This study is based on the fact that the need for competent teachers in the learning process is very necessary, because the main problem in this study is how much influence varies teaching on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII) and how effective the implementation of varied teaching is on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII). The method used in this study is Quantitative research with a classroom research strategy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that with this student achievement, teachers can find out "whether the application of varied teaching affects student learning achievement" at ELPIDA Junior High School. From the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of varying teaching on student learning achievement is very high, namely the diterminant coefficient / KP 29.1% and the value of variable relationships is greater than the standard table, which is 0.980 > 0.428 based on these calculations, then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the hypothesis that teaching varies has a significant effect on learning performance in Elpida Junior High School grade VII, has been proven.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, personnel capabilities and top management support on the performance of the CV accounting information system. Kurogi Semarang. The population in this study are all employees of CV. Kurogi Semarang, namely as many as 60 employees. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that education has a positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than t table, namely 2.359 > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.024 <0.05. Personal ability has a negative effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely -2.421 (signed negative) > 1.688, with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. Top management support has a positive effect on the accounting information system. This is evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 4.467> 1.688, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This research aims to find out: whether there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions among consumers of Berkah Kripik pare chips in Purworejo. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were consumers of Berkah Kripik bitter gourd chips in Purworejo. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used was 33 people. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t test. The results of simple linear regression analysis show a constant value of 1.302, meaning that if the marketing mix has a value of zero, then the purchasing decision will be 1.302 and the b value will be 0.682, meaning that if the marketing mix increases by one point then the purchasing decision will increase by 0.682. The results of the t test show that the t-value of the marketing mix is 10.771, and the t-table value is 1.692, meaning that partially the marketing mix has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) which states that there is no positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions is rejected.

This study aims to analyze "THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE (Study on Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period)". By using our mechanisms of Good Corporate Governance, namely the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership as independent variables, while company performance is measured using Return On Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources. Research data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The population in this study were 52 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. The research sample used a purposive technique with a total of 10 companies that met the characteristics. This study uses data analysis methods, namely: classical assumptions, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t and F tests. (2 tailed) = 0.177> 0.05, meaning that there is no significant effect between the Board of Directors and company performance. H2 T test results obtained values -2.386 <1.70814 and Sig. (2tailed) = 0.025 <0.05, meaning that the Board of Commissioners has a significant effect on company performance. The results of the T H3 test obtained the results of -1.189 <1.70814 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.246> 0.05, it means that Managerial Ownership has no significant effect on company performance. The results of the T H4 test showed the results of 2.943> 1.70814 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.007 <0.05, meaning that institutional ownership has a significant effect on company performance. From the results of the F test, it is found that the calculated F value is greater than the F table (3.405> 2.60), and the calculated significant value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.024 <0.05), which means the variables of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership have a significant effect on company performance.

This research aims to find out whether work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Microfinance Institution (LKM) Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were 16 employees of the Kutoarjo Village Credit Agency Microfinance Institution. The sample in this study was 16 people. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression analysis coefficients, coefficients of determination, and T tests. The results of the t test show that the t value of the work discipline variable is greater than t table (7.312 > 1.761) or the sig value is (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the work discipline variable has a significant effect. positive and significant on performance so that the hypothesis is accepted.

The solar water heater (SWH) testing laboratory (LPPATS-B2TKE) has been able to serve commercial product testing based on SNI 3021-1992 1st Edition. Development of test procedures needs to be improved in order to complement the ability to test all parameters contained in the SNI standard. The SWH system performance testing procedure is implicitly described in the form of tables and formulas, so that it needs to be detailed to be implemented in the test. Adopting the SNI thermosiphon procedure, by calculating the daily heat gain, this procedure can produce SWH daily efficiency parameters, which can be used to predict the annual SWH heat gain, PATS product classification, and solar fraction. The results of testing this procedure on a SWH unit with a capacity of 150 liters and a collector area of ​​1.97 m2 for 19 days, obtained daily efficiency in the range of 39.13% to 47.61% in daily radiation between 3.66 - 5.82 kwh/m2, prediction of annual heat gain of 1370, 87 kWh, 75% solar fraction, and prediction of annual heat gain classification of 2783.49 kWh, placing this tested specimen in class III based on SNI standards.

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of Work Environment on Employee Loyalty; (2) Effect of Compensation on Employee Loyalty; (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation Against Employee Loyalty in PT. Nawakara Arta Kencana. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires spread with the number of respondents 45 employees. Data analysis technique in this research using normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Working Environment variables have an effect on significant to employee loyalty variable with t value> t table (2,972> 2,016); (2) Compensation variable significantly influence Employee Loyalty variable with t value> t table (5,500> 2,016); and (3) Work Environment Variables and Compensation Variables together affect Employee Loyalty variable in test result showing that the value of f arithmetic> f table (20,343> 3,21) and value of determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0, 492 or equal to 49 , 2%, it means that Work Environment variable and Compensation variable simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty variable as much 49,2%.

Puerperal gymnastics is a series of body movements performed by maternal postpartum that aims to restore and maintain muscle strength associated with childbirth. Results of preliminary studies commencing on January to April 2016, there are six post-partum mothers experience postpartum hemorrhage. A puerperal gymnastics counseling to postpartum mothers has been done but not all postpartum mothers doing gymnastics parturition. This is due to postpartum mothers are not unaware that puerperal gymnastics will affect the muscles needs for oxygen, blood flow becomes smooth so it can help the process of health recovery after childbirth. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of puerperal gymnastics to involution of uterus to primipara maternal in Majalaya Hospital Bandung District in 2016. The type of research is a quasi-experimental design with posttest only non-equivalent control group method. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling with the number of sample in this study as many as 20 people. From the results, it is found that an average reduction of TFU intervention group is 6.3 cm while the control group is 9.6 cm. Statistical test results of T-Independent Samples Test are t count = 8.222, t table = 1.734 which means t count > t table and sig.t count ρ Value (0.000<0.05) and there are differences in the effect of puerperal gymnastics to the involution of uterus to the primipara maternal in Rose Room of Majalaya Hospital 2016, seen from the decline of TFU between the puerperal gymnastics intervention group and the control group that does not given puerperal gymnastics. Advice for the health workers in the Rose Room is to make SOP of puerperal gymnastics and implement puerperal gymnastics by implementing puerperal gymnastics programs of postpartum mothers which is beneficial to the healing process of self-postpartum.

The use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to protect yourself and others from the risk of transmitting this virus. As it is known that most of the transmission of Covid-19 is through droplets, it is felt necessary to protect yourself. Masks can be a barrier for droplets both coming from within and from others. The purpose of research was to determine the description of compliance with the use of masks in the community during the pandemic in Kota Tengah District. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique, Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and data analysis was carried out using a frequency distribution table. The results showed that most of the people of Kota Tengah district were obedient in using masks but there were still many who did not comply with using masks

Pengelolaan data yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang diolah. Pada perancangan database, terdapat hal-hal penting yang harus diperhatikan, diantaranya adalah constraint, type data dan relasi yang dibutuhkan untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada database. Constraint, type data, dan relasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan performasi dari database yang dimiliki. Fokus pembahasan pada paper kali ini adalah optimisasi table dari database yang digunakan pada aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital. Optimasi yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini mencangkup optimasi penggunaan constraint yang tepat untuk setiap kolom untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada sistem pencatatan keuangan digital yang ada, selain constraint, hal yang dilakukan adalah optimasi untuk type data yang sesuai untuk masing-masing kolom yang ada pada setiap tabel database. Pada tahap percobaan nantinya database yang ada akan di ekspor ke dalam database MySQL menggunakan aplikasi XAMPP. Data yang akan digunakan untuk pengujian sebesar 1.585 data catatan keuangan yang dilakukan user melalui aplikasi.

This study aims to test and analyze: (1) a comparative analysis of the level of performance of conventional commercial banks with Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, (2) the effect of the CAR, LDR / FDR, and NPL / NPF ratios partially or simultaneously on financial performance. in conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019.                 The population of this study is all published financial report data from Bank BNI and Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri and Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BRI and Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Bukopin and Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Mega and Bank Mega Syariah. The sample of the research is financial report data for 2015-2019. The process of collecting data is done by using documentation method in the form of published financial report data. The instrument test used was the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation. Data were tested using multiple linear regression, determinant test, F test (Goodness of Fit), and hypothesis testing using the t test.                 Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a significant difference in the level of financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the results of the count test 3,724> t table 2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.001 <0.05: (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of 3,724 <2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.325 <0.05; (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t value coefficient of 0.325 <2.0086 and the probability of t count 0.747> 0.05; (4) Non-Performing Loans have a significant negative effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of -8.232> 2.0086 and the probability of t count 0,000> 0.05; (5) Capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and non performing loan (NPL) affect the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, this is evidenced by the Fcount of 35,827 (> F table = 2.557) with a significance probability of 0.000 (<0.05). The results of the adjusted R2 test in this study obtained a value of 0.940. This shows that the financial performance is influenced by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non performing loan (NPL), amounting to 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. in this research.

Based on the survey conducted by the author at PT. Prima Multi Selular Semarang, the author tries to develop a system by utilizing an existing server in accordance with the required requirements, namely with a web-based ordering data system program with WAP-based ordering, using the ASP programming language: Active Server Pages. This change aims to make it easier for customers to order goods and increase the company's sales volume. In designing this new application, it also carries out several stages of making DFD, ERD and Normalization diagrams to describe data storage and relationships between data, determine tables to create programs and design input outputs. This stage is carried out as a tool to create a WAP-based ordering application program. WAP-based program is expected to be able to help problems related to PT. Prima Multi Selular. The program that is made, of course, still has several weaknesses and shortcomings, this is possible that the author's experience and knowledge in WAP programming problems is still possible. Suggestions and criticisms are very helpful for writers to develop knowledge in this field.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of internal organizational support perception toward affective commitment to change the employees of the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. As an independent variable, namely organizational support and the dependent variable is the affective commitment to change. The sampling process using a questionnaire which further calculation process validity test and reliability test. The analytical method used is linear regression and t-test to determine the magnitude of the influence between the internal organizational support perception for affective commitment to change. The linear regression equation of the results obtained was Y = 29.348 + 0.328X. The result of t-test value was 4.115 and the t-table is 1.668. Because the t value is greater than t-table, this indicates that there is a significant influence between the variables of Internal Organizational Support Perception on Affective Commitment to Change

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents The results of this research in hypothesis 1 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.362 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.398 > 1.989) with a level of significance of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.659 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results of F count > F table (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) which means there is a significant influence between work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The conclusion of this research is that in hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 4 there is a significant influence on work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on loyalty to Asep Farm customers in Pituruh partially, the influence of satisfaction on loyalty to Asep Farm customers in Pituruh partially, and the influence of service quality and satisfaction on loyalty to Asep Farm customers in Pituruh simultaneously. The data source uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were Asep Farm customers in Pituruh. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The sample used was 32 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, T test and F test. The results of the t test show: a) the t value of the service quality variable is greater than t table (7.206 > 1.699) or a sig value of 0.005 (< 0.05) This means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and loyalty so that the first hypothesis is accepted; b) the t value of the satisfaction variable is greater than t table (7.606 > 1.699) or the sig value is 0.005 (< 0.05), meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction and loyalty so that the second hypothesis is accepted. The results of the F test show that the F value is 253.522, which is greater than 4, and the sig value is 0.000 (< 0.05), meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and satisfaction on loyalty so that the third hypothesis is accepted.

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance at UMKMBolen Pia Baledono in Purworejo Regency. The population in this research is all employees at UMKM Bolen Pia Baledono Purworejo, totaling 26 employees, while the sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, so the total research sample is 26 employees. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained by observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study techniques. Data regarding research variables is obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to respondents to provide responses to questions/statements in the questionnaire, then it will be analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and T test. The results of simple regression are Y′ = 6.215 + 0.638X, meaning that if the work motivation value is increased by 1 point, then the size of the employee performance variable is 6.215. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination show that the R square is 43.8%, this figure means that the motivation variable contributes 43.8% to the performance variable and the remaining 56.2% of employee performance is influenced by other variables such as employee perception, employee personality, employee resources. , business leadership, and employee discipline. The results of the t test show that the t value is greater than t table or (4.324 > 2.063) and the significance level is (0.000 < 0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation (X) on performance. employees (Y) at UMKM Bolen Pia Baledono Purworejo..

This research aims to determine the influence of the records management system on the implementation of good government at the Banyuurip District Office, Purworejo Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Research data was obtained from 24 respondents who were also samples in this study, all of whom were employees at the Banyuurip District office. Furthermore, the data obtained in this research was analyzed using Simple Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Simple Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, and T Test. The results of this research show that the correlation coefficient of the records management system is in the interval 0.60-0.799, meaning the level of relationship between these variables strong. . This means that the better the records management system, the better the implementation of good governance. Based on simple linear regression calculations, the regression equation Y= 19.688 + 0.536 (X) is obtained. The result of the constant coefficient is 19.688 on the value of the records management system variable (X), so the level of implementation of good governance is 0.536. The coefficient of determination seen from R Square is 0.524, this means that the contribution of the archive management system variable (X) to the implementation of good governance variable (Y) is 52.4% while the remaining is 47.6%. The results of the t-test calculation show that the t-table value is greater than the t-count, so that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the records management system variable (X) on the good governance implementation variable (Y) is accepted. , and the null hypothesis (H0) which states that partially there is no positive and significant influence between the archive management system variable (X) on the implementation of good governance variable (Y) is rejected. This shows the influence of the records management system in implementing good governance in the Banyuurip District Office, Purworejo Regency.

Involution is the process by which the uterus returns to its pre-pregnancy state. Abnormal involution or sub-involution is where the uterus fails to involute at the expected rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (Imd) and Uteri Involution of Post Partum Mothers at the TNI-AL Dr F X Suhardjo Hospital in 2020. The type of research used was an analytical survey research type with a Cross Sectional/Cross-Cutting approach. The population in this study were post partum mothers totaling 50 people. The sampling technique in this study was Proposive Random Sampling with a total sample of 44 people. Data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis using computerized analysis and presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results showed that the results of statistical tests showed that there was no significant relationship between IMD (Early Breastfeeding Initiation) and the incidence of uterine involution in postpartum mothers where p> 0.05 or p = 1.000. It was concluded that there was no significant relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) of mothers after delivery and the incidence of post partum uterine involution.

This is a problem for village government officials, especially Kalisemo village, by making it one permanent income for the village head and village apparatus under one roof of the budget line, namely the allocation of village funds, so to be able to enjoy the salary, the village apparatus must wait for the ADD Budget disbursement first so that it cannot enjoy a quarter of a month's salary and even a month will only be a luxury and impossible. The purpose of this study was to determine ADD in Kalisemo Village, determine the suitability of the percentage of VillageHeads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency to ADD, to know the implementation / application of ADD in Kalisemo Village About SILTAP Village Heads and Village Officials and to know Evaluation ADD regarding SILTAP of Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village.In this research, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources are primary data, secondary data, information and analogical situations. The data source sampling technique used is social citation. The type of data collection used is observation, interviews / interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data copy and drawing conclusions or verification. In data validation research or testing the validity of data is an important factor in research. This study uses a percentage technique with a formula. The data presentation technique uses descriptions and is qualitatively explained, analyzed through descriptive explanations. Meanwhile, the analyzed data will be presented in the form of tables and attachmentsVillage Fund Allocation in Kalisemo village, Loano sub-district is paid twice a year. In addition, the application of ADD regarding SILTAP for VillageHeads and Village Officials is set at a maximum limit of 60% of the total ADD. SILTAP of Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency towards ADD according to the percentage of provisions that have been set, which is 60%. Implementation / application of ADD regarding SILTAP for Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village that SILTAP in Kalisemo Village has met the maximum limit of 60% and implementation of ADD spending on SILTAP expenditure for Village Heads and Village Officials is implemented according to existing rules, namely the current SILTAP regulations so the one with ADD. Evaluation of the Accountability Report for the SILTAP report of the Village Head and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village is still lacking in completeness of the files.
