This study aims to analyze the optimization of technology and digital marketing strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Bakpia Wong Yogyakarta SMEs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the application of technology in production processes, such as modern machinery and production management systems, as well as digital marketing strategies through social media, e-commerce, and SEO. The findings reveal that technology utilization increases production efficiency by up to 30%, while digital marketing via online platforms boosts sales by 40%. However, challenges such as limited skilled human resources and digital infrastructure remain significant. This study recommends investing in human resource training, developing more integrated digital strategies, and product innovation to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

The Community Service Program titled “Digital-Based Entrepreneurship Empowerment Socialization to Improve the Economic Welfare of the Community in RW 008, RW 017, and RW 018, Benda Baru Housing Complex, Pamulang – South Tangerang” aims to enhance digital literacy and technology-based entrepreneurial skills among local communities, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This program includes socialization, training, and practical mentoring related to the utilization of social media, e-commerce, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and digital advertising strategies as tools for business development. The method employed is participatory, actively involving the community in every stage of the program. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of digital technology and their ability to leverage digital platforms to support their businesses. This program has also successfully created a sustainable digital entrepreneurship ecosystem, which is expected to enhance the economic welfare of the targeted communities. Given its success, this initiative is anticipated to serve as a model for digital-based community empowerment that can be implemented in other regions.

Background: The advancement of digital technology has transformed how consumers interact with brands, including in the skincare industry. Social media, particularly Instagram, has become an effective platform to enhance brand awareness and influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and brand awareness on the purchasing decisions of Skintific products on Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who met specific criteria, such as having purchased Skintific products on Shopee. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable.Results: The findings reveal that social media marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions. Social media marketing, through engaging and interactive content, effectively increases consumer interest, while brand awareness strengthens product image in consumers' minds, encouraging them to make purchases.Research limitations/Implications: This study has several limitations, such as being limited at Jakarta and having a relatively small sample size, making the results less generalizable to all consumers in Indonesia. The implications of this research provide insights for skincare business practitioners about the importance of digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media, to boost sales.

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged changes in consumer behavior, especially in online shopping activities through social commerce platforms such as TikTok shop live streaming. So an effective marketing strategy is needed, such as maximizing product visualization and attractive promotional offers to attract consumer attention and increase competitiveness in the digital market. This research aims to analyze the influence of online visual merchandising and flash sales on the impulse buying of TikTok shop live streaming users on the 3Second brand. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses quantitative methods with associative research type with a sample size of 100 respondents selected using a simple random sampling method from the population of followers of the TikTok account @its3second. Instrument quality testing includes validity testing and reliability testing. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis is used. Results: The research results show that the online visual merchandising and flash sale variables have a positive and significant influence on the impulse buying of TikTok shop live streaming users on the 3Second brand with an R-Square value of 0.515. Research limitations/Implications: Research limitations lie in the method of collecting data through online questionnaires which has the potential to be biased and the implications of the research are encouraging increased product displays and flash sale strategies in live streaming marketing to increase interaction and purchases.

This study aims to enhance the competitiveness and market reach of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village through the optimization of social media marketing and e-commerce platforms. The primary challenge faced by MSMEs is limited consumer visibility due to ineffective promotional and marketing strategies. The proposed solution includes training on digital marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms like WhatsApp Business for interactive communication with customers and leveraging the features of the Shopee e-commerce platform to expand market reach. MSME participants were trained to create engaging promotional content, utilize WhatsApp Business broadcast features to foster customer engagement, and effectively manage online stores on Shopee, including crafting informative product descriptions, managing inventory, and analyzing sales performance. A simulation of digital marketing through Shopee was conducted to provide hands-on experience for the business owners. The results of the program demonstrated a significant improvement in MSME competitiveness, brand awareness, customer engagement through social media, and sales volume on Shopee.

By using Digital Marketing, business actors are expected to be able to increase sales well gradually. Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, which has been established since 2018 and owned by Mrs. Onik, is an MSME that has grown and developed its business. Strategically located on Jl. HS. Ronggo Waluyo, Puseur Jaya, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang, this stall offers geprek chicken with delicious green chili sauce and affordable prices. In facing the digital era, Mrs. Onik, as the owner of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, has wisely recognized the potential of online marketing as the key to the success of her business. With a daily turnover of 4 million rupiah through offline channels, as well as their success in collaborating with Shopee Food and Grab Food, the next step taken is to expand their presence in the digital realm. Marketing through social media platforms, especially Instagram, and the use of banners as a strategy to attract consumers, are considered strategic steps that will allow them to reach more potential customers. The selection of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri as the focus of the research is very appropriate because of its strategic location, right on the side of the road, making it the main choice for many people passing by.

This study aims to increase brand awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village by optimizing the use of WhatsApp Business and the Shopee e-commerce platform. The main problem faced by MSMEs is low competitiveness due to lack of visibility among consumers. The proposed solution includes training in digital marketing strategies with a focus on managing WhatsApp Business accounts for more effective communication with customers, as well as utilizing Shopee features to expand the market. MSME actors were given training in creating attractive promotional content on WhatsApp Business, using broadcast features for direct interaction, and managing online stores on Shopee, including optimizing product descriptions, stock management, and sales analysis. In addition, a simulation of utilizing Shopee as a strategic sales channel was also carried out to strengthen the marketing experience. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in brand awareness, the number of customers connected via WhatsApp Business, and sales volume on Shopee for participating MSMEs.

Movement Indonesia's economy is supported by the micro, small, and medium enterprise sectors (SMEs). More than 97% of the national workforce is made up of SMEs, which account for about 61.07% of GDP. SMEs often face problems, such as limited market access, low capital, and low technology adoption. The use of technology in MSME marketing has a great opportunity to reach a wider market. Unfortunately, not many SMEs owners have implemented digital marketing, especially SMEs in rural areas. As in Cijati, Cimanggu, Cilacap Regency, the natural potential, processed products, and handicrafts produced by MSMEs have not been able to expand their market. produced by MSMEs have not been able to expand the market. Therefore, the socialization of utilization of digital media for the development of SMEs marketing in Cijati village was carried out to increase the understanding and ability of SMEs owners. village was conducted to increase the understanding and ability of SMEs players in the utilization of technology for digital marketing. This socialization was held on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at the Cijati, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency, attended by 25 SMEs owners. Participants were introduced to various digital platforms that can be used to market their products, such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop).

The UMKM training in Sepulu Village, Bangkalan aims to enhance entrepreneurs' abilities to tackle marketing challenges in the digital era. Challenges such as low digital literacy, limited access to technology, and underutilization of digital platforms are major obstacles for UMKM. This study adopts a participatory, need-based approach, encompassing needs analysis, program design, implementation, and post-training evaluation. The training materials cover digital marketing introduction, strategies for using social media and e-commerce, and creative content creation. The results show improved participants' understanding of digital marketing and their ability to leverage technology to expand markets and boost sales. This training is expected to drive UMKM growth, foster relevant marketing innovations, and positively impact the local economy.

The cosmetics industry in Indonesia continues to experience rapid development, especially with increasing consumer preferences for local products. Hanasui, as a local cosmetic brand, offers quality facial serum at affordable prices which is available on various e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing Hanasui serum, including product quality, price, online reviews and social recommendations. Referring to previous research, factors such as social class, reference groups, product knowledge, and online customer reviews are known to play an important role in cosmetic product purchasing decisions. The findings of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight for manufacturers and marketers to formulate more effective marketing strategies, increase customer loyalty, and strengthen Hanasui's position in the local cosmetics market.

The aim of this research is to find out how the role of e-commerce increases opportunities for MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature study as the main data source. We carried out the data collection process by searching literature with the keyword "The role of e-commerce in Indonesian MSMEs." on the Google Scholar platform. The results show that e-commerce has made a significant contribution to the MSME players themselves. The role of e-commerce has also increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, which at that time became the main solution for MSMEs to survive amidst the crisis caused by restrictions on physical activity. With e-commerce integrated with social media, MSMEs can still operate and maintain income because they are able to adapt to changes in market behavior. However, this research also identified several main challenges, one of which is the low interest in reading which causes a lack of digital literacy among MSME players. Therefore, technology training, digital infrastructure development, and policies that support the empowerment of MSMEs in the digital era are needed. By conducting this research, of course there is hope that strategic steps can be formulated to maximize the potential of e-commerce, not only in expanding market access on a global scale, but also being able to increase the global competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

This community service initiative aims to enhance the brand awareness and market competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village through digital marketing strategies. The study addresses the primary issue of limited consumer visibility, which hinders MSME growth. Training sessions were conducted to optimize the use of WhatsApp Business for effective customer communication and the Shopee e- commerce platform to expand market reach. MSME participants were guided in creating engaging promotional content, utilizing WhatsApp's broadcast features for direct interactions, and managing online stores on Shopee, including product descriptions, inventory, and sales analytics. Practical simulations on Shopee's features were provided to strengthen participants' understanding of e-commerce as a strategic sales channel. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance among participating MSMEs. This initiative highlights the effectiveness of leveraging digital platforms like WhatsApp Business and Shopee to enhance MSME competitiveness, offering a sustainable model for rural business development.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, including Kirimi dessert, a home store located on Jalan Noja I, Kesiman Petilan Village, Denpasar. This study aims to identify problems and provide solutions for Kirimi dessert MSMEs in facing challenges during the pandemic. The business, which focuses on making mille crepes and various desserts, faces several main obstacles such as limited production space, inability to fulfil orders when demand is high, and lack of promotion and personal branding. The research methodology used a qualitative approach through interviews and discussions with the business owner. The solutions offered include the development of MSME innovation, business expansion, and increased promotion through logo design, packaging, and social media optimisation. The implementation of this solution is expected to help MSMEs increase market reach and sales during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior and impulse buying on the Shopee e-commerce platform, focusing on the young age group between 18 to 30 years old. In the digital era, e-commerce has changed the way of shopping, offering greater convenience and accessibility for consumers. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model, which involves collecting data through questionnaires to 50-100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that consumer behavior has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while impulse buying has no direct effect. These findings indicate that factors such as promotions and social trends play an important role in driving purchasing behavior among young consumers. This study provides insights for e-commerce managers in designing more effective marketing strategies to improve the online shopping experience.

The development of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z. This study examines the impact of e-commerce on the consumptive behavior of Gen Z students at STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro, Indonesia. E-commerce platforms offer easy access, a wide range of products, and various promotional features that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, this study investigates how promotions, social media, and other factors impact Gen Z's purchasing behaviors. The results reveal that social media has a more substantial influence on consumptive behavior than traditional promotional strategies, which were found to be less significant. This highlights the importance of social media in shaping the shopping habits of Gen Z. The findings contribute to a better understanding of e-commerce's role in influencing consumer behavior and offer recommendations for businesses and educational institutions to address the challenges associated with impulsive purchasing and financial management among students.

As technology advances, new phenomena such as digital transactions, online communication, and social media interactions significantly influence the social and economic dynamics of the Muslim community. In this context, fiqh principles need to be adjusted to remain relevant to the needs of maslahat (public interest) in contemporary times. This article aims to analyze how fiqh principles can be applied in the context of social media and e-commerce, and how they adapt to the changing times to ensure that Islamic principles continue to safeguard the welfare of the community. The approach used is a literature review, focusing on the adaptation of fiqh in facing digital technological advancements.

This study investigates the influence of live streaming commerce and online customer reviews on impulsive buying behavior, with e-trust as an intervening variable, focusing on Somethinc cosmetics among Generation Z consumers. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research gathered data from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling in Palangka Raya City. The Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that live streaming commerce has a significant positive effect on both e-trust and impulsive buying, emphasizing its role as an interactive and engaging marketing tool. Online customer reviews also positively impact e-trust and impulsive buying, albeit with a weaker effect. However, the mediating role of e-trust between these factors and impulsive buying is not statistically significant, suggesting that Generation Z consumers prioritize interactive and social aspects over trust in their purchasing decisions. This study provides valuable insights for marketers aiming to enhance impulsive buying through digital marketing strategies. Future research is encouraged to explore these relationships across various industries and demographics to broaden the understanding of impulsive buying behavior.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has unlocked new opportunities in marketing, especially through social media platforms like TikTok. This study explores the synergy between viral marketing, gimmick marketing, and influencer marketing in driving the transformation of customer behavior from passive consumers to active participants within the digital marketing ecosystem. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 200 respondents actively involved in digital marketing on TikTok as resellers, dropshippers, affiliates, and co-creators. Using the Partial Least Squares method for analysis, the findings reveal that viral marketing significantly influences the transformation of customer behavior. Similarly, gimmick marketing demonstrates a direct and significant impact on this transformation. Moreover, influencer marketing serves as a mediator, amplifying the effects of both viral and gimmick marketing on transformation of customer behavior. This behavioral shift is evident in the transition of consumers from passive roles to active contributors, taking on positions such as resellers, dropshippers, affiliates, and co-creators. At the same time, sellers are evolving from traditional marketing practices to utilizing e-commerce, social media, and live streaming to reach wider audiences. By actively engaging consumers, sellers foster a collaborative ecosystem where consumers play a pivotal role in expanding the marketing framework. To sustain long-term consumer engagement in this digital marketing ecosystem, it is essential to prioritize the selection of credible and relevant influencers while providing continuous education and support for resellers, dropshippers, and affiliates. This research strengthens the theory of planned behavior and the diffusion of innovations theory, offering fresh insights into designing marketing campaigns based on the 4Ps of digital marketing (Platform, Page, Program, and Posting) to address the needs of the digital era.

This community service activity aims to develop ornamental plant agribusiness in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, North Sumatra, through the use of digital technology and increasing understanding of business legality. Bangun Sari Village has great potential in cultivating ornamental plants, but is still limited in terms of using technology for marketing and business management. Therefore, this activity involves training and workshops that focus on the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach, as well as providing knowledge regarding the importance of business legality. The results of this activity show that the majority of participants succeeded in adopting digital technology to market their products more efficiently, increase their awareness of the importance of business legality, and expand their market network to outside the region and international markets. Thus, this activity not only improves digital skills, but also encourages significant social change, with agribusiness actors starting to see the potential of ornamental plant agribusiness as a professional and sustainable business. In the future, it is hoped that the application of digital technology in ornamental plant agribusiness will become more widespread, provide new economic opportunities for society, and support the sustainable growth of the agribusiness sector at the local and national levels.

In the digital era, the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon has impacted impulse buying behaviour among Indonesians. This also has a positive impact on businesses, which can benefit greatly from the FoMO effect. With the increasing use of social media, especially on e-commerce platforms, FoMO has become a psychological factor that determines people's impulse purchase decisions. This research examines the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) by using a qualitative method approach. This research is made through in-depth observation of the Indonesian community. This research can provide new insights for understanding people's behaviour in impulse buying in the digital era.
