The aim of this research is to explore in more depth the aspects of Islamic education in the Dinasti Umayyah era. This research uses the library research method, namely using library materials as the main data source in exploring information from the concepts of previous experts. The results of the research show that among the achievements of civilization is the educational aspect which has grown to develop well. Education grew and developed along with the development of Islam, showing its connection to its history. The Dinasti Umayyah, as the first dinasti in the century of expansion, was involved in conquest, consolidation, and forming a multinasional and multicultural empire. They consciously pay attention to educational issues which result in the growth of various scientific treasuresThe impact was felt especially in the European world, where the Dinasti Umayyah succeeded in reclaiming and developing this heritage, which we in Indonesia can also feel.

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research

This type of research is a type of qualitative approach that is descriptive, namely collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles to preaching at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency are: the difficulty of inviting religious teachers to Sikilang jorong because the distance is so far.

There are believers of their own faiths in different parts of Indonesia, however the religions included in Presidential Determination Number 1 of 1965 are Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The existence of Law Number 1 of 2023 is controversial because there is legal ambiguity regarding the form and basis of sanctions against perpetrators of religious blasphemy or beliefs. As a result, their rights have not yet been granted and there is no basis for legal regulations. The study's objective is to ascertain the criminal penalties that, under Law Number 1 of 2023, are meted out to those who commit acts of religious blasphemy as well as the legal foundations for those who do so. It is possible to determine the types of criminal penalties that are given to offenders of religious blasphemy under Law Number 1 of 2023 by using a normative juridical approach.

In this research, it was found that the majority of Banjar people who live in the Kahlidiyah Rasyidiyah Islamic Boarding School believe that the Al-Qur'an contains various special prayers with certain virtues. People's reception of rajah also varies, including; Rajah is something that contains blessings and has certain powers because it is inscribed with verses from the Qur'an, so it can be concluded that the use of verses from the Qur'an in rajah is one of the many ways of glorifying the Qur'an.

This article is entitled about the contribution of Islam in the development of world civilization. This research was conducted using two methods, namely qualitative research through questionnaires and literature studies by looking at previous studies whose theme is of course related to the title of this article. The results obtained show that Islam has made a very good contribution to world civilization, Islam has made significant contributions in various fields, including science, art, architecture, philosophy, mathematics, medicine, and many more.

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.    

The role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in improving community welfare is the focus of this research, which is influenced by the relationship between companies and communities that develop along with the development and civilization of society. This study aims to determine the role of Corporate Social Responsibility for community welfare in its implementation. The activity stages were designed for 1 day, preceded by coordination activities. The CSR program in the economic field for the community around PT Petrokimia Gresik is by distributing Ramadan groceries in 8 villages around PT Petrokimia Gresik, namely Kroman Village, Tlogopojok, Roomo, Lumpur, Sukorame, Karangpoh, Karangturi, and Ngipik.

Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. Children are a gift from Allah SWT that should be grateful for, guarded, cared for, guided, educated and must also develop all their potential according to their nature. Education for children has got the most important place, because education is a very important factor in changing a civilization. This study aims to improve the role of parents in educating their children according to religious demands based on the Qur'an so that what is expected by parents can be applied to their children in living life. So this research is a library research. In this research will be explored about Early Childhood Education according to the Qur'an in the study of maudhu'i interpretation. Data were collected from various literatures, such as books, the Koran, interpretations and other research results are then processed into informative data. The results of this study indicate that the active role of parents in educating children is very much needed. Negligence of parents in educating children from an early age can result in unfavorable children's behavior in the future. Children's education according to the Qur'an shows how good children's behavior is, about what is the sense of responsibility for moral development in children, responsibility for attitudes towards children, responsibility for social development in children, responsibility for fostering prayer in children.
