyze factors that can improve auditor performance and audit quality, one of which is in terms of the auditor's professional attitude. This research uses the System Literature Review method using data sources from Google Scholar indexed by Sinta 1-5, Garuda, or Index Copernicus and reputable international journals indexed by Scopus over a period of 6 years from 2018-2023. Article searches were carried out using the keywords professional attitude, auditor performance, and audit quality with the subject KAP in East Java. The research results show that a professional attitude is very important for an auditor to carry out their profession. This is because the auditor's high professional attitude can determine the auditor's performance and better audit quality. Auditor performance is reflected in the auditor's ability to meet predetermined deadlines, while audit quality is reflected in the independence of providing audit opinions. The practical implications of this research mean that an auditor is obliged to uphold the code of ethics of the public accounting profession, such as integrity, objectivity, prudence, professionalism and confidentiality.

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

This article discusses the Policy of the Islamic Religious Education Teacher Certification Program for Elementary Schools in Mogolaing Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach.With this type of field research and using a case study approach. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of data in this study is the Head of the General Division of the Kotamobagu City Education Office, the Head of the Islamic Education Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kotamobagu City, the Principal at Elementary Schools Mogolaing, and the Teacher of Islamic Education at Mogolaing Elementary School. The results showed that in Elementary Schools Mogolaing there are two certified Islamic Education teachers, namely teachers at Elementary Schools 2 Mogolaing and Elementary Schools 3 Mogolaing. Teacher certification programs can improve teacher professionalism. And one of the factors that influence that is the certification allowance. So in addition to improving teacher welfare, certification is also a motivation for teachers to work harder. The teacher must have the awareness that the government has given him a stipend so that he must be able to work more than other teachers who have not been certified. In addition, being a certified teacher requires teachers to be more professional at work because they hold the title of certified teacher.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of PAK Teachers' Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is quantitative with descriptive statistics with a population of all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year totaling 65 people and set the sample to be total so that it is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items.  The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the relationship between variable X and variable Y obtained the value rxy = 0.776 > rtabel(=0.05; IK=95%; n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 18.917 + 0.738X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 60.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the r test obtained by calculating > rtable, which is 0.776 > 0.244. Thus, the hypothesis put forward in this study can be accepted, namely that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The implication of the research results is that if to increase students' interest in learning, PAK teachers must improve their professionalism.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teacher professionalism on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 50 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 20 questionnaire items for variable Samosir 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.563 > rtable(=0.05,n=50) = 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X with variable Y. b) The significant relationship test obtained is the value tcount= 4.716 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=48)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test influence: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="34.775"+0.371X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=18, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 22.24 > 1.51 Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Sarana prasarana adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat dipakai sebagai alat  dalam  mencapai maksud  dan tujuan. Sarana  prasarana  pelayanan kesehatan adalah sarana prasarana yang menyediakan bentuk pelayanan yang sifatnya lebih luas daripada bidang  klinik,  yaitu bersifat promotif, preventif dan rehabilitative. Ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, personalia puskesmas atau sumber daya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas guna berlangsung baiknya suatu pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian: Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode pencarian artikel menggunakan dua database, yaitu Google Scholar dan PubMed Kesehatan dengan kata kunci sumber daya manusia, personalia puskesmas dan peran kinerja. Hasil: Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas dianggap masyarakat sebagai profesionalisme kerja oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Tuntutan masyarakat akan terpenuhi jika pemberi layanan memiliki propesionalisme yang tinggi dan mampu mempertahankan citra dan kinerja yang memenuhi standar pelayanan. Disiplin kerja juga mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada produktivitas kerjanya.Tanpa ada dukungan disiplin yang tinggi dari karyawan, perusahaan atau organisasi sulit untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Kesimpulan: Produktivitas suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain disiplin dan karakteristik individu. Produktivitas layanan kesehatan puskesmas juga ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM)/personalia yang dimiliki.

Pengelolaan data bisnis merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan, khususnya dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang. Dalam mengelola data bisnis, teknologi database menjadi salah satu pilihan yang paling efektif. Teknologi database memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menyimpan, mengelola, dan memproses data secara terstruktur dan efisien. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep dasar tentang teknologi database, manfaat yang didapat dari penggunaan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis, serta tantangan dan solusi yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi database.Pengelolaan data bisnis menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam operasi perusahaan modern. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi database telah menjadi landasan utama dalam menyimpan, mengelola, dan memanipulasi data bisnis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis.Pertama, jurnal ini akan membahas tentang konsep dasar teknologi database, termasuk jenis-jenis database, seperti database relasional, database berorientasi objek, dan database NoSQL. Penjelasan tentang struktur dan fungsionalitas masing-masing jenis database akan disajikan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif.Selanjutnya, jurnal ini akan menggambarkan manfaat penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Dengan menggunakan teknologi database, perusahaan dapat menyimpan dan mengelola data bisnis mereka dengan lebih efisien, memfasilitasi akses cepat dan mudah terhadap informasi yang relevan, serta meningkatkan integritas dan keamanan data.Selain itu, jurnal ini akan membahas berbagai fitur dan kemampuan teknologi database yang mendukung pengelolaan data bisnis, seperti pemrosesan transaksi, analisis data, penggalian data (data mining), dan integrasi dengan aplikasi bisnis lainnya.Selanjutnya, akan dipaparkan beberapa contoh nyata tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Contoh-contoh ini akan melibatkan implementasi sistem manajemen basis data (Database Management System/DBMS) khusus, serta penggunaan bahasa SQL (Structured Query Language) untuk mengambil dan memanipulasi data bisnis.Selanjutnya, jurnal ini akan membahas tantangan dan tantangan yang mungkin muncul dalam penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis, seperti keamanan data, skalabilitas, dan konsistensi data. Solusi dan strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini juga akan dibahas.Terakhir, jurnal ini akan memberikan kesimpulan dan memberikan pandangan ke depan tentang peran teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi database telah menjadi landasan utama dalam menyimpan, mengelola, dan memanipulasi data bisnis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis.Pertama, jurnal ini akan membahas tentang konsep dasar teknologi database, termasuk jenis-jenis database, seperti database relasional, database berorientasi objek, dan database NoSQL. Penjelasan tentang struktur dan fungsionalitas masing-masing jenis database akan disajikan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif.Selanjutnya, jurnal ini akan menggambarkan manfaat penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Dengan menggunakan teknologi database, perusahaan dapat menyimpan dan mengelola data bisnis mereka dengan lebih efisien, memfasilitasi akses cepat dan mudah terhadap informasi yang relevan, serta meningkatkan integritas dan keamanan data.Selain itu, jurnal ini akan membahas berbagai fitur dan kemampuan teknologi database yang mendukung pengelolaan data bisnis, seperti pemrosesan transaksi, analisis data, penggalian data (data mining), dan integrasi dengan aplikasi bisnis lainnya.Selanjutnya, akan dipaparkan beberapa contoh nyata tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Contoh-contoh ini akan melibatkan implementasi sistem manajemen basis data (Database Management System/DBMS) khusus, serta penggunaan bahasa SQL (Structured Query Language) untuk mengambil dan memanipulasi data bisnis.Selanjutnya, jurnal ini akan membahas tantangan dan tantangan yang mungkin muncul dalam penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis, seperti keamanan data, skalabilitas, dan konsistensi data. Solusi dan strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini juga akan dibahas.Terakhir, jurnal ini akan memberikan kesimpulan dan memberikan pandangan ke depan tentang peran teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Diharapkan bahwa jurnal ini akan memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para profesional, peneliti, dan praktisi yang tertarik dalam menerapkan teknologi database dalam konteks pengelolaan data bisnis.

This study aims to analyze the effect of independence, professionalism, and time budget pressure on the quality of audits of local government financial reports (LKPD) at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) DIY Representative. This research is included in the quantitative research. The statistical method used to find the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Collecting data in this study by distributing research questionnaires to auditors who work at the BPK RI DIY Representative by using the total sampling formula. Later on, the results from hypothesis testing show that independence has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination, the independent variable of professionalism shows a significant positive effect on the quality of LKPD examination, and the dependent variable has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD examination.

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh perilaku sumber daya manusia dalam kehidupan organisasi bisnis di era global. Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan yang cepat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk memahami dan mengelola perilaku sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang  bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.
