This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

Utilization of local raw materials available in the market can be the basis for the development of entrepreneurship training activities at the Gembor Farmer Group in the Benpasi area. In the implementation of this activity, it is done by looking for several people who are members of farmer groups or communities in the area to join in developing these activities. This is done to provide knowledge to the community to take advantage of the existing potential so that the resulting product can be sold at a reasonable price at the consumer level and provide hope for an increase in demand for a product. One form of this entrepreneurship is by training to make some processed products or market snacks such as several kinds of cakes which can later be used for the sales process to consumers. This will have an effect on increasing the community's income if the price is sold in accordance with the costs incurred. This training program is carried out by providing a positive influence on knowledge for the community so that in the future they can also play a role in developing these activities.

Research Design: The research employs the method of analytical observation with a cross-sectional design. The sample consists of 59 postpartum mothers who gave birth between January and April of 2022. The analysis of data uses Chi Square. Research Results: This study resulted in the distribution of the frequency of the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic anxiety on the smoothness of breastfeeding as many as 24 people (40.7%) while on smooth breastfeeding for postpartum mothers as many as 33 people (55.9%), who experienced Covid19 anxiety levels in postpartum mothers. the medium category was 19 people (32.2%), the level of anxiety of the Covid-19 pandemic in postpartum mothers was low as many as 16 people (10.2%) while breastfeeding was not smooth in postpartum mothers as many as 26 people (44, 1%) P value: 0.000 which is smaller than (0.05). Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.
