Abstract The role of teacher comunication is very important in the learning process, with technology tahers are required to be able to integrate technology in distance learning but also implement teacher communication strategies as the biggest connector in the effectiveness of distance learning. Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. This study aims to investigate various aspects related to madrasas, Islamic educational institutions that have an important role in educating generations of Muslims. This research involves literature analysis and empirical studies to understand the history, curriculum, teaching methods, and social and cultural impact of madrasas in society. Historical research involves analysis of the development of madrasas from the past to the contemporary era, while analysis of curriculum and teaching methods includes evaluation of the educational approaches used in madrasas. In the context of social and cultural impacts, this study tries to explore the contribution of madrasas to religious identity, social values and community integration. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide deeper insight into the role and significance of madrasas in the context of Islamic education and their contribution to the social and cultural development of society. The implications of these findings can be the basis for further improvement and development of the madrasa education system to meet the demands of the times and the need for quality education.

The aim of this research is to look at the role of technology in a literary work. The literary work used in this research uses the novel genre entitled Saturday with Father by Adhitiya Mulya. The problem discussed is how technology plays a role in shaping the dynamics of family life in the novel. This includes, among other things, how technology can change the way families communicate, both positively and negatively, and its impact on the dynamics of relationships between family members, then how technology can act as a liaison between family members who are physically separated or otherwise based on the context of the story described. in the novel. The method used in the research uses a hermeneutic approach to explore the role of technology in shaping the dynamics of family life. Through this research, we can understand how technology is not only a tool used in everyday life but also influences how families interact, communicate, and form emotional bonds in their lives.

This research delves into the development of the tourism sector in Makassar through the lens of the concept and the role of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) in Makassar. Employing a qualitative method and document analysis, the study explores the implementation of sustainable tourism principles amidst technological evolution. UNWTO is identified as a key catalyst in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the tourism sector, enhancing tourism security, and improving industry skills. The research findings indicate that collaboration with UNWTO can have a positive impact on advancing tourism in Makassar, particularly in introducing innovative technologies and enhancing service quality. This study provides a profound understanding for stakeholders regarding sustainable tourism development strategies, positioning Makassar as a prominent destination. The implications of these research findings stimulate further considerations, including strengthening collaboration with UNWTO, continuously improving tourism infrastructure, and intensifying industry training to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of this destination on the global stage.

This article discusses the development of harmonious living between religious communities in order to create peace in society. The country of Indonesia indeed consists of various diversity starting from ethnicity, culture, ethnicity, religion. However, behind this diversity, various conflicts between religious communities have emerged. However, looking at the conflicts that occur in the current era, society has become divided among itself. To be able to realize peace between religious communities is an effort to restore the essence of religion and foster an attitude of tolerance and living in harmony. Tolerance plays an important role in building society and harmony is a condition where a person or group lives together peacefully, harmoniously and with mutual respect for each other. Harmony involves mutual understanding, tolerance, and the ability to resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. Peace between religious communities is an important aspect in creating a peaceful and just world. This effort involves all parties working together to achieve the common goal of creating harmony between religious communities. The main goal of peace between religious communities is to overcome differences in religious beliefs and practices to build an inclusive and tolerant society. The concepts of harmony and tolerance are often the basis for creating a balanced and sustainable social life. Harmony is very important to create a peaceful and thriving environment.

This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution can create a business environment that is fair, transparent and has integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and social welfare in Indonesia.  

This research ais to descrribe implementation of the Masteryy Learning Mode in teaching writing of advertisements, posters, and slogans in the eighth-grade class at SMPN 17 Semarang. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on variables such as mastery learning, advertisements, slogans, and posters. The sample consists of one Indonesian language teacher and 30 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection involves observation, Student Worksheets (LKPD), interviews, and documentation. The results indicate the effectiveness of the model's implementation, characterized by structured steps, a crucial role for the teacher, and active student involvement. Formative evaluation also aids in students' understanding and prepares them for higher levels.  

Rantau Rasau Village, which is one of the villages in Berbak sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district. To get to Rantau Rasau village we have to use river transportation services in the form of ketek (a type of large boat equipped with a robbins engine), this water transportation. It is the only access to Rantau Rasau village because there is no land road to the village. This thesis aims to determine the role of air transportation in the economy of the people of Rantau Rasau village, East Tanjung Jabung district, to find out what obstacles exist in the use of this transportation.This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of air transportation in the economy of the Rantau Rasau village community, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, includes mobility for people in and out of the village and also as a bridge for all economic activities of the Rantau Rasau village community. Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

Every activity is bound to be presented with obstacles, this research describes the obstacles to the solutions suggested by the researchers. Based on the research results, extracurricular activities are divided into 2 (two) parts, namely mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. This is in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014 concerning extracurricular activities in educational units. One of the extracurricular activities that must be implemented at every level is the Scout Education extracurricular as implemented in the 2013 curriculum. Scout Education plays a role as a vehicle for complementary activities in the learning process with the aim of forming and developing student character. In the implementation of Scout Education extracurricular activities there are 3 (three) models, namely the Block Model, Actualization Model and Regular Model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the research results are presented descriptively.  

The maternal mortality rate of post-SC infection reaches 7.3%, and 90% causes postpartum morbidity. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the SC wound healing process. This study used a quantitative method, a type of analytic survey research with a cross-sectional design approach. The population of this study were all post-SC mothers in the postpartum ward of Permata Medika Hospital. The sampling technique used was a consecutive sampling of 34 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using univariate and bivariate (chi-square test, alpha = 0.05). The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and early mobilisation (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), which means there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and nutritional status (BMI) (p-value 0.04 < 0.05), and there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and anaemia (p-value = 0.00 <0.05) because if p-value <  0.05, then Ha is accepted. Ho is rejected, meaning a significant relationship exists between early mobilisation, nutritional status, and anaemia in SC wound healing. Many factors affect the SC wound healing process, three of which are early mobilisation factors, which, if done before 6–8 hours after SC, has more potential to accelerate SC wound healing; normal nutritional status as an expression of a person's nutritional balance, which plays a role in the process of body tissue growth and has an impact on the duration of wound healing; and anaemia, which anaemia is a symptom of low haemoglobin levels in the blood and obstructs oxygen flow and prevents the growth and repair of tissue from the SC surgical incision.

This research aims to see the influence of the director's policy on a company contained in a literary work. The literary work used in this research is entitled Tuan Direktur by Hamka. The problem identified in this study is how the character's policy affects the performance of his company and the importance of coworkers. The descriptive qualitative method is used to describe and analyze the policies and strategies taken by the character Tuan Direktur in leading his company. Stakeholder theory becomes the theoretical basis to understand how the director's policies can affect various parties involved or interested in the company. The analysis was conducted by considering the perspectives and interests of various stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and the surrounding community. The results show that the director's policies in the novel include factors that make the policies appropriate or inappropriate. Each policy has a different impact on company performance and affects the interests of stakeholders differently. The implication of this study is the importance of the director's role in forming policies that consider the interests and perspectives of various stakeholders. By understanding the implications of directors' policies, organizations can improve corporate strategy and management to achieve better and sustainable performance.

Tax compliance is an attitude when taxpayers are able to fulfill their tax obligations with their own awareness. The change in the tax system which originally implemented an official assessment, changed to a self-assessment, is hoped that taxpayers will be more compliant in fulfilling their tax obligations, because taxpayer compliance and awareness greatly influences state revenues from the tax sector. The government also has another way to increase taxpayer compliance, namely by implementing tax amnesty. For taxpayers who take part in the Tax Amnesty program, they can receive forgiveness for the taxes they should pay as well as the elimination of administrative and criminal sanctions. Almost every country has an infrastructure development program to meet the welfare of the general public, including Indonesia and to run this program the main funds come from taxes. So taxes and values ​​have a very important and influential role in the country's development process and as financing for government expenditure for its implementation. This research aims: 1) to find out whether self-assessment has an effect on taxpayer compliance. 2) to find out whether the tax amnesty has an effect on taxpayer compliance. The writing in this article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. So the research results show that self-assessment and tax amnesty have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.    

This research aims to determine the management of extracurriculars in public and private elementary schools, as well as the role of extracurriculars in developing the character of elementary school students. This research uses a type of qualitative research through exposure that describes a phenomenon that occurs. This research was carried out using a descriptive method by explaining in detail about a phenomenon. The research techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. Observations and interviews were carried out by visiting public and private elementary schools directly by observing the extracurricular activities carried out and conducting an interview process with the extracurricular supervisors and school principals.  

This aims of the research, to find out the teaching strategies used by teachers at MIN 1 Sikka and to find out the implementation process and the problems encountered during the strategy implementation process. This research uses a qualitative method, with the techniques of data collection of observation and interviews. Based on the results of research, it was concluded that, in the learning process there are 5 learning strategies used by the teacher in delivering learning material, namely Case-Based Small Group Discussion strategies, Demonstrations, Games, Independent Study, and Role Play. where the teaching strategy is used, the teacher will go through several different processes in each strategy such as the steps in the implementation process, to the time, class, and material used in each strategy which of course will also be different. As for implementing the learning strategy that has been chosen, there are several problems in the implementation process that teachers will definitely face, especially when the strategy is applied to young learners as students are usually less focused because basically they prefer to play, the class atmosphere is less conducive because students are more choose to play rather than study, and students' pronunciation is still not quite right.

In an educational institution, company or organization, of course there is a leader who manages all the smooth processes of the activities planned by the institution. A wise leader doesn't just rule, regulate and spread big promises without taking action. Active contribution from a leader is highly recommended and expected, in order to achieve all expected visions and goals. Leaders are chosen because they have more knowledge, skills and creativity than other individuals. Large duties, responsibilities and mandates will not be imposed on ordinary people. The role of leaders is very large in an organization, one of which is decision making. The decisions taken determine the conditions and situation of the organization's future development. This article explores efforts to optimise the rights of crew in the international maritime contextand take a stand against illegal agency practices that harm them. An in-depth analysis of the ship's crew working conditions reveals labour rights violations and unsafe working conditions. Meanwhile, the role of illegal agents exacerbates the situation. This research urges the government to optimise the rights of migrant ship crew members. By detailing basic rights such as a living wage, safe working conditions, the research investigates the positive impact of implementing migrant worker protection policies. Focus is also given to countering illegal agents by identifying prevention and enforcement strategies that can be implemented. This research provides a foundation for cooperation between governments, shipping companies and international organisations to create a fair and sustainable maritime environment and eradicate illegal agencies that only want to benefit themselves. This research not only describes the challenges, but also illustrates solutions in protecting the rights of ship’s crew members and countering illegal agents in the maritime sector.

White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.
