The development of information technology, especially social media, has had a significant impact on teenagers aged 10 to 19 years. Although social media is used to seek information and interact, excessive use can have negative impacts on psychological well-being, such as anxiety and inability to control oneself. Factors such as social attachment also play a role in adolescents' psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media use and psychological well-being among adolescents, with the hope of providing insight into more effective psychological support strategies. Method: This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was students of Sultan Agung 4 Islamic Middle School, Semarang. The technique used was a total sampling of 108. The correlation test used in this research was the chi square test. Results: The results of this study showed that respondents aged 14 years dominated with 77 people (71.3%), followed by 15 year olds, 29 people (26.9%), and 16 year olds (26.9%). In terms of gender, men were the largest group with 57 respondents (52.8%). Based on observations made at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an Salafiyah in class VII, student interest in mathematical literacy is low, with a percentage of student interest reaching only 45%. This is due to the implementation of learning that is limited to textbooks and situations in the classroom, which makes students quickly feel bored when reading because the material read is dominated by text. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of using Nearpod media in increasing student interest in mathematical literacy at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an Salafiyah. The population studied included all VII class students totaling 74 people, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. This research is classified as classroom action research (PTK) with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used in this study consisted of questionnaires and observation sheets. The data obtained from the research were then analyzed with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed an increase in interest in mathematical literacy through the use of poster media identified in cycle I and cycle II. In cycle I, students' interest in mathematical literacy reached 65%, while in cycle II it increased to 90%. This shows that the use of Nearpod media successfully increased students' interest in mathematical literacy.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the principle of good faith in endorsement agreements between online shops and influencers. This principle requires each party to act honestly, transparently, and fulfill their obligations in accordance with the agreement. However, in practice, endorsement agreements often face obstacles, especially in meeting the agreed promotion schedule. This research uses an empirical legal method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews with online shop owners, literature studies, and document analysis of endorsement agreements. The results showed that the implementation of the principle of good faith was not optimal, especially at the post-contract stage. Influencers postponed uploads several times without clear certainty, causing uncertainty for online shops in their marketing strategies. The absence of a penalty mechanism in the agreement left online shops without legal protection against such delays. This research emphasizes the importance of drafting more detailed agreements and ensuring transparent communication between the parties to ensure that the endorsement agreement runs in accordance with the principle of good faith. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide insights for online shops and influencers in designing endorsement agreements that are clearer and beneficial for both parties.

This research, titled "Analysis of Role-Playing Strategies on Students' Speaking Skills in Grade XI of Madrasah Aliyah Ponpes Tahfidz Al-Faiz Tembung," is motivated by the students' learning outcomes that show limitations in speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects. Learning activities that take place in the classroom are often limited to listening and lecturing activities, even though the curriculum demands that students have higher-order thinking (HOT) skills such as analysis and discussion. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of teachers and students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of role-playing strategies in improving students' speaking skills, (2) the assessment of Indonesian language learning outcomes using this strategy, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in using role-playing strategies. The results of the research show that the implementation of learning with role-playing strategies successfully increased students' competence and learning activity, especially in channeling ideas and opinions. The main supporting factors include teacher involvement, students' mastery of the material, and the use of relevant textbooks, including drama scripts and performance videos. Conversely, the inhibiting factors are students' shyness when role-playing and lack of mastery of the material. Based on the findings of this research, role-playing strategies are suitable to be implemented by teachers as a solution to improve the quality of learning in Indonesian language subjects.

This study investigates the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the profitability of businesses in Nigeria, using secondary data from the annual reports and financial statements of ten (10) randomly selected companies over the period from 2019 to 2024. The study aims to explore how CSR practices impact the financial performance of companies, specifically examining the Profit After Tax (PAT) as a measure of profitability. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis is employed to analyze the data and establish the connection between CSR activities and company performance. The findings of the study show that the companies in the sample allocated less than 10% of their annual profits to CSR initiatives. This suggests that while some companies engage in CSR, their contribution remains relatively small in proportion to their overall profitability. The coefficient of determination reveals that changes in CSR activities have a significant impact on the variations observed in the performance of these companies, particularly in terms of PAT. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for stronger regulatory frameworks to enforce CSR practices. It recommends that the Nigerian government introduce laws and regulations that require firms to allocate a portion of their profits to social responsibility, ensure transparency in social accounting, and address social costs effectively. The study emphasizes that by improving CSR engagement, businesses can contribute to national development while enhancing their long-term financial performance.

The declaration by President Muhammadu Buhari that he is willing to reduce the rising expenses of managing public affairs is a major surprise. Newspapers everywhere have stated that he will face the confront the problem head-on by reforming numerous government agencies, merging others, and dismantling others. We are still figuring out the specifics. The only information that has been made public thus far is that the plan's first casualties will be the Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination, the National Examinations Council, and the National Poverty Eradication Programme. It is evident from the announced strategy that the president and his officials either do not understand the seriousness of the issue or are once again manipulating a terrible sickness that is plaguing the nation. In what way would eliminating NECO and instructing WAEC to take on the personnel reduce costs? Or how would renaming NAPP contribute to improving governance value? How does he make sure that each and every Kobo that goes into counted national treasuries? What steps is he taking to guarantee that public policy is geared toward reducing people's suffering? The cost of governance during Jonathan's administration is examined in this study. It examines the cost of government from a thematic perspective, emphasizing its main points with specific examples. According to the paper's conclusion, the so-called clause of "senior ministers and junior or ministers of state" has led to the current unhealthy rivalry and widespread bitterness, but it has also resulted in needless waste of public funds in the payment of entitlements due to over-bloated administrative costs.

This study discusses the comparison of efficiency between Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) techniques in electric motor control. The background of this research is based on the importance of energy efficiency in industrial applications using electric motors. The aim of this study is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the context of energy savings and motor performance. The method used is a quasi-experimental design, where both techniques are tested on the same three-phase induction motor to compare power consumption and operational efficiency. The findings indicate that the use of VFD is significantly more efficient in reducing power consumption compared to PWM and provides better torque stability in the motor. The implications of this research suggest that the application of VFD can enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs, which is crucial for industries. This study is expected to serve as a reference for further development in electric motor control technology.
