The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of position characteristics and team work on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Public Works & Public Housing Agency, Bogor Regency, West Java. The population in this study were all employees with the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Bogor District Public Works & Public Housing Service. The population in this study were 287 people. By using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 167 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job characteristics and team work have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.   Keywords: leadership, supervision, work discipline, employee performance

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

ABSTRAK Bangsa Indonesia selaku negara yang tidak dapat menjauhi tantangan globalisasi, namun dengan berpegang pada Pancasila selaku panduannya, prinsip Indonesia hendaknya bisa mempertahankan jati diri serta eksistensinya. Riset ini berisi tentang apabila memelihara semangat nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda semenjak masa anak- anak akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap pengaruh negatif serta pergantian moral yang menjadi- jadi di masa globalisasi. Jadi, dengan memantapkan moralitas serta etika lewat pembelajaran Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia bakal lebih siap buat hadapi globalisasi serta mempertahankan fakta diri Indonesia dikala yang bersamaan. Nilai kebudayaan yang jadi ciri bangsa Indonesia, semacam gotong royong, silahturahmi, ramah tamah dalam warga jadi keistimewaan dasar yang bisa menjadikan masing- masing orang warga Indonesia untuk mencintai serta melestarikan kebudayaan bangsa sendiri. Tetapi ciri masyarakat Indonesia yang diketahui selaku masyarakat yang ramah serta sopan santun disaat ini mulai pudar semenjak masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia yang tidak bisa dipilih dengan baik oleh warga Indonesia. The research is about keeping a nationalistic spirit in the minds of youth since childhood will make them more resilient to the negative influences and the demoralizations of globalization. So, by reinforcing morality and ethics through pancasila study, the Indonesian younger generation will be better equipped to face globalization and maintain Indonesian fact at the same time. Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Every human being is created in pairs between a man and a woman, thus forming a marital relationship. But navigating the marriage ship will not go the way you want it to, with divorce sometimes being a shortcut in the marital relationship. Divorce in marriage will have many repercussions, including raising children after divorce. As child support is often overlooked by heirs to their rights and obligations, Islamic law and civil law provide for alimony during marriage or after marriage (divorce). The methodology of this research uses a normative juridical approach and the type of research is library research. Then the primary data sources used are Islamic Family Law and Civil Law. The secondary data sources used are books related to problem formulation and discussion. The data validity testing technique in this research uses data source triangulation. The result of this study is that child maintenance after divorce according to Islamic family law is fully borne by the father, but this obligation can be reduced, if the father cannot work for a living (paralyzed, etc.) and does not have a trump card to give. Meanwhile, child maintenance after divorce according to the provisions of civil law is the responsibility of both parents.

Land* is* a* necessity* that* is* needed* by* every* Indonesian* citizen.* The* purpose* of* this* study* is* to* find* out* and* analyze* the* resolution* of* legal* disputes* against* holders* of* certificates* of* ownership* (double* certificate).* A sense of wanting to have a subject that will eventually lead to land disputes. One of the problems is the emergence of multiple ownership certificate (overlapping). "Double Certificate" can lead to civil disputes between the parties, so to ensure legal certainty over the land it needs to be resolved through a judiciary. Based* on* the* results* of* the* study* indicate* that* the* occurrence* of* double* certificates* caused* by* several* factors,* namely* the* bad* intention* of* the* applicant* for* the* certificate,* an* error* from* the* Land* Office,* namely* in* terms* of* collecting* and* processing* physical* data* and* juridical* data* of* the* land,* and* the* unavailability* of* a* comprehensive* land* registration* map.* Double certificate occur because there are two certificates in one office issued officially by the Land Office. This* research* uses* normative* juridical,* data* sources* collected* from* library* data* and* then* the* data* collection* techniques* used* are* literature* study.* The* formulation* of* the* problem* in* this* research* skirpsi* is*what* are* the* factors* that* lead* to* the* submission* of* dual* certificates,* and* the* legal* protection* that* double* certificate.* Legal protection for holders of land rights is as regulated in Government Regulation No.24 of 1997 and Article 38 paragraph (2) UUPA, Article 32 paragraph (2), Article 23 paragraph (2) and Article 19 paragraph (2) letter c, that the certificates of proof of right act as a strong means of proof. The two rights owners who are the object of the dispute do not receive legal protection if the revocation of the land certificate has been decided. Because the publication system used in Indonesia is a negative publication system that contains positive elements. Settlement* of* land* disputes* can* be* resolved* by* deliberation* by* the* parties* or* mediation* and* through* justice.* On* the* other* hand* there* is* a* need* for* special* procedural* law* provisions* either* through* deliberation* or* mediation* at* Land* Office* and* the* court* if* dispute* resolution* occurs* through* litigation. The settlement of disputes through this court route s generally through several solutions, ths is : 1. Lawsuit to the land office 2. Civil suit in court 3. State admnstrative court 4. One of the problems that often arise in an agreement is default, which can result in the creditor experiencing losses due to the debtor being in default. . In the first trial, the judge usually offers a peace deed. When agreed by the parties, a Deed of Peace is issued by the court. The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

The provision of suspensions and administrative sanctions is intended as an effort to develop personnel and provide a deterrent effect for law violators, and to prevent other TNI soldiers from imitating them. The aim of this research is to show that TNI soldiers are different from civilians who are only bound by general legal rules, TNI soldiers are not only bound by general legal rules but also bound by military legal rules (military disciplinary law and military criminal law), so it can be said that it is not easy. for a TNI soldier when faced with the implementation of legal regulations. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that TNI soldiers who violate the law are subject to suspension and administrative sanctions are two things that are closely related to the legal process and personnel development. This condition causes special burdens for a TNI soldier who violates the law because it impacts his career and income.

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

The process of passing on or transferring family assets to children, to family descendants begins when the parents are still alive. The transfer of rights to assets in Muslim communities in Indonesia, apart from being in the form of inheritance, is also known in the form of gifts and wills. Looking at the phenomenon in Langkap village, researchers are interested in the practice of dividing inheritances, gifts and wills with economic considerations for the heirs, civil servant heirs will receive a smaller amount of inheritance than non-civil servant heirs. The distribution is based on the agreement of the heirs because this distribution prioritizes the principle of deliberation and consensus between the heirs. It should be noted that the phenomenon of inheritance distribution that occurs in Langkap village adheres to one of the hereditary systems that exist in Indonesia, namely the bilateral system. This bilateral system attracts both the father's and mother's lineages, so that in this kind of family, in essence, there is no distinction between the heirs from the mother's side or the father's side. The reasons for dividing inherited assets based on economic considerations include, among other things, a sense of compassion, avoiding inequality. economy, and avoid conflict. Ways to avoid conflict can be done by dividing inheritance assets taking into account the economic considerations of the heirs, dividing inheritance assets equally, deliberation and handing over problems to the village.

One interesting case to examine is when a soldier is suspected of committing the crime of document forgery, which is one of the prerequisites for becoming a TNI soldier before the perpetrator officially becomes a TNI soldier. The objective of this research was to demonstrate the importance of considering the tempus delicti (time of the offense) when determining the jurisdiction of the judiciary. This qualitative research employed a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were systematic, factual, and expedient in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The findings indicated that when a soldier is suspected of committing the crime of document forgery, a requirement for becoming a TNI soldier before their official enlistment, the jurisdiction of the civilian court system applies.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

Perkembangan kualitas hidup manusia dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan.Semua itu bisa terjadi dan berproses melalui pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan nilai – nilai yang di anggap benar dan baik oleh masyarakat untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya dan dalam rangka mencapai masyarakat madani (civil society), yaitu masyarakat yang terperdayabaik ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi, budaya dan politik. Pembangunan yang dimaksud adalah usaha yang dilaksanakan untuk dilakukan secara sadar, sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk mengadakan perubahan guna mewujudkan hari esok yang lebih baik. Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution
