Industrial development by concentrating industries in a place, which is called an industrial area, is intended to suppress the spread of environmental impacts caused by industry. Another goal is that the presence of industry in the same place will have a double effect on society. However, these objectives must be followed by the fulfillment of strict criteria. These criteria start from the determination of land allocation for industrial estates, to the obligation to manage waste or environmental impacts caused. The industrial estate development policy must pay attention to environmental aspects, thus building an environmentally sound industrial estate.

Regional growth centers assume the ability to integrate as many development interests as possible among those with an interest in development. Thus, regional growth centers also mean qualitative development and/or growth. Theoretically and empirically, inclusive economic growth is closely related to regional development. The existence of sub-regions in Aceh needs special attention, in order to develop the concept of regions as centers of development. During the New Order era, the concept of regional development was apparently renewed.

In the law embodied in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations, there isn't a requirement stipulating that a debtor must be declared unable (insolvent) to pay their debts through an insolvency test as a condition to determine their bankruptcy status or not. Instead, the debtor's bankruptcy status is established by proving that the debtor has a minimum of 2 (two) creditors, has failed to pay at least 1 (one) due and collectible debt. The absence of insolvency testing as a bankruptcy criterion in Indonesia could lead to companies that are actually capable of fulfilling their obligations being considered bankrupt because they meet the bankruptcy requirements in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations regulates the requirements for bankruptcy. This has the potential for significant impact, even reducing the confidence of foreign investors to invest in Indonesia. This research employs a normative legal approach. The data source utilized in this study comprises secondary data obtained through the analysis of existing literature or documents. The results of insolvency testing, determining whether a company is categorized as insolvent or not, provide an opportunity for solvent debtors to prove that they have sufficient assets to settle debts to multiple creditors. This gives debtors the chance to rebuild their businesses. Therefore, the implementation of insolvency test in a company plays a role in saving solvent debtors from bankruptcy petitions filed by creditors.

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between learning independence and students' mathematics learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a correlational design. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire instrument to find out the results of independent learning and the results of daily mathematics tests to find out the results of students' mathematics learning. From the data that has been collected, a correlation test is carried out with the conditions that are the normality test and the linearity test. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the independent learning variables and student mathematics learning outcomes is 0.948**. Based on the results of the correlation test using SPSS above, the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant correlation between students' learning independence and their mathematics learning outcomes is acceptable. The test results on the normality test using SPSS show that the data is normally distributed. This is indicated by the value of Sig. namely 0.282 and 0.486 where the significance is > 0.05. Based on the results of this study, the higher the student's learning independence, the higher the student's mathematics learning outcomes. And vice versa, when the student's learning independence is low, the lower the student's learning outcomes in mathematics.

In this research, there were obstacles or problems with students' activities and learning outcomes in less than optimal science content. The reason is due to a lack of skills in gathering information, still using conventional approaches, and one-way learning. The proposed solution is to apply a combination model of PBL, TGT, and Picture and Picture. The purpose of this research was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of grade 5 students at SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin, of which there were 20 students, including 7 boys and 13 girls. This research applies the PTK method and also uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative data was obtained from teacher and student observations, while quantitative data came from personal written tests to evaluate student learning outcomes. The research results showed that teacher activity at meeting 4 reached 94% with the criteria "very good". Meanwhile, student activity reached 90% and student learning outcomes had reached the success indicator, namely a score of ≥81. Thus, this combination of models can effectively overcome this problem.

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Fulfillment of Employee Needs using Maslow's needs theory on Work Commitment to Employees at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the population of permanent employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form (online) and direct distribution (offline). The data analysis technique used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test, hypothesis testing used is the coefficient of determination (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that physiological needs, security needs, appreciation needs and self-transcendence needs partially have no significant effect on work commitment with a significant value respectively, (physiological needs: 0.810> 0.05), (security needs: 0.979> 0.05), (appreciation needs: 0.093> 0.05) and (self-transcendence needs: 0.400> 0.05), so that hypotheses H1, H2, H4, and H6 are rejected. While social needs and self-actualization needs have a positive and significant effect on work commitment with their respective values, social needs of 0.014 < 0.05 and self-actualization needs of 0.001 < 0.05, so that H3 and H5 are accepted. The results of this study also found that the variable Fulfillment of Needs (physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs) has a significant simultaneous / joint influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar based on the results of the F test which is worth 25.101> 2.29 F table values and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the educational landscape, and this literature review aims to identify the key factors contributing to increased conflicts among students. In this analysis, it was found that social isolation, anxiety, and stress are significant psychosocial factors influencing the sources, symptoms, and causes of student conflicts. Social isolation resulting from distance learning and social restrictions plays a role in escalating interpersonal tension. Anxiety arising from pandemic-related uncertainties also contributes to conflicts among students and educators. Stress, whether caused by the pandemic itself or changes in education, has potentially negative impacts that can trigger conflicts. This article also identifies symptoms indicating student conflicts, such as a decline in the quality of social relationships, behavioral problems, and decreased academic performance. Understanding these psychosocial factors can help educational institutions develop more effective intervention strategies to address student conflicts. A deeper understanding of these issues provides a strong foundation for a holistic approach to managing student conflicts in the post-pandemic era, with an emphasis on students' psychosocial well-being to create a safe and inclusive educational environment.
