Study of the book Riya>d} al-S{a>lih}i>n in Guwah hamlet, Rongdurin village, Tanah Merah, Bangkalan. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity is related to the lack of implementation of noble morals in everyday life. To find alternative solutions to the above, a study of the Adab Ṭalibīn book was held in an effort to improve the quality of religious knowledge for young people of the Ashab Al-Suffah group and to be able to apply good morals in everyday life. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1. To equip youth with knowledge directly from original sources. 2. Increase the knowledge and morals of youth as a nation's generation with the substance of the book being studied. The problem solving framework designed in PKM activities in the form of implementing this training activity is: 1. Periodic explanation of materials. 2. Designing a weekly study of the Adab Ṭalibīn book every Monday night. 3. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increasing youth knowledge and understanding in the religious sphere, second, increasing youth knowledge and morals and being able to implement it in everyday life.

Hernia is the protrusion or protrusion of the contents of a cavity through a defect or a weak part of the cavity wall concerned. In an abdominal hernia, the abdominal contents protrude through a defect or a weak part of the musculoaponeurotic layer of the abdominal wall. Hernia surgery using a mesh is one of the most common actions performed in general surgery. With the installation of a mesh on an inguinal hernia can reduce the recurrence rate by less than 5%. This technique can also reduce the presentation of postoperative pain so that patients can quickly return to their daily activities. Another advantage with using the mesh method is that it reduces the pressure on the seam line and reduces long-term follow-up.

The process of growing old is a phase in a person's life cycle with characteristics found to decrease every function of body organs, such as physical, emotional, psychological conditions and social abilities. Decreased physical function that also occurs in the musculoskeletal system is calcification and decreased production of synovial fluid in the joints. This is the cause of the elderly lazy to move because of pain and stiffness. Lack of movement will cause other health problems such as atrophy or contacture in the muscles.  Lack of physical activity and sedentary behavior, resulting in decreased physical fitness and subsequent impact on physical health, well-being, sleep patterns and quality of life. In the elderly, physical fitness can be maintained with regular physical exercise from an early age, and carrying out a healthy lifestyle. Physical exercise refers more to planned, structured, and repetitive physical activity to improve or maintain body fitness. Older or elderly people are advised to take advantage of physical exercise. Some physical exercises that can be taught to the elderly. Activities in this community service are blood pressure measurement and physical exercise in the form of elderly gymnastics, which is carried out at the Mulyoharjo Health Center by involving professional students. When gymnastics, the elderly seem enthusiastic and can participate in activities and look fit.  

Breast cancer is recognized as the most common cancer that occurs in women, and the second most common malignant tumor, after lung cancer in the category of cancer diseases worldwide (Bonsu &; Ncama, 2018). According to data from the Global Cancer Observatory, in 2020, there were 19.2 million new cancer cases worldwide, including 2.2 million women diagnosed with breast cancer. There were approximately 685,000 women dying from breast cancer in 2020, accounting for about 15.5% of all cancer deaths in the world (Aprianti et al, 2022).

Introduction: Low birth weight babies are babies weighing <2500 grams. Babies with LBW tend to experience hypothermia and infection, so an effort needs to be made to prevent this, one of which is by using the KMC method. Kangaroo Mother Care is a treatment for low birth weight babies that involves making direct contact between the baby's skin and the mother's skin.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the kangaroo method on weight gain in LBW babies at Duren Sawit RSKD.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pretest- posttest one-group design. The sample in this study consisted of 20 babies with LBW who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were KMC management SOPs and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out 2 times, namely before being given the KMC method and after being given the KMC method. Data processing using the SPSS computer program using the Wilcoxon analysis test. Results: Most of the mothers were aged 20–35 years, namely 11 people (55.0%), and most of the babies were female, namely 12 people (60.0%). Before being given the kangaroo method, all babies experienced low birth weight, where the baby's weight was in the minimum BB category, namely <2500 grams for 20 people (100.0%). After being given the kangaroo method, most of the babies with LBW had a weight in the normal weight category, namely ≥2500 grams, as did as many as 12 people (60.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis show a p-value of 0.001, which means that there is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023. Conclusion: There is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023.

Anxiety is one of the complaints of patients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis. CAM (Complementary Alternative Medicine) therapy as a substitute for drugs using lavender aromatherapy is expected to reduce anxiety levels in CKD patients who are undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of inhaled aromatherapy on reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental research design with one group pre-test and post-test approaches. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a total of 20 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the sample paired t-test. The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.00 where the p-value was <0.05, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect after being given inhaled aromatherapy to decrease anxiety values in CKD patients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The conclusion in this study is that lavender inhalation aromatherapy has a significant effect on reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis and it is recommended for health workers to further improve anxiety management with non-pharmacological measures.

This research aims to test the government's internal control system and regional financial accounting system on the effectiveness of regional financial management. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 74 employees at the Padang City Inspectorate Office. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that the internal control system has no effect on the effectiveness of financial management and the accounting system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of financial management.

The title of this research is Catechist as a youth coach in an effort to improve church life. A catechist is someone who is called and sent by the Church to proclaim God's work of salvation. Catechists also play a role in fostering and accompanying young people to be involved in church life. Young people are part of the Church who have the responsibility to develop their Church. This research uses a literature review method in the form of data collection through articles and documents related to the research title. The purpose of this research is to elaborate on the role of catechists as coaches of young people in the Church. The result of this study is that young people are part of the Church and they are the future of the Church, they have an important role in efforts to develop church life. But many young people are not yet actively involved in carrying out the duties of the Church. The presence of catechists will greatly help young people to accompany and move them to be involved in the Church.

An expert system is a collection of system engineering devices which have a structured way of thinking from one or more experts regarding certain scientific fields, both specific and complex, which are created based on an instructional element that identifies and also analyzes data at the level of irregular problems or analysis. mathematics regarding problems that cover certain aspects, but are related to the process of detecting printers and repairing them from the school which is carried out independently, then along with the development of website-based information technology which can make it easier to detect printer damage for users, then in detecting printer damage for users there are several factors that influence this, such as, not all staff at the school have knowledge in detecting printer damage and there is no system that supports detecting printer damage so it is difficult to find solutions for staff to repair, based on this problem as a solution, an expert system application design is needed. for detecting printer damage to users who support the website-based printer detection process using the forward chaining method, the concept of forward chaining with search or forward tracking techniques starting with existing information or combining rules to obtain a certain conclusion or goal as a result of the solution.

Abstract.The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Social Security Administering Agency for work accidents experienced by workers and the implementation of the Social Security Administering Agency for work accidents experienced by workers. The Nusantara Real Work Lecture on Religious Moderation is a priority program of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion focusing on community service through collaboration with Religious Universities in realizing religious moderation at KKN locations. In this case, Tewang Rangkang Village became the selected village by the Ministry of Religion by implementing a competition program, namely the organizer of the Christian Guidance Committee for Religious Moderation to become a Religious Moderation Village. The aim of the NMB KKN is to strengthen the religious values of the Tewang Rangkang Village community through the main and superior work program of group IX of the Nusantara KKN Religious Moderation. The NMB KKN implementation method uses a type of research and service, namely PAR Participatory Action Research or action research involving the community, the Tewang Rangkang Village government and the Elementary School and Junior High School Education sectors in facing the excesses of globalization with a lack of community participation in religious activities and a lack of ability to realize moderation. religious. The results of the NMB KKN for 40 days showed that Tewang Rangkang Village had become a Religious Moderation Village by being able to implement the 4 pillars of religious moderation, namely diversity based on ideology, non-violence, tolerance and accommodating local culture. Based on the main and superior work program of Group IX, there is the principle of sustainable development as one of the elements of PAR. Furthermore, the results of NMB Group IX KKN can have an impact on all parties involved through the socialization of religious moderation at the educational levels of SDN 1 Tewang Rangkang, SDN 2 Tewang Rangkang, SMPN 2 Tewang Sangalang Garing and the output obtained, namely inter-religious religious competitions (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism). so as to create harmony between religious communities which is an embodiment of the values of religious moderation at the KKN location in Tewang Rangkang Village, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan Regency.  

Organizations need human resources as the main support in achieving the desired goals. Quality human resources are able to contribute to advancing the organization and increasing organizational productivity. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including work environment, work discipline, organizational culture, leadership, and work motivation. However, there are still many employees who are not optimal in carrying out their responsibilities due to a lack of work motivation and poor organizational culture. One effort that can be made to overcome this problem is by providing education through print media such as posters. The aim of this psychoeducational activity is to increase employee work motivation and awareness, especially employees at one of the news agencies in the city of Surakarta, to create a good organizational culture. The methods used in implementing this activity are observation and psychoeducation through posters. The target of this activity is employees who work at one of the news agencies in the city of Surakarta. The results of this activity are positive changes shown by employees in terms of work discipline and enthusiasm in carrying out their work..  

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of students at UIN STS JAMBI, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Data collection was carried out by means of Questionnaires, Documentation and Interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 92 people. The data analysis used is Descriptive analysis, Variable Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. This research was carried out using simple regression analysis to determine the effect of electronic money use on consumer behavior.The results of the research explain the influence of e-wallet use on consumptive behavior among students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS JAMBI or in other words, consumptive behavior is influenced by the use of e-wallet by 64.4%, while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors. not examined in this study.

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims who have a strategic role for the advancement of Islamic civilization. Islam is a religion of da'wah, namely a religion that calls on or assigns its people to spread and broadcast Islam to all mankind in all corners of the world as rahmatan lil alamin. Islamic teachings and messages should be disseminated to mankind throughout the world by way of preaching. The purpose of this study was to find out the obstacles to da'wah that occurred at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative approach that is descriptive, namely collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles to preaching at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency are: the difficulty of inviting religious teachers to Sikilang jorong because the distance is so far.

This research highlights significant changes in consumption patterns and digitalization that pose challenges for businesses that are unable to adapt to these changes. Data shows that the majority of SMEs in Indonesia have not yet entered the digital ecosystem, one of which is business actors who are members of the Pandean Lamper Village SME Community. Therefore, promotional video training using the CapCut application is a strategic solution. This application is popular, free, and has complete features. Against this background, the research explores how to improve the digital marketing competence of SMEs through promotional video training. Aims to provide knowledge and skills to SMEs in digital marketing, so that they can utilize social media and video to promote their products. The benefits include increasing sales turnover for SMEs and contributing to academic development at Semarang University. This activity was attended by 28 people, with an age range of 25 – 60 years, the majority of whom are business people in the culinary sector. From the results of these activities, participants felt the benefits and were willing to persist in participating in the training activities until completion.

This research was motivated by the mathematics learning process it was found that students lacked interest in learning, so that their learning outcomes were considered low and not in accordance with the KKM set by the school. The aim of this research is to determine and describe students' interest in learning mathematics and self-confidence using the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive. The subjects of this research were 18 students of class VII MTsS YATI Kamang Mudik, taking 6 subjects for interviews. The results of this research show that students' interest in learning mathematics in the interested category is 73.57%. Increasing interest in learning makes student learning outcomes better. This can be seen from the results of the students' pre-test and post-test with an increase of 24.01%. Students also feel happy with the approach used, because students think that the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach can make it easier for students to understand the material taught by the teacher. The higher the student's interest in learning and self-confidence, the better the learning outcomes they get. A learning approach using Contextual Teaching And Learning can increase interest in learning mathematics and good student learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the audio-visual method for grade 3 elementary school students in understanding Old Testament character material, including the stories of Jacob, Joseph and Moses. This research uses a direct observation method with the aim of knowing the learning situations that occur, especially in understanding the story material of Old Testament characters. A teacher must provide interesting and fun learning so that children can draw conclusions from the learning. This article aims to improve the economy of Sipahutar residents by increasing pineapple processing. Pineapple processing can create processed pineapple products such as sweets, jams, dodol, chips, drinks, and health medicines. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which this method views that the data collected is the key to what is being studied. The results of this article are expected to have a positive impact on the economy of Sipahutar residents and urge residents to take a closer look at pineapple processing as a source of income energy. By referring to Proverbs 10:4 which reads, "Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands make a man rich," we can connect the principle of diligence in processing pineapples with the potential for economic improvement and showcase the development of processed pineapple products and increase the economic income of Sipahutar residents.

In this journal, the level of patient satisfaction with physiotherapy services is predicted using the C4.5 algorithm. The aim of this research is to create a predictive model based on patient feedback to help hospitals or healthcare facilities enhance the quality of physiotherapy services. Data collected from this study includes various variables such as age, patient name or gender, duration of physiotherapy services, health status, and patient name. This data is processed and constructed using the C4.5 algorithm. The research results indicate that the C4.5 algorithm can accurately predict the level of patient satisfaction with physiotherapy services. This model can assist healthcare providers in improving efficiency and patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the model can aid in making better decisions on how to enhance physiotherapy services and ensure patient satisfaction. The conclusions of this research can help healthcare facilities improve physiotherapy services and ensure patient satisfaction
