Another term for "character education" can be expressed as "Moral Formation" or "Ethical Guidance." This refers to the effort to develop and shape attitudes, moral values, and ethics in students through knowledge and guidance from various parties such as parents, teachers, and the community. The crucial roles of parents, teachers, and the community in shaping a child's character cannot be overlooked. Each child possesses inherent goodness that needs to be nurtured and socialized effectively to ensure optimal character development. In this digital age, especially among high school student, the use of digital media is prevalent. Educators, parents, and responsible adults in the community have the responsibility to guide and monitor children's use of digital media. While the digital era brings positive impacts, the existence of negative effects demands special attention. Desa Penanggungan, Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur is a village that has great potential to become a tourist destination because of its beautiful natural scenery. For this reason, the village government and local residents built the Wisata Agro Lembah Kecubung which is still in the development stage. Therefore, as a tourist attraction that has just started and is not yet known to many people, supporting tools are needed to attract public attention to the existence of the Lembah Kecubung, one of which is by using character or mascot designs. This mascot design method begins with data collection through surveys and interviews. Then it continues with the creative process which refers to Brown's design thought theory, including the emphatize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. The result of this design is an alternative mascot design inspired by the shape of the Javanese Serak owl which is designed using farmer attributes, such as hats, towels and rice scythes.

Human rights are basic rights or citizenship that are inherent in individuals from the moment they are born by nature, which are given directly by God Almighty, whose existence cannot be taken away or revoked and must be respected, upheld and protected by the state, law, government and every person. for the sake of honor and protection of human dignity. Indonesia is a country based on law. So the Indonesian state is obliged to provide human rights protection to every citizen. Meanwhile, a legal state is a state based on legal sovereignty. The law is sovereign. The state is a legal subject, in the sense of rechtstaat. Because the state is seen as a legal subject, if it is guilty it can be prosecuted before a court for violating the law.

The Criminal Code is a body of laws that precisely governs how people behave in order to foster national development and alignment with state objectives, particularly for the Indonesian populace. One of the many tribes, nations, races, faiths, and civilizations that make up Indonesia is that it maintains the diversity of religious views among its citizens. There are believers of their own faiths in different parts of Indonesia, however the religions included in Presidential Determination Number 1 of 1965 are Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The existence of Law Number 1 of 2023 is controversial because there is legal ambiguity regarding the form and basis of sanctions against perpetrators of religious blasphemy or beliefs. As a result, their rights have not yet been granted and there is no basis for legal regulations. The study's objective is to ascertain the criminal penalties that, under Law Number 1 of 2023, are meted out to those who commit acts of religious blasphemy as well as the legal foundations for those who do so. It is possible to determine the types of criminal penalties that are given to offenders of religious blasphemy under Law Number 1 of 2023 by using a normative juridical approach.

This research method is descriptive qualitative using the Snowball technique. . This research analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show the role of parents in the child's learning process during study from home. The role of parents is also very necessary to provide education to children who do not really understand about the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic and is forcing people to stay at home, study from home, worship and work from home. In principle, so far apart from parents, there are also teachers or even peers who carry out this role. For now, it is almost certain that this role will only be carried out by parents or family at home, so there must be more strengthening, sensitivity and patience from parents in implementing distance education for early childhood children at home. The existence of learning activities at home also has benefits for children and their parents. This government policy regarding online learning makes us all aware of the importance of learning technology and using technology positively.

With the development of increasingly advanced and developing technology, there are currently many online buying and selling sites where many online sellers are combined into one site which can make it easier for consumers to buy the goods they want with the many attractive promotions or services they provide. to consumers. From an economic perspective, as trade in traditional markets and modern markets increases, this can create job opportunities for many people. More people choose to shop at modern markets because they are more efficient. The existence of e-commerce has become a threat to traditional market sellers, one of which is a decrease in interest and fewer visitors to buy their products. In this analysis we use the theory of social change. In this theory of social change there are several theories, one of which we take is the conflict theory discovered by Karl Marx. In this modern era, technological developments are increasingly advanced and developing rapidly, especially supported by the existence of social media, which is increasingly progressing. Current technological developments have a big influence on human life in everyday life, where people will interact and establish social ties with the social structures that exist in the surrounding environment. The existence of social media makes it a forum or platform as a form of freedom to express and create works owned by the current generation, from children to adults. This freedom of creativity and expression makes it possible for everyone to share their ideas and works easily and practically without having to be limited by time and space. Apart from that, social media is also said to be a public space and is a form of construction of social reality in society. This is because social media allows everyone to interact and communicate with other people without limits, from various cities, islands, and even countries. So that's where the construction of social reality that occurs on social media, which refers to freedom of creativity and expression in a work, can influence the perspective of each individual and even society at large because later they will create and understand their own social world.
