This research investigates the impact of English language acquisition on transportation literacy among transportation management students. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and document analysis, the study explores how proficiency in English influences students' comprehension of key transportation concepts. The findings reveal that English language proficiency significantly enhances students' understanding of complex transportation topics, such as logistics, safety regulations, and multimodal transportation systems. Integrating effective language learning strategies, such as real-world scenarios and interactive activities, into transportation management courses can bridge the gap between language proficiency and transportation literacy. Additionally, innovative assessment methods, such as performance-based assessments, offer a more comprehensive approach to evaluating students' language proficiency and its application in transportation contexts. The study recommends ongoing professional development for educators, collaboration with industry partners, and the promotion of multilingualism to enhance transportation literacy among students. By adopting these recommendations, educational institutions can ensure that transportation management students are equipped with the necessary language skills to succeed in an increasingly globalised and diverse transportation industry.

MSIB (Certified Independent Study and Internship) is one of the activity programs at the Merdeka Campus which aims to help students improve their skills and develop themselves. MSIB appointed Orbit Future Academy as one of the partners in the Independent Study program. Founded in 2016 with the aim of improving the quality of life through innovation, education and skills training. In accordance with its mission, namely "We curate and localize international programs and courses for upskilling, re-skilling youth, and the workforce towards jobs of the future". Partners provide opportunities for students to take Artificial Intelligence programs and study online. Learning consists of eight material courses including Python Programming, AI Technology Logic and Concepts, AI Project Cycle, AI Research Methods, ChatGPT, Professional and Company Ethics, Financial Literacy and ending with a Final Project. The final project scope carried out is the Occupancy Detection in Parking Lot project. This project uses the Computer Vision domain with the selection of the YOLO model in detecting objects and pixel segmentation. The project begins with selecting a dataset using roboflow which then goes through data pre-processing for cloning, annotation and augmentation. Then the model is trained using machine learning and deep learning algorithms to understand patterns and characteristics related to parking spaces. Once trained, the AI model will be validated using test data. This aims to ensure that the model truly recognizes the presence of the vehicle. Next, form the application design in creating an informative interface using wireframes. Then enter the deployment stage so that the system can be accessed widely and easily via the web. Lastly, field testing is to find out the performance of the application that has been designed.

This study aims to determine and analyze the protection of domestic workers related to working time and to determine what legal remedies can be done in the event that working time exceeds working time in general. Researchers use the type of normative juridical research. This writing focuses on literature research in the form of collecting legal materials with legal approaches and concepts that are analyzed in a legal perspective. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regulation No. 2 of 2015 on the protection of domestic servants (PRT) has not been able to reach the Act No. 13 of 2003 in the employment relationship. Since domestic workers are considered not employed “employers", they do not get the protection that the law gives to other workers. (2) the Ideal worker timing Model for domestic workers in Indonesia is still unclear. Domestic workers in Indonesia are still very vulnerable to exploitation related to inhumane working hours, especially for domestic workers who live with their employers. Therefore, it is expected that the government can immediately ratify the Domestic Workers Bill into the Domestic Workers Act

Education in Indonesia continues to grow, but the main challenge in learning Biology, especially in cell material, is the lack of student involvement. Many students rely more on memorization methods than understanding concepts, which impacts their low learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of  the Plants vs Zombies game-based learning method in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students in grades XI-B at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano, especially in cell biology materials. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach, which is carried out in two cycles. In the first cycle, students were invited to learn through the Plants vs Zombies game which was integrated with the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. Data is collected through observation and cognitive tests to measure student learning outcomes. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average score of students increased from 71.2 to 87.27, with the highest score reaching 92.3 and the lowest score being 76.9. Students also show improvements in engagement, collaboration, and motivation to learn. This research indicates that the application of games as learning media can make abstract biology material more interesting and easy to understand. In addition, this study also highlights the important role of teachers in facilitating game-based learning. The implications of this study show that game-based methods can be an innovative solution in improving the quality of learning in the 21st century.

This study critically examines the semantic and symbolic depth of khanti (patience or forbearance) as expressed in Dhammapada verse 184: “Forbearance is the supreme ascetic practice (khanti parama tapo titikkhā), Nibbāna is supreme.” Through a qualitative hermeneutic approach that integrates classical semantics, modern linguistics, and Gadamerian interpretation, khanti is reinterpreted not merely as passive tolerance, but as an active moral and spiritual strategy within Buddhist ethical thought. The findings show that khanti functions as a multi-layered sign linguistically rich, symbolically resonant, and culturally embedded supporting inner transformation and ethical agency. In the Indonesian Buddhist context, khanti is reframed as a pedagogical and communicative tool for cultivating resilience, conflict resolution, and ethical leadership. This research contributes to interdisciplinary discourse on moral education and religious communication by emphasizing the strategic potential of Buddhist ethical concepts in contemporary society.

This research aims to explain a review of the relationship between Self-efficacy and the ability to understand mathematical concepts, and how to develop and measure student Self-efficacy. In this research, the Systematic Literature research method was used which aims to obtain data from relevant research. With research sources coming from Google Scholar, Researchgate, Scopus, Syntax, and DOAJ. In this research, 17 reference sources were collected to obtain data and information. Information collected regarding differences in mathematical concept abilities in students' Self-Efficacy criteria, Development of Self-Efficacy in students in mathematics learning, Impact of students' Self-Efficacy on their ability to understand mathematical concepts, Measurement techniques (Indicators) of Self-Efficacy Efficacy of students' understanding of mathematical concepts. From the data collected, it was found that the technique that is often used is the Bandura technique. To develop self-efficacy in mathematics learning, you can focus on learning objectives, adding learning models, as well as 4 triggers, including: Mastery of experience, represented experience, social persuasion, and physical and affective conditions. In activating or applying these abilities, self-efficacy can have a positive impact on learning for students through external and internal learning activities of individual students. And self-efficacy is also useful in maintaining students' resilience in answering difficult questions, as well as understanding the concepts more deeply.
