Crisis aquatic biodiversity is a critical environmental issue, triggered by human activities such as overfishing, pollution, and climate change, which have serious impacts on the stability of ecosystems and the climate change, which has serious impacts on the stability of ecosystems and the livelihoods of coastal communities. livelihoods of coastal communities. The methodology used was a comprehensive literature analysis of scientific articles, journals and relevant publications. The research findings show that sustainable fisheries management, habitat restoration, environmental education and awareness, implementation of environmentally education and environmental awareness, the application of environmentally friendly technologies, and the development of supportive policies are the main strategies for sustainable fisheries management. development of supportive policies are key strategies in improve conservation effectiveness. This study aims to analyse reasoning in the opinion columns of Kabar Madura, a prominent local newspaper in Madura. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design to understand and evaluate the quality of argumentation in these opinion columns. Data were collected through content analysis and discourse analysis of opinion articles published within a specific timeframe. The findings reveal that while many articles demonstrate effective rhetorical use and a critical approach, there are deficiencies in evidence presentation and logical consistency. More experienced writers tend to construct stronger arguments supported by relevant evidence, whereas less experienced writers often struggle to formulate coherent and logical arguments. This variation in argumentative quality indicates a need for writer training and capacity development. Additionally, the analysis shows that some articles adopt a critical approach that aids readers in understanding the complexities of local issues. The local social and cultural context also influences reasoning in the opinion columns, with articles relevant to the daily lives of the Madurese community receiving more positive responses. The study concludes that enhancing reasoning quality in opinion columns can improve the credibility and impact of local media in shaping public opinion. Practical recommendations include providing training for writers and further research encompassing more local media and mixed methods for more comprehensive results. This research contributes significantly to the development of more critical and responsible journalism within the local media context in Indonesia.

Development and supervision of regional government is an important aspect in realizing good and accountable governance. In Bandung Regency, guidance and supervision is carried out by various parties, including the central government, regional government and the community. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area. The research method used is a literature study by examining various data sources, such as statutory regulations, reports on the results of coaching and supervision, and related research journals. The research results show that government development and supervision in the Bandung Regency area still has several weaknesses, such as lack of coordination between stakeholders, limited human resources, and not yet optimal use of information technology.Based on the research results, several steps are recommended to increase the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area, such as: Strengthen coordination between stakeholder, Improve the quality of human resources, Optimizing the use of information technology, Increase community participation in government development and supervision

This study aims to investigate how the financial achievements of Indonesian regional authorities are influenced by capital expenditure and PAD. The study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology. This method is used to ascertain, research, assess, and interpret any surviving studies relating to interesting phenomena using specific relevant research problems. SLRs can be used to find journals and conduct thorough reviews, each procedure adhering to standards or guidelines. In this study, 50 journals were used as references. The study's findings indicate Research findings prove that pure regional revenues provide important benefits regarding regional financial performance. This demonstrates how raising local real income can improve local governments' financial performance in satisfying development and community demands. On the other side, capital spending also significantly improves local governments' financial performance. This means that a rise in capital spending can strengthen the regional development structure and increase the competitiveness of the local economy. This research provides policy implications that “municipal authorities must focus on" pay attention to the diversification of local original income and increase fund distribution for capital investments to support economic growth and community welfare. In addition, this research also indicates the significance of effective and transparent financial management to achieve regional development goals in a sustainable manner.    

National resilience is one of the concepts of Indonesian statehood. The resilience of a nation is basically needed to guarantee and strengthen the capability of the nation concerned both in order to maintain its unity, face future threats and seek resources to meet life's needs. The research objective is to determine the urgency and challenges of national resilience and national defense for the Indonesian nation. Research results will be obtained using the Literature review research method, namely a method of collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or knowledge from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show that resilience comes from the word "hold" which means steadfast, strong, able to control oneself, persistent, and never giving up. Resilience means being able, resistant and strong to face all forms of existing challenges and threats in order to ensure survival. Furthermore, according to Law no. 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense, citizens can physically participate in defending the country by becoming members of the Indonesian National Army and Basic Military Training. If the country's economic and financial conditions permit, the possibility of military service can also be considered. Defending the Country Non-Physically, namely: Participating in citizenship education through both formal and non-formal channels. Implementing a democratic life by respecting differences of opinion and not imposing one's will in solving common problems. The phenomenon of bullying in teenagers is a problem that disrupts growth both cognitively, mentally and psychologically. This must be taken seriously considering the impact and risks for teenagers which are very detrimental to both teenagers as victims and as perpetrators and their influence on the civilization of social life. So we need action that can prevent this bullying. Therefore, this research study provides bullying education for teenagers based on the reflection of James 4:11. The method for writing this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, and collects data through books, journal articles and internet websites as a basis for writing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that parents, teachers and other community members can take steps through collaboration that can create a safe and supportive environment for all young people, especially teenagers who need assistance in undergoing their development phase. Appropriate actions in supporting teenagers so that they can recognize God, in imitating God's attitude and character, and His direction, and grow in the good and right way in God's hands so that inappropriate and good behavior, attitudes and character are carried out Adolescence can be reduced by forming an awareness of viewing others as social creatures whose existence is respected and valued.

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai is one of the PLN units that supply electricity to the community. Digital services launched by PLN in the form of PLN Mobile continue to be developed to meet customer needs and satisfaction as well as ease of access. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of efficient customer service through the use of PLN Mobile in UP3 Binjai. The literature review method is used to collect research data by using literature studies to collect materials from books and scientific journals regarding the use of PLN Mobile. From the results of the study, the PLN Mobile application provides benefits for the UP3 Binjai community to find solutions to customer electricity problems, ranging from applying for new electricity installations, checking bills, switching power, responding to complaints and power outages, to purchasing electricity tokens. However, there is a weakness, namely when customers check their bills, customers cannot see information on how much Rupiah is charged, only the month billed. This PLN Mobile application will also have a positive impact on customers and PLN employees because it is more efficient and saves time and energy for customers and employees in resolving customer complaints.

Transparency of financial reports today is very wide open with advances in technological development. Openness of financial report information allows the public to assess the quality of financial reports. The quality of good financial reports can be seen from the results of opinions by the public accounting profession who provide services to assess the fairness of financial reports. Fairness of financial reports provides the assumption that the financial reports have been prepared in accordance with the financial accounting standards applicable in Indonesia. Financial Accounting Standards provide guidance on the process of recording, measuring and presenting financial reports. A good financial report must start first with recording the accounting cycle. Understanding an entity's accounting cycle makes the auditor understand the recording and reporting model of a client entity. An accounting cycle that is understood by the auditor will be useful in providing adjustments or audit correction journals if recording errors occur. The community service program carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University with auditors at KAP Sarastanto and Pekan Kota Semarang provides several trainings related to basic accounting knowledge. This activity is expected to provide knowledge and skills in preparing financial reports in accordance with standards

this study is entitled "implementation of organizational changes in the performance of employees in the government sector of Simo village, soko district, tuban Regency". The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the organizational strengthening carried out by the Tuban District Office as one of the agencies in Tuban Regency, as well as the excellent service provided by the office. This method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach in which researchers interviewed 2 sides, namely from the side of village officials and the community. Apart from the results of interviews, researchers also use literature research methods, namely research sourced from primary and secondary empirical data from journals, articles, or other literature. Based on the results of the study showed Simo village government has conducted planning and strategy development, adjustment between strategy and actual organizational conditions, implementation of strategy, maintenance and maintenance of organizational change, and reorientation and change of strategy and improve employee performance and improve service quality

The purpose of this study is to analyze the important role of village heads in achieving sustainable village development in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative research approach, utilizing a literature review method to explore and synthesize various studies, articles, journals, and reports related to the village heads' roles. The data collection was conducted through a systematic literature search using relevant keywords such as "village head role," "sustainable village development," "community participation," "local resource management," "village-owned enterprises (BUMDes)," and "SDGs in villages." The gathered data were then analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes related to the village heads' roles in managing development, encouraging community participation, and implementing sustainable development policies. The study concludes that village heads play a multifaceted role in planning and managing village development, facilitating community participation, and ensuring transparent and accountable management of village funds. However, challenges remain, particularly in terms of corruption risks and equitable community participation. The findings emphasize the need for improved capacity building for village heads and stronger support from the government to achieve sustainable development goals at the village level.    

This research aims to determine the benefits, functions and role of entrepreneurship in improving the economy. This type of research is a qualitative description using literature study. Entrepreneurship is one of the organizations that helps in alleviating poverty. This research explores the various benefits, functions and roles of entrepreneurship in economic development. Data was collected from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, articles and relevant official publications. The findings show that entrepreneurship contributes significantly to job creation, innovation and improving community welfare. Apart from that, entrepreneurship also plays a role in encouraging local and national economic growth. The implications of this research indicate that entrepreneurship development must be supported through proactive policies and sustainable development to achieve maximum economic impact.

Women are a valuable resource who can contribute significantly to increased economic development. But the contributions made by women are sometimes less than those of males. Nonetheless, a lot of prosperous female business owners choose to enter the realm of economic entrepreneurship, particularly in the home. Women possess a number of qualities, such as strong drive and the ability to work autonomously to boost productivity via participation in many forms of education and training. Women contribute to the economy by being more inventive and creative in problem-solving and seizing possibilities that present themselves to individuals on a daily basis. Analyzing and identifying a woman entrepreneur's entrepreneurial skills in an urban MSME community is the goal of this study. This research retrieves and manages data through identifying problem topics by conducting searches based on research keywords in various sources such as Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Sage Journal, and other trusted sources. The data obtained is then analyzed critically by reviewing the ideas, knowledge and findings contained in the literature that has been collected. The research results show that education, experience and attitudes towards risk taking are very important in the entrepreneurial activities of female entrepreneurs

Preserving local culture, especially batik, is an important aspect of sustainable development in Indonesia. This research aims to see how people in Indonesia realize how important it is to preserve batik culture, especially for the community to encourage local products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data in the form of observations and interviews and secondary data in the form of literature studies, including books, journals and other internet sources. The research results found that efforts to preserve batik continue, driven by the government's commitment as a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN). Through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), creative cities like Pekalongan can become models of sustainable development by combining aspects of creativity, arts education and cultural heritage preservation. In this way, local culture is not only a national identity, but also an instrument for achieving overall sustainable development goals.

With a large water area and abundant fisheries and marine resources, fishermen in Indonesia must optimize this potential. Fishermen are one of the stakeholders and guardians of the sea who can utilize marine wealth and ensure the sustainability of Indonesia's marine resources for future generations. Fisheries development must not damage or disrupt the sustainability of fish and marine resources. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out by explaining the entire series of community service activities using a field approach. The method used is literature study by searching for and reading references in the form of books, journals, articles and news about fishing gear and their regulations. The material presented in this activity includes 1) Introducing modern and traditional fishing equipment that complies with applicable regulations. 2) Fishermen carry out fishing activities with equipment that complies with regulations so as not to damage the marine ecosystem. Fishermen use tools that are safe for the marine environment and especially in accordance with established rules.

This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

This Journal discusses the juridical analysis of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Procurement of land for the benefit of development is often collided with the stages that take time, whereas the land is needed immediately. The rules for the implementation of land acquisition state that for the acquisition of land with an area of not more than 1 hectare, it can be carried out directly by agencies that require land with the right parties. One of the problems that arise in the procurement of land is the provision of compensation to the owner of the land that will be used for construction. Article 27 of Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Acquisition for Development states that land acquisition must include an assessment of compensation and the provision of appropriate and fair compensation to the entitled party and Article 1365 of the Civil Code. This study uses empirical research methods with a case approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of compensation in land acquisition due to the construction of dam reservoirs and the inhibiting factors in the provision of compensation. The legal basis is a reference in the procurement of land in Indonesia. In practice, however, there are some obstacles to the award of damages. In the case of the construction of a reservoir dam, the government and companies have promised compensation to the public since 2013. However, as of 2019, the land has not been compensated to the community. In 2022, the land was flooded and could no longer be managed by the community, so the case had to be resolved through litigation. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of this problem and become a reference in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land acquisition in Indonesia.

This journal discusses the concept and implementation of state defense in the context of student life. State defense is an important concept to strengthen and protect the country's sovereignty, as well as build awareness and a sense of national responsibility towards their country. This journal focuses on the conceptual framework of state defense, including the values contained in the concept. Values such as patriotism, loyalty to the country, concern for the environment, and a sense of social responsibility are crucial in building a strong sense of state defense in university students. Furthermore, this journal analyzes how state defense can be implemented in everyday life as a student. The research method used is qualitative description, while the type of research is library research, the activity is carried out by collecting data related to the title which is literature. Through good civic education, active participation in social and political activities, and real contributions to state development. In addition, this journal also discusses how improving integrity as a student is an implementation of state defense and also the reasons why improving integrity and state defense are very important. The author suggests several ways that can be done to improve integrity as a student to realize state defense and citizenship in universities, expand community participation programs, and build awareness of the importance of state defense through mass media and social campaigns. This journal summarizes the importance of state defense in building and protecting state defense, and provides a framework that can be used by educational institutions in implementing the concept of state defense. It is hoped that readers of this journal will gain a better understanding of state defense and the importance of building state defense awareness.

Majelis ta’lim is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that has its own curriculum, is held regularly, and is attended by relatively large congregations. It aims to build polite and harmonious relationships between humans and Allah SWT, humans and others, and the environment, fostering a community that is devoted to Allah SWT. The majlis ta’lim system has developed since the beginning of the spread of Islam in the Arabian continent, then spread throughout the Islamic world in Asia, Africa, and Indonesia, especially those that continue to grow today with the main mission of teaching Islam to Muslims. Even in Indonesia, the majlis ta’lim is a component of national education activities. The role of the ta’lim assembly in society is to strengthen the foundation of human life in the field of Islam in order to improve the quality of life integrally, physically and spiritually, worldly and spiritually, in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely faith and piety, which underlie life in the world and all areas of its activities. This article explains the meaning, development, and role of the Majlis Ta’lim as a non-formal Islamic educational institution in Indonesia.

This journal discusses community service activities carried out in Sipultak Dolok Village, Pagaran District, Siborong-Borong in 2023. The main focus of this service is education to increase mothers' level of knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding. The research was conducted in response to the lack of understanding of mothers in the village regarding the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. The methods used involve counseling, training and interactive activities to increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the service showed a significant increase in mothers' understanding regarding the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, correct feeding techniques, and its positive impact on the baby's health. This effort aims to empower mothers in Sipultak Dolok Village to provide optimal baby care through the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. It is hoped that improved understanding will have a positive impact on the health and development of children in the village.

Service is the main task of state apparatus. The scope of public interest services and services covers a broad field of public life. This mandate is contained in the 4th paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, but in practice, Indonesian public services have not run well. Provisions of public service to public civil servants are actually the result of the functioning of state institutions as civil servants. Therefore, the position of government agencies in staffing is very strategic because it determines the extent to which the government can best serve the community. .According to the purpose of the establishment. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in improving the economy of rural communities can be seen from the indicators of this study: governance, development implementation, community empowerment, and village community empowerment. The research method used to compile this article is a library survey. That is, reviewing the journal references we find and adapting them to the topic of this article. Based on the literature and reviews conducted in these journals, we found an impact between the welfare of teaching staff and improving the quality of education.
