When conducting business activities, a company definitely needs a plan or strategy that is clearly structured, and with the aim of managing the company's resources effectively and efficiently. One of the companies implementing a supply chain management system based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is Visalux. This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method.

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities, and financial compensation on the performance of employees of CV. Alrava Albasia. The population used in this research is all employees of CV. Alrava Albasia, numbering 80 people. A sample of 80 people and using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the study it was obtained that partially there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value t of 0.012 <0.05 work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 work facilities has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities and financial compensation simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Alrava Albasia with a significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

This study aims to determine whether the influence of student knowledge about usury can affect the intention to save in conventional banks at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which the researcher uses field research by interviewing 10 informants, namely students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra who have savings at conventional bank ATMs and Islamic banks. Because what we know is that students, especially UINSU students, must have learned about usury. However, in reality in the field, almost all student respondents definitely use conventional banks, which means they are indifferent to the law of usury. This study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance on the interests of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The adoption of the TAM model was used in this study, with a quantitative descriptive method approach, data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 135 people based on calculations with the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using smart partial least square. The results of this study provide answers to the proposed hypothesis in which the variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the variable of behavioral intention to use, then the variable perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention to use also have a positive and significant effect on variables actual to use, but there is one variable that does not significantly influence the effect of the variable perceived usefulness on the variable actual to use. This research clarifies how the role of technology applied in online stock trading can influence the behavior of the interests of investors in the Indonesian capital market, especially among millennials. This research is expected to be useful for the development of science and for the development of capital markets with a clearer understanding of how the TAM model influences the behavior of millennial generation interests to become investors in the capital market.

This writing discusses social competence. The purpose of this writing is to understand the meaning of social competence, the aspects of social competence, the elements of social competence, the characteristics and indicators of social competence, the factors that influence social competence, as well as the characteristics of teachers who possess social competence and the role of teachers' social competence in creating effective learning. In this article, there is data and information obtained during the data collection phase, which are then processed using a literature analysis method conducted in libraries, with documents, archives, and other types of documents as research materials. Additionally, this research can build and enhance an individual's social competence. There are many benefits that can be gained from having social competence, which not only affect oneself but also influence others and the surrounding environment.

Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of a group towards achieving goals. The main focus of this research is the behavioral approach of leadership in the context of management. This approach emphasizes the behavior and actions of leaders as the main factors in influencing individual and group performance in organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze various theories and research related to the behavioral leadership approach, the concept of leadership behavior approach, leadership style based on the behavioral approach, various behavioral approach theories, such as the Michigan study, the Ohio study, and the Managerial Grid/Leadership grid, as well as various case studies from previous studies. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals, and several previous studies. The results of this study emphasize the importance of an effective leadership behavior approach in achieving organizational goals. Leader behavior has a significant influence on employee motivation, performance, and satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand and implement effective leadership principles and styles to create a productive and motivating work environment.

Pejuang UMKM harus bisa melihat barang apa saja yang laris di pasar lapangan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan warga agar kami sebagai penggiat UMKM dapat menyediakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan persepsi harga kerupuk Hudi Jaya. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Simo Mojoruntut, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga dapat disimpulkan, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk. kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan.

This study aims to examine the influence of the managerial ownership, operating cash flow, and the complexity of the company’s operations on the disclosure of financial information on the official website of the local government. The population in this study are property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019- 2021. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 60 samples of companies with a research period of 3 (three) years in order to obtain a total of 180 research observations. The data analysis model used by this study is logical regression analysis using SPSS Version 26 software. The results showed that the managerial ownership, operating cash flow, and the complexity of the company’s operations simultaneously had a significant impact on the timeliness of financial statement reporting. Meanwhile, partially the managerial ownership, operating cash flow, and the complexity of the company’s operations has no a significant effect on the official website on the timeliness of financial statement reporting

This study aims to determine the effect of utilization of gadget as political communication towards the political culture orientation of students in senior high school. The design in this study is descriptive research using a quantitative approach and using correlational research. The sample in this study was taken from the population with a proportional purposive sampling technique that was as many as 347 students. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the utilization of gadget as political communication towards. This is indicated by the t-count values is 6,398> t-table (6,398 > 1,649) and a significance value <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05)

Along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, the sense of nationalism of the millennial generation is decreasing because it is influenced by western culture. To overcome this, it is necessary to have a solution. To overcome this, Indonesian citizens, especially the millennial generation, need to be given more understanding of the archipelago's insight by means of Citizenship Education at every level of education, even up to universities in which they learn about the archipelago. The role of insight into the archipelago is as a guide, motivation, encouragement, and signs in finding all policies, decisions, actions, and actions for state administrators at the central and regional levels as well as for all Indonesian people in the life of society, nation and state. In addition, it can shape the nation's mental attitude which includes creativity, taste and initiative in an integrated manner. The insight of the archipelago as a unifying tool for the nation is proven in its function of fostering a sense of nationalism based on socio-cultural diversity and the geographical location of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. With an increased understanding of the archipelago's insight, millennials are more tolerant and appreciate the services of the heroes.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to: (1) reveal whether it is true that money politics has occurred in the election of members of the Surakarta city legislature, especially in the Mojosongo Village area, Jebres, Surakarta in 2019; (2) Knowing the forms of money politics practices that occurred in the election of members of the Surakarta City legislature, especially in the Mojosongo Village area, Jebres, Surakarta in 2019; (3) Knowing the effect of the practice of money politics in the election of members of the Surakarta City legislature, especially in the Mojosongo Village area, Jebres, Surakarta in 2019 on the level of voter participation. This research was carried out in the Mojosongo Village Area, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The subjects of this study included the voting community, the chairperson or member of the winning team for legislative member candidates, and village officials in the Mojosongo Village area, Jebres, Surakarta. Sources of data using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection in this study was carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data in this study were analyzed using interactive model descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) The election for legislative members in 2019, especially in the Mojosongo sub-district area, Jebres sub-district, Surakarta city, justifies the practice of money politics, which was carried out by prospective members of the Surakarta city legislature through their winning team; (2) The form of money politics given in the 2019 election for legislative members in the city of Surakarta, especially in the Mojosongo sub-district area, includes giving cash to the community, repairing existing infrastructure in the village, and providing facilities and infrastructure in the village for the benefit of the community. There is; (3) The practice of money politics in the election for members of the Surakarta City legislature in 2019, especially in the Mojosongo sub-district area, had an influence on the turnout rate of voters who were present at the polling stations, because based on the results of interviews it was found that the number of voters in the Mojosongo Sub-district area had increased.   Keywords: Legislative Members, Voter Participation, Money Politics.

About 85% teenagers experience akne vulgaris. This study aims to analyze the influence of consuming local beverage to the signs and symptoms of Flour albus and Akne vulgaris to high school students in Kolaka regency. It is an experimental study, quasy experiment method with two groups of pretest and post-test design. Population consist of all women high school student suffering with Flour albus and Akne vulgaris as many as 20 respondents, which divided into 2 groups, they are 10 experiment samples providing local beverages containing 3 mixed fruits (jackfruit, melon, kersen) and 10 control samples. This study is prepared using computerized system with SPSS program. Data analysis assays applied is NPar-test. Study results obtained that there is any influence of consuming local beverage to the decrease of signs and symptoms of Flour albus, which p value = 0.000 (p<0.05), there is a significant influence of consuming local beverages to the signs and symptoms of Flour albus where p value =0.001 (p<0.05) The conclusion of this study is there is an influence of consuming local beverage to the decrease of the signs and symptoms of Flour albus and Akne vulgaris to the women high school students in Kolaka regency.    

Research shows that Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, the R-Square value is 0.402 or 40.2%. Which means that the influence of the Work Discipline (X1) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X2) variables on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) is 40.2% and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables outside the regression or other factors not examined in this study. Partially, the work discipline variable has a significant influence on employee performance with a t-test value of 3.400 > 1.998 ttable. Partially the results of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t-count of 3.008 > 1.998 t-table. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous test obtained from this study on the variables of Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) it has been obtained that the calculated F value is 20.850 > 3.15 F table and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Background: Adolescents undergo changes where In Indonesia, the incidence of LBW is still relatively high, this is evidenced by the presence of data which shows that the birth rate of babies with normal weight is still below the expected rate. The global prevalence of LBW is 15.5%. A total of around 20 million LBW are born every year and 95.5% of them come from developing countries. The infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia increased in 2012 from 19 per 1,000 live births to 22.23% per 1,000 live births (SUPAS, 2015). Based on the results of the East Java National Socio- Economic Survey (Susenas) 2011–2013, the infant mortality rate (IMR) in East Java in 2013 was 27.23% per 1,000 live births (East Java Province Health Profile, 2014). Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of low birth weight babies. Method: This type of research is analytic observational. With the analytical design of the case study study (case study) and using a retrospective approach. The sample used in this study was an accidental sample of all babies born at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency with birth weight less than 2,500 grams, as many as 34 babies. Result: From the results of research conducted at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, the results of the factors that influence the occurrence of low birth weight in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, namely, the nutritional factors of pregnant women with a result of 58.8%, Parity of a mother who experiences pregnancy> 4 times tends to experiencing low birth weight with a percentage of 29.4%, followed by maternal age as much as 14.7%. Conclusion: It is expected that pregnant women with high risk factors for pregnancy in the categories of pregnant women <20 years, parity of pregnant women> 4x, and nutritional status (LILA <23.5cm) can reduce the incidence of low birth weight at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency.

YouTube has become a critical platform for individuals and organizations to rapidly and broadly reach audiences and generate income. Although the current trend suggests that the YouTube platform holds significant potential in generating substantial revenue, it is essential to identify and deeply understand various interacting factors. This research aims to comprehend the influence of the number of subscribers and the number of uploads on a YouTuber's monthly income. Through exploratory and inferential data analysis, this study concludes that the number of subscribers positively correlates with a YouTuber's monthly income, and there is no definitive correlation between the number of uploads and monthly earnings. The results of this study indicate that to achieve financial goals through the YouTube platform, YouTubers need to consider a range of factors, not limited to the number of subscribers and the amount of uploads. This research provides insights for YouTubers and other researchers to better understand the existence of other factors that influence a YouTuber's monthly income.

In psychology, temperament broadly refers to consistent individual differences in behavior that are based on biology and are relatively independent of learning, value systems, and attitudes. Every child is born with a different temperament or biological behavior, depending on the temperament or biological behavior of their parents. However, in the process of character formation, this temperament will change in the course of life according to the parenting patterns of parents and even the environment in which they live. The development of children in the social, cognitive and emotional fields is very important in their future life when starting life or maturing. Parenting patterns are divided into 4 which can certainly influence a child's growth and development, namely: authoritarian (authoritarian), indulgent (permissive), authoritative (democratic), neglectful (ignorant). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of parental parenting on children's temperament. This research sample used 4 teenagers who had different parenting patterns.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. This research aims to analyze the influence of education level, business size, length of business, and participation in the SAK EMKM coaching program on the perception of the importance of financial reporting based on SAK EMKM. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of answers from respondents using a questionnaire, while secondary data is obtained from information on MSME data from the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Bandar Laksamana District Cooperative. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Bandar Laksamana District with a total of 175 units. The sample used in this research was 64 MSMEs in Bandar Laksamana District using a simple random sampling method. The research results show that educational level, length of business, and business size do not influence to the  perceptions of importance of financial reporting based on SAK EMKM, only the variable participation in a coaching program influences to the perceptions of the importance of financial reporting based on SAK EMKM.
