In partnership with PKBM Nusa Indah, this study attempts to characterize and assess the execution of the Package C Equivalency Education Program for Takhassus pupils at Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Quran Misykat al-Anwar. The curriculum goal is to provide students the chance to complete their primary studies and memorization of the Quran while still earning a credential that is comparable to Senior High School (SMA). Using methods for gathering data including in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation, the study takes a qualitative approach. The head of the pesantren, PKBM tutors, and participating students are among the study's key informants. The findings show that this program is effective in giving Takhassus pupils access to general education that is comparable to SMA, despite a number of obstacles still standing, including a dearth of program socialization among the community and resource constraints for teachers. Students express great satisfaction with this curriculum, especially with regard to gaining academic information that enhances their religious education. Additionally, the earned diploma is accepted across the country, giving students the chance to continue their study or find employment. This study highlights how crucial it is for pesantren and PKBM to work together to provide an adaptable yet high-quality teaching program. It is envisaged that the results would provide a basis for suggestions to the pesantren's management and other pertinent parties to improve the Package C Program's execution and lessen current obstacles in order to improve educational achievements.

PAK teachers have the responsibility to educate and improve students' learning achievements. Efforts to improve student learning achievement are not an easy task for a teacher because often students cannot achieve learning achievements as expected by teachers and schools. The decline in student learning achievement is caused by students not understanding the teacher's explanations, monotonous and less creative learning methods, low learning motivation, spending more time playing games, and lack of attention from parents/family. This research aims to determine the role of Christian Religious Education teachers in improving the learning achievement of students at Bhakti Insani Vocational School, Bogor City. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study, observation and interview approach. To achieve learning achievement, students need to receive direction, guidance, motivation, creative learning methods, and attention from Christian Religious Education teachers. That is why, good collaboration between teachers, schools, and parents/families helps students improve their learning achievements.

This study aims to analyze the correlation between students' academic achievements and the effectiveness of campus promotion in attracting new prospective students. Academic performance is often used as an indicator of educational quality in higher education and is frequently highlighted in promotional strategies. However, the direct relationship between student academic achievement and campus promotion success has not been fully understood. This research utilizes the Apriori method in data mining to discover hidden patterns related to student academic performance and campus promotion. The data analyzed include undergraduate students from the 2017–2019 cohorts at STMIK Kaputama Binjai, with variables such as study programs, GPA, school background, and major during high school. The results indicate a significant correlation between academic achievement and the effectiveness of campus promotion, which can be used by institutions to develop more targeted promotional strategies. By leveraging data mining, universities can more effectively identify potential student segments and enhance the overall image of the institution.

The Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon that is increasingly prevalent in the digital age has a significant impact on the mental health of adolescents, including among Christian teenagers. FoMO is characterized by feelings of anxiety due to fear of being left behind from other people's activities or achievements, often triggered by social media. This study aims to identify proactive efforts that Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers can make in overcoming the negative influence of FoMO on adolescent mental health. The method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, through in-depth interviews and observations of PAK teachers and adolescents in a Christian education environment. This study also used a literature review to strengthen the understanding of the role of PAK teachers in the spiritual and social context. The results show that PAK teachers have a crucial role in guiding adolescents to understand their spiritual identity, teaching the wise use of technology, and creating a learning environment that supports mental health. PAK teachers can also be role models who motivate adolescents to focus on a personal relationship with God and not get caught up in social comparisons. With these efforts, it is hoped that adolescents can overcome FoMO pressure and develop better mental health.

The method used in this study is Normative Juridical. The legal protection of agreements made by business actors and consumers in the property business is guided by articles 1320 and 1338 of the Civil Code. Breach of promise not to carry out the agreed is a form of default committed by one of the parties to the agreement as regulated by article 1234 of the Civil Code which can be resolved with a "win and win solution" through negotiations so that business actors and consumers are protected. Consumer protection in property business agreements starts from the beginning of the purchase, making the agreement, payment to the sale and purchase deed agreement. Consumers who have signed the agreement means that they have agreed to all the terms and conditions that have been set. All of these agreements, both oral, written, and deed are not authentic. Authentic deeds that are carried out legally, as long as consumers have fulfilled their achievements by making payments in full, not negligently, in accordance with their rights and obligations in Law no. 8 of 1999, consumers are obliged to get legal protection.

The Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) in Riau Islands was formed based on the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KEMENPORA) program in the development of achievement sports coaching centers in the regions. Currently Riau Islands Province has 3 PPLP Sports Branches that are running, namely Pencak Silat, Taekwondo and Archery which are managed by the Riau Islands Provincial Youth and Sports Office. In its implementation there are several shortcomings such as sports facilities, facilities and infrastructure, and the achievements of athletes. The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete picture and evaluate the process of implementing the coaching program for PPLP athletes in Riau Islands Province. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources, and data collection methods in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. The theory used by researchers in evaluation uses Masson & Gibbon's theory in Hayat (2018) which includes indicators: The process has run optimally, seen from the role of the management in implementing the coaching program that has been well coordinated. For formative indicators, it is less than optimal as seen from the fulfillment of athletes' facility needs which are not fully met. For summative indicators, it runs less optimally seen from the results of athletes' achievements that have not been consistent at the national level. The conclusion of this research is that the PPLP program has been running quite well in Riau Islands Province, it's just not optimal seen from additional professionals such as sports specialists, infrastructure and the results of athletes' achievements at the National level. Suggestions for improvement are that the administrators involved in the PPLP program must be able to increase their contribution, especially in terms of meeting the needs of athletes
