This study explores the significance of English phonology in enhancing language skills during the golden age of childhood. Phonological awareness, encompassing sound discrimination and manipulation, plays a crucial role in vocabulary acquisition, reading proficiency, and overall linguistic development. Early intervention through phonological activities in educational settings, supported by parental involvement and technological integration, fosters a strong foundation for language acquisition. Continuous professional development for educators ensures the implementation of evidence-based practices in phonological instruction. Investing in phonological awareness during childhood is essential for promoting academic success, cognitive development, and lifelong literacy.

Character development education for children remains largely overlooked, with the majority only receiving instruction within elementary school classrooms, lacking practical activities to enhance their awareness. In our community empowerment project at the Baitul Hidayah Foundation, we endeavored to address this gap by providing materials, educational sessions, games, and project activities centered around children's character development, employing the 4-color character approach. Our efforts were guided by research focusing on children's character education and its impact on their comprehension of the significance of possessing good character to nurture positive relationships with peers, siblings, and others. Furthermore, following the outcomes of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Baitul Hidayah Cijantung Foundation and Group 6 members, it became evident that the Baitul Hidayah Foundation had previously neglected character development education for its students, to the extent of never incorporating it into their curriculum. Therefore, our Community Empowerment Group 4 set out to rectify this deficiency by educating students at the Baitul Hidayah Foundation about the importance of character and providing guidance on its practical application.

Parental divorce significantly impacts early childhood development, especially in the digital age. Children may experience low self-esteem, difficulties in building relationships and socializing, aggressive behavior, learning difficulties, value confusion, deviant behavior, and loss of trust.Addressing these impacts requires digital parenting, open communication, moral education, and collaboration with educational institutions. Parents and stakeholders must understand the effects of divorce to provide appropriate support for children's healthy and happy growth. A qualitative case study at TK Negeri Bung Karno involved interviews with PAUD teachers and parents, as well as classroom observations. The findings showed that children tend to imitate negative parental behaviors. Through gradual guidance, children learned to distinguish between good and bad behavior, showing progress in emotional control, social interactions, and setting positive examples for peers.

Although it is hoped that school children are able to deal with learning situations well, in reality students often experience obstacles in the teaching and learning process, which shows a gap between expectations and educational reality. This research focuses on a teacher from the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational High School (SMK). The aim of this research is to identify and understand the problems faced by teachers in teaching and the approaches used to overcome these obstacles through in-depth and open interviews. Interviews were conducted in the teacher's work space, with the aim of creating an environment that supports and encourages teachers to share experiences and their thoughts openly. The interview guide consisted of five questions designed to explore the main challenges in teaching, conflict resolution strategies, and the teacher's ways of dealing with students' low interest or difficulty in following lessons. The teacher identified major challenges such as lazy attitude towards studying, tendency to sleep, and high interest in playing among students. In facing this challenge, teachers adopt a flexible approach by providing short breaks between intensive learning sessions to maintain students' energy and focus. In terms of conflict resolution, teachers emphasize the importance of patience and self-control, as well as providing positive reinforcement for desired behavior. Teachers also emphasize the need to treat students with compassion and emotional attention, seeing them as biological children who must be cared for and guided with care. In addition, teachers realize the importance of collaborating with parents to support students' holistic development. The research results show that the main challenges faced by teachers in teaching at the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational School can be overcome through a flexible approach, positive reinforcement, and deep emotional attention. This approach is believed to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, which in turn can improve students' emotional well-being and academic achievement. This research provides important insights for educators in developing effective strategies to overcome obstacles in the teaching and learning process

(b) When a tantrum occurs, parents and educators should try to remain calm and control emotions. (c) After the tantrum is over, parents and educators should provide a sense of calm to the child, not punish or strengthen. (d) Parents and educators can minimize children's anger and ensure the safety of children and other people. (e) If anger causes confusion, immediately move the child to a safe place or away from other children. (f) Parents Educators can also observe children closely to observe when anger occurs most often. : The aim of this research is to find out how legal protection is for minors as recidivists of criminal acts of theft and the causal factors in Gorontalo City. The method used is an empirical approach based on field facts, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that legal protection for children who are recidivists is provided during the legal process, starting from the investigation, arrest and detention stages. The legal process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SPPA Law, and prioritizes the needs, development and growth of children, both physically, mentally and socially. The implementation of legal protection for children who are in conflict with the law, especially for repeat criminals or recidivists, is carried out in the same way as for first-time perpetrators of other criminal acts, but the only difference is that diversion efforts are not applied to those who are recidivists. The protection carried out by the police is to fulfill children's rights in every ongoing legal process; The investigation prioritizes a family atmosphere; and Separate Detention. The cause of children becoming recidivist perpetrators of the crime of theft in Gorontalo City is environmental factors; Economy problem; There is leniency in punishment and lack of effective coaching; and Factors of legal awareness and parental negligence. Therefore, in implementing legal protection for children who commit criminal acts, especially for recidivist perpetrators, law enforcement officers are expected to pay attention to the psychological and social conditions of children, but still prioritize providing a deterrent effect so that perpetrators are afraid to repeat their crimes. These efforts include, for example, implementing existing legal procedures by fulfilling all children's rights, but still carrying out repressive action by providing sanctions as regulated in statutory regulations, and not imposing diversion on perpetrators who repeat criminal acts. Apart from that, the government and especially parents pay as much attention as possible to ensuring life for children, so that they do not become perpetrators of criminal acts such as theft. This is because children are sometimes forced to commit these crimes due to their needs not being met properly, or even due to pressure from other parties.

Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is a result of chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Indonesia is among the highest in stunting cases with a prevalence of 37.2% compared to other neighboring countries. Indonesia targets the stunting rate to fall to 14% in 2024, while the stunting rate in 2021 will reach 24%. The impact of stunting is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates in children, growth in body posture or height that is not optimal compared to the child's age, disruption of motor development, increasing the incidence of degenerative diseases, less than optimal learning performance so that children's cognitive and productivity are affected and that furthermore is the increase in Health costs. The Kupang City Government, in an effort to reduce the prevalence rate of stunting below 10% in 2024, is carrying out convergence work or cross-sectoral collaboration within the scope of Pentahelix (Government, PT, Private, Community and Mass Media). The foster parent program is a form of care and effort made by involving all sectors in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in toddlers. The sub-districts that are used as places for community service activities are Penfui and Oesapa Selatan Subdistricts, Kupang City. The foster parent program aims to help families who really need health care for children suffering from stunting and malnutrition, and this is based on a sense of care and responsibility. The Kupang Ministry of Health Polytechnic, as one of the implementations of health transformation, supports the government's program in strengthening primary health services, especially stunting, and is expected to be involved and become a team in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in Kupang City. The method for implementing this community activity is the Peekaboo Psychoeducational method, namely the Kiss, Hug and Give Feed method as well as providing nutritious food to children aged 6-24 months for 90 days. The results of this community service are the achievement of measurement data on children's body weight, improvements in nutritional value/body weight of children suffering from stunting and increased knowledge of the psychoeducational parenting style of the Peekaboo method to increase parents' knowledge about stunting.
