The focus of this research is to explain the strategy of the Jayawijaya Resor Police Office in reducing the number of criminal offenses in the Jayawijaya jurisdiction. Jayawijaya crime data in 2022 there are 129 cases motor vehicle theft, 38 cases theft with aggravation and 19 cases theft with violence. Anticipation activities, field actions, and punishment are carried out so that the number of crimes can be suppressed. Qualitative research with data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. The results of the study are the existence of a special strategy in suppressing crime in collaboration with the community, routine raids in several vulnerable areas and the importance of witness and community participation in suppressing crime in the Jayawijaya Regional Police jurisdiction.

Desa Penanggungan, Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur is a village that has great potential to become a tourist destination because of its beautiful natural scenery. For this reason, the village government and local residents built the Wisata Agro Lembah Kecubung which is still in the development stage. Therefore, as a tourist attraction that has just started and is not yet known to many people, supporting tools are needed to attract public attention to the existence of the Lembah Kecubung, one of which is by using character or mascot designs. This mascot design method begins with data collection through surveys and interviews. Then it continues with the creative process which refers to Brown's design thought theory, including the emphatize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. The result of this design is an alternative mascot design inspired by the shape of the Javanese Serak owl which is designed using farmer attributes, such as hats, towels and rice scythes.

Human rights are basic rights or citizenship that are inherent in individuals from the moment they are born by nature, which are given directly by God Almighty, whose existence cannot be taken away or revoked and must be respected, upheld and protected by the state, law, government and every person. for the sake of honor and protection of human dignity. Achievement in sports is generally associated with athletes who have a healthy and perfect physique. However, physical perfection is no longer the main requirement because now many individuals with physical disabilities have become athletes and have succeeded in increasing their existence as inspiring figures. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the meaning of life for TNI athletes with physical disabilities who are able to excel in sports. This research method is qualitative phenomenological through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the process of rising from adversity to become a path to achievement consists of data on perceptions of the meaning of life as an athlete with a disability, social support, negative experiences, and motivation.

The Criminal Code is a body of laws that precisely governs how people behave in order to foster national development and alignment with state objectives, particularly for the Indonesian populace. One of the many tribes, nations, races, faiths, and civilizations that make up Indonesia is that it maintains the diversity of religious views among its citizens. There are believers of their own faiths in different parts of Indonesia, however the religions included in Presidential Determination Number 1 of 1965 are Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The existence of Law Number 1 of 2023 is controversial because there is legal ambiguity regarding the form and basis of sanctions against perpetrators of religious blasphemy or beliefs. As a result, their rights have not yet been granted and there is no basis for legal regulations. The study's objective is to ascertain the criminal penalties that, under Law Number 1 of 2023, are meted out to those who commit acts of religious blasphemy as well as the legal foundations for those who do so. It is possible to determine the types of criminal penalties that are given to offenders of religious blasphemy under Law Number 1 of 2023 by using a normative juridical approach.

One of the media used by PAI teachers at SDN Pakan Labuh 03 is Student Worksheets (LKPD) in learning, especially in Islamic Religious Education lessons. The teacher only gives an explanation of the material then practices the prayer movement directly, then evaluates it. This teaching method is considered inappropriate, because there are still many students who have difficulty understanding the concept of good and correct movement according to Islamic law. The existence of the development of LKPD into e-LKPD that supports the learning of Islamic Religious Education prayer practice materials with the aim of this research is to produce valid, practical, and effective e-LKPD to train students' prayer movements (psychomotor) according to Islamic law on prayer practice material.This research is a development research which has 4 stages, namely: define stage, design stage and develop stage, socialization stage. The research instrument uses product tests, namely: product validity test, product practicality test, and product effectiveness test. The E-LKPD was validated by three validators, namely one media lecturer, one PAI lecturer, and one PAI teacher. At the practicality stage, e-LKPD as a learning resource for prayer practices was tested on fifth grade students at SD Negeri 03 Pakan Labuh.The results of this study are E-LKPD with the support of Liveworksheet and Canva Apps get a final validation value of 0.84, a final practicality value of 0.85 and a final effectiveness value of 0.86. It can be concluded that the development of E-LKPD as a Learning Resource for Prayer Practices at SD Negeri 03 Pakan Labuh is very valid, very practical and very effective to use. E-LKPD can increase teacher creativity, so that ELKPD will look interactive, fun and attract students' learning interest. Interactive E-LKPD is synonymous with sheets in the form of student practice questions done through digital media that meet standards, are practical, and are easily accessible.

This research aims to determine the role of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri 1 Tobelo, North Halmahera Regency and to find out parents' strategies for providing guidance to children when studying during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive qualitative using the Snowball technique. . This research analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show the role of parents in the child's learning process during study from home. The role of parents is also very necessary to provide education to children who do not really understand about the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic and is forcing people to stay at home, study from home, worship and work from home. In principle, so far apart from parents, there are also teachers or even peers who carry out this role. For now, it is almost certain that this role will only be carried out by parents or family at home, so there must be more strengthening, sensitivity and patience from parents in implementing distance education for early childhood children at home. The existence of learning activities at home also has benefits for children and their parents. This government policy regarding online learning makes us all aware of the importance of learning technology and using technology positively.

The existence of religious tourism in the midst of society has an economic and social impact on the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the social economic impact on local communities with the existence of religious tourism Sapuro Tomb in West Pekalongan City. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this study are local communities and pilgrims. The results showed that there are economic and social impacts on local communities. The economic impact is felt by business people who are around Makan Sapuro, who get a large income every day because it is not uncommon for pilgrims to come from outside the city. The existing social impact is in the form of interaction of local people who work together if a religious event is held besides that there is interaction between the surrounding community with pilgrims or visiting worshipers.

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

This research aims to find out 1) The judge's consideration for determining decision number: 12/G/2022/PTUN.Srg with a case of dishonorable dismissal of a police officer, 2) Legal implications arising from decision number: 12/G/2022/PTUN.Srg. The use of qualitative research as a method of this research which type is normative juridical research and uses a case approach and statutory approach. In data collection techniques using literature studies with data acquisition from various related literature and regulations. The results of this study show that: 1) The entire lawsuit of the plaintiff was rejected by the Panel of Judges on the grounds that the arguments in the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff were not legally sufficient or the legal principles were incorrect and the truth of the arguments was not successfully proven by the plaintiff. 2) The legal implications arising from decision number: 12/G/2022/ PTUN.Srg have a significant impact, both for the plaintiff and for the Police institution. The decision resulted in the plaintiff losing his job as a police officer, losing his status as a police officer which could affect his legal rights and obligations. Of course, this also has an impact on the Police institution where the existence of this case can be a bad image of the police in the eyes of the public. This may affect confidence in the professionalism and integrity of the Police.

This research aims to find out what democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects at SMPN 19 Malang, the factors inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​at SMPN 19 Malang, and how democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses triangulation techniques to obtain validity of the data, while the data analysis used in this research is reduction, display and verification. The research results show that, 1) Democratic values ​​have been implemented for a long time and are running well at SMPN 19 Malang. These values ​​consist of: tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, and deliberation to reach consensus. 2) Factors inhibiting implementation are students who violate school regulations and the existence of active and inactive student groups. 3) The implementation of democratic values ​​in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang has apparently not been implemented by PPKn teachers. Because students are not yet able to study independently, students lack confidence and are embarrassed when asked to present in front of the class, as well as limited time in teaching and learning activities which means Civics teachers have not implemented learning using the inquiry method.

This research is a qualitative descriptive which took place in Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The data sources used primary and secondary data sources. The techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that there were problems faced by patents such as lazy children in terms of learning and also children spending more time playing. Then 2 parents found difficulties in children’s learning such as the existence of conflicting responses in the child so that the learning outcomes achieved were lowern their potential. Meanwhile, the roles of parents showed that parents as Educator, motivator, facilitator and mentor.
