MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy. However, the performance of MSMEs is often not optimal due to various challenges, such as limited access to financing, lack of financial literacy, and high dependence on government policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and government policies on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City. A quantitative research design was applied in this study. Primary data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 100 selected MSME actors using the accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out in August - September 2024. Data analysis used the Smart Partial Last Square (PLS) 4 program which includes measuring the outer model and inner model. In testing the outer model, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability tests were carried out. In testing the inner model, an evaluation was carried out on multicollinearity, R-squared, goodness of fit, F Square, and path coefficients. The results of the study showed that both financial literacy and government policies had a positive effect on MSME performance, but were not statistically significant. The results of this study imply that financial literacy and government policies need to be improved in terms of implementation and relevance to provide a more tangible impact on MSME performance. This study examines the transformation of waqf in the digital era through the waqf crowdfunding model and cash waqf savings products from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Waqf, which is traditionally manifested in the form of immovable assets, has now developed into movable assets such as cash waqf, supported by Law No. 41 of 2004. Digital innovations, such as waqf crowdfunding, allow wider community participation with small amounts for productive social projects, while cash waqf savings products in Islamic banking manage funds productively with the proceeds channeled to education, health, and public infrastructure. Despite having great potential in socio-economic development and in line with the Hifdzu Maal principle in Maqashid Syariah, the implementation of digital waqf still faces challenges such as unclear regulations, lack of public awareness, risk of mismanagement, and limited investment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, case studies, and normative-sociological with in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies as data collection techniques. The research subjects were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, as well as triangulation of sources and methods for data validity. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical contributions and practical recommendations for the management of digital waqf that is professional, transparent, and beneficial to the community.

Globalization affects the development of technology that facilitates human activities, but also presents a threat in the form of cyber crime. Cyber crime utilizes computers and the internet as its main tools. However, KUHAP has not fully regulated the validity of electronic evidence which is vital in handling cyber crime cases. This lack of clarity will not provide justice, benefit, and legal certainty to the community, as the purpose of the law itself should be. Therefore, the discussion of the validity of electronic evidence is important, considering its influence in deciding a case. With the alignment of das sein and das sollen, it is hoped that the real purpose of law will be achieved. This research highlights the urgency of legal reform along with technological developments in order to reduce the reduction of legal objectives and realize dynamic positive law in Indonesia. This type of research is normative juridical research or normative legal research. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of relevant laws.
