Introduction: Stress is the body's non-specific response to load demands. During adolescence, unstable emotional changes occur due to hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle. Teenage girls who experience irregular menstruation can be caused by changes in hormone levels due to stress or being in an emotional state. Objective: To determine the relationship between stress and menstrual cycle disorders in Islamic Middle School students at Amanah Ummah Mojolaban. Method: This research method is correlative analytic with a cross sectional design. The research subjects were 48 female high school students in grades 1, 2 and 3 of Amanah Ummah Mojolaban Islamic Middle School who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Results: The majority of sample menstrual cycle disorders were abnormal (79.2%). The majority of sample stress was moderate stress (41.7%). The results of research using the Chi Square statistical test showed a value of (p=0.000) where the P value was smaller than significant (0.005), meaning there was a significant relationship between stress and menstrual cycle disorders. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between stress and menstrual cycle disorders at Amanah Ummah Mojolaban Islamic Middle School.

The purpose of this writing aims to help increase the knowledge of farmers to grow crops with hydroponic media to the community in Tanjung Berulak Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method. By processing data in the form of direct field observations and interviews with the community in Tanjung Berulak Village. The results obtained from the Kukerta student service in Tanjung Berulak Village show that the implementation of hydroponic media for the community can be implemented properly. And the community can also apply hydroponic media in farming in their environment.

This research focuses on developing high protein fish feed derived from golden snails with the addition of a mixture of fish pellets. The aim of this research is to produce high quality fish feed from available local resources and apply it in the Community Service Program (KKN) in village communities. Experimental methods were used to develop a feed formula with the right ratio of golden snails and fish pellets. The feed developed has a high protein content and a balanced nutritional composition. Furthermore, the KKN program was implemented in the village by involving students as facilitators in the socialization and application of high protein fish food to the community. The results show positive adoption of the feed by village communities and increased productivity of fish farming. This program provides dual benefits, namely increasing village community income through more efficient fish farming and supporting sustainable use of local resources.

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between students English watching movie-watching and students speaking ability. The research was conducted in the 11 grade of MA Nurussalam Tetebatu in academic year 2023. The researcher used correlation design method as part of quantitative research and resulted in identification of significant relationship between study and variable. The result of correlation between students in watching English movie and students' speaking ability was 0.049. It was low correlation between the students in the watching English movies and the students speaking abilities at second grade.

The success of learning objectives is determined by many factors, including the teacher factor in carrying out the teaching and learning process, because teachers can directly influence, develop and improve students' intelligence and skills. To overcome the problems above and to achieve educational goals optimally, the role of teachers is very important and it is hoped that teachers have good teaching methods/models and are able to choose appropriate learning models that are in accordance with the concepts of the subjects to be conveyed. Problems to be studied in this research are: (a) How does student learning achievement increase with the implementation of STAD and Role Playing learning models? (b) What is the influence of the STAD and Role Playing learning methods on student learning motivation? The purpose of this action research is: (a) Want to know the increase in student learning achievement after implementing the STAD and Role Playing learning models. (b) Want to know the effect of student learning motivation after implementing the STAD and Role Playing learning methods. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is Class VI students of SDN 12 Pelerang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning achievement had increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I ( 68.18%), cycle II (77.27%), cycle III (86.36%). The conclusion of this research is that the STAD and Role Playing model methods can have a positive influence on the learning motivation of Class VI Students at SDN 12 Pelerang for the 2021 Academic Year /2022 and this learning method can be used as an alternative for learning Indonesian.

We understand that learning media is currently developing rapidly, but due to the limitations of SDN 1 Sukadana, class teachers at the school must be very clever in utilizing the facilities around the school to make learning more interesting. However, not all teachers are able to utilize the facilities around the school for the teaching and learning process and they tend to never be used in classroom learning.The author experienced the learning process by tryingseveral existing methods. Learning lacks enthusiasm in learning, some chat, daydream and remain silent. From the formative test carried out by the author at the end of the lesson, the results can be seen. The majority (70%) of students got a score below the specified KKM, namely 70.Researchers offer alternative problem solving by implementing learning using environmental media around the school. It is hoped that by not always being in class and seeing the environment around them, students will not feel bored and fed up with the media they have been using so far.After going through research carried out in 2 cycles of classroom action, there was an increase in attention to learning following improved learning using environmental media in the science subject material on the characteristics and needs of living things by 42.5%, namely before the research it was 50% and after the second cycle. There was research on learning achievement after taking part in learning improvement action research using environmental media in the science subject material on the characteristics and needs of living things, amounting to 67%. Before the research there were 4 students (20% who got a score of 65 and after the research this increased to 19 students 95%)

The existence of textbooks cannot be separated from the curriculum that is implemented. In reality, the textbooks in circulation are still not in accordance with the content standards contained in the curriculum. This research aims to find out and describe the material contained in the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for Class VII published by the Ministry of Education and Culture with KI and KD in the 2013 Curriculum. To achieve the above objectives, qualitative research methods were used. The data and data source for this research is the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for class VII. The type of instrument used in this research uses a checklist. The data collection technique in this research is the reading technique, the word technique. In this research, the data analysis technique uses content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the suitability of the material in the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for Class VII with the KI and KD in the Curriculum, if the results are as a percentage, namely 50% of the discrepancy lies in the order of the textbook material to the KI and KD. This means that the sequence of material in the second semester does not match the sequence in the curriculum.

Student learning outcomes are very low due to the lack of use of interesting methods in learning activities. The research aims to: 1) Find out whether the PBL method can achieve the learning achievement targets for class IV students, 2) find out the increase in learning achievement for class IV students before and after the PBL method is implemented, 3) Find out the influence of the mutual cooperation aspect in learning using the PBL method on learning achievement fourth grade students. Experimental quantitative assessment using one class. There were 20 samples in the experimental class. The results of the study explain that: 1) the average posttest learning achievement increased through the use of the PBL method thereby increasing the class average by 87, 2) there was an increase in learning achievement from pretest to posttest in the experimental class by 68%, including quite effective use of the PBL method, and 3) there is a positive influence of the mutual cooperation aspect on learning achievement of 86.1%. Conclusion: The mutual cooperation aspect using the PBL method influences student learning outcomes and this research can also be used as a reference to develop further discussion.

The low learning outcomes of students of Catholic religious education subjects SD Aloysius Semarang due to the method applied by teachers who have not used a fun method at the time of religious learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the character of responsibility by using the method of Teng-assisted worksheets can improve student completion, knowing the differences in learning achievement, to determine the character of the responsibility of the method of Teng-assisted worksheets influence terhdap learning achievement. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach True Experimental Design method with pretest-posttest control group design and sample selection by random sampling. Data analysis used regression test, independent t test, one sample t test, and N-Gain with a significant level of 5%. Data collection techniques using observation sheets with indicators: 1) doing homework regularly, 2) expressing opinions, 3) completing tasks on Schedule, 4) doing group assignments together, tests, and documentation. The results of this study showed that learning the TENG method assisted by worksheets increased the number of completed students with an empirical average of 81.25. The empirical mean of experimental class is 81.25 and control is 58.21. Through the results of the N-Gain score, the experimental class got 70.74% (quite effective), while the control got 23.18% (ineffective). The effect of responsibility on learning achievement from R square is 82.5%. It can be proven that the LKS-assisted Teng method is able to increase completed students to 25 students.

The aim of this research is to determine the use of video application learning media in increasing student interest in learning at MIN 7 Nganjuk. The results of the research show that the implementation of the use of Video Application Learning Media at MIN 7 Nganjuk involves planning, implementation and evaluation. Initial, initial, and final activities are the beginning of the implementation process. The learning process then takes the form of an animated video based on the learning material and equipped with cartoon images, sound and writing. Compared to before using animated learning videos, learning with these videos will be better and run more smoothly. Increasing students' interest in learning by using animated videos in learning shows that students respond more quickly to the material taught by the teacher. An animated video is displayed when the teacher finishes showing the video to students and asks questions about it. As a result, students participate actively in class and the atmosphere is pleasant. The number of students who answer the teacher's questions after the animated learning video is shown shows an increase in students' interest in learning. Apart from that, participating in the learning process can excite students.

This research was motivated by the motivation of students at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya was not optimal. this is related to optimizing the management of science laboratories. The objectives of this study are: 1) Optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 2) obstacles faced in optimizing the management of science laboratories in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 3) Obstacle management solutions to optimize the management of science laboratory facilities in an effort to increase student learning motivation. Research data was obtained from informants, namely principals, laboratory heads, science teachers and students. The data collection tools used in this study are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and carrying out triangulation, then the data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study show that the optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student motivation at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya in terms of planning aspects; organizing; implementation (actuating); and controlling, has been well optimized. However, there is an aspect that needs to be improved, namely the need for an evaluation to be carried out related to the management of the science laboratory, because there are still students who have not shown an increase in their learning motivation

Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. The form of language impression is the expression of polite and disrespectful language based on communicative or maksim values. This research aims to describe the form of language impression between teachers and students in indonesian language learning presentation activities in grade VIII SMP Islam Darul Muwahhidin Gambangan Bondowoso which numbered 20 people, consisting of 12 female students and 8 male students. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using a case study design that examines the form of teacher and student language. Data collection activities are conducted through observation, documentation studies, and free interviews during the study activities. The data analysis process is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on observations made, the fact that there are 9 data on speech events that occur from teacher to student, from 9 data 7 data of speech events worth courtesy, and 2 data on speech events worth not being polite; and there are 8 data on speech events that occur from students to teachers, out of 8 data there are 7 data of speech events of polite value, and 1 data of speech events worth not being polite. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the interaction between teachers and students in the presentation of Indonesian language learning in grade VIII SMP Islam Darul Muwahhidin Gambangan Bondowoso uses polite language.

MSMEs are trading businesses managed by business entities or individuals which refer to productive economic businesses in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law Number 20 of 2008. One of the MSMEs in the Kalumpang Village area is the Rice Chips MSME which is located at Kp Kedung Bulus, Kalumpang Village Padarincang District, Serang Regency, which is a community business in the village. So far, the marketing process for this product is still carried out traditionally, so that sales results are not optimal and the reach of promotion is limited because promotion is still carried out by word of mouth. Therefore, we as students with this community service activity contribute to designing applications and utilizing e-commerce through creating applications or websites as promotional and sales media for Rice Chips products so that we can increase sales and expand market share.

This research aims to determine the influence of the collaboration between the Circ and Quick on The Draw learning models on social studies learning outcomes for Class IV students at SD Inpres Pangalloang District. Mamuju. This research uses a quantitative research method. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sampling technique. The research results obtained the Kolmogorov Smirnov data normality test value which showed that the data was normally distributed. The average score obtained by students on the pre-test score was in the medium category and the average score obtained by students on the post-test score was in the high category with an increase in score of 3.1%. These results show that the collaboration of circ and quick on the draw learning models can improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Pangalloang SD Inpres Pangalloang Makassar. The results of the data hypothesis testing analysis obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) is smaller than the probability value or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the data analysis coefficient is positive. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of collaborative learning models and quick on the draw on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Pangalloang.

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products among Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The sample used was 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The results of this research show that the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that most dominantly influences purchasing decisions is the Celebrity Endorser variable and the one that has the least influence is the Brand Image variable. The dependent variable for purchasing decisions can be explained by the Celebrity Endorser variable and the remaining Brand Image is explained by other variables that were not examined in this research.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) through the Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC/Marine Environment Protection Committee) since 2004 has established the international Convention on the Control and Management of Ship's Ballast Water and Sediments (BWM 2004), which seeks to protect marine waters from the impact of water discharge. commercial ship ballast The aim of this research is to determine the extent of implementation of the 2004 BWM Convention in Indonesia through questionnaires and interviews given to seafarer respondents in Indonesia. The compliance of commercial ship crews with PTES shows that the ship crews have not implemented the Ballast Water Management Convention, namely exchanging ship ballast water at sea according to standard D 1. The results of a questionnaire conducted on Indonesian merchant ship crews consisting of student crew members and student officers show that water exchange Ballast in the middle of the sea by merchant ships is only worth 14.5%. Commercial ships that have documents related to Ballast Water Management are also obtained below the 24% figure. PTES managers should manage ballast water at ports as the cheapest and most efficient solution compared to managing ballast water by commercial ships.

This study aims to describe students' difficulties in learning mathematics in mathematics subject data presentation material in class V MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN. The goal is:  1.To find out the difficulties experienced by students in learning mathematics in the material for presenting data at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN,  2.To find out the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning mathematics in the material for presenting data at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN  3.For find what efforts were made in overcoming students' learning difficulties in Mathematics in the Data Presentation material at MIS TPI SEI BAMBAN Kec. Batang Serangan Kab. Langkat. This study used qualitative research methods. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this study namely :  1.Types of learning difficulties experienced by students, namely difficulties in understanding formulas, multiplication, division and in data presentation material, namely in line charts.  2.Then the factors that cause student learning difficulties consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include attitudes in students and external factors, namely factors from outside the student's self.  3.Efforts made by the teacher, namely motivating students, learning in a fun way and increasing practice questions.

This article discusses the "Empowering Pioneer Teachers" program implemented at Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng, aiming to enhance the quality of education and nurture holistic student development. The program is rooted in education that embraces diversity and adapts to changing times. Pioneer teachers are selected based on their enthusiasm, dedication, adaptability, in addition to academic qualifications. The article reviews the stages of selection, intensive training, and program implementation within classrooms. The program emphasizes the development of interpersonal competencies and innovation in teaching methodologies. Support from the school, parents, and local community plays a crucial role in the program's success. Its impact is evident in improved student learning outcomes, social skills, creativity, and the cultivation of an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Through this article, it is hoped that the experience of Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng can inspire other educational institutions. Empowering pioneer teachers yields positive effects throughout the school community and has the potential to guide elementary education towards a brighter and more equitable future.
