When lavender aromatherapy is inhaled, the compounds it contains trigger the hypothalamus to produce endorphins that can calm and soothe. the purpose of this study was to determine whether lavender aromatherapy can reduce the pain scale of post-Sectio Caesarea patients. This type of research is a one-shot case study, design with the application of Evidence Based Practice with 4 respondents. The intervention was carried out once a day for 2 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes. The results of this study showed a decrease in pain scores in the range of 2-0, so it can be concluded that the intervention of providing lavender aromatherapy can reduce the pain scale of post-Caesarean section patients. For post caesarean section patients they can apply lavender aromatherapy in pain management efforts.

Patient loyalty is an attitude that drives behavior to return to using the services of a hospital, incorporating emotional aspects, particularly making regular and repeated visits with high consistency. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the relationship between brand image, patient experience, and trust on the loyalty of inpatients using private insurance at MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Hospital. The background of this research is the trend of decreasing patient numbers in 2023 among those with private payment and non-JKN insurance. Additionally, secondary data from patient feedback forms revealed some patients were dissatisfied with services not meeting their expectations and showed a tendency to switch hospitals. Based on the data, there is a noticeable decline in the number of patients in the inpatient unit, reflecting an issue with patient loyalty towards MRCCC Siloam Hospital. The research design used is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, involving 75 inpatients as the subjects of this study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to inpatients randomly, with informed consent. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study based on the analysis test show a significant influence of brand image, patient experience, and trust on patient loyalty. However, the influence of brand image and patient experience on patient loyalty, when mediated by trust, is not significant. It is recommended that the hospital improve patient loyalty by enhancing the quality of services through various internal evaluations of the existing system to meet patient expectations and build stronger relationships.

Flight delays represent a significant challenge in the aviation industry, affecting passenger satisfaction and trust in airlines. Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 89 of 2015 mandates airlines to provide compensation to passengers experiencing flight delays. Lion Air, as one of the largest airline networks in Indonesia, is expected to effectively implement this policy, particularly at Weda Bay Nickel Airport. This study employs a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of how Lion Air fulfills its responsibility in compensating passengers. Data were collected through interviews with Lion Air personnel, including check-in staff, technicians, and flight attendants, as well as direct field observations. The research was conducted over a specific period to ensure the collected data is relevant and accurately reflects on-ground conditions. The analysis results indicate that Lion Air has implemented compensation policies in accordance with PM 89 of 2015, providing compensation in the form of beverages, snacks, full meals, and cash payments of up to IDR 300,000, depending on the delay duration. Although the policy has been executed, several key challenges remain, including limited communication with passengers and suboptimal internal division coordination. Passengers often feel inadequately informed during delays, reducing their satisfaction levels. Furthermore, operational constraints such as spare part delays and weather factors also pose challenges in minimizing delay durations.

This study analyzes the role of i'rab in translating mubtada’-khobar and fi’il-fa’il structures from Arabic into Indonesian. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this research examines how i'rab, as a system of final vowel changes in Arabic, influences grammatical and semantic functions in the translation process. The theoretical review focuses on the concept of i'rab according to Ibn Ajurrum and Eugene Nida's dynamic equivalence theory, which emphasizes the importance of accurately transferring meaning and grammatical structure. The literature review method involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing sources from classical Arabic grammar books, previous research, and modern translation theories. The data is analyzed comparatively to identify effective translation patterns in adapting Arabic syntactic structures into Indonesian. The findings indicate that a deep understanding of i'rab plays a crucial role in translation, especially since Indonesian does not have a similar system. To convey the grammatical information embedded in i'rab, translators must adjust word order, use pronouns, or adapt sentence structures. This article provides new insights into how i'rab affects Arabic-Indonesian translation and its implications for improving translation skills.

Additionally, the integration of digital technologies, such as AI-based learning applications and interactive platforms, has been shown to enhance both reading speed and comprehension. Constructivist and cognitive learning theories also play a crucial role in developing adaptive strategies tailored to students' needs. Despite the proven effectiveness of these strategies, several challenges remain, such as low reading motivation, difficulties in maintaining focus, and limited access to technology in certain educational settings. Therefore, educators must foster a conducive learning environment and incorporate appropriate technological tools to support the development of speed reading skills. This study contributes to the development of more innovative and adaptive speed reading instructional models in the digital era. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for educators in implementing more effective strategies to enhance students' speed reading abilities.

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are companies owned by the state, where their capital comes from state assets that are separated for the purpose of generating state revenues. Unlike private companies, BUMN are not solely focused on profit-seeking but also have an essential role in fulfilling government duties, such as implementing policies for distributing subsidized goods to the public. This dual role means that BUMN are not only subject to the provisions of corporate law, as regulated in Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies, but also bound by general administrative law. As a result, the concept of BUMN has evolved beyond merely a profit-driven state enterprise. It has become a public law entity responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the area of public services, which benefit the society at large. This legal research uses a combination of a statutory approach, conceptual approach, and case approach to explore the legal status of BUMN. The findings indicate that BUMN, in carrying out their activities, serve as public law entities, with nearly all of their business operations involving aspects of public services. Thus, BUMN should be understood as state administrative agencies or officials. Additionally, any financial losses incurred by BUMN are regarded as state financial losses under the relevant laws and regulations, emphasizing the interconnection between the state and BUMN in their implementation of public duties and services.
