Early childhood education plays a crucial role in preparing children with foundational knowledge for further education at the primary level. Within Early Childhood Education (ECE), children are nurtured to become independent individuals, fostering social interaction, strong self-confidence, a keen interest in exploring knowledge, the ability to adopt positive ideas, develop their own thoughts, adapt to new environments, demonstrate high enthusiasm for learning, and exhibit high levels of creativity. Early childhood education, including preschool education, aids in the physical and mental development of children, covering various aspects such as religious and moral values, social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and motor skills. This education can be conducted through various pathways, including formal, informal, and non-formal, with one form being the Integrated Early Childhood Education (IECE) program. The collage method serves as an effective approach to enhance children's fine motor skills, optimally implemented in several IECE institutions like RA Yaa Bunayya in Mompang Julu Village. Qualitative methods are employed in this research, utilizing triangulation data collection techniques comprising observation, interviews, and documentation. Collage activities at RA Yaa Bunayya are planned according to the children's needs, utilizing safe and diverse natural materials, providing valuable experiences for children to explore textures and shapes. Collage activities also offer advantages in improving concentration, recognizing colors, and identifying shapes, which are crucial aspects of children's development.

The use of technology has become the main key in increasing efficiency in the oil and gas marketing and trading industry. This research investigates the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the context of acculturation of technological innovation to increase efficiency in oil and gas marketing and trading activities in Indonesia. Through literature analysis, this research identifies Pancasila values ​​as a moral and ethical foundation that can guide positive transformation in business practices. This research also explores how technological innovations, such as digitalization and automation, can be combined with Pancasila values ​​to create a more efficient and sustainable system in the oil and gas industry. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how technology influences efficiency in oil and gas marketing and trading, as well as provide useful recommendations for the oil and gas industry to utilize technology in accordance with the reference value of "Social Justice for All Indonesian People" in order to create fair distribution. and equitable distribution of oil and gas resources for the benefit of all Indonesian people. In this context, implementing the 5th principle means ensuring that the economic and social benefits of the oil and gas industry are not only enjoyed by a few people or regions, but are distributed fairly to all levels of society. This could include sharing income from oil and gas activities, environmental protection, and creation equal employment opportunities.

Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya (UBJ) as a higher education institution has an important role in instilling Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience among the younger generation. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ is important in efforts to build a nation's character with morals and integrity. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ can be done in various ways, such as: organizing a cultural festival that displays various arts and culture from several regions in Indonesia, education about Pancasila values for UBJ academics, and community service which aims to spread the values -Pancasila values and strengthening cultural resilience in society. Good security management also plays an important role in supporting the implementation of Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience at UBJ. In an effort to ensure this implementation runs well, security management plays an important role in creating a safe and conducive campus environment, so that UBJ academics can focus on learning and teaching in peace. These efforts are expected to increase understanding and practice of Pancasila values among UBJ academics, as well as strengthen security and cultural resilience at UBJ. This effort needs to be carried out continuously and systematically in order to achieve optimal results.

A child's discipline plays a crucial role in shaping their character, academic success, social skills, and mental and emotional well-being. The formation of a strong character begins with the introduction of moral values and the development of independence, which is reinforced by consistent discipline. With a strong discipline, children can manage their time efficiently, develop good study habits, and achieve their maximum academic potential.Furthermore, discipline also positively impacts a child's social skills by helping them build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and effectively manage conflicts. These abilities are essential in shaping individuals who can collaborate in groups and maintain positive relationships with others. Moreover, discipline also significantly affects a child's mental and emotional well-being. Children with discipline are more capable of managing stress, maintaining emotional balance, and building strong self-confidence. This equips them to face life's pressures with greater calmness and optimism.Thus, a child's discipline is not only a determinant factor in their life success but also a strong foundation for shaping individuals who are morally, intellectually, and emotionally sound. Therefore, it is important for parents, educators, and society as a whole to pay adequate attention to the formation of children's discipline from an early age, as an investment in their bright future.

This article discusses the importance of Pancasila education in shaping tolerance and social awareness among Indonesian university students. Based on the nation's five core principles, Pancasila education plays a crucial role in developing the character of the younger generation. By instilling strong moral and ethical values, this education aims to equip students with the ability to face social challenges wisely and responsibly. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through library research. The findings indicate that Pancasila education can create a conducive learning environment for students' self-development, encompassing not only intellectual aspects but also the formation of moral character. The implementation of this education includes interactive teaching methods, practical experiences, and character education development. Effective methods include group discussions, case studies, community service programs, and student organization activities. In conclusion, Pancasila education must be an integral part of the higher education curriculum to ensure that students thoroughly understand and apply Pancasila values in their daily lives. This is expected to produce a young generation with strong character, tolerance, and social awareness, contributing to the formation of a harmonious and just society.

In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the introduction of new technology, workplace safety has become a crucial aspect, especially in the manufacturing sector. In facing these challenges, it is important for the manufacturing industry to integrate proactive and integrated safety strategies. Employee safety and welfare is not only a moral responsibility, but also reflects the company's commitment to protecting human assets, in accordance with the values and principles of the 1945 Constitution. This research aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate picture of strategy implementation safety management at PT Denso Indonesia in achieving Zero Accident, in line with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety. The research results highlight that most work processes at PT Denso Indonesia have a high level of risk, however, the company has adopted safety management strategies to prevent accidents that are detrimental to employees and the company. In implementing this strategy, PT Denso Indonesia prioritizes national values by considering the principles of the 1945 Constitution. Efforts such as Safety Dojo and SCW are used to improve safety, while technology such as PIR sensors are also applied to prevent accidents. Success in achieving Zero Accident is influenced by consistency, employee participation, and strategy integration into a company culture that is based on national values. Thus, safety in the workplace is not only a goal, but also reflects the spirit of harmony between the interests of the company, employees and the nation, in accordance with the principles of the 1945 Constitution.

Embedding Pancasila Values Is Crucial for Indonesia's Future This study aims to investigate the policy of character education strengthening to realize Pancasila Students. The approach used in this research is a literature approach, with data collection methods in the form of books, literatures, and scientific journals. The results of the study show that the strengthening of character education in realizing Pancasila Students is essentially fostering the emergence of good human beings, who possess six main characteristics, namely critical thinking, creativity, independence, faith, piety towards God Almighty, noble morals, mutual cooperation, and global diversity, with the hope that students will have the ability to independently increase, use their knowledge, examine, internalize, and personalize character and moral values that can be realized in daily behavior.

Character education is an educational system whose learning can influence everyone, especially education to demonstrate moral values, ethics and civic attitudes towards oneself and others. However, character education is currently a challenge in its implementation, especially with the rise of problems such as verbal and non-verbal bullying among students. Moreover, now the problem of bullying does not only occur in ordinary schools, but can also occur in international schools. One of the factors is a lack of ability to control behavior, an inability to manage emotions which ultimately triggers a desire for revenge in order to adapt to the environment. The strategies needed to overcome bullying include teacher sensitivity towards students, creating a safe atmosphere, forming an anti-bullying team, and conducting outreach about the dangers of bullying.

Islamic consumption is the activity of using or utilizing goods or services that are guided by Islamic values. There has been a lot of research that examines Islamic consumption, but there is still little research that discusses Islamic consumption from the perspective of Markash law. Documentary research is a research method where the researcher is present and plays a role in collecting data, processing data, presenting and analyzing data, and writing conclusions. The findings show that Islamic consumption must adhere to principles such as sharia or divine principles, the principle of quantity accuracy, the principle of prioritization of needs, and moral principles. Meanwhile, in Islamic law, Islamic consumption must be able to achieve the preservation of religion, the preservation of lineage, the preservation of reason, the preservation of soul, and the preservation of property. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). ABSTRACT Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, plays a central role in maintaining diversity in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). In the context of rich multiculturalism, Pancasila functions as a philosophical and moral foundation that binds the Indonesian nation. This abstract explores the role of Pancasila as a fortress that ensures unity in the ethnic, cultural, religious and linguistic diversity that exists in Indonesia. Pancasila affirms the principles of unity, social justice, democracy and just and civilized humanity, creating a framework that allows Indonesian people to live side by side in harmony. By understanding and internalizing the values ​​of Pancasila, Indonesian people can strengthen the country's sovereignty and build a strong foundation for an inclusive and sustainable future.

This study aims to describe the relationship of moral values with God, the relationship of human moral values with themselves, and the relationship of human moral values with other humans contained in the novel KKN in Desa Penari by Simpleman. This research is a qualitative type with descriptive method. The data in this study are data obtained from the speech of the characters, and the actions of the characters contained in the novel KKN in Desa Penari by Simpleman. The data source in this research is the novel KKN in Desa Penari by Simpleman. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 23 moral values related to man's relationship with God. Moral values related to man's relationship with himself are found in 36 data. And also found moral values related to human relationships between fellow humans as much as 47 data. The implication in Indonesian language learning is that it can be implied through the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and Teaching Material with KD 3.9 analyzing the content and language of the novel read with the indicator that students can identify intrinsic, extrinsic and linguistic elements in a novel
