Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to provide safety guarantees and improve the health status of workers/laborers by preventing work-related accidents and diseases, controlling  workplace hazards,  health  promotion, treatment and  rehabilitation. Occupational Health and Safety efforts include workforce, work methods/methods, work tools, work processes and work environment. In the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, the space is quite narrow due to the large number of patients visiting, so there is untidiness in the room even though the AC and windows are used. However, having 2 tables in the room makes the room increasingly narrow and difficult to work comfortably. This research aims to find out an overview of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health in the PTM room. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study design. The subjects of this research were 3 officers in the PTM room. The object of this research is the implementation of K3 and PTM rooms at the West Baktiya Community Health Center. Data was collected by participant observation and semi-structured interviews with informants. The risk factors for the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, seen from occupational safety and health factors, are that it is quite clean, no animals were found that cause disease transmission such as cockroaches, rats and others. There are no occupational safety and health signs and standard operational procedures related to occupational safety and health, while fire prevention in the PTM room at the West Baktiya Public Health Center and the West Baktiya Community Health Center itself is quite good with APAR. There needs to be signs regarding occupational safety and health and SOPs regarding occupational safety and health, especially in the PTM room.

Dry noodles are one type of noodles in Indonesia. Noodles are a type of food that is low in protein and other nutrients, but high in carbohydrates. This is because the main ingredient in making noodles uses various types of flour, one of which is wheat flour. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effect of adding genjer and spinach on the chemical and sensory qualities of dried noodles and to identify the optimal treatment combination in terms of nutritional value, antioxidant activity, and color that consumers like. The method used in this study was a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) in a two-factor variation with two repetitions, namely genjer puree concentrations of 10, 20 & 30% and spinach puree concentrations of 10, 20 & 30%. The results of the study found that the higher the concentration of genjer pulp, the higher the ash, protein, fiber, and total phenol content but not for the antioxidant activity. The addition of spinach puree apart from being a natural colorant can also help increase the fiber, ash, and antioxidant content of the noodles. Noodles had the best results of chemical analysis in the combination treatment of 20% genjer puree and 30% spinach puree with the results of 5.03% water content, 0.90% ash content, 12.12% protein, 9.93% fiber, 73.15% antioxidants, phenol 2.62 mgGAE/g. Dry noodles made from genjer and spinach have the potential to be developed because they have high antioxidant activity.

The large number of cattle breeders in Indonesia has positive and negative values. Cattle farmers generally produce livestock waste such as cow rumen. Cow rumen can be used as a starter for alternative biogas energy production, and cabbage vegetable waste has the potential to be used as raw material for making biogas, because it contains nutrients such as crude protein (PK) 22.47%, crude fat (LK) 3.05%, crude fiber (SK) 12.09%, dry matter 10.22% and extract material without nitrogen 34.96%. Apart from that, in this research cow rumen and EM4 were also used as starters for the anaerobic fermentation process. The cow's rumen contains methane bacteria, namely Methanosarcina sp, and the cow's rumen also contains quite high levels of organic compounds with a COD value of 17,183 mg/l. Effective Microorganisms (EM4) are bacteria whose function is to accelerate the degradation process of organic materials. The aim of this research is to design a biodigester, and carry out biodigester design trials. The research methods carried out are COD analysis, CH4 analysis and pH analysis. The results showed that the percentage of CH4 increased in a mixture of 100% cow rumen, because the total COD value in the substrate was directly proportional to the addition of the cow rumen composition. This can be seen from the total COD in 100% beef rumen starter of 1175 ppm.

One of the key processes in the production of APAR cylinders is the welding of cylindrical plates, which is carried out using a Longitudinal Welding Cylinder machine and the CO₂ welding method. However, in practice, operators face several challenges, mainly due to the number of process steps that do not significantly contribute to the quantity or quality of the output, resulting in reduced productivity. This study aims to improve the productivity of the welding process through a series of improvements. The methods used include data analysis and root cause identification through the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach and Lean Six Sigma using the DMAIC stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Based on the Define stage, the initial OEE value was 67.49%, which is still far below the world-class standard of 85%. In the Measure stage, Pareto analysis revealed that the largest downtime (2,097 minutes or 40%) was caused by cycle time issues. Further analysis showed that activities such as material setup, additional plate placement, and additional plate cutting (totaling 85 seconds) could still be optimized. During the Improve stage, modifications were made, such as eliminating the additional plate cutting process and adding a stopper to ensure accurate welding alignment. These improvements successfully reduced the cycle time from 180 seconds to 120 seconds, thereby decreasing downtime and increasing the OEE value to 76.12%.
