Training on handling corpses according to Islamic law is an in-depth activity in a religious and humanitarian context. This article discusses the importance of this training in understanding, respecting and carrying out funeral arrangements in accordance with Islamic teachings. This training provides the basic knowledge, practical skills, and cultural and ethical understanding needed to carry out the task of handling corpses properly. In addition, this article highlights the important benefits of Student Creativity Program (PKM) activities in expanding religious understanding, increasing respect for religious values, and empowering communities to play an active role in funeral services in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Through these efforts, we can create a society that is more aware of their religious practices, respects traditions, and applies Islamic teachings with full respect in the care of corpses.

Financial literacy has been proven to have a positive effect on increasing economic welfare. Apart from that, financial literacy is also needed to mitigate the risk of crime or fraud which often occurs in the world of financial investment. Considering the importance of financial literacy, service activities through the personal financial planning education program are held to create people who are aware of the importance of financial planning. The activity was held for the community of vocational school teachers in Malang Regency (MGMP Malang). The results of the activity showed good enthusiasm from the participants. Participants felt they had gained new knowledge in the world of finance and planning. Changes in behavior and views about finances were also visible from what participants said after the training program

This research is motivated by several problems, namely, the existence of employees who work not in accordance with hotel standards and quality, often miscommunicate when over handling to the next shift, no training on standard operating procedures (SOP) for employees.  The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The results of this study indicate that employee work motivation is in the good category, namely 80%. Work experience is in the good category, namely 57.1%, but there are still 11.4% who are classified as sufficient and poor categories. And employee performance is included in the good category, namely 42.9%, but there are still 45.7% who are classified as sufficient and poor categories. The effect of work motivation (X1) and work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.244 with a sig value. 0.004 < 0.05. This means that 24.4% of employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work experience while 75.6% is influenced by other factors.

This research is motivated by the problems and obstacles seen by researchers. Total Quality Management is a systematic and practical approach and has a strategy in carrying out its programs in an organization, which prioritizes the interests of consumers. This approach aims to improve the quality of the institution, so that the process is carried out and has become a system that always makes improvements. Cold mix asphalt mix lastbutag wear layer can improve road pavement, controlling the quality of road construction work from each stage of activity is very necessary to control the quality of road work, because the success of road work cannot be separated from the quality of the work results. This research aims to determine the characteristics and influence of aggregates on cold mix asphalt lastbutag wear layers. This research method uses experimental methods at the Road and Asphalt Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University, Parepare, in August-September 2023. The results of the visualization analysis show that the stability of 4.5% asphalt is 1345.95 kg, VMA of 6.5% asphalt is 17.69%, VIM of asphalt 4.5% was 6.59%, 6.5% VFB asphalt was 77.99%, 6.5% asphalt flow was 3.99 mm, 5% asphalt MQ was 718.06 mm/kg. The characteristic values obtained through marshall testing with the optimum asphalt content results obtained were 5.275%, and the use of aggregate in the AC-WC Lastbutag Cold Mix Asphalt Mix has met the 2018 General Bina Marga Specifications and is suitable for use in AC-WC asphalt concrete mixtures.

This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire aimed at employees of PT Graha Inti Permai. Sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 105 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the Smartpls 4.0 statistical tool. The results of this research provide an explanation that the Workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. However, the Job Stress and Work Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. This research shows that work stress is not the main consideration in employee performance. This research has limited research objects which were only carried out on employees of PT. Graha Inti Permai. In this research, it combines the variables of work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Graha Inti Permai.

The rise in the phenomenon of using Artificial Intelligence such as ChatGPT and the very high trust of the Indonesian people in the development of Artificial Intelligence, especially the Gen Z generation group with Higher Education status (students), has given rise to debate in terms of the impact of its uses as a technology that helps the learning process. On the positive side, ChatGPT can provide personalized and interactive learning, while on the negative side, ChatGPT can provide incorrect and inaccurate information. Meanwhile, penetration of its uses can no longer be avoided because it is easy to access, so the good and bad sides will continue to be felt, especially for its users. Moreover, until now there is still very little research on how this technology can help fulfill the needs of students within the research campus, especially the most important need for them as someone who is pursuing higher education, namely the need for satisfying learning. Therefore, this research aims to explain the relationship between the uses of ChatGPT and the fulfillment of learning needs for students at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University with the help of the Uses and Gratification theory approach. The research method usesd is a quantitative method with a type of correlational study design using the Spearman Rank correlation test The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the uses of ChatGPT and fulfilling the learning needs of students at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University with a correlation coefficient of 0.834. So, it can be concluded that the higher the uses of ChatGPT, the higher the fulfillment of students' learning needs, which means that frequent uses of ChatGPT can indicate that it is closely related to satisfying learning needs.

International criminal law deals with extraordinary crimes, including the crime of genocide, which has been prohibited and regulated by various international treaties such as the 1948 Genocide Convention, the statute of the International Criminal Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the statute of the International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda (ICTR), and the 1998 Rome Statute. This research aims to understand the crime of genocide in the context of International Law and its related dispute resolution methods. This research uses a doctrinal or normative juridical research approach. The results show that genocide crimes often arise as a result of the struggle for tribal rights which is a minority group. In addition, the existence of religious and racial fanaticism can also play a role in encouraging cultural discrimination that leads to the crime of genocide. In response to these crimes, International Law has developed regulations and dispute resolution mechanisms. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the root causes of the crime of genocide and highlights the role of International Law in addressing such acts. Dispute resolution methods, whether through peaceful or coercive means, become relevant in responding to the crime of genocide and upholding international justice. As such, this research contributes to further understanding of the complexity and urgency of addressing the crime of genocide within the framework of International Law.

Teenagers, especially in West Sumatra, do not know about kerambit as a traditional weapon originating from West Sumatra. Even though the kerambit itself was used by the US army as a military weapon, its origins were not really known by the West Sumatran teenagers themselves. This is the result of teenagers' lack of curiosity about history and a lack of media that can attract their attention. The aim of designing this 2D animation is to foster teenagers' interest in studying history with new media and provide education about kerambit and its history through 2D animation media by utilizing social media as promotional media. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. Using the 5W+1H data analysis method. This design produces main media in the form of 2D animated videos, and supporting media in the form of t-shirts, printed posters, stickers, social media content, Acrylic stands, and x-banners.

Investment development is currently very rapid. Ownership of 2 or more items can called a portofolio.Investments will experience increases and decreases in the portofolio. This research aims to understand the level of  return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization.

This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). (4) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z). (5) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z).

The study investigates the perspectives of university leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds on crosscultural leadership in higher education. Through indepth interviews, this research uncovers how leaders perceive and address cultural diversity, communication barriers, and ethical considerations in their roles. Findings suggest that leaders who prioritize cultural empathy and open communication are more effective in fostering inclusive educational environments. This paper provides a framework for crosscultural leadership training and policy recommendations.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing partially and simultaneously the independent variables, namely Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. The data analysis used is the classical analysis test and multiple regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 employees at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. Partially the results show that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results showing t-count (4.017) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.01) < (0.05) the Motivation variable has a significant effect on Performance Employees, with the results showing t-count (3.045) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.03) < (0.05). And the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-count results (4.496) > (2.012) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Simultaneously, the results obtained from this research are that the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with results showing f-count (7.998) > f-table (2.80) sig (0.00) < (0.05). The problem in the capability of the village government is that the village fund allocation has not been used for the reporting and accountability process. This research uses theories from Leonard-Barton (1992:4-5). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Research results (1) In the indicators of knowledge and skills capability, the Advanced village government already has knowledge and skills, by implementing several actions in the process of managing village fund allocation. (2) In the technical system capability, the village government has been able to manage the allocation of village funds, due to its management techniques that are consistent with regent regulations and also regulations related to the allocation of village funds. (3) In the capability of the managerial system, the village government continues to manage the allocation of village funds, starting from planning to accountability, which has been transparent to the community by providing billboards and information boards regarding management information. (4) On capability values and norms, the village government continues to apply the values and norms obtained from training and education in managing the allocation of village funds and in providing services to the community. The conclusion of the study is that the capability of the village government in managing the allocation of village funds has not run optimally because there are still obstacles that have not been implemented digital systems or information technology in the process. The village government is expected to immediately apply information technology or digital systems in the process of managing the allocation of village funds to make it more transparent, accountable and accountable.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving carrots (Daucus Carota L) with lactic acid bacteria (LAB) pediococcus pentosaceus in feed on broiler chicken carcass quality. The research used is a field experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and if there is a significant difference in effect then it will be continued with the Duncan test. The treatments used in this research were 4 treatments with 3 repetitions so there were 24 experimental units. The results showed that the addition of carrots up to 3% with 1 ml of pediococcus pentosaceus lactic acid bacteria could not increase carcass percentage, breast meat deposition and abdominal fat percentage.

The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees.

The importance of mastering English for students is something that needs to be considered, both by teaching staff and students themselves. This is because the ever-growing advances in science and technology require individuals to be able to master English language skills. This Community Service activity aims to provide training so that students can increase learning motivation, self-confidence, hone skills, increase knowledge and improve integrated abilities in English. Activities were carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. This activity is aimed at students who are interested and want to improve their English language skills as many as 23 students. This English training received a positive response from students. It can also be concluded that this activity was successful and successful. This can be seen from changes in students' behavior and attitudes in dealing with English. Students begin to be confident and attractive in communicating using English.

This research aims to evaluate the legal aspects of both Islamic and conventional laws regarding the remuneration provided to preachers invited by Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Preachers play a crucial role in guiding individuals towards goodness and deterring them from evil, as per the teachings of the Quran. The study has two primary objectives: to examine the remuneration system for preachers in the mosque and to analyze the perspectives of Islamic and conventional laws on this system. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive with a field approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data sources. The findings indicate that Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang compensates preachers through two methods: direct payment without a formal agreement and through a written agreement. From an Islamic legal standpoint, remuneration for preachers can be considered a permissible (mubah) form of appreciation or gratitude. In terms of conventional law, the remuneration system aligns with the regulations outlined in the 2023 Job Creation Law. This research underscores the importance of maintaining compliance with both Islamic and conventional legal aspects and ensuring collective benefits to uphold a fair and justified remuneration system for preachers at Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Mutual respect for rights and responsibilities is crucial to enhancing the quality of this remuneration system.

In this era of globalization, economic growth is increasingly rapid. As an effort to improve people's welfare based on justice and prosperity which are the goals of national development, the Indonesian economy will also be followed by policies in the tax sector. 1. Based on the background of the problem above, the problem can be formulated as follows: Does PBB and BPHTB revenue have an effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency? 2. Does PBB revenue have a significant effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency? 3. Does BPHTB revenue have a significant effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency?. From the results of the data analysis and discussion that have been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The influence of PBB's contribution to PAD in Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where PBB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T value of 28.518 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2. Influence of BPHTB Contribution to PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where BPHTB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T of 2.318 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. 3. Effect of PBB Contribution, BPHTB on PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022, Based on the results of the F test simultaneously the PBB contribution variable and the BPHTB contribution variable have a positive and significant effect on PAD with an F table value of 2113.398 > 3.16 and a Sig. 0.000 < α = 0.05.
