Trenggalek Regency is a regency located on the south coast and has enormous potential for beach tourism. Coastal areas are areas that have the potential to be developed, one of which is Prigi Beach. Prigi Beach is one of the tourism destinations that is considered promising. Prigi Beach, located in Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency, is one of the tourism destinations that offers significant opportunities for sustainable economic growth for local communities. However, to achieve this, an appropriate and good management strategy is needed. This research was conducted to find out and also analyze effective management strategies for Prigi Beach to encourage sustainable economic growth for local communities. The existence of an appropriate and good strategy is expected to provide significant economic benefits for local communities.

The Regional Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province still uses a manual file management system for financial reports, namely by using physical folders. This system is considered to be ineffective and inefficient, and has a high risk of file damage or loss. This can lead to delays in the preparation of financial reports. This study aims to design a computerized file management information system for financial reports. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of financial file management in BKAD. This system is designed using a structured database to store financial file information. Stakeholders can easily find the information they need through this system.

This research aims to develop an efficient and reliable information system for the financial report sorting process at the Office of the Provincial Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra, using a comprehensive project management approach. The research methodology involves user needs analysis, designing a responsive web-based system, development using the latest technology, and thorough testing to ensure system security and performance. The expected outcome is improved efficiency and accuracy in financial report sorting, with the potential for synergistic integration with existing systems for better public financial management in the region.

This research aims to produce compatibility between the policies of Abon Surya with the Economic Order Quantity raw material control method, namely the purchase quantity of the Abon Surya policy has an average purchase of 770 kg, for the frequency of purchasing raw materials for jack beans 5 times, for security and point supplies. There is no reordering policy with a total inventory cost of IDR 251,640. Meanwhile, the EOQ method has an average purchase of 1,313 kg. the purchase frequency is only 3 purchases, the security inventory is 90 Kg and the number of reorders is 204 Kg with a total cost of inventory required of IDR 173,254. The cost difference between Abon Surya and the EOQ method is IDR 78,386,417. This shows that there is a saving or reduction in the total cost of inventory needed if Abon Surya can implement the EOQ raw material control method. Apart from that, the packaging used at UMKM Surya Abon for shredded products still uses transparent plastic with stickers, which is less attractive to buyers. Therefore, a new design is needed to attract more buyers.

The shipbuilding industry produces organic and inorganic waste. The organic waste produced by the shipbuilding industry is dry leaves, dry grass, dry wood and other dry materials. Organic waste management is becoming increasingly important in this industry because the industry's very rapid growth has the potential to increase negative environmental impacts if not handled properly. Utilizing organic waste into fertilizer is an activity that can be carried out with the aim of reducing waste around the shipyard industrial environment. This organic fertilizer is made using a simple composting method so that it can be applied in this industry. The composting process involves 2 different treatments, namely the first is an activator solution in the form of a mixture of ecoenzymes, water and sugar solution and the second is using Effective Microorganism 4 (EM 4). The results of the research showed that these two treatments produced a pH that was not much different, namely 6.9 for EM4 and a pH of 7 for the ecoenzymes activator. The temperature of the compost produced in the ecoenzymes mixture treatment was 300C and in the EM4 treatment was 300C. This shows that the activity of decomposing microorganisms is running well.    

One important technique for understanding and analyzing computer network performance is TCP/IP simulacrum. In this research, we simulate a TCP/IP network using the bus topology as a model. We use the Cisco Packet Tracer simulated network topology builder to create a bus topology and implement the TCP/IP protocol. The simulation results provide more accurate understanding of how the TCP/IP protocol functions within a bus network. We analyze network performance in terms of throughput, latency, and packet loss. The analysis's findings indicate that bus topologies have a certain amount of leeway in network operations, particularly when a collision occurs. However, this simulation offers a valuable tool to improve computer network design and management.      

This study aims to describe the validity of climate change teaching materials based on science literacy and curiosity character of junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (R&D) through the modified four-D (4 D) model. This modul development procedure includes three stages, whisch are define, design and develop. The subjects of this research and development include 5 expert validators. The type of data obtained is quantitative data in the formdof product validation questionnaire scores. The results of research and development of junior high school science teaching materials based on science literacy and characterised by curiosity on the topic of climate change by expert validators obtained validity results with a total of 0.90 with valid criteria. This is reviewed from three aspects: (1) content feasibility scored 0.90 with valid criteria, (2) presentation feasibility aspect scored 0.88 with valid criteria, (3) linguistic feasibility aspect scored 0.92 with valid criteria. So it can be concluded from all the validity tests that the teaching materials developed are classified as valid criteria.

The methods used as Systematic Literature Review (SLR) bye collecting and analyzis scientific articles related to student learning difficulties published in the last 10 years.

This research is motivated by the implicature in the video of Anies Baswedan's first political speech receiving the presidential candidate's declaration for the 2024 presidential election from Nasdem on the YouTube platform. The aim of this research is to describe the types and meaning of implicatures in Anies Baswedan's speech in the video of his first political speech accepting the presidential candidate's declaration for the 2024 presidential election. This research is included in qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data in this research is oral data in the form of speech which has been classified based on the type and meaning of implicatures contained in the video of Anies Baswedan's first political speech receiving the presidential candidate declaration for the 2024 presidential election from Nasdem. The research results show that there are types and meanings of implicatures in Anies' speech in the video of the declaration of his first political speech. Anies Baswedan received the presidential candidate declaration for the 2024 presidential election from Nasdem. The types of implicatures found in this research are conventional implicatures and conversational or non-conventional implicatures. Meanwhile, the meaning of implicatures found is in the form of referential and non-referential meanings.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work experience, and salary on the performance of Toko Murah Rejeki Semarang employees. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Rejeki Cheap Shop Semarang. This sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.032 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.044 < 0.05 (significant). Work experience has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.080 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05 (significant). Salary has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.914 > 1.688, with a sig value. equal to 0.006 < 0.05 (significant).

This research aims to analyze and determine how the effect of working capital turnover, receivable turnover, and total asset turnover on profitability (Return on Asset) in forestry and paper sub sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research is quantitative research using secondary data which is taken from the company’s annual financial reports. Purposive sampling is used in this research to take samples. The analytical techniques used are panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9 software. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that partially the working capital turnover and total asset turnover have no effect on profitability, whereas receivable turnover has an effect on profitability. Simultaneously, working capital turnover, receivable turnover, and total asset turnover had an effect on profitability in forestry and paper sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022.

This research was conducted to find out the perspective of IAKN Tarutung Theology Study Program students regarding tithing through observation and the results of interview discussions with the aim of finding out what IAKN Tarutung Theology Study Program students view regarding the practice of tithing in the church from their perspective. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and the data source for this research is obtained by observing and conducting interviews with informants. The results of this research state that students of the Lutheran sect (GKPPD, GKPA, HKBP), this denomination have a variety of views regarding tithing, with several churches implementing it, namely: GKPPD and GKPA. and those who don't are HKBP, but all emphasize the importance of tithing as an expression of gratitude for God's commands as written in the Bible. The regulations do not require students to pay tithing, but for those who already have an income, the denomination's dogma applies tithing. Calvinist students have varying perspectives on the practice of tithing, consisting of: GKI, GBKP, GKSBS. Calvinists view that the practice of tithing is not an absolute obligation, but rather a choice in response to God's grace. They prioritize the understanding that tithing is a form of perfection in responding to God's grace, not a rule based on percentages. Meanwhile, Pentecostal students (GBI, GBIS, GPDI) state that tithing is an essential part of spiritual obedience to God. In this sect, tithing is considered a sacred act that sets aside a portion of the blessings received to be offered to God. The offering is one tenth of all the blessings. Uniquely, the GBI and GBIS denominations require mandatory tithing practices for students. Meanwhile, the GPDI denomination does not require students to tithe. Tithing is only required for members of the congregation who have a fixed income.    

This paper discusses the influence of deepening the faith of the 2024 Development Fasting Action (APP) on the lives of STP IPI Malang students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation as a data collection technique. The results of the research show that APP 2024 faith deepening has not been implemented well at STP IPI Malang. This can be seen from the large number of students who have not been involved in this implementation, either as officers or as participants. There are several factors that cause this to happen, including students being busy and students' lack of interest in deepening their faith. The impact of the implementation of APP 2024's faith deepening is not yet achieving the expected goals, namely increasing student awareness of social problems and helping people in need. Based on the results of this research, the author suggests that the STP IPI Malang faith deepening committee be more aggressive in socializing the APP faith deepening program to students. Apart from that, the STP IPI Malang faith deepening committee also needs to find ways to increase students' interest in this faith deepening.

Technological developments have changed consumer behavior from shopping through offline stores to online stores or online shopping. These changes affect consumer purchasing decisions when buying a product. This makes the study of e-commerce an interesting subject of study in today's world. The purpose of this study is to hopefully provide an overview of current online customer behavior and can be used to determine online marketing strategies. The population in this study were 234 people who were students of FISIP UMJ Class of 2020 & 2021. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a total of 67 samples. The data obtained was then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS.25 software. Based on the results of statistical testing, it shows that the Online Customer Review variable has a tcount value of 10.612> 1.997 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and Online Customer Rating has a tcount value of 6.997> 1.997 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Children with visual and hearing impairments experience barriers to communication, and tactile cueing systems present a more effective communication solution for people with multiple sensory disabilities. Researchers used the literature study research method and found references related to the title which were then reviewed as a whole. Tactile sign systems combine sign language and hand touch. As a communication method, tactile sign systems have their own advantages and challenges.

Departing from the 1945 Constitution which uses the principle of managing oil and gas resources for the benefit of society and the state. So the problem formulation is how problematic occurs in changes to the regulations of Law no. 4 of 2009 until now it has become Law no. 3 of 2020. At the norm level, changes to the law have accommodated the principles of sustainability and legal certainty, even though implementing regulations do not yet exist. Background: Mental disorders are conditions in which mental functions, thought processes, emotions, feelings, psychomotor and verbal behavior are disrupted which becomes a group of clinical symptoms accompanied by suffering and results in disruption of an individual's humanistic function (Ramadani et al, 2020). One type of mental disorder is schizophrenia, where the main perception disorder in schizophrenic patients is hallucinations. Hallucinations are changes or perceptions that there is unfavorable stimulation from within the individual or from outside the individual accompanied by a reduced, excessive or distorted response (Rustika, 2020). One non-pharmacological implementation strategy for patients with hallucinations is by providing music therapy (Alfionita, 2016). Method: Giving therapy to listen to dangdut music to patients for 4 days is carried out 1 day once therapy for 10-15 minutes. Results: After the intervention of giving menmusic therapy for 4 days, it was found that the patient experienced a decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations from initially a score of 8 to 2. Conclusion: Providing dangdut music therapy can help reduce the frequency of hallucinations. This is due to the diversion of the patient's attention from the hallucinatory sounds to the dangdut music he hears. rebuking and music to reduce the symptoms of the hallucinations he was suffering from.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to the use of Photomath application as a computational implementation in the form of mathematical software, namely by looking at the research objectives that relate mathematical solutions using the application. This research used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This systematic review identified 7 studies through the Google Scholar database published in 2020-2024. Data collection was carried out by collecting all articles related to the use of photomath in solving mathematical problems with selection criteria and using the PRISMA protocol as a research instrument guideline. The results showed that math software, namely photomath, can make it easier for students, especially those who are not proficient in learning math, this software can help solve math problems practically by taking pictures, this application can also be used as a virtual learning media, teaching materials related to many materials such as decimals, fractions, arithmetic, simple linear equations, algebra to simple calculus.

This research aims to see how the utilization of geogebra application in learning mathematics. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results obtained in this study are geogebra has benefits for the subject matter of algebra, building space, geometry, space analytic geometry, transformation geometry, integral, statistics, pythagorean theorem, and trigonometry. The use of geogebra allows students to be actively involved in problem solving, increase interest in learning, and expand understanding of mathematical concepts. For teachers, geogebra helps in creating interesting learning materials, visualizing mathematical concepts more clearly, and simplifying the preparation of questions
