Hypertension is a non-communicable disease with a high prevalence in Indonesia, including in Tasikmalaya City, and shows a trend of increasing cases from year to year. This condition requires planned promotive and preventive efforts that involve community participation. This study aims to increase public knowledge about hypertension and the importance of physical activity as a preventive measure through the SERASI (Senam Raga Sehat, Cegah Hypertensi) program. The methods used include community-based health education, blood pressure checks, pre- and post-tests to measure changes in knowledge, and structured healthy exercise activities. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge after the intervention, reflected in the difference in pre- and post-test scores with a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). In addition, healthy exercise activities increased community participation and involvement, and encouraged the formation of sustainable physical activity habits. Overall, the SERASI program has proven effective in increasing community knowledge, awareness, and behavioral changes towards hypertension prevention, thus potentially supporting risk factor control and improving the quality of local community health. These findings are relevant for planning sustainable local and national community-based public health programs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and self-control on personal financial management among students of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja, class of 2022. The research uses a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents selected through the Slovin formula. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression, as well as validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing. The results show that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, while financial attitudes and self-control do not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant impact on the students' personal financial management. These findings suggest that students' personal financial management is influenced by a combination of financial understanding, attitudes toward money management, and the ability to control their financial behavior. This indicates the importance of enhancing financial knowledge as a key factor in improving personal financial management among students, while attitudes and self-control need further attention to achieve better financial management.

This research investigates the Peak Particle Velocity (PPV) resulting from blasting operations at Pit Pinang, PT Bukit Baiduri Energi, employing two prediction approaches: Non-Linear Geometric Regression and the USBM Oriard’s Formula. Ground vibration measurements were recorded over a one-month period, from October 9 to November 8, 2025. The findings indicate that the non-linear regression model achieves a higher predictive accuracy of 78.62%, outperforming the USBM Oriard’s Formula, which reaches 68.2%. Variations between the observed and estimated PPV values were affected by factors such as the location of geophones, differences in explosive charges, and alterations in borehole depths. In addition, the study evaluates optimal explosive charge recommendations in accordance with SNI 7571:2010 standards to mitigate potential structural damage in surrounding areas. By highlighting these predictive discrepancies and providing practical guidance on charge management, the research offers valuable insights for improving blasting safety and minimizing vibration impacts on nearby infrastructure. The comparison of methods emphasizes the importance of selecting appropriate prediction models to ensure both operational efficiency and environmental safety.

The National Health Insurance Program (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional or JKN) is a government initiative aimed at ensuring equitable, accessible, and affordable healthcare services for all Indonesian citizens. Since its implementation in 2014, the program has covered more than 90% of the population; however, several challenges remain, particularly concerning the quality of services at primary healthcare facilities such as community health centers (puskesmas). This study aims to analyze the quality of JKN services at the Cengkareng Public Health Center, West Jakarta, using the five dimensions of service quality proposed by Parasuraman: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis involving healthcare workers and JKN patients. The findings indicate that the overall service quality at Puskesmas Cengkareng remains suboptimal. The tangibles and assurance dimensions are relatively good, while reliability, responsiveness, and empathy are still lacking. Major complaints include long waiting times, poor doctor–patient communication, and unfriendly staff attitudes. These findings highlight the need for improving human resource professionalism, strengthening service management systems, and conducting periodic evaluations to enhance the overall quality and patient satisfaction among JKN participants.

This research aims to analyse the implementation of digital innovation in passport services at the Class I Immigration Office Tanjung Perak as part of bureaucratic reform and Good Governance initiatives. The study employed a qualitative case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, to assess the successes and challenges of digital systems such as SIMKIM and M-Paspor. The findings reveal that digital innovation has successfully improved operational efficiency and generally provided transparency into costs and application status, whilst reducing queuing times and increasing service speed, thereby enhancing public satisfaction and trust in immigration services. However, the innovation has not fully addressed structural and cultural bureaucratic barriers, as field officers tend to become passive when systems experience errors or delays, struggling to provide detailed explanations about issues, which results in information ambiguity and potentially undermines procedural transparency and performance accountability principles. The study concludes that bureaucratic reform in the immigration sector requires internal cultural updates and enhanced human resource competencies to support comprehensive transparency and accountability. Digital infrastructure instability and officers' discretionary authority significantly influence the effectiveness of digital innovation. Whilst digital innovation offers substantial benefits in efficiency and transparency, its success depends heavily on strengthening systems, improving human resource skills, and fostering organisational cultural change, with continuous efforts essential for achieving effective, transparent, and accountable public service.

This study aims to explore the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for immigration services at TPI Tanjung Priok Port and examine its impact on service effectiveness in Indonesia's maritime sector. The research employed a qualitative approach to analyse the gap between formal SOP guidelines and on-the-ground practices, examining internal and external factors, including resource limitations, technological constraints, and inter-agency coordination issues. The findings reveal significant disparities that lead to both positive and negative discretion amongst frontline Immigration officers, influencing service consistency, efficiency, and transparency. Negative discretion results in procedural deviations that compromise reliability and potentially foster corruption, delays, and inefficiencies. In contrast, positive discretion emerges as adaptive responses indicating weaknesses in SOP design or infrastructure. The study concludes that enhancing frontline officers' competence, motivation, and accountability is essential for achieving desired outcomes, whilst integrating technological solutions such as digital documentation and real-time monitoring is vital for streamlined, transparent, and accountable procedures. Improving SOP adherence, coupled with better resource allocation and inter-institutional cooperation, can significantly reduce vessel turnaround times, lower logistics costs, and bolster maritime competitiveness. The research advocates for dedicated training programmes, supervisory systems, and technological innovations to ensure SOP compliance, minimise discretion-driven deviations, and promote accountability, thereby optimising maritime service delivery and supporting Indonesia's strategic maritime development objectives.
