This article examines the growing cybersecurity challenges accompanying digital innovation and how strategic management can mitigate risks. Through case studies of cyberattacks on innovative technologies, the study outlines best practices for risk assessment, incident response, and integrating security into the innovation lifecycle. Findings emphasize the need for a proactive approach to cybersecurity in digital innovation strategies.

Empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a crucial strategy for enhancing business capacity and family economic welfare. This community service activity employed a participatory approach and continuous mentoring to actively involve MSME actors in all stages, from planning, training, to evaluation. The results indicate an increase in MSME actors' understanding of proper business management, systematic financial recording, and effective marketing strategies. Additionally, technical skills improved, including the ability to maintain daily cash books, income-expenditure reports, and manage operational costs and business capital. The impact of this activity is reflected in increased income, family economic stability, and enhanced economic independence of MSME actors. These findings highlight that MSME empowerment through a participatory approach and sustained mentoring contributes to family economic improvement, community economic resilience, and inclusive, sustainable local economic development

MSMEs contribute 61.07% of GDP, equivalent to 8.6 trillion. The Surabaya local government is developing MSMEs by encouraging its people through increasing creativity and innovation so that they can create new business ideas. The purpose of this service is to help produce an innovative drink that has many properties, explore the properties possessed by sappan wood and Indonesian spices in the drink, learn to design a creative and innovative business, help develop MSMEs in the region. The service method carried out is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) because the area already has MSME assets in the form of wedang secang which needs product innovation to further expand the market. The results of this service increase sales of wedang secang MSMEs through new product innovations of secang with added milk.

children are the successors of the family and the nation. In Kedung Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono Subdistrict, the development is very dense which requires the community to compete to continue living. This community service focuses on introducing the concept of trading to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The main objective of this community service is to introduce the concept of trading to children or santri at TPQ Alif Lam Mim, Kedung Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono District with the aim of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The strategy method in this community service is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results of the service showed that there were children's characters who began to dare to express opinions in negotiations based on what they wanted to get and began to grow their interest in entrepreneurship which was reflected in their enthusiasm.

The aim of implementing community service is to strengthen the role of cadre communication in supporting the success of the development of the Family Planning Village program in Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City and teaching recommended by Islam regarding ways of communicating. The method used is through lectures and questions and answers. The implementation of the KB Village program activities in the Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City, at the workshop stage, provided the concept of understanding the concepts and indicators of success of the KB Village as well as assigning KB Village cadres to be given training so that each cadre can convey information and educational communications to community members. Background: Looking at developments in vocational schools, vocational schools in profile are education at the secondary level which has the aim of developing the skills possessed by female students. Basically, in this vocational school, skills are still obtained as a result of the direct learning process every day at the school. Then graduating students can immediately enter industry. The aim of this research is training in making joint techniques for wall lock kapstok products for vocational school students and female students. Training method for making joint techniques on wall lock kapstok products for vocational school students and students. First of all, through the preparation of reference images, the drawing process, the design process and the capstock making process (hemming process, forming process, engraving, finishing materials. There were 15 vocational school students participating. Results: Vocational school students understood the training in making joint techniques in Wall lock kapstok products Conclusion: So the training activity for making joint techniques on wall lock kapstok products for vocational school students and students is an activity that can raise existing problems, especially for vocational school students who previously knew about design science but Finally, we can produce functional Kapstok products.

Fraud in the accounting field is fraud that involves data manipulation, asset theft, or other violations of business ethics. The Bitung City Regional Financial and Asset Agency is one of the agencies that is vulnerable to fraud. BKAD has the task of assisting the Mayor through the Regional Secretary in carrying out supporting functions in government affairs in the field of finance and regional assets. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method, a quantitative method, namely a research method that uses numbers and statistics in collecting and analyzing data that can be measured. The results of this research indicate that Fraud Risk Assessment has a significant positive effect on Time Pressure on Regional Financial Agencies and Assets. Auditors do not ignore audit procedures and can complete the audit process well even though the time pressure available to complete the audit is limited, auditors are able to indicate the occurrence of fraud either from suspicious documentation or changes in someone's behavior. Researchers concluded that Fraud Risk Assessment had a significant positive effect on Internal Control at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD). This indicates that the higher the level of fraud risk assessment possessed by the auditor, the greater the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

Export activities in the long term can provide foreign exchange income for the country concerned, which will later be used to increase the growth of the country's economy, finance import needs and domestic development. A study by Kusuma and Twin (2012) concluded that exports had a positive and significant effect on national foreign exchange reserves. Exports are therefore one of the important benchmarks to know how much economic growth is in a country. The fluctuating state of exports in Indonesia is a very important thing to pay attention to. Especially in the face of the era of free trade in the Southeast Asia region or the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Indonesia is expected to improve its export performance, so that it can compete with other countries. Then it is necessary to know what factors affect the increase and decrease in the value of Indonesia's exports. From the data processing it is known that interest rates and exchange rates together have a significant effect on total exports with α = 0.00390 < from α = 0.05. Parasially, the Bungan tribe had a negative and significant effect on total exports with a significance value of α = 0.0003 < of α = 0.05, and the exchange rate against the US dollar had a positive and significant effect on total exports with a significance value α = 0.0130 < of α = 0.05.

This means that if the workload is increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. Shopping activities have become a dominant phenomenon in people's lives, one of which is among students. Students are an important segment in society, so they have become a shopping preference that deserves to be understood more deeply. The aim of this research is to analyze student behavior and preferences from shopping experiences. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire with closed answers. The questionnaire was filled in by 152 respondents spread across various universities in Indonesia. The research results show that the e-commerce applications that are often used by students are Shopee and Tokopedia. Students prefer to shop through online shops because the prices offered are more affordable than conventional shops. Apart from that, if you shop via an online shop, the activity time is shorter and more efficient. In the online shop, the products offered are quite diverse and varied, and there are lots of promotions on offer so that they attract the attention of buyers. Online shops are used by students to buy fashion and skincare products because the products offered are more diverse compared to offline shops. Based on this data, it can be understood that students choose to shop through online shops using the Shopee and Tokopedia applications and choose to shop for fashion and skincare.

Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study examines changes in spending habits, preferences for goods, and brand loyalty during periods of high inflation. The findings highlight the adaptive strategies consumers employ to manage their purchasing decisions and the implications for marketers in these economies.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the mixed economic model in controlling financial system stability in 7 emerging market countries. Where the monetary policy variables are the money supply and interest rates. Then the microprudential variables are Return On Equity and Return On Assets, the macroprudential variables are Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans. The financial system stability variables are the inflation level and exchange rate. The data analysis model in this research is the Simultaneous model. This research uses secondary data or time series, namely from 2019 to 2023. This analysis is significant for controlling the financial system by ensuring the data meets normality assumptions through the Jarque-Bera test, which allows for more precise financial planning and risk management decisions. The absence of autocorrelation effects, as proven in the residual test, also strengthens the reliability of the model in understanding market trends. The Two-Stage Least Squares method in simultaneous regression analysis provides in-depth insight into the relationship between economic variables such as the inflation rate and the exchange rate, supporting effective economic policy making. Understanding the elasticity of key variables to the inflation rate and exchange rate is also important for optimizing risk control strategies and financial resource allocation.

The rapid evolution of smart cities, driven by the integration of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain, has brought about significant advancements in urban infrastructure and services. However, these developments also introduce new cybersecurity challenges. Introduction: Smart cities are increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats due to the extensive use of interconnected devices and systems. A key security concern is the management of digital identities, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of city services. Literature Review: Traditional centralized identity management systems face significant security issues, including a single point of failure, data breaches, and limited user control over personal information. In contrast, decentralized solutions, particularly blockchain-based systems, offer enhanced security through their distributed nature, eliminating vulnerabilities associated with centralized models. Materials and Method: This research focuses on blockchain technology’s application in smart city identity management. A decentralized framework is proposed, leveraging cryptographic techniques, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts to ensure data security, integrity, and privacy. Results and Discussion: The implementation of blockchain for identity management significantly improves attack tolerance, data integrity, and transparency. The decentralized approach mitigates the risks associated with central authorities, ensuring that user data remains secure and verifiable. However, scalability, interoperability, and regulatory compliance challenges remain. Blockchain solutions must be optimized for large-scale smart city applications and aligned with legal standards to achieve widespread adoption. Future research should focus on overcoming these challenges to create a more secure and resilient smart city infrastructure.

Autonomous vehicles (AVs) are revolutionizing transportation by relying on advanced AI techniques like deep learning and reinforcement learning for decision-making and navigation. However, concerns about the opacity of traditional AI models in safety-critical applications such as autonomous driving raise issues related to safety, accountability, and trust. This study explores the integration of Explainable AI (XAI) techniques in AV systems to enhance transparency and interpretability while maintaining high prediction accuracy. XAI methods, such as LIME (Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations) and SHAP (SHapley Additive ExPlanations), provide understandable justifications for AI-driven decisions, addressing biases, fairness, and accountability. These techniques also support regulatory compliance and foster public trust in AVs. A mixed-methods approach, combining experimental simulations and user surveys, was employed to integrate XAI into AV systems and test its performance in urban traffic and highway driving scenarios. Feedback from users, collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, revealed that XAI-enhanced systems significantly improved the interpretability of AV decisions, leading to higher user trust and satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of balancing model complexity with interpretability, demonstrating that XAI techniques are crucial for building trust and ensuring accountability in autonomous driving systems.
