This study analyzes the transformation of economic education towards educational investment as a means of strengthening human resources (HR) through a bibliometric approach. By utilizing Scopus basic data and the VOSviewer analysis tool, the study examines the trends in publications over the past ten years, focusing on key areas such as educational economics, educational investment, and HR development. The findings highlight that innovations in educational economics, including the integration of digital technology, project-based learning, and collaborations between educational institutions, government, and industry, are crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of educational investments. Additionally, the study reveals that the proper allocation of educational funds for infrastructure development, improving teaching quality, and implementing skills-based training programs significantly contributes to increasing workforce competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic growth. The research emphasizes that educational investment strategies must be aligned with the needs of industry and global challenges to foster adaptive and innovative human resources. Moreover, it stresses the importance of designing educational policies that are comprehensive, addressing the aspirations of individuals and the relevance of education to the labor market. Ultimately, the study offers valuable academic insights and practical recommendations for policymakers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. It also provides guidance for developing effective strategies that optimize educational investment and support the cultivation of superior HR capable of driving future economic progress.

This research is entitled Water Governance on Optimizing Clean Water Distribution to Meet Community Needs in Lembur Village, Komba City District, East Manggarai Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the water governance process in Lembur Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This study examines water governance on community needs using 3 important aspects, namely, the content layer, the institutional layer and the relationship layer. The results of the study show that the implementation of water governance in terms of the content layer is constrained in providing ineffective information, especially during the delivery of program work and policy making, officer training only occurs during National Programs such as PPIP and PAMSIMAS, while those managed by villages do not conduct training due to budget shortages, and policy strategies that are not optimal cause some people to not get clean water supply, but in the aspect of the institutional layer from the organizational side, there has been a division of roles and responsibilities, there is a strict structure and supervision, but there is a miscommunication between the overtime village government and clean water officers, even from the aspect of financing, budget realization that is not in line with the results in the field, then in the aspect of the relationship layer on the participation side,  The community is not involved in the completion of clean water work and deliberately dismantles the pipes that have been worked. Financial alkalization and decision-making are not transparent and communication between the government and the community is not effective.

This research aims to analyze and explain the implementation of the social inclusion-based library transformation policy at Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur Archives and Libraries Office. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study research type and data collection procedures using in-depth interviews. The research findings show that the implementation of the Social Inclusion-Based Library Transformation (SIBLT) policy at the Office of Archives and Libraries of Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur has not been carried out massively. This is due to various factors, such as limited resources, including budget, time, human resources, and facilities and infrastructure; miscommunication between related organizations that have the authority to implement SIBLT; poor characteristics of the implementing agency, limited competence and number of staff, inconsistent level of hierarchical control, and poor formal and informal relationships between agencies; economic, social, and political factors, where economic resources are limited, community involvement is quite low, and support from the provincial government is inconsistent; implementing disposition issues, where SIBLT policy implementing actors do not have sufficient understanding of the program in question, and program implementing staff do not have sufficient intensity in implementing the SIBLT program.

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, solvency, liquidity and company size on company value during the invasion of Russia and Ukraine in sub-sector companies food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. The population in this research is sub-sector companies food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. The research sample was 25 sub-sector companies food and beverage obtained by technique purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is library research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially profitability and solvency have a significant effect on company value. Furthermore, liquidity and company size have no effect on company value. The variables profitability, solvency, liquidity and company size simultaneously influence company value. The variables profitability, solvency, liquidity and company size in this study can explain company value during the Russian and Ukrainian invasion of sub-sector companies food and beverage which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period with a value of R square amounting to 49.4%.

The objectives of this study are: 1) Knowing the influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 2) Knowing the influence of the learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. 3) Knowing the influence of discipline and learning environment on the learning outcomes of economics subjects of grade XI IPS students of SMA Yos Sudarso Majenang. The data analysis technique used in this study are data instrument test, classic assumption test,multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. Public services organized by the state aim to fulfill the needs of citizens. Therefore, the government has an obligation to improve the quality of services provided. The South Tangerang City Government made innovations in organizing services through the construction of the Public Service Mall. This research aims to find out how the effectiveness of services at the South Tangerang City Public Service Mall. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of services at the South Tangerang City Public Service Mall based on the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat (2009: 103) has been running quite effectively, but there are still some obstacles in the implementation of these services.

Online consultation is an idea from e-government in the health services sector that uses technology to integrate health services at Community Health Centers. The aim is to simplify bureaucratic processes in health services to the community. In practice, there are still several obstacles that arise, such as a lack of outreach efforts, slow response times from consultations, and recording that is not automatic because it still relies on WhatsApp. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of "online consultation" to improve the quality of public services at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center, South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation as complements. This research was analyzed using 4 (four) indicators of effectiveness, namely: (1) Accuracy of Program Targets, (2) Program Socialization, (3) Achievement of Program Objectives, and (4) Program Monitoring. The research results show that the effectiveness of the "online consultation" service at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center has not been achieved because there are still many people who do not know the information about this service. The socialization program for this service is not yet optimal because many people are still not aware of its existence. The program's objectives have also not been achieved well because the "online consultation" service has not been running smoothly and only a small number of people are using it. From the results of this research, it is concluded that online health services at the Pondok Betung Community Health Center, South Tangerang City have not reached the expected level of effectiveness.

This research aims to explore the potential of social media in supporting the implementation of public information disclosure policies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, participant observation, and social media content analysis. The collected data is analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and insights relevant to the research objectives. Results This research reveals that social media has significant potential in strengthening the implementation of public information disclosure policies. Social media can facilitate wide dissemination of information, enhance public participation, and promote government transparency and accountability. However, challenges such as digital literacy, regulations, and adequate policies must be addressed to fully utilize the potential of social media.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to real analysis lecture problems. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 7 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2019-2024. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the problems of real analysis lectures, namely: 1) to find out what factors influence students' learning difficulties during real analysis courses, 2) to find out students' reasoning abilities in real analysis courses, 3) to find out how much students know about the connection between real analysis and school mathematics.

The development of the automotive industry continues to grow rapidly and has modifications. The Alva One company is famous for producing electric motorbikes with one of the launches of its newest electric motorbike called Alva One XP. The popularity of Alva One brand products has encouraged the implementation of product monitoring or brand monitoring from news reports via the website. This research aims to see the level of positive sentiment, mentions and reach of the most influential websites. The research method was carried out by quantitative descriptive analysis and using a positivsm approach. Data collection is assisted by Brand24 application tools which focus on news website media. The research results illustrate the extent of positive sentiment received, the number of mentions and reach of the websites that have the most influence on reporting on the Alva One brand.

Sukomulyo Village, a village around Borobudur's Super Priority Tourism Destination, wants to develop into a tourist destination. The correct form of tourist destination is to become a tourist village. Efforts to become a tourist village are certainly a challenging thing. It is necessary to conduct research first to find out the village's potential so that it can declare it to be a tourist village because it has adequate facilities. To achieve the goal, cooperation efforts are needed between the village government and the villagers to create synergy in understanding. In addition, it is necessary to explore the potential of Sukomulyo village to determine its readiness to become a tourist village. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods through field observations and interview discussions. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of Sukomulyo village to become a new tourist village around the Super Priority Tourism Destination of Borobudur and produce tour packages. The results of this study show that the potential of Sukomulyo village can be designed as a strategy to become a tourist village to attract potential tourists.

Job insecurity is a major concern among employees in various organizations, including public health centers in Banjarmasin City, Indonesia. A systematic literature review was conducted to investigate the influence of job insecurity on turnover intention among community health center employees in Banjarmasin. The results of the analysis carried out on 14 articles showed that job insecurity had a positive effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity can lead to stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction, which can negatively impact an employee's commitment to their organization and increase their intention to leave. All studies used quantitative research methods with survey techniques for data collection. Strategies to enhance job security perceptions, such as improving communication transparency, offering career development opportunities, and implementing fair and consistent human resource practices, may help mitigate turnover intentions. The findings of the studies highlight the importance of addressing job insecurity to reduce turnover intention and improve employee retention in primary health care in Banjarmasin. Investing in initiatives that cultivate a sense of job security and stability among health workers can contribute to the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of primary healthcare service delivery in the region.

WHO 2021 reports that more than 300 million children under 5 years of age do not fulfill their development potential and most of them are children living on the Asian and African continents. Data from Hermina Hospital, the prevalence of Speech Delay in 2023 is 150 cases. In one day of research, 15 respondents were obtained. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and parental knowledge and speech delay in preschool-aged children at Hermina Hospital. Padang.This type of research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional analytical design. The research was conducted in March – August 2023 at Hermina Padang Hospital. The research population was all mothers who had preschool children aged 3-5 years at Hermina Padang Hospital. The sampling technique was Accedental Sampling. Data collection used primary and secondary data. Univariate analysis used descriptive statistical tests and Bivariate analysis used the chi square test.The results of this research are based on the results of the Chi square test (α= 0.005) showing that there is no significant relationship between Parenting Patterns (p-value = 0.188) and there is a significant relationship between Parental Knowledge (p-value 0.032) and Speech Delay.It was concluded that there was still a lack of maternal knowledge about the importance of parenting styles and parental knowledge in children's growth and development. It is hoped that from the results of this research, parents can pay more attention to children's growth and development and that health workers can serve as a reference for improving services in reducing the incidence of speech delays.

Herbal medicine is a traditional medicine that is in great demand because it is made from natural ingredients with minimal side effects. This creates irresponsible producers who add BKO to increase sales. One of the medicinal chemicals that is often added is diclofenac sodium. The aim of this research is to review the journal of medicinal chemical analysis (BKO) of sodium diclofenac in herbal medicine in order to determine the effectiveness of the stationary phase and mobile phase in the thin layer chromatography method and the effectiveness of the solvent in UV-Vis spectrophotometry in the analysis of the medicinal chemical of sodium diclofenac in preparations herbal medicine. This research method is a literature study, by searching for articles on the Google Scholar database. Problem/Background: Public order and community peace is a description of a situation where people can carry out their daily activities in a calm, orderly and controlled manner, thus supporting the achievement of sustainable development in an area. There are many problems related to public order and peace, one of which occurs in Gorontalo City itself. In Gorontalo, there have been various violations of public order and order, such as violations of loose animals, violations of residence permits, street vendors, distribution of alcoholic drinks, violations of population management, vagrancy, beggars and street children, as well as perverted couples. boarding house. And the most frequent cases in Gorontalo City are violations related to the distribution of alcoholic drinks and exploitation of couples in boarding houses. Objective: The aim of this research is to find out how effective Satpol PP is in ensuring public peace and order i\\n Gorontalo City. Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, where an overview of facts and information in the field is obtained through data collection techniques, namely. observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Results/Findings: The results of this research indicate that maintaining public order and tranquility at the Gorontalo Satpol PP has not been effective. There are many influencing factors, such as the many inhibiting factors found during research.
