Cervical cancer is a significant public health problem globally, including in Indonesia. This disease ranks fourth as the most common cancer in women in the world, with an estimated 604,000 new cases and 342,000 deaths in 2020. Analyzing the current condition of cervical cancer in Indonesia including prevalence, risk factors, impacts, prevention efforts, and treatment based on data to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Cervical cancer is defined as a malignant tumor in the cervix that attacks the epithelial layer and has the potential to spread. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. In addition, several supporting risk factors include risky sexual behavior, long-term use of oral contraceptives, smoking habits, nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamins C, E, and folic acid), and poor personal hygiene. The Indonesian government has attempted to identify the disease early through the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) method used for early detection of cervical cancer in women aged 30 to 50 years. However, community participation in this program still needs to be improved sustainably. Treatment for cervical cancer can include surgery (eg cryosurgery, LEEP, hysterectomy), radiation, and chemotherapy. Cervical cancer remains a major health challenge in Indonesia. Improved education programs, participation in early detection of IVA, and strengthening of the health system as a whole are needed to effectively reduce morbidity and mortality caused by this disease.

Menstrual hygiene is an important component of personal hygiene that plays a significant role in an individual's health behavior, helping to prevent disorders in reproductive organ function. This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion on the level of menstrual hygiene knowledge among children aged 13–15 years. The study design used a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pre-posttest design. The population consisted of 110 respondents, and using simple random sampling, 83 respondents were selected. Data for this study were collected using a knowledge level questionnaire. After tabulation, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with p < 0.05. The results showed that nearly all female students (108, or 98.2%) had insufficient knowledge of menstrual hygiene before receiving health promotion. Almost all female students after receiving health promotion had adequate knowledge of menstrual hygiene, totaling 88 (80.0%). Based on the above results, the effect of health promotion on the level of knowledge of menstrual hygiene among children aged 13-15 years was found to be p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that health promotion has an effect on the level of knowledge about menstrual hygiene among girls aged 13–15 years. Therefore, it is hoped that female students will always maintain their genital hygiene by practicing proper personal hygiene in accordance with the guidelines provided by healthcare professionals, especially during menstruation.

This research uses a quantitative method and focuses on a cattle breeder named Nur Amin, aged 53, who has been raising sacrificial cattle since 2022 in Medan Krio Village, Sunggal Subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the breeder’s profile and the strategies implemented in developing the sacrificial cattle business. The farm consists of 12 cows—10 males and 2 females—mainly of Simmental and Brahman breeds. The study found that feed fermentation and regular vitamin administration play significant roles in improving cattle growth and health. In addition, regular stable hygiene and the application of artificial insemination are key factors in livestock management. Although no major obstacles have been encountered, limited promotion and market access remain challenges for business expansion. The research also emphasizes the importance of treating cattle farming as a primary business, not just a side activity. The inclusion of Islamic principles and religious texts reinforces that this business aligns with Islamic values, especially in providing halal and high-quality sacrificial animals for religious rites.

The community service activity was carried out in Lima Puluh Subdistrict, Batu Bara Regency. The partner in this activity was the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency. The main problem faced by the partner is the absence of an official slaughterhouse building in Batu Bara Regency. Until now, only independently managed slaughterhouses owned by the community have been used as animal slaughtering facilities. However, these slaughterhouses can only accommodate a limited number of slaughters. Moreover, issues related to poor meat hygiene and cross-contamination during slaughtering and packaging processes for consumer distribution are still frequently encountered. The solution to this problem is to establish an official slaughterhouse in Batu Bara Regency that meets both administrative and technical requirements. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to the community and stakeholders regarding the utilization of an official slaughterhouse and the importance of having a standardized slaughterhouse. The expected outcomes of this community service activity are: (1) to increase public knowledge in Batu Bara Regency regarding the importance of RPH utilization, (2) to enhance awareness of providing meat that is Safe, Healthy, Whole, and Halal (ASUH), and (3) to provide recommendations to the local government regarding the planning and development of an official slaughterhouse.

There were 5 informants in this study. The results of the study show that the collaboration that occurs in waste management has gone well, but there are still obstacles in overcoming existing problems. To identify obstacles and opportunities, there are situations and needs as well as resources that must be met, the collaboration that occurs between the Environment and Hygiene Agency and the head of waste management and b3 waste has been running but is not optimal enough due to the lack of resources in facilitating infrastructure facilities at landfills. Debate strategies to influence and increase public awareness and understanding require socialization related to understanding how to manage waste properly. The Head of the Environment and Hygiene Agency together with the Head of the B3 Waste Management Division have collaborated with the Mutiara Timor Waste Bank in providing effective socialization to reduce the volume of existing waste, but many people do not understand the socialization. Planning this cooperation action, there is a collaborative implementation strategy where the actors collaborate in planning the right implementation strategy to reduce the volume of waste in the landfill, but the collaboration between the Head of the Environment and Hygiene Agency and the Mutiara Timor Waste Bank has targeted 20% in handling the volume of waste, but the cooperation is only 5% that can reduce the volume of waste in the landfill because the socialization provided is still not understood by the Public. For the purpose and purpose of this cooperation is the target in reducing and handling waste from 2018-2025, if this cooperation runs effectively and successfully, slowly the volume of waste in landfills will decrease by itself.
