The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal aspects of the use of third party services (debt collectors) by leasing parties based on Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/2018 in efforts to collect two-wheeled vehicles against debtors in default. 35/2018 in efforts to collect two-wheeled vehicles against debtors who make defaults The type of research in this study is normative legal research. The research in question is research that has characteristics including gaps in legal norna / principles, does not use hypotheses, uses theoretical foundations / theoretical studies and uses legal materials consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The position of debt collectors in the leasing company is as a collection officer not an execution officer, execution can only be carried out by a bailiff with a court decision as in Article 32 of the Fiduciary Guarantee Law paragraph (2). The legal relationship between debt collectors (collection service companies) and creditors, namely debt collectors when carrying out their duties, act based on the power of attorney given by the finance company to the debt collector to collect or collect collateral objects from debtors. Likewise, in POJK No.35/2018 article 50 Financing Companies can cooperate with other parties to carry out collection functions to Debtors. (2) The legal consequences of withdrawing motorized vehicles against debt collectors, debt collectors will be held criminally liable and sentenced to criminal sanctions as stipulated in the Criminal Code as criminal law in Indonesia if the implementation is not in accordance with procedures, as well as the creditor in this case leasing can be sued by the debtor and ask to compensate civilly for the act of withdrawing motorized vehicles by debt collectors if the withdrawal has violated existing provisions and violated the agreement agreed upon by the creditor and the debtor. However, if the implementation is in accordance with the procedure, it must be protected in accordance with applicable laws.

Meanwhile, external factors include geopolitical pressures and the influence of globalization on domestic politics. Such as political polarization that triggers conflict, lack of active participation from civil society, and lack of consolidation of democratic institutions.

The simulation in this research investigates the possibility of using the walls of the rectorate building on the Bina Bangsa campus to install a wall area solar energy system. The aim of this thesis is to determine the management of the economic development strategy of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses the economic development strategy theory of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation and analysis methods carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that economic development strategy for the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, is carried out by developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, practical methods, implementing a partnership pattern, sustainable business units, creating independence and inviting community participation. Its relationship with humans is how humans adapt to all changes to meet all their life needs. Customary land management is carried out by traditional communities by following the laws that apply in the community or often called customary law. With modernization, existing laws in the community and updated laws will adapt to each other, because laws exist for humans, not humans for the law. The main topic of discussion is how the modernization system applies to Minangkabau land management and what influence modernization has on Minangkabau land management. The existing data to answer this main problem is empirical data originating from journals, books, or applicable laws and regulations.

The theory used in this research is the theory of visual elements which includes, color, typography, photography, symbolism. While the Self Esteem theory used includes significance, power, competence and virtue. This research uses quantitative methodology with survey method. The population used in this study were @skingameofficial Instagram followers who had commented on the "Born This Way" campaign post. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents who had been counted. Sampling using the Random Sampling Technique. This research is shown by the average value of respondents' answers to the variable (X) of 4.45, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average respondent's answer to the variable (Y) of 4.58, which is classified as high (Agree). (Y) of 4.58 which is also dominantly high (Agree). The purpose of this research is to see the potential of street food in Lengkong to increase the interest of culinary tourism in the city of Bandung. This research method is quantitative and phenomenological through field studies and using the internet as one of the means we use to get information about street food places in Lengkong as our analysis material. This study found that Lengkong street food culinary products can improve the economy of Bandung city traders quickly, because many food vloggers review various types of food in Lengkong so that many domestic and foreign tourists are curious about one of the street foods in the city of Bandung. Social media also plays an important role as a development or form of promotion to increase more tourists and advance local SMEs within the scope of the Lengkong area and develop interest in culinary tourism in the city of Bandung.

In the context of the phenomenon of the beating of students such as that of Yaredi Ndruru by the Principal of SMKN 1 Siduaori-South Nias, the study of human philosophy plays an important role in unraveling the background, causes and implications of such actions. This phenomenon reflects the complex relationship between individuals, power and social norms in the context of education. Human philosophy analysis encourages us to question the essence of humanity, ethics and moral responsibility held by individuals, especially those with power such as a principal. Battering as a physical act raises questions about the limits of power and human rights, and highlights inequalities in teacher-student relationships. Furthermore, it considers the psychological and emotional impact on victims of beatings as well as the long-term consequences on students' self-confidence and motivation to learn. Philosophical considerations also question whether such actions are a result of the education system's failure to promote values such as empathy, respect and dialogue as means of conflict resolution. Thus, analyzing the phenomenon of the beating of student Yaredi Ndruru by the Principal of SMKN 1 Siduaori-South Nias from the perspective of human philosophy opens up space for deep reflection on human values in the context of education as well as the urgency of protecting individual rights in the school setting.

The value of the company is reflected in the share price of the company which is reflected in the bargaining power of the shares. Company growth is one indicator or measurement of how the company is developing or grow in a certain period. This study was conducted to examine the effect of price earning ratio, profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as a moderation variable in PT. Unilever Tbk Period 2015-2022. The sampling technique in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 1 company with a sample of 32 financial statements. This study used quarterly data with a total of 32 samples and used SPSS 25 as a statistical test tool to test descriptive statistical tests. Classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and residual test. The results showed that the price earning ratio, profitability and size of the company had a positive effect on the value of the company. Capital structure weakens the relationship between price earning ratio, profitability and company size to company value.

Nowadays, plastic has become a material that is inseparable from human life. Plastic is considered an easily available, practical, light and modern material. ‎In order to be able to make a plastic product that suits what we want, of course we need adequate technology, both in terms of injection machines, injection molding, materials, methods and people. The way this injection molding machine works is by putting plastic pellets into a barrel which is then heated until it melts. The melted plastic is injected into the mold which is then cooled. After that, it is released from the mold and a plastic product is formed. Current analysis produces values of 23.2 A and 20 A, which are then used to calculate power in the injection molding process. The calculation results show a power of 8.7 KW and 7.5 KW based on the data obtained.

This is one of the things that helps a person feel more confident in his faith because he understands the reasons behind that belief. This article shows the challenges faced when combining logic and Christian faith. Sometimes religious beliefs seem to conflict with logic or rationality and can cause internal conflict within a person. The method used is library research based on qualitative methods. This research aims to contribute thinking about the role of logic in the perspective of Christian faith, by reviewing its benefits and challenges.

Human resource planning is one of the most important assets in a company because it can improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource management planning which consists of five targets, namely workforce planning, recruitment, selection, orientation and placement, as well as training and development on employee performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach with samples taken of 100 employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya using proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out through distributing online questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results concluded that planning, selection, orientation and placement, training and development are functions of human resource management planning which are proven to contribute positively to improving performance. Meanwhile, recruitment has no effect on performance. The path coefficient value shows that selection is the most dominant variable influencing the good and bad of employee performance

This research was based on a flaw found in observations made during a period of one month with the location object of MSMEs Hartono tempe. The discovery of this defect has an impact on the quality of tempeh so that it can reduce people's purchasing power in tempeh. The purpose of this study is to find out how good the quality of the products produced, find out how big the level of defects in tempeh production is, and find out the causes of product defects using the SQC method. The use of the SQC method is used to control the quality of the initial process of the finished product, as well as certain quality standards that have been agreed upon by the company. Data was collected through interviews with company owners and observations for one month on the tempeh production process that occurred. Data shows that defects in tempeh production include the inclusion of foreign objects, uneven shapes, and damaged packaging. After observation, it turned out that damaged packaging was the most common cause of defects during observations. So, we will make a suggestion, namely making a plastic adhesive device (Sealer). In addition to reducing defects due to damaged packaging, the manufacture of sealers also speeds up the plastic gluing process when producing.
