This research aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the marketing strategy of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, with a focus on aspects of compliance with applicable oil and gas laws and regulations. The use of IoT technology has brought significant changes in various industries, and the oil and gas sector is no exception. In this context, this research will investigate how IoT technology can be used in oil and gas marketing strategies to improve operational efficiency, supervision, and compliance with oil and gas law regulations in Indonesia. The importance of compliance with oil and gas law regulations cannot be separated from the broader legal framework, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The 1945 a Constitution is the Indonesian constitution which establishes the basic principles of the state, including the management of natural resources, including oil and gas, which are in the national interest. In this research, the use of IoT technology in oil and gas marketing strategies will be analyzed by considering the perspective of compliance with applicable oil and gas law regulations, which are part of the legal framework regulated by the 1945 Constitution and support state sovereignty in managing natural resources. Through literature analysis and case studies of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the potential use of IoT technology in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and its implications for compliance with oil and gas law regulations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information for oil and gas companies, regulators, and other stakeholders in formulating effective marketing strategies and complying with applicable regulations. In addition, this research also has the potential to become the basis for further research in this field. By understanding and applying IoT concepts in oil and gas marketing strategies that comply with oil and gas law regulations and the principles set out in the 1945 Constitution, a more efficient, controlled, and sustainable oil and gas industry can be created in Indonesia.

Sin and the past are two crucial concepts in Christian spirituality that significantly impact an individual’s spiritual life. Sin is defined as a violation of God’s law, resulting in damage and conflict. Meanwhile, the past encompasses the totality of past events and experiences, including sins committed, which can carry emotional and spiritual burdens. Sin separates humans from God, but God forgives through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Handling sin and the past involves confession of sins, repentance, acceptance of forgiveness, learning from the past, and transformation through Christ’s love. Biblical teachings provide guidance in facing sin and the past, encouraging self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others. In daily life, this is applied through worship, spiritual growth, Christian community, meditation, service, and self-awareness. By following these principles, Christians can overcome the challenges posed by sin and the past, attain peace, and experience spiritual growth and restoration of their relationship with God

Presents a critique of the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and the inclusive paradigm in the modern era. This article seeks to criticize the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and the inclusive paradigm in modern times. By identifying and analyzing the implications of cultural trends in these two concepts, the author aims to gain a deeper understanding of how values ​​and beliefs in contemporary society are influenced and change in line with the development of cultural trends. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. with a literature study approach. First of all, the study will begin with a comprehensive literature review, aiming to gather the latest information regarding the development of Christian philosophy, inclusive paradigms, and cultural trends in the context of modern times. The next step is to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis, taking into account relevant theological, philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives. Modern cultural trends have brought about significant changes in the way humans interact, think and communicate. In the context of the inclusive paradigm, this change has several implications. Advances in information technology and digital culture have made individual needs more diverse and complex. An inclusive paradigm must be able to capture and meet these needs contextually. Inclusive education, for example, should focus on developing individuals' abilities to adapt to change and interact with various cultures. the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms in the modern era, with a focus on their impact in the context of morality, biblical authority, and inclusivity. Through conceptual analysis and critique of the implications of cultural trends, this article highlights challenges and opportunities for Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms.

Contextual approach is a learning approach that correlates material with real life. There are many ways that are applied in contextual learning, one of them with learning activities outside or tourism works. This study aims to integrate the activities of pilgrimage to the grave of Gus Dur in learning mathematics can help students in grade 5 elementary school understand the concept of scale and distance more effectively. This case study is expected to provide insight into the benefits of combining local wisdom in the mathematics curriculum, as well as enriching teaching methods in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative study through a survey approach and literature study. The sample in this study was 30 students at the 5th grade level at SD Negeri 6 Kedungwuni Pekalongan Regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers are, using interviews with students and teachers. The results showed that tourism work activities can increase students' understanding and enthusiasm in understanding mathematical concepts.  

This research aims to describe the implementation of choir extracurricular activities at Adabiah Middle School in Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of the research is the implementation of choir extracurricular activities at Adabiah Middle School in Padang. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, clarifying data and concluding data. This research shows that the results of the extracurricular choir implementation at Adabiah Padang Middle School went quite well. This program is designed through structured stages, starting from providing information to students, registration, designing and determining the schedule, to selecting and presenting songs as well as grouping two types of high and low voices in the soprano and alto ranges. Each practice session includes teaching choral concepts, breathing techniques, voice production, and practice of the song "Satu Nusa Satu Bangsa." The evaluation showed that there were challenges in the distribution of sounds and vocal techniques, but overall this activity was successful in improving students' vocal skills, self-confidence and appreciation for the art of vocal music. This success is supported by effective collaboration between trainers and arts and culture teachers, ensuring smooth implementation and achieving satisfactory results based on harmonization, precision of tone and soulfulness of the song. The final results show that the choir extracurricular program at Adabiah Middle School in Padang has succeeded in achieving the expected goals.

The purpose of writing is to explain to the reader or audience how important it is to prepare a concept for making a public service advertisement. In this advertisement, the creator of the work acts as a copywriter. There are several stages in the creation of this work, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The copywriter's job is to create scripts, concepts and also create creative work plans. The creation of the script must follow the concept that has been made previously by the creator of the work and the art director. The creator of the work also helps in the production stage, such as taking footage and conducting interviews. In the post-production stage, the copywriter also helps with editing and also fills in voice over. The creator's hope is that the public service advertisement entitled ”Stop Penyiksaan Hewan Sebagai Sarana Hiburan” can educate the audience to understand how important it is to prepare the concept of a public service advertisement. The conclusion of this research is that a copywriter must be able to create a manuscript according to a previously created concept with limited time and the copywriter also needs to do target audience research.

The importance of computational thinking skills has encouraged educational institutions around the world to integrate these concepts into their curricula. However, the challenge faced is finding the most effective learning methods and models to teach these skills. An appropriate learning model must not only be able to attract students' interest and motivation, but must also be able to increase their understanding and practical abilities in computational thinking. This research adopts a literature review method to explore information about effective learning models in improving students' computational thinking skills. Data was collected from various sources such as national and international journals, reference books, newspapers and magazines. The main aim of this literature review, as explained. The results of research on Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Project Based Learning show very positive results in improving students' computational thinking. These two models not only improve computational thinking skills, but also critical, creative and analytical thinking skills, as well as student participation and involvement in the learning process.

This article aims to analyze the level of understanding among Generation Z in Medan, Indonesia, regarding the money market and capital market. The study employs a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents aged 18-25 in Medan. The collected data are descriptively analyzed to depict the respondents' knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts, instruments, and operational mechanisms of the money market and capital market. The research findings indicate that although most of Generation Z in Medan are aware of the existence of financial markets, their understanding of the operational details and functions of the money market and capital market remains relatively low. Education and access to information are identified as primary determinants influencing this understanding level. These findings indicate the need for enhanced financial literacy through more intensive and targeted educational programs for this age group in Medan.

This research aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in flat volume material through the application of the MESSAGE Type Accelerated Learning learning model (Mindset, Entrance, Switch-Ownership, Store, Act, Go-again, Engage) in grade 5 students at SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya . The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results showed a significant increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of student learning completion only reached 55%. After implementing the MESSAGE learning model in cycle I, the percentage of student learning completion increased to 70%. In cycle II, the percentage of student learning completeness further increased to 85%. This increase shows that the application of the MESSAGE Type Accelerated Learning learning model is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes regarding volume of plane shapes in class 5 students. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the use of the MESSAGE learning model can increase student involvement and facilitate better understanding of concepts, thus having a positive impact on their mathematics learning outcomes. It is recommended for educators to consider using this model as an alternative in teaching mathematics.

This study aims to explore the teaching and concept of safety applied to the congregation at GPP Pohan Tonga. Research was conducted through interviews with pastors and congregation members to understand the teaching approach and understanding of salvation applied in the church context.  The research results show that teaching at GPP Pohan Tonga is based on in-depth and applicable Bible teaching. The church pastor emphasized the importance of a solid understanding of Biblical teachings and the application of Christian values in daily life. The concept of salvation is understood as a gift of God's grace received through faith and repentance, and realized in a life of obedience and serving others. The congregation at GPP Pohan Tonga is actively involved in a variety of church services and religious activities, demonstrating their commitment to growing in faith and expanding Christian influence within their community. Church pastors play a crucial role in guiding, serving, and caring for congregants on their faith journey. The teachings and concepts of salvation applied to the congregation at GPP Pohan Tonga reflect the church's commitment to strengthening the foundations of faith, expanding understanding of God's grace, and encouraging congregation members to live according to the teachings of Christ. This research provides valuable insight into teaching practices and spirituality in the church, and provides a foundation for better ministry development and spiritual growth in the future.

This article discusses the visual analysis of scarlet Whineting's advertisement in collaboration with Song Joong Ki as a Brand Ambassador. Data analysis techniques use the concepts of Kress and Leeuwen's theory. The results of this study integrate aspects in scarlet whitening advertisements, Song Joong Ki's version of scharlet whitening advertisements succeeded in creating strong visual appeal, presenting products to beauty and forming socio-cultural values about beauty, especially in Indonesia-South Korea. This study used qualitative descriptive method.

In this paper, the method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe regularly and factually. This research comes from literature such as books, journals and articles related to research. The findings of this research are that Islam views poverty not only as a social problem, but also as having spiritual and religious implications. One of the efforts to overcome poverty is environmental empowerment and entrepreneurial empowerment. The strategy for alleviating poverty that can be carried out from an Islamic economic perspective is by developing an economy based on zakat, cooperatives, education, health and transportation.

The implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a significant concern in the development of learning systems, including the learning of Building Engineering Education students. This research aims to increase the effectiveness of learning for Building Engineering Education students. By using AI concepts and theories defined by John McCarthy, this research analyzes how AI becomes an important tool in creating a learning system that is more adaptive and responsive to student needs. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to determine the results of the research. The results of this research show that respondents know AI and its role and the majority of respondents also feel helped by AI. AI also faces various challenges, such as further education to overcome various existing challenges by strengthening data security and increasing understanding of AI. Greater awareness and understanding of how AI can be used in education also deserves further attention.

In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of analysis to obtain and answer the various problems being studied. Researchers use the library study method, this method is a technique for collecting reference data sources by reviewing data from literature, scientific journals, books, scientific articles through digital sources that are related to the problems raised in this research.

This article uses normative legal research, the author obtains data from library materials which are usually called secondary data, which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The author then studies and explores these legal materials and quotes theories or concepts from a number of literature, including books, journals, papers, newspapers or other written works related to the problem under study. This article explains that the position of the RKUHP regarding laws in the field of environment and natural resources is not yet clear, because the RKUHP does not expressly state its position regarding other laws. UU no. 10 of 2004 concerning the Preparation of Legislative Regulations also does not help provide answers because it does not recognize the general and specific designations or categories of laws as well as the requirements to fulfill these categories and this RKUHP is only able to absorb the criminal articles of each law. sectoral law, apart from other parts contained in the law. The low understanding of mathematical concepts experienced by students also has an impact on students' ability to solve problems related to mathematics because the concepts taught by teachers are never found in everyday life. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that encourages students to construct their own mathematical concepts based on experiences that occur in everyday life. The research method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data collection process includes collecting and analyzing every published article and book that discusses mathematical concepts and the application of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The journals used in this research are national and international journals indexed by SINTA and SCOPUS. Research findings show that the RME approach has an important role in improving students' ability to understand mathematical concepts in several materials at every level of education.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) counseling is a counseling method that involves rapid and repetitive eye movements to bring up negative events, and replace them with more positive feelings. EMDR was developed by Shapiro in 1987 and became known in 1989. EMDR counseling focuses on handling traumatic problems. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of literature study, which is to collect data and sources related to the research topic being studied. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the description analysis method. This research is expected to help add new insights in depth related to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) counseling. The results of this study include, namely (1) basic concepts of EMDR counseling, (2) purpose of EMDR counseling (3) the stages in EMDR counseling, and (4) the advantages and disadvantages of EMDR counseling.

This research introduces an analysis of semantic meaning in the poem "Aku" by Chairil Anwar. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the lexical and grammatical meaning of each word and phrase in the poem. By referring to the concepts of lexical and grammatical semantics, this research describes how the words in poetry contain deep and varied meanings, implicitly expressing the poet's feelings and thoughts. The results of the analysis show that each word in the poem makes a rich contribution to the overall interpretation of this literary work. This research aims to provide in-depth insight into Chairil Anwar's poetic expressions and the importance of understanding semantic meaning in a literary context.

The existence of God is something that humans have always questioned. Humans rely on reason and knowledge to find out about the existence of God, even though humans have never found certainty about the existence of God. So various human assumptions about God arose, that God never existed, and some people denied and denied the existence of God. Even though humans engage in various studies, it is impossible for humans to fully understand and know the existence of God, because God is transcendent and unlimited, while humans are immanent or limited. Therefore, in writing this article, the author looked at it from a philosophical perspective based on Christian faith to answer several questions: Is it true that God does not exist? Is God just a human imagination? Many people, especially certain groups who do not believe in the existence of God, think that anyone who believes in the existence of God is a fool. This article discusses theological concepts and Christian philosophical thought, using arguments used to prove the inseparable existence of God from the perspective of Christian faith. Philosophy has long been a means of understanding and exploring the existence of God in various Christian traditions. The author presents several philosophical arguments used by Christian theologians to support belief in the existence of God, and also discusses the contribution of thought leadership of Christian philosophers in forming views on the existence of God. From a philosophical perspective, this article offers a deeper understanding of how the Christian faith views the existence of God and how philosophy can play a role in strengthening those beliefs. Finally, this article provides an overview of how to study philosophy to understand and reflect on the existence of God, especially within the framework of Christianity.
