Poetry translation is a complex and challenging process, as poetry is a rich and unique form of language that often uses poetic words and sentence structures. This study aims to analyze the translation methods used by students of English Language Education Study Program in translating poetry from Indonesian to English. This research uses a case study method involving 15 students of English Education in North Sumatera who are currently undergoing a translation course. The research data were obtained through analyzing the poetry translations produced by the students. The results showed that the students used various translation methods, but the most commonly used method was literal translation. Students also managed to maintain the meaning of the original poem in their translations, but they sometimes struggled to convey the emotional and aesthetic nuances of the poem. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concludes that PBI students still need to develop their skills in translating poetry. This can be done by providing more in-depth learning about the theory and practice of poetry translation, as well as providing opportunities for students to practice translating poetry with guidance from experienced lecturers.

The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method is a popular approach in education that allows students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through solving real problems. PBL involves steps such as problem identification, research, and presentation of solutions, with a focus on students learning independently and in small groups. Although PBL is effective in improving student learning outcomes, there are challenges such as the need for teachers who are skilled in guiding students and longer time to solve problems. Characteristics of PBL include student-centered learning, teachers as facilitators, and problems as learning stimuli. The PBL strategy emphasizes the importance of starting learning with problems that are relevant to students' real lives and gives students great responsibility in their own learning process. The research method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The method used is library research.

This research is motivated by the fact that nearly 70% of children who are newly enrolled and start learning at Bunda Kartika Kindergarten in Patumbak, Deli Serdang, have difficulty adjusting to the new learning environment. This stage of learning in kindergarten is their first step into formal education. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 137 of 2014 on national standards for early childhood education (PAUD), it sets national standards for PAUD, including aspects of child development that must be met during the learning process. These standards cover various aspects of child adjustment such as socio-emotional, language, cognitive, and motor skills. This research aims to identify the nature of adjustment problems occurring in kindergartens and early childhood education by understanding the aspects of adjustment and the supporting and inhibiting factors for new students in adapting to the new environment. Transparency of financial reports today is very wide open with advances in technological development. Openness of financial report information allows the public to assess the quality of financial reports. The quality of good financial reports can be seen from the results of opinions by the public accounting profession who provide services to assess the fairness of financial reports. Fairness of financial reports provides the assumption that the financial reports have been prepared in accordance with the financial accounting standards applicable in Indonesia. Financial Accounting Standards provide guidance on the process of recording, measuring and presenting financial reports. A good financial report must start first with recording the accounting cycle. Understanding an entity's accounting cycle makes the auditor understand the recording and reporting model of a client entity. An accounting cycle that is understood by the auditor will be useful in providing adjustments or audit correction journals if recording errors occur. The community service program carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University with auditors at KAP Sarastanto and Pekan Kota Semarang provides several trainings related to basic accounting knowledge. This activity is expected to provide knowledge and skills in preparing financial reports in accordance with standards

The aim of this research is to find the problems of advanced writing skills of upper elementary school students, and provide solutions. The research method used is a literature review. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are two factors that cause students' difficulties in writing at a high level, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include students' weak motor skills, weak visual memory, low students' interest and motivation to learn, and finally students' study habits in class and at home. Meanwhile, external factors include lack of attention from parents towards students, an atmosphere at home that is less supportive, environmental conditions and finally the influence of social media. The lack of writing skills in elementary school students may also be caused by the less than optimal use of innovative learning methods. One way to optimize the writing learning process and increase students' writing motivation is to increase students' interest in writing through interesting learning models and learning media.
