This research aims to analyze the potential for social conflict in the development of Rusunawa Sadangserang in Bandung City through a sustainable planning perspective. This study employs a case study approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and source triangulation for data collection and analysis. The findings suggest that the potential for conflict arises from three primary sources, namely changes in land use, inequality in the provision of residential units, and unclear land ownership status. Changes in the function of Sadangserang Market and Sadangserang Terminal risk triggering resistance from traders and drivers. The imbalance of commercial units and subsidies can create access conflicts for low-income groups. Uncertain land ownership status is also prone to disputes. Therefore, a sustainable planning strategy is needed that involves public participation, socio-economic surveys, and clarification of land status. In this way, it is hoped that Rusunawa Sadangserang can make an optimal contribution to providing harmonious and fair housing in the city of Bandung.

This study aims to analyze the design of Indonesian horror film posters through Pierre Bourdieu's sociological lens. The main focus of the study is to understand how the visual elements in the poster reflect the social dynamics, culture, and structure of the film industry. By using the concepts of habitus, capital (cultural, symbolic, economic), field, doxa, and social reproduction, this study reveals that the design of horror film posters not only functions as a promotional tool, but also as a medium that reproduces local cultural values and community beliefs about the supernatural world. Elements such as traditional ghosts such as genderuwo, kuntilanak and mystical symbols such as keris, offerings, then there are dark colors, and a scary atmosphere reflect the habits of audiences who are familiar with local myths. This study also shows that horror film posters reproduce stereotypes about the relationship between humans and the supernatural world, and strengthen the hierarchy of spiritual power through visual symbols. These findings confirm the relevance of Bourdieu's theory in understanding cultural phenomena through visual media. This study is expected to provide new insights for filmmakers, graphic designers, and students in understanding the interaction between culture, aesthetics, and the film industry.

In the curcumin compound there are aromatic compounds that have electronic spins on each side of the benzene. In previous research, the concentration of curcumin and H2O as coatings on copper coils could provide physical changes to the characteristics of copper coils, namely increasing the strength of the magnetic field and increasing the electric current in the coil. The fuzzification process can be described using membership variables with concentrations of curcumin and H2O as input, magnetic field strength and current as output. It is known that the greatest concentration of curcumin indicates increased magnetic field strength and electric current. Simulation of the aromatic spin on the curcumin compound as an Op Amp shows that the highest curcumin concentration value results in an increase in the output voltage (Vout).

Cloud-Based Accounting Systems (CBAS) are technological innovations that support digital transformation in financial management by increasing efficiency, transparency, and real-time data access. This system helps companies reduce manual recording errors, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate data-based decision-making processes. In addition, CBAS also has advantages in terms of flexibility of use and compliance with accounting standards, making it a relevant solution for modern companies. Although CBAS offers many benefits, its implementation can also create a perception of technological superiority that does not fully reflect reality if it is not balanced with organizational and human resource readiness. Challenges often faced in implementing CBAS include dependence on cloud services, data security threats, and errors in system input or configuration that can lead to inaccurate financial reports. In addition, overly high expectations for automation can lead to neglect of manual supervision that is still needed to maintain the reliability of financial information. The success of CBAS implementation is highly dependent on a well-designed implementation strategy, adequate user training, and appropriate risk mitigation measures. With careful planning and a strategic approach, CBAS can serve as a tool that increases financial transparency and efficiency, not just a technology trend that provides no real benefits.
