This study aims to analyze the implementation of strengthening character education through extracurricular activities of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at school. Strengthening character education is the main focus in an effort to form students who have religious values, discipline, and the value of reading. BTQ activities are chosen as one of the effective methods to instill these values systematically and sustainably. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, BTQ extracurricular teachers, deputy curriculum, and students. The results showed that BTQ extracurricular activities are effective in strengthening student character. Through learning to read and write the Qur'an, students not only develop religious skills but also experience strong character building, such as religious values, discipline, and love of reading. This implementation is supported by the active role of PAI teachers and the support of the school environment, but also faces several obstacles, such as time constraints and lack of student motivation. This study suggests an increase in parental involvement in supporting BTQ activities at home as well as additional time and adequate facilities to support the smooth running of these activities. Thus, it is expected that strengthening character education through BTQ can run more optimally and have a greater positive impact on students' character development.

The problem in this study is the ability to dribble the ball in futsal games at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang is not optimal. Some of the causes of the athlete's less than optimal dribbling ability are because in dribbling, players have not been supported by good agility, coaches have never provided agility training methods that lead to these abilities, as seen by the frequent loss of the ball by athletes while being dribbled and easily taken by opponents. The population in this study were 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The sample in this study was 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The technique for taking samples in this study used Total Sampling. This research method is Experimental research, The design in this study is "two group pretest posttest design" the results of Hypothesis H1 in this study where the results of the t-test are known that the t-count value is 6.770 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (6.770> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 1: There is an influence of ball feeling training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the second hypothesis t-test H2 are known that the t-count value is 4.297 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (4.297> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 2: There is an influence of ball agility training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the third hypothesis t-test H3 that the t-value of the pretest-posttest ball feeling is greater, namely 6,770, than the t-value of the pretest-posttest agility, namely 4,297, then this means that ball feeling training is more effective than agility training in improving dribbling skills

This design involves two classes, namely the experimental class. Before any treatment is carried out in the experimental group, initial observations need to be made which are called initial observations. After treatment, the experimental group needs to be re-observed with the aim of finding out what changes have occurred in the two groups after treatment. The results of this research show that. This study aims to conduct a literature review examining the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction and employee performance. Through a thorough analysis of relevant literature, this article presents significant findings from previous research. The analysis of three relevant journals reveals that OCB has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. When employees voluntarily engage in OCB behaviors that go beyond their formal job responsibilities, it tends to enhance their job satisfaction. Additionally, OCB is positively related to employee performance. Employees who engage in OCB behaviors tend to achieve better performance in various aspects of their work. In the context of education, OCB also plays a crucial role in improving teacher performance and creating a productive learning environment. Previous studies have shown that teacher OCB behaviors, such as assisting fellow teachers, providing emotional support to students, and actively participating in extracurricular activities, contribute to enhanced teacher performance and student academic achievement. This article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of OCB in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance. To create a positive and productive work environment, organizations need to encourage and appreciate OCB behaviors through recognition, appreciation, and increased participation opportunities. Although previous research findings demonstrate a positive relationship between OCB, job satisfaction, and employee performance, it is important to note that further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing OCB and the best strategies for fostering OCB behaviors in the workplace. Through a greater understanding of OCB, organizations can create a positive and empowering work environment where employees feel satisfied with their jobs and achieve optimal performance.

The aim of this study is to determine the different effects of shuttle run and zig-zag drills on dribbling skills in students participating in extracurricular activities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in the form of a two-group pretest and posttest design. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, documentation, and tests. The data analysis techniques applied are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the T-test value for the shuttle run training experiment group is 8.422, and for the zig-zag training experiment group, it is 5.606. The T-test values from both variables' pretest and posttest results conclude that there is an effect of shuttle run and zig-zag training on soccer dribbling skills in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang. It can be observed that the average time for shuttle run training before treatment was 15.10 seconds and after treatment was 14.07 seconds, while for zig-zag training, the average time before treatment was 14.47 seconds and after treatment was 13.55 seconds.
