A keyelement in the growth of teaching as a professionis teacher competency. A teacher needs to be proficient in a variety of behaviors, knowledge, and abilities in order to accomplish their professional tasks, which are demonstrated in their performance. When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee. This research was motivated by Ministerial Regulation Number 23 of 2017 concerning five school days a week which has been implemented since the 2017/2018 academic year. This regulation aims to improve the quality of education through additional days of effective learning. The focus of this research is the implementation of the five school day rule at SMAN 4 Kediri City and its impact on student learning motivation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the five-day school rule is implemented from Monday to Friday, from 07.00 to 15.00 WIB. Saturdays are used for rest or extracurricular activities. Most students are happy because they have more time to rest and develop their non-academic potential at the weekend. However, some students feel tired with busy schedules, especially during the day, which reduces their enthusiasm and motivation for learning. Overall, the implementation of the five school day rule at SMAN 4 Kediri City has both positive and negative impacts on student learning motivation.

This research aims to understand and analyze the mathematics learning difficulties faced by class VII students at SMPN 35 Medan. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research explores the factors that cause learning difficulties and provides solutions that can be implemented. The research method involves written tests and interviews with students and teachers. The results of the research reveal that students face challenges in understanding basic concepts such as algebra, linear equations, equivalent and non-equivalent comparisons, as well as plane figures and spatial figures. Internal and external factors, such as students’ cognitive abilities and less effective teaching methods, influence their mathematics performance. This research suggests a more interactive learning approach, training for teachers, collaboration between schools and parents, and regular evaluation to improve students’ mathematical understanding and performance in the future. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to efforts to improve the quality of mathematics learning in schools.

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. This article concludes that personnel management transformation is a strategic step that must be taken by Islamic educational institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of the current world of education. . The ability of a nation to progress depends on its level of education. The quality of human resources produced is influenced by how good the quality of education is. Therefore, teachers play an important role in ensuring the success of education. Teachers' skills in teaching are key in creating meaningful learning for students. This research is intended to understand the teacher's skills in organizing learning variations, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam Sangatta. The research method used is a qualitative approach of field research type through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study highlighted the importance of variations in teaching styles, the use of media and learning tools, as well as communication patterns of interaction with students in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. The findings show that variation in learning plays a key role in motivating learners and teachers have an important role in ensuring such variation through three main components, especially in PAI learning at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam, namely variation in teaching styles that can be used by developing existing learning methods to be more varied and involve more activities for learners, the use of IT-based learning media and tools, and communication patterns of interaction with learners that can be done with many-way communication. Learning variations not only make teaching and learning activities more interesting but also facilitate better understanding for learners in order to achieve the desired learning objectives

This study to explore the application of scientific methods in German language learning with the theme "Unterwegs". The research was conducted in the context of a Micro Learning course involving 34 students. By implementing 11 indicators of the scientific approach and five main steps, namely observation/observation, asking questions, gathering information, association/information gathering and communication. This research shows that the scientific method can improve learning quality and student engagement. The results confirm that the scientific approach applied flexibly and creatively is not only effective but can also deepen students' understanding of the material. The findings provide important insights for the development of more effective and engaging language teaching methods.

Education aims to improve the quality of human life which is technically through lectures. A good lecture produces a positive influence on students' ability. The interaction between lecturers and students in the class is an important role in achieving the goals. Linear Algebra is an important subject in the Mathematic. Many students think that Linear Algebra are difficult. Linear Algebra at the Faculty of Computer Science, Dharma AUB University of Surakarta have not been able to improve students' understanding of Linear Algebra concepts. Because of class that are centered on lecturers. Based on the description above, the author applies the TAPPS (Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving) cooperative learning model to increase concept understanding of Linear Algebra. Formulation of the problem in this research: "Is there an increase concept understanding of Linear Algebra after using the TAPPS learning model?". This research is a qualitative descriptive group with the type of Classroom Action Research. The data used are field notes and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an increase in understanding of the concept of Linear Algebra through the TAPPS (Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving) model.

The application of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the educational context has become an increasingly important topic in efforts to improve the quality of learning. This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study to collect information related to the application of SIM in education. The application of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the educational context has become an increasingly important topic in efforts to improve the quality of learning. MIS helps educational institutions to manage information efficiently, increase data accessibility, and improve decision-making processes. This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study to collect information related to the application of SIM in education. Implementing MIS can provide various benefits, including increased efficiency in educational administration, monitoring student performance, and better decision making based on accurate and up-to-date data. SIM also helps in improving communication between various stakeholders in educational institutions, such as teachers, students, parents, and school management. Thus, the implementation of SIM can significantly improve the quality of learning and help educational institutions to achieve their educational goals.

The use of Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) can be an effective tool in achieving quality education. The purpose of this study is to understand how the implementation of Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) can improve the quality of education. This research adopts a literature review method. In the implementation of Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) in various schools, including MI Muhammadiyah Paremono, SMKN 1 Cijulang, SMP Hasim As'ari Tegalombo, and MAN 2 Ponorogo, it is evident that the use of information technology contributes positively to improving the quality of education. Various applications such as SIMPATIKA, e-learning, fingerprint, and web applications have assisted in managing information, enhancing the learning process, measuring learning outcomes, and facilitating the enrollment of new students. However, the implementation process does not always proceed smoothly due to various supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors, such as cooperation between parties and efforts to overcome obstacles, facilitate the smooth implementation of EMIS. On the other hand, technical challenges, human resource difficulties, and student challenges in following learning through applications are obstacles that need to be addressed.

Leadership in educational administration is a crucial aspect in achieving effective and efficient educational goals. This article aims to deeply examine various aspects of leadership in educational administration, including understanding, necessary skills, applied leadership styles, and specific functions that leaders must perform. The research method used is literature review, encompassing analysis of various literature and previous studies related to educational leadership. The research findings indicate that effective leadership in educational administration requires a combination of technical skill, human skill, and conceptual skill, along with the application of leadership styles suitable to the institutional context. Leadership functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling are also crucial to ensure efficient operations and goal achievement. The implications of this study provide insights and practical recommendations for educational leaders to enhance the performance and quality of their institutions, as well as to create an environment that supports learning and growth.

This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties faced by 5th-grade students at SD Negeri Bandung in reading, writing, and arithmetic. The analysis revealed that the majority of students are at a frustration level in all three aspects, indicating a lack of fundamental understanding. This study also highlights the urgent need for more comprehensive and systemic educational reforms, focusing on improving teaching quality, adaptive learning methods, and holistic support for students. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of basic education and employing more inclusive teaching methods are crucial to address the varying levels of student abilities and learning styles.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has an important role in shaping the character and noble character of students. Quality PAI teaching materials are one of the determining factors for successful learning. This study aims to describe the principles and characteristics of effective PAI teaching materials. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from books, scientific journals, and other reliable sources. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques and then selected and compared and classified, and the final stage drew conclusions according to the truth. The results of the study found that PAI teaching materials are learning tools designed to assist teachers and students in achieving the learning objectives of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Good and quality PAI teaching materials will help students understand Islamic teachings more easily and explore, as well as practice them in everyday life. In addition, the characteristics of PAI teaching materials that are different from teaching materials in general make additional capital for the realization of the ideals expected by Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti to students. By paying attention to these principles and characteristics, Islamic Religious Education teaching materials can help students to achieve the expected learning objectives, namely to become a Muslim person who has faith, devotion, and noble character.

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) The efforts of the Civic’s teacher in developing students’ moral quality in SDK LAMAWOHONG , Rubitvillage, District, Regency and(2) The challenges encountered by the teacher in developing student’s moral quality. This research was being held on February 29rd until March 29st, 2023. The type of this research is a qualitative research and the data collecting techniques was by using observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research shows that teacher as the moral agent should integrating the moral values by using Moral education, norm, ethics and religion in their learning process, and as the motivator by giving reward and punishment to the students. The challenges of this research were a limited time allocation, peer friends association, student’s disobedience behavior, and globalization impact in culture. The conclusion of this research is the Civics teacher had given good efforts in developing students’ moral quality. It was shown in some great efforts that had been given in their learning process.

The right information can be obtained with good data management. For accurate business decision making, organizations need this information. It is very important for vocational school students to understand data processing so that they can improve their performance in the industrial sector. As a strategy for preparing vocational school students for the world of work, training in using Microsoft Office Excel 2013 for data processing is very useful. At SMKN 1 Praya Tengah, students are involved as partners in this training. The program begins with a pre-test to measure students' initial abilities, followed by scheduling training with partners, creating material based on pre-test results, implementing training, and closing with an evaluation of learning outcomes. The results show students' ability to use various formulas in Microsoft Office Excel 2013 to process data. This contributes to improving graduate skills and the quality of education at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah.

The aim of this research is to determine the development of rural sociology students' competence in analyzing village community life through the application of social inquiry learning methods. The research method applied in this study is the action research method. This research is included in the applied research category which integrates knowledge, research and action. This research explains the effectiveness of social inquiry learning methods in improving the analytical competence of rural sociology students. The social inquiry method, which emphasizes active student involvement through exploration and investigation of social phenomena, has proven effective in improving students' understanding, analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Through applying this method, students not only understand rural sociology theory but are also able to apply it in empirical analysis. The implementation of this method in the form of action research shows a significant increase in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. The research results show that students who are involved in the social inquiry method are able to carry out a more in-depth analysis of social phenomena in rural areas, as well as showing increased cooperation skills and courage in discussions. This conclusion is supported by observation results which show an increase in the quality of learning and the results of student self-evaluation.

Literacy and numeracy are basic competencies needed by students to analyze reading and numbers in various contexts.  Based on the research results, it is known that the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still very lacking. For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, is holding a program called the Teaching Campus, which invites students to contribute to strengthening students' literacy and numeracy learning, especially at the junior high school level. Students work directly to help schools, teachers and students according to school conditions and existing needs. The student activities in implementing this campus teaching program are prepared in the form of a RAK (Collaborative Action Plan). However, before that the students are handed over by the field supervisor to the school, then the students carry out school observations. Once they felt they had enough observation data, students created a RAK with the main target of developing the quality of literacy and numeracy. In line with this, students carry it out together with a team that has been formed by the campus teaching program organizing committee. All activities include teaching in class, calistung tutoring, garden improvements, green parks, Bible study, art lessons, literacy trees, reading corners, helping with administration in employee offices, student character training, mutual cooperation, morning cleaning, helping with daily pickets, and development Student talent is a program that the student team carries out during the assignment period at the placement school for the class 7 campus teaching program at SMP Negeri 1 Palipi, JL. Mogang Harbor District. Palipi, Kab. Samosir.

Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

Management is a very important process in an organization, especially in the field of education. Management can help create a conducive environment for students, improve the quality of education, and achieve the desired educational goals.  Therefore, this research aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the education system at SMP N 27 Medan through the implementation of effective and sustainable education management. Educational management is considered a process consisting of several stages, namely planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The techniques used in this research are theoretical and literature analysis methods, as well as data collection through surveys and observations. The research results show that the majority of teachers at SMP N 27 Medan feel that the education and management system in their school is quite effective and efficient. However, there are several areas that require further improvement or improvement. This research shows that effective education management must focus on improving the quality of teaching staff, utilizing technology to increase access and effectiveness of learning, and strengthening the bureaucratic system to make it more efficient and responsive to educational needs. In this way, the education system at SMP N 27 Medan can run more effectively and efficiently, as well as improve the quality of education, effectiveness of learning and the quality of teaching staff.
