The main role of the principal is to plan, implement, assess, guide and train, research (school action research) but there are still many principals who have not implemented educational planning well. This research aims to determine the role of the principal in educational planning using analytical methods. Input Output and Implementation in the Development of Extracurricular Tahfidz at Hegarmanah Islamic Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods. Data will be collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The results of the research show that the strategy carried out by the principal of Hegarmanah Islamic Middle School in implementing educational planning with input and output analysis is to improve the quality of Qur'an tahfidz teachers, students' academic and non-academic achievements. This is implemented by involving teachers in training activities and seminars on extracurricular methods of tahfidz Qur'an, carrying out extracurricular activities, special Muroja'ah and activities, holding Qur'an memorization tests. Meanwhile, improving infrastructure means planning the facilities needed to improve extracurricular tahfidz Qur'an, thereby producing output of students who are able to memorize up to 5 Juz of the Qur'an, as well as increasing students' religious understanding.

Violence in the educational environment is a serious problem that affects student well-being and academic achievement as well as interfering with the learning process. In this increasingly complex world, education is crucial to building a positive personality, knowledge, and attitude towards a variety of social challenges and risky behaviors. We involve students, teachers, parents, and local communities in designing and implementing a variety of relevant and sustainable prevention and prevention activities through collaborative and participatory approaches. To find problems, create solutions, and measure the effect of interventions, surveys and interviews are used. The results of this dedication show that an inclusive, educational, and responsive environment to the needs of students and the surrounding community is crucial. This research was conducted because the researchers' interest in the development of academic achievement and the quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was quite rapid, to analyze what kind of promotions were used by WKS Public Relations in increasing the positive image and quantity of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung and to analyze what factors -Factors that can affect the positive image and quantity of students owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The method used in data collection is Observation related to social media promotion in increasing the positive image and quantity of students. Interviews with the Principal, WKS Public Relations and Media Team, as well as documentation data and archives of activities from the management at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of the research obtained from the field stated that the image and quantity owned by MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung in the eyes of the community was considered good. The communication strategies used, such as maintaining communication patterns, planning and arranging tasks as WKS Public Relations at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, as well as maintaining openness and information provided to the public can affect the image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. Based on this, it can be seen that the factors that affect the positive image and quantity of MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung are by planning and carrying out the programs well, improving the service system, maintaining good communication and cooperation among members/teachers or with the community as well as the existence of disclosure of information to the public.

The Tahfidz program is an effort that is said to be very successful in shaping children into moral individuals and developing their character. By maintaining memorization in reading according to the norms of tajwid, makharijul letters, fashohah, and tartil. This research is known as correlational research with quantitative methods and data collection tools which include questionnaires, documentation and observation. Descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis are used in data analysis techniques. This is proven from data analysis using percentage analysis, the Tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Taman Sidoarjo which has 91.33% entered at the interval 81%-100%. This shows that the tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Taman Sidoarjo has a very high value. Based on product-moment correlation analysis, the tahfidz program at MTs Darussalam does not interfere with student learning achievement. It can be seen that the calculated "r" value = 0.433, when consulted on the interval table, the score coefficient is 0.40 - 0.599, which states that it is moderate, which clearly shows that with the existence of the Tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Sidoarjo Park. And this tahfidz program is very necessary to increase student achievement scores.                                                                                                                                      

Implementation of the VARK Model (Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, Kinesthetic) in the context of classroom mastery is a strategy that can provide a more inclusive and effective approach in increasing student achievement. This research aims to explore how implementing the VARK model can improve students' learning experiences and their academic performance. The research method used is a literature study which involves analysis of relevant sources regarding the VARK concept and its application in an educational context. The research results show that by understanding diverse learning preferences, educators can design learning experiences that better suit students' individual needs. Through the integration of different learning strategies, such as the use of pictures and diagrams for visual students, group discussions for auditory students, reading and writing assignments for students who prefer learning through text, as well as practical activities or experiments for kinesthetic students, students can be more engaged in learning and gaining a deeper understanding. This research also highlights the importance of flexibility in teaching, adapting to changing student learning preferences, and evaluating the effectiveness of the learning strategies used. Although the VARK model has advantages in providing guidance for inclusive teaching, it is important to remember that students' learning preferences can change and that various factors also influence students' academic performance.

This study evaluates the relationship between social-emotional learning (SEL) programs and academic performance in elementary school students. Using a quasi-experimental design, we compare the academic outcomes of students who participated in SEL programs with those who did not, focusing on math and reading scores. Data analysis reveals that students involved in SEL programs showed a significant increase in both academic performance and emotional regulation skills. The results emphasize the importance of SEL in fostering not only emotional well-being but also academic success.

Anemia is one of the crucial problems that are often experienced by female athletes. The occurrence of anemia in athletes will cause the training process cannot run optimally so that the increase in ability at a higher level does not occur. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of athletes, teachers and coaches, especially female athletes by providing nutritional education about the prevention and management of anemia in SMANKOR Papua. Thus, the creation of the good physical condition of female athletes who are able to score achievements. This activity took the form of nutritional education conducted by giving materials, discussions, evaluations and mentoring. The activity began with a pre-test and was done post-test at the end of the activity. The event was conducted online attended by students, teachers and coaches of SMANKOR Papua. The results showed differences in knowledge of students, teachers and coaches about the prevention and management of anemia, before and after nutrition education and mentoring. Thus, it can be concluded that nutrition education and assistance regarding the prevention and management of anemia affect the knowledge of students, teachers and coaches at SMANKOR Papua

English was realized as one of the international languages, especially in 5.0. Mastering English was not a new thing. It has been a common competency nowadays. That is why all the young generation must know about English. There were children in Indonesia who still do not know and notice the significance of English. It was seen through a survey in Desa Klambir Lima Kebun that the children living there acted as the objects of this community service. Furthermore, this was focused on improving their English achievement through a program named Bengkel Inggris. In this program, the students were distinguished based on their background in English whether basic or middle. Then, they followed the class based on their background. After that, there is a sharing session special for the children. The meeting was done once a week for two months. As a result, there were many improvements gathered from this program not only a better achievement in English score but also a better motivation for learning English. It concluded that improving English achievement through the Bengkel Inggris Program for Children in Klambir Lima Kebun Village succeeded to be done.

Background: Mathematics is a very important subject to study. Mathematics lessons include the development and use of concepts such as numbers, formulas, geometry, and algebra to understand and explain phenomena in various contexts. To improve the quality of students' mathematics learning, it is necessary to develop material through a learning method which is expected to improve students' abilities in solving mathematical problems. Method: The research design is "Pre-Experimental Whithout Control Group Design". The population in this study was the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Muara Aman, totaling 25 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique where the entire population was sampled, namely 25 people. The results of this research were analyzed using the Paired t-test using SPSS 22 software. Results: The average mathematics score of respondents increased after being given the intervention by 51.13. Result: The results of the Paired T Test showed a p value of 0.000< α=0.05. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the drill method on improving mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Muara Aman in 2023. It is hoped that the results of this research will become a reference for teachers in developing effective learning methods to increase students' motivation and enthusiasm in learning interesting mathematics subjects. positive impact on increasing elementary school student learning achievement.

This article aims to describe and reveal the role of Indonesian dance as an enrichment of Indonesian knowledge for students at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pariaman. This type of research is qualitative research using the demonstration method. The instrument for this research is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing equipment and a camera. Data was collected through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data was analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of Indonesian dance training at SMA 2 Pariaman has been running in accordance with the achievement indicators of extra-curricular activities, namely building knowledge and insight as well as dance skills with an Indonesian perspective. The impact of the Nusantara dance training at SMA 2 Pariaman is that students' insight into the Archipelago increases in terms of knowing and understanding cultural identity and cultural aspects attached to the Nusantara dance being trained. Students can understand the Archipelago insight from the aspects of movement, music, costumes and dance procedures or the dance style of the dance.

Career is the work-related activities and achievements obtained by an individual and the jobs handled during working life. In the career planning process, students' skills and talents are used in accordance with career planning goals. Research that uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Qualitative research is research produced using written and spoken words, as well as activities that can be studied. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. Which was carried out at the MAN 1 Nganjuk location, with primary data from class XI students and secondary data from MAN 1 Nganjuk bk teachers. The research carried out aims to look at the career planning of MAN 1 Nganjuk students based on the aspects that students need in planning their careers. The resulting research shows that MAN 1 Nganjuk class XI students have planned their careers according to the students' interests, talents and potential, based on aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. To be able to determine the right career choice, students must have the skills to determine adequate career planning because career choices can determine future success.

With regard to the learning achievement of class VI students at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar, the aim of the research is to determine the potential influence of teacher creativity and the use of technology as a science learning medium. Questionnaires were used in this study to measure how much technology is used as a science education tool and to evaluate the creativity of teachers. To determine the effect of a treatment on the dependent variable, this research method uses quantitative research in the form of experiments. By being given the opportunity to become a sample, each member of the population is given the opportunity to be selected using random sampling techniques. Three hundred and fifty students, seventeen males and eighteen females, comprised the VIG class sample. In this research, student learning achievement (Y) is the dependent variable and two independent variables are used, namely teacher creativity (X2) and use of technology as a science learning medium (X1). This research uses two types of data, namely the average daily science assessment score and primary data in the form of a questionnaire with 35 respondents. Regression analysis and correlation tests are used in the data analysis process to assess the relationship between variables. At ϼ= 0.05, the research produces Tcount = 0.745 and Ttable = 0.444. Tcount > Ttable shows that Hₒ is rejected and H₁ is accepted based on standard criteria. Thus, the learning achievement of class VI MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar students is influenced by the use of technology as a science learning medium and teacher creativity.

To improve the quality of the student learning process by increasing the quality of teachers' professional abilities, all teachers must go through a learning process that makes it possible to find and solve learning problems in their respective classes based on the principles of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Classroom Action Research is carried out with the aim of improving or enhancing student learning activities and achievements. This research aims to: 1) determine the effect of bullying behavior on student learning achievement; 2) Analyze the impact of bullying behavior apart from its impact on learning achievement. This type of research includes ex post facto research which is carried out on the basis of events or phenomena that occur to find bullying behavior on student learning achievement. The approach taken is a descriptive quantitative approach and a literature review method. This method is used to collect, identify, evaluate and interpret articles that focus on describing the impact of bullying behavior in elementary schools. The research results show that bullying behavior has an impact on students' learning achievement. shows that 15.4% of students' learning achievement in elementary schools is influenced by bullying behavior and the remaining 84.6% is influenced by other causes. Through the literature review method, it was found that bullying behavior can have an impact on poor socialization, low self-confidence, decreased self-esteem in the future, low social skills of students, inability to communicate with other people, experiencing depression, anxiety, and the possibility of hurting themselves.

This study examines the impact of blended learning on student engagement and academic achievement in secondary schools during the recovery phase of the pandemic. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a comparative design to assess the differences between blended learning and conventional learning models. Data were collected through student engagement surveys and academic performance records from secondary school students exposed to both learning models. The results indicated that students in the blended learning model exhibited significantly higher levels of engagement across behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions compared to those in the conventional model. Academic achievement was also notably higher in the blended learning group. Statistical analysis, including t-tests and linear regression, revealed a strong positive correlation between student engagement and academic performance. The study concluded that blended learning significantly enhances student involvement and performance, particularly when supported by adequate technological infrastructure and teacher preparedness. These findings suggest that blended learning should be integrated as a permanent strategy in post-pandemic education to support student success and engagement. The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous teacher training and technological support in maximizing the benefits of blended learning.

The current problem is that in an increasingly sophisticated era, student ethics are increasingly decreasing. One of the tasks of higher education is to create students with character and achievements. Thus, this research will examine the implementation of the student code of ethics and its implications in creating students with character and achievements. The aim of this research is to find out the process of implementing the code of ethics and its implications for students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the student code of ethics has gone well and has positive implications in creating students with character and achievements, namely 70.71%. From the results of implementing the code of ethics, students have their own character and achievements which are viewed from aspects of student character and aspects of student achievement. In implementing the code of ethics, there are supporting and inhibiting factors.    

This study explores the relationship between teachers' digital pedagogical competency and student learning outcomes in both rural and urban schools. A descriptive survey design, utilizing correlational and regression analyses, was employed to examine this relationship. Data were collected from teachers using a structured questionnaire assessing their digital competence, while student learning outcomes were measured through academic performance records. The results revealed significant differences between urban and rural schools in terms of teachers’ digital competence, with urban teachers demonstrating higher levels of digital skills. A positive correlation was found between teachers' digital competence and student learning outcomes, particularly in urban schools, where digital tools were more readily available. The regression analysis further confirmed that digital competence was a significant predictor of student achievement, with urban schools outperforming rural ones even after controlling for teacher experience. The study suggests that infrastructure availability, teacher training, and institutional support play crucial roles in enhancing digital competence, particularly in rural schools, where such resources are often limited. These findings underscore the need for policy reforms that ensure equitable access to digital tools and professional development opportunities for teachers across both rural and urban settings. Recommendations include targeted interventions for rural schools to bridge the digital divide and improve student learning outcomes through enhanced teacher digital competencies.
